Most RTO services are fraud. Quikr RTO is a bigger crook than most of them. They just collect money and don't provide the services. If you ask for a refund, they just don't respond.

I had engaged Quikr RTO on 31-Dec-2018 for an RC transfer. I paid the service charge of Rs 3500 on 2-Jan-2019 and provided the documents to Quikr.

Thankfully, I happened to look at reviews on Quikr RTO and found that there were horror experiences. I asked for a return of documents the very next day. I also asked for a refund.

Since this was immediate next day before RTO open time, Quikr RTO guys couldn't say anything. They returned the documents to me. That was the good part. Imagine my plight if the documents had been left with these crooks.

I have been following up from 22-Jan for a refund of money. They keep saying amount will come by next week. It's more than 3 months and they have still not refunded the money. They keep giving reasons that their payment department needs to process. In this world o[censored]PI and Paytm, this reason is ridiculous. Even Government PSUs are far better than this.

Their phone number is not reachable if I try from my mobile. If I try from another number, they pick up immediately.

I want Quikr RTO to refund the money along with 12% interest and a compensation for causing me hassle.

I paid about 4k for rto ownership transfer in feb 2019 and nawazulla khan took my original documents. It's 2 months completed but no response from any one. They are not even returning my documents back after repeated follow-up. Renuka prasad who manages the dept is also not responding to my emails or phones. Submitted multiple quire's through contact us section but no one is responding to it.

I convert my add free to platinum for more response as per your executive mr anil"s request but sorry to say still not get response and your executive not corporate me. Already i have paid rs 1300/- but now i realised totally lost my mony, quikr service is most thirdclass. I refund my effortable mony as soon as possible. Still nobody call me and contact me. Your executive mr anil is fully lyer he sold a plan for fake information. See my matter immediately and take nessary action against this.

The worst experience of my life going ahead and using the RTO services of Quikr Thanisandra branch, I have been mentally tortured, frustrated, humiliated. On the 20th of FEB 2019 I gave all the required documents and paid them in full an amount of Rs 6100 for RC transfer and third party insurance of my car Honda Jazz. I was promised by a quikr executive named Amogh Shetty that my work would take a maximum of not more than 20-25 days. Trusting his words was the biggest mistake i have done, should have gone ahead with the local vendor instead. On 5th march i got a mail from Quikr stating that all my documents have been submitted successfully to RTO office and would get the work done with all my documents in originals delivered to my home in the next 25-30 days. Why were my documents submitted late, were you sleeping from 20th of Feb to 5th of Mar 2019.

Its been 2months now, my work is not even close to getting completed. Whenever i have tried to contact them, asking them to update me on what is happening they themselves had no idea and lied to me all the while. Such is the incapability of this team handling RTO services at Quikr thanisandra. Most irresponsible bunch of people i have come across including Manager Renuka Prasad, Pramod kumar, Amogh shetty, Nawazulla khan.

Never ever trust this inefficient team, who suck at their work. Now Mr Pramod kumar has the audacity to blame it on the elections for the delay. What the hell were you doing for two months and why did you take up the work promising me that it would be completed in 20 days if you knew about your incompetence. Most ignorant people, not serious about their job, very casually blaming on external factors.

I hope somebody takes them to task, teaches them what is accountability and educates them on the importance of customer service. I don't know what this forum does exactly but i'm putting my real first hand experience with Quikr RTO so that my fellow consumers will think a 100 times before using a fake service like Quikr.

I have been fined by traffic police for not having RC and insurance thanks to you guys be proud of yourselves.

NEVER USE Quikr.

I paid rs. 13849 for purchase of an used ipad on 12 march 2019. On. 17 march the order was cancelled by quikr. I requested for refund to my bank account on 17 march. As of today 15 april 2019, i have not received my refund for rs. 13849. I have contacted quikr so many times but they are not responding. I have sent many emails but no response. Only once they sent a mail saying the refund is issued and they are sorry for the delay. I contacted bank and they told i did not receive any refund. Other than this there is no other reply. Because of this frustration i was also in suical mood. As a student the money is big for me and it is important. Somebody help me to retrieve my money and take action on quikr. Thank you. I subscribed for 20 premium ads on quikr. I got only 1 response from the PREMIUM ADS after 15 days and now the quikr team is not providing assistance. The employee that cracked this deal with me (Vanitha - [protected] ) called me atleast 10 times in a day for the payment of subscription fee and now she just disconnects my call or not even answers sometimes. She told that response rate is quite high for their premium ads services and sent me some screenshots of one of their clients account showing the response rate, but it was just to take me into their confidence and subscribe to their services ASAP. She also told that she would send the ads to the customers(buyers) for faster selling of my products but none of this is being done. I really want to cancel their services and need a full refund.

I got a call from quikr that you have been shortlisted by hdfc bank and fir registration 'priya singh' asked me 2000rs fir registration which was refundable. After i had a written assignment and telephonic interview... The hdfc head asked me to pay 5999rs which was again refundable. I told them i want to quit as i dont have much amount to pay now and then asked them to refund my amount which i'd paid. Its been a week and they are lapsing again and again that it will be done by tomorrow morning and so on. I am so dissappointed by such henious act. Like seriously india is so cheap in such stuff. Horrible it is. And now the quikr department's phone is switched off and priya singh is not even receiving my call. Though she is busy on some another call. I kindly request each one of you to not believe in such chutiya calls and stuff and quikr jobs is a big fail. I had saved those amount as my pocket money which i hardly received from my parents and we do have financial trouble even. Arey paise nahi tthe tabhi toh job ke liye apply kiya thaa... Haramkhoro ne sab paisaa nigal liya chutiya saale bhench#!...

I have purchased this product and paid 2033 rs at 10 april 2019. I was thinking it will deleiver within 2-3 days but it's not delivered so today i decided to talked with seller then directly replied me that product i sold to someone else.

First thing is that if i paid already then how seller sold the product to someone else, now second thing is please refund my money back... I called to quikr many times but no one is responding well...

I have ordered "jungle wood shoe rack, walnut finish", ad id:[protected] through quickr mobile app and done the payment of rs. 1000/- against transaction no:[protected] on dated 06.04.19. As per quickr time line that product will be deliver within 4-5 days but still not delivered. I have called many times to quickr customer care but only 1 time got answered that will check and revert as well as mail has been sent but still no response received. I have requested to refund my money but again no response.

On clicking the link i'm being directed to a payment page in which the amount of rs 11, 000 has already been filled in.

I have never used any rental services from quirk. This seems to be a scam on the part of quikr.

Please look into this matter and take appropriate action against companies like quikr which tries to extract money using unfair means, so that they don't repeat it in future.

Hi sir this side is molin singha. Iam purchasing a laptop form quikr side.. Something has porsonal reason i'm return that laptop that exact moment. I have payed 1000 rupees cashon delivery.. But still lam not getting that amout last 55 days.. Pls do some legal action.. Otherwise iam going to consumer court.. And highlight the company.. Which act o[censored]r kindness.. I am shivasharan, i have booked a rto service request on 9th april 2019. Invoice #: lf/apr19/006815. Later in that day evening, i got call from quikr about my request. I told my requirement. Then they mentioned about extra charges. Which is much more then i expected. I am not availing this service, since this is more costly for me. And they wont refund this amount it seem.

My complaint is :
1) they should have mentioned the charges before booking service. They didnot. After booking if the charges are heavy, then what customer should do. He cant avail service and he will loos the booking amount (99 rs)

It seems like not a fair business. How can they charge any fee without availing a service from customer. Just calling to customer and to inform about the charges of the service they should not charge 99 rs.

If this is the legal way of business, 100s of this kind of websites will open and cheet the customer very easily by heavy hidden charges.
Specially quikr is reputed website. It should not do this kind of business, which seems illegal.

2) in website they mentioned "quikr agent picks up documents from seller & buyer". I got to know from customer care guy "they will collect document from one side. Not from both the sides". They should not do false promises.

I never used quikrpg please ban quikr, this is the 3rd time to receive this kind of msgs, why quikr is not solved this issue before 2 times... And not only me so many people got this kind of fraud messages from quikr only

Around last 15 days I am running behind quikr person Anand([protected]) to get my security deposit back as we are asked to vacate the building due to their plan of changing the entire building for paying Guest. In the month of March this person sent mail to vacate with in one month.From that time one mail chain is going on.but Anand(quikr cheater), he is behaving in a very unproffessional manner. He sent a mail saying that you will get your money by april 4, 2019. but i did not receive my money yet and he is not receiving the call.Trying to contact quikr help line number, but no respond. can anyone help on this. my husband is sending reminder mail every day.his number is ([protected])

Its a completely fraud request you to not go with quikr rto services. It 's their business that they collect money and keep the work on hold for 4 months then return their docs. I think they do finance with our money. Please visit vaahan.com or parivaahan.com sites your work will be done for 4 times lesser prices.

I am Rashmi. I had ordered a dining table on quikr. It got cancelled by the seller. I initiated my refund. It has been around 20 days. I have sent numerous mails. I have tried called quikr customer care n number of times. But, they all return me back to the same state, none actually helping me in this matter. I keep sending them mails everyday. I have tried every method available. I don't know what to do anymore. What should I do?can someone help me

I placed an order for second hand motorazr v3i at 28/2. New ones are not available. I wanted that coz of nostalgia of my first phone. I prepaid 2297rs in total coz i believed that quikr will check it to be atleast similar to the photo. I recieved a phone with a big spot on back that was wisely hidden in the pictures in ad. Keyboard is dirtiest you can imagine and its not even a v3i model. Its a cheaper model v3. Plus keyboard lights dont even light up. I complaint and recieved a call from quikr guys. Straightaway they said we dont hold any responsibility. They are taking money in advance directly. I have never seen or met or talk the seller, paying directly in advance to the quikr and they dnt hold any responsibility?? What the hell that even means. If that makes sense, even amazon can say they dnt hold any responsibility. End of day they gave me seller's number. I called and that guy told me that he sent a perfect piece, maybe quikr did smthing on way to delivery. Of course that guy is lying but what m gnna do, hunt him down?? Quikr should bear little responsibility if they are freaking taking money in advance from people. I sent them lot of email on [protected]@quikr.com. I got an email that i will get response in 48 hrs.. Been 3weeks.. No responce

Sir i ordered a ps4 of rs 3500 and i paid the amount but after ordering the amount i contacted the seller and he is asking for extra money for delivery charges.
I already paid the delivery charges to quikr and i want to cancel the order. I want my money back full amount please do this at the earliest..

I purchased refurbished xiaomi redmi 5a mobile from quikr in excellent condition. But there is a network problem in this mobile. No sim card is working in these phone. When i insert sim card it shows no sim card in this phone. I also attached with image of this problem.in the quikr add shown this mobile is in excellent condition so i purchased this mobile but when i start my phone then it shows no sim card. I also try restart and reset but my problem is not solved. Now what should i do regarding this order. My order i'd is 10543341. Rs.4887. Kindly refund my money as soon as possible. Please help me.
