I was Appointed as Special Observer of Guru Kashi Public School, Bathinda, Punjab,w.e.f Sep 2009 To Oct 2009. But Till now after contacting so many times I was not being paid my Dues of Rs 9,384/-(Nine Thousend Three Hundred Eighty-Four Only). I was appointed by CCC Study Centre for PTU, Patiala, Punjab.

But till the time I don’t have any information that either I am pass or fail. I know only about my first SEM result where I have passed in two papers. I was a working girl. After +2 I started the job due to financial issue where I applied for the job that Telecom Company was required minimum qualification was graduation but due to urgent requirement they selected me with special approval. I started my job and paid the fees in BATHINDA INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT TECHNOLOGIES, lc code 329, R.T. GOYAL under course name BSC IT.mr. rt goyal is a wonderful person I started class but after few months due to office hours I stopped to go for class but many times Mr. rt goyal called me up for classes but I didn’t go. With self study I given the exams and out of 4 I passed in two. Then I paid my 2nd SEM fees .after few months my father expired and I couldn’t give the papers. After that I paid the fees for 3rd sem to Mr Rajneesh (past teacher of BATHINDA INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT TECHNOLOGIES.)With his recommendation in Universal computer center Mr. Mohit. I had given the papers in guru Kashi School. in the papers I met my old class mate parmveer partner of Tara hat rampura he recommended me to fill the fees of 4th in their centre and I did and paid the fees again papers of 4th sem given papers in guru kashi school but paramveer not met. One another student of chak feteh Singh wala named boby met me and recommended to me paid the fees for 5th sem in chak fateh Singh wala with discount of rs. 2000. I paid rs[protected] for 5th SEM+1500 for 2nd SEM and repair exam of 1st SEM).I given the exam of fifth and 2nd exams in rosy Mary school. As usual for 6th I again paid the fees rs[protected] for 6th SEM+2000 for all rest repairs exam as per madam information) to Miss Manu under chak feteh Singh wala.i given the papers of 6th SEM and repairs papers. And Miss Manu had given me assurance that now you are free and very soon you will get your degree. After result I contact her for degree she told me that there is some in my result she will go personally to university and will get the answer very soon.



After that I called her many times but she didn’t pick the phone. After some time I got married in 2007 and blessed with a baby boy in 2008.in these years I didn’t contact her. From 2009 to till the time I am tracing her but she didn’t found. My brother gone to university few months back but I shocked that university given the answer that this roll no is not valid with us and may be fees is pending with the same.

I give my reappear Exam of 2nd Sem on Dec-2010 and i got 18 mark from it.Then i fill my revaluation form immediate after result declaration. All revaluation result comes but only my result was not display in declared result. Then i contact with my institute (B.I.S institute of sci & Tech. Gagra (Moga)), they reject my complaint and said "It is not our fault, what can we do?" after i contact with PTU they also said we can't do anything..Please help me, My roll number is [protected].

Sir, I am a distance education student of Punjab Technical University. I had completed MSc.-IT-LE through the Institute of jabbowal rural institute of technology in September 2008 year . My role number is[protected] Now, after almost two and half year, I have not got degree of my post graduation Msc.(IT). I am having lot of problems due to this. I am not able to get any job. It is spoiling my career. I have told several times to the institute and staff but they says me always university is not giving any response.

I am student of PTUDEP and have taken the admission from regional learning centre of New Delhi i.e. VICE Institute. I am Student of MSC-IT 3rd semester. I had given the exam of Advanced Web Development on 28th march.After giving more then half paper, when 1 hour is left the examination centre incharge told us that our paper got cacelled and gave us new paper and answer sheets. Again we started giving our paper and had given it till 7.30pm. On 22nd April i got news from a friend that AWD Paper is rescheduled.Even my learning centre admins didn't informed me. On 28th april when we had gone to give our paper that paper was again out of course. Even some students told me that the same subject paper was out of course oooon september exams,and students given complaint to VICE, but they didn't take any responsible action.Then Examination Centre Incharge said us to call to our institute.When we called there they didn't give any +ve response, and said its not our problem Its upto university, dnt call us and give your paper. And when more students called them they switch off their phones and not picking the landline no. Then we called university officials they said you have to give the paper and they talk to us very rudely. I want to submit complaint of VICE Institute,Hudson Lane , which have taken the RLFC of PTU and even then they never give a proper feedback to students about their queries and also want to complaint for PUNJAB TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY, as they are rescheduling paper again and again instead of giving the right question paper.

I have cleared my all semesters of MBA, but I just received DMC of 2, 4 semesters only,
I did not get my 1, 3 semesters DMC, after repeatedly requests to my Learning centre , I found just harassment, I don’t know where is the problem, please sir I requested you again to do kind attention n this matter, otherwise I have to adopt legal way.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Its really frustrating to me that my result is pending from last 2.6 Years.
As I have done MBA from PTU DEP under roll no[protected] and I have only
two DMCs 1st and 4 th sem and 2nd and 3rd sem results are pending and
I have visited to university directly for 6 times but no solution to me.
Now its more than 2 years and my degree pending and PTU not giving me any resolution.
As I am working with ICICI bank and I have no time to visit over there.Last time university
Registrar said to me that result will be updated by 25 feb but now they are not responding me.
I have done MBA from LC CODE-379 chandigarh and PTU is cheating with our career and no
response from them and now I am contacting to you directly and its humble request to you that
please resolve it as soon as possible.

I could not get my passing out mark sheet of MBA 1 Semester was appeared in Oct 2005 (Quantitive Technique's exam was reappeared in Mar 2006 which was cleared).
3 semester was appeared in Oct. 2006 but one paper was not cleared of "Advertising and Sales Management (Code 502)" of 3rd Semester was re appeared in Oct. 2008 I could not get result of this paper.
4 Semester was appeared in Mar 2007 but could not get pass out marksheet but result was cleared that I was passed.
Even whenever I go to the Satya Niketan Centre those people we will get back to you later on, and whenever I make any telephone call then these people do not picking up the phone.
Due to these all above problem I had to write to you.
I am waiting for my result of 3 semester's reappeared examination and mark sheet of 1 semester, 4 Semester and 3 Semester.
I shall be thankful to you if you could help me for the same...............

and no any take any correct decison about my result.

Myself, Satinder Kumar is a student of MCA-LE ([protected]) DISTANCE EDUCATION PROGRAMME. In March 2010, I appear in all exams for fifth semseter, but my examination result is still awaited. My study centre allotted me a wrong roll number[protected] which is belong to a BCA student of my study centre), and I used the same roll number in first few exam. From my study centre head I come to know, I passed my all exams but university is not clearing my result.
I tried online Student Enquiry (enquiry number 5973) on http://www.ptudep.ac.in/ptuteam.asp PTU Distance Education website, but instead of solution they too come up with advice to contact my Study Centre, which I already did. It was study centre mistake they allotted me wrong roll number and when I came to know about it I immediately informed them about same too, but till 9 month already passed they are not clearing result.

I am a Student of Punjab Technical University, Distant Learning enrolled under BSC-IT course,though their regional Learning, VICE- Hudson Lane.My roll number is[protected]

I gave my 4th semester exams in september,08 and i was pesent in all the exams. But wehn the result was declared, i was hsoked to see that they had maked me Absent in one of the exam. I went to me my LC and enquired about the same they asked me to give a written application for the same.I gave them a written application and asked to get the result updated and get me a marksheet.

Since than i am regularly following up but i havent got any updated marksheet. Whenever i call the LC to ask about my marksheet they always give me reason that it is pending with University(PTU) and will be availble in a within a month and ask me to call after 15- 20 days.

Need help.

Sir i am giving fees 37000 per semester in college and admitted in MBA Hotel Management. But college is not taking any type of headache they are not proving any books, college is saying ptu is not giving, they are providing notes but saying copy these by your self even enough fees i have given they are not listening anything on this topic. Big thing PTU has started MBA Hotel management but they have no study material. Whether i am giving exams of 3rd sem with online collection but they are resulting as fail sir please do something on this matter. I haven't enough money to throw. Sir please help and guide me as you think better.

Bioinformatics in Orbit IT Solutions, Himayat Nagar, Hyderabad, which is offering from Punjab Technical University in 2003 year, I have completed first semester there, then by the one of the person in Orbit IT solutions I have changed my study center to CompuTrain Institute, Abids, Cirag Ali lane, Hyderabad, there I have completed second, third and fourth semesters, I have received only First semester and Fourth Semester Memos, Then the computrain institute was closed by management without any intimations to us, Stil I have nopt received my second semester, third semester memos, provisional memo, main, memo and convocation certificates from the university, I have consulted so many offices like regional office and some more study centers in hyderabab regarding my certificates, but they are not supporting me.
I have consulted Vidya Infotech, Jalandar, regarding my certifiactes, which is the authorised center o[censored]niversity to Andhrapradhesh.
They are not responding to mails, faxes, letters phone calls.
Please help me to get the certifcates.

My son has been given the results of only 4th Semester & 5th Semester but the result/degree for 1st Semester, 2nd Semester, 3rd Semester & 6th Semester is still awaited, for which we are persuing since 2005. Even request has been made under RTI Act 2005, alongwith DD and other documents available with me, the result has not been supplied and all are silent.
I hereby once again request through this endorsement to please supply the status of the result so that the career of my child may not suffer due to negligence of concerned officials/offiders.

Sir, I am a distance education student of Punjab Technical University. I have given re-appear exam Bsc(it) from Vice computer education Delhi. My role number is [protected]. I gave my second semester exam in 2005 with re-appear exam in September 2007. Now, after almost 2 years, I have not got result of my exam.
