Hi Sir/Madam

I (Distributor ID:- IM202103) was recently joined this business with referral to my friend upline (Name:- Bharathkumar Perumal,  Referrer ID:- IN569225). He made me to invest in QNET by giving improper/incorrect/incomplete knowledge of this company. He haven't enclosed any information regarding the company and the work. He didn't even tell that the company name is QNet. He told me the company name after collecting money and completing registration. He and his upline brain washed me and made me to pay Rs. 3, 06, 680. During welcome session they have enclosed few information but not completely. Whenever i asked them about the work they simply said that i will learn in future. By that time i came to know i was trapped. So i have requested for refund but they are saying the refund period was over. But before collecting money from me they said i can refund within 30 day of the purchase. But now they are saying that the product i purchased can be refunded within 7 days only. They didn't informed me about "refund within 7 days" before purchasing the product. The ordered/registered date is 10. 11. 2023 and 11. 11. 2023. Also products that was not directly purchased by me and it was purchased by my friends upline. It costs totally Rs. 3, 06, 680.

If they should have informed me about my role and responsibilities earlier means i definitely have not invested in this field. Which is personally not suitable for me. Later after searching in internet only i came to know that Qnet is network marketing and in which i have to join some direct referral in this field. I asked so many times about this but they said that i don't need to refer anybody and i can earn from the product and the shop i purchased. And also they simply said that i will understand after 1 month training and asked me to read some books, watch some videos and write my dreams etc.,

The referral was my college friend and he knows about my job and my mothers health conditions. So he called me and told that he is earning lot of money from his business. And he asked me to invest money,  but i strongly said that i don't have enough money but he frequently called me and started telling that it is great opportunity. Then he arranged a meeting directly to the upline. He build up about the business but didn't tell what this business is about. He tells that in the world no will get this opportunity to join in this business. But i asked him about the business and company name before paying. But he didn't tell the truth and company name. He just urges me to pay by saying that this chance will go to somebody else. He brain washed me for 2 weeks. Because of that i brought money from money lenders. I have to pay interest and loan amount to money lender and also i have to take care of my sick mother too. My referrer knows about my situation and financial condition but he lied about this business and made me to fall in this trap.(I will submit all the proof with this mail)

In the beginning they said i got tripsavr vacation package as gift from Qnet. And now they are telling me that tripsavr is the product they brought in my name.

After i get to know about this business me and my wife met my friends upline and asked "why they didn't mention that the company name is Qnet?" They carelessly asked "why i have to tell the name of the company and i am creating my own business so i will not say the company name".

My referral didn't tell me any policy of the company, even they didn't tell me the correct procedure of the company. They are saying if they tell about this company and the work to the new coming customer then they cannot create lots of customers. They are not giving complete detail about the company before collecting money. At the same time my referral didn't explain anything about the agreement or let me to read the agreement. He simply come and got my sign in the agreement and said everything will be explained in future. Even i asked for a copy but he didn't give the copy of the agreement to me.

I haven't attended any training and i need the complete Rs. 3, 06, 680 invested back. So please consider this mail and kindly help on getting my money back.Â

Qnet have sent it to the finance team on 16/08/23 for payment but the payment has not been cleared yet, Qnet what mathematics using in returning the payment and the payment for the product that I have made is the same payment that has to be returned now. How is it taking so much time or is there no intention to return the payment?

If you did not take so much time to take the payment then why return it?

This is my useless money which was arranged from somewhere and invested in QNet and till today I am paying interest on the same money.

Thank God that I understood in time, I did not invest any more money in this bad QNet, now I will tell others that even by mistake, never trust QNet and do not invest money.

I am very upset while paying interest but QNet is not returning my money on time.
