I recently started the business with the referral of MAREESWAREN P. IR ID IM012650. While the referer didn't explain me fully about QNET business and terms and conditions and also refund policies will not be able to continue the business so I request you to consider this mail as a request and help me, get my refund as soon as possible.

I was joined this business with referral to my friend Upline U. SENTHIL KUMAR (IN609938). He haven't enclosed any information regarding the company and work. He and her uplines brain washed me and made me to pay RS: 6.5 Lakhs. During welcome session they have enclosed few information that only sales in online business you will get the communission but not completely and by that time I came to know I was trapped. So I have requested for refund in qnet support today (07-August-2024) and ordered/registered date is ( 5/2/2023 10:42:02 PM). Also products that was not directly ordered by me and it was done by one of her team upline (top Upine). Now I'm asking my friend to return back my money. But he is saying that there is no returned. I haven't attended any training and I need the complete RS. 6.5 Lakhs Amount invested back. Kindly help on getting my money back.

My upline (IM826831) introduced me to this business without any information of network marketing saying it is E-commerce business with 2.97 lakhs investment. I paid 2.97 lakhs.
My upline provided some books to read about the buisness. But business is not related to E-commerce.
In between, I have asked about that this type of business is not E-commerce and she still insisted you will earn the money and didn't tell the business...

My friend joined me in this business on feb 5 but before that he took money from me by saying wishy-washy words. I also lost my trust in him. When I asked about this business, I am the only one. He asked me to read some books and read them again and again. In between I asked if it's like MLM. He said that you don't add anything. After one and a half months, he said that you should not add anything. Just like I added food, you will get profit only if you add people. He said that I can't. I was joined this business at 23rd jan 2019 with a referral to my friend UplineIN293823 NAME: MURALI. he hasn't enclosed any information regarding the company and work. She and her uplines brainwashed me and made me to pay RS.264, 3300.00. During welcome session, they have enclosed few information but not completely and by that time I came to know I was trapped. I was not told about the nature of the Business before getting registered in to this QNET Platform and asked to invest 3, 70000. Later when asked about job nature I was asked only to attend meetings and read books. When I openly asked whether is it to involve people by making them register into this Business I didn't get the proper response and asked to only complete the books and attend the meetings.

My upline misguided and lied about the business, saying that its ecommerce business and not network marketing or MLM.
He took 2.35 lakh on the name of registration in business.
On 19 april 2024, upline created my fake email id and registered me in qnet and ordered Chairos Crusader SS and CHAIROS Onyx LS without my knowledge.

Unfortunately, Mr mahesh had not told me about the company name, network marketing, MLM model and product or services. I am disappointed by the misinformation given to me and misleading me.
I was billed rupees 2 lakh 35 thousand, even after insisting a lot to refund my money back he registred me into this and bought these watches. which was not clearly explained where it will be used. and then I got the bills on fake mail (which details i took from him) next day about purchase of 2 watches worth Rs. 118, 120.00 and 108, 560.00. I am unaware where is the rest of the money from 2.35 lakh gone. I have immediately cancelled the products and applied for termination of my membership.

As the referrer had not told me about the company name and refund policy, I came across the name of the company and process, so I applied myself for refund through a mail on 20 April 2024.
Despite many attempts to call and mails the support is not giving the refund back, as per the company refund policy is 30 days, it's been already 47 days on 6 June 2024 after I have applied for refund, but still there is no refund received.
I don't want to be a part of this organization; I want my refund back as soon as possible.
I want to know why my refund is getting delayed.

To resolve the problem, I would appreciate you to help here to get my refund of 2 lakh 35 thousand to my own bank account, as earliest as possible. Enclosed are copies of my records.

Hi,
Recently I have started the business with the referral of my friend while the referrer have not fully explained the actual business model, and I am not interested in this type of business model.

I have invested 78669 INR but received product worth of 59720 INR with rest of the amount being said as for ocean training fee and for welcome camp by my upline. I have not attended any training or camp till now.

I need either full refund or the extra amount that I paid apart for the product and the misguided business opportunity given to me, expecting a proper response and answer from qnet side.
