Not login my account in laptop i will try to login but not open and display session time out please resolve this problem. I activate platinum package but how can i posting ads please resolve and your excutives not respond my problem not answer me calls. I activate other package but not response my ad my ad posting in 1week but no response. I will pay amount but no response im not saticified your excutives

    Paid for an item advertised on quikr bazaar on july 25, 2018. The item was not delivered till now and no refund is given. Even after lot of emails and phone calls the money was not refunded. Ticket no:[protected]. Ad id[protected]. Advertisements displayed on quikr bazaar are all fake, none of them will get delivered after payment. Quikr executives will give all kind of excuses to avoid refund of the money. Kindly take due action against this online company.

    I am not here for any apologies... i just requested to refund the money for the non-delivered item but instead your executives have been calling up to give all kind of excuses. Quikr Bazaar is a fraudulent website.. do not purchase anything on that website, you will not get either the item or your money back.

      I had made an online payment through my debit for purchase of 6x4 mattress. Eventually quikr was unable to deliver my ordered product due to no pick up & delivery service from that region/city.
      I was told that i would get the refund back into my account for the payment made. But till date neither i have not received my money back nor there's any communication from quikr in this regards.
      This is really disgusting & annoying.
      How can such a big reputed company cheat people on the pretext of buying & selling products.

        I applied on quikr and i got call from[protected] from quikr saying my profile has been shortlisted and i have to pay 2500 for registration after i paid my employment id generated as hdfc-248138aks
        And got mail from [protected]@india.com. My registration id was sent [protected]
        After they told me to deposit money of rs 8500 for registration, then 18000 for training, then 6500 deposit, then 9500 insurance then 9000 get then 15000 as donation i paid all these amounts to account details below

        Altogether i paid 69000
        The told me to come to indiranagar in bangalore and collect my training kit and joining letter.
        When i gone there he told me to come on next day
        His no is [protected] name as alok sharma.
        Tomorrow i called him and he told i have to pay again 15000 for donation then only i will be getting my documents and everything.
        I was shocked to hear that and i called the quikr[protected] and i told him to cancel my profile and refund my amounts.
        After 2 days he told me that my profile has been cancelled and i got a call from quiker accounts dept. No : [protected] and i told me that it will be refunded on july 30th 2018.
        But they has not refunded the amount until now
        This phone's are switched off, now i'm basically scrued.
        I need quikr to refund my 69000 to my personal account.
        I have all the details and i registered complaint with police and i strictly said to punish then maximum by the law.

        All the numbers they used to contact me have been sent to police and the Account no used has also been notified to police.
        Bangalore police is now In communication with Delhi Police and I personally make sure that quikr company loose the reputation they brought up.

          Hello,

          We had purchased INR 25, 000.00 worth package for 3 months on June 13th 2018.
          Sales person (Shiv Kumar Yadav) has promised that we will get at least 2 to 3 leads per day.

          Now its been more than 53 days and we only received only 7 leads. We received call from there service department saying that we never commit for the leads so we cannot do anything.

            I have attached the screen shot. I paid amount rs. 3833. Now she didn't attend my call and her number was switched off. Her name is ashwini (This is number [protected] and [protected]) quikr job - freelancer number ([protected], [protected]). She said, "your amount will be refund within 48 hours". And salary didn't credit (Salary: rs.18400/-). Kindly accept my complaint and take immediate action.

            Note: i worked 60 pages.

                I bought i lead based package from your Executive name Mr.Chirag Vats.i paid 9k for this pack& my check was clear on 18JUly bt till now date i didn't Receive any lead or even my package not start.
                This package is lead based but i have no lead from quikr.
                the problem is like quikr sold th package but they don't have any lead, company are not able to generate lead..
                Chirag is a very fraud person now he didn't pick my call now i want justice. take strict action against Chirag and start my package otherwise REFUND my money..

                  Today my daughter (Induja) got call from one lady name is divya and phone no is [protected]. She interviewed and selected induja for axis bank back office job. She asked security deposit money rs 1750 online payment to sbi a/c no [protected] admin (Khushboo sharma) ifsc code is sbin0031209.
                  Regarding payment we ask to wait up to monday but she asked induja to give your debit card details we will do the debit card transaction on your behalf.
                  She refuse to provide her after that she massage to me on my mobile no [protected] that my daughter cv resiticate for 3 years from quikr and she will not get any job from quikr.

                  Such threatening calls and massages do harass us as well as it make the child depress.

                  Proper action must be taken against such cases.

                    I actually posted an add of veena, someone by name shika purbey contacted me through mail as she is in UK there is no other source to contact, then yesterday she told that she had sent a cheque in that 8500 need to be paid to the customs of lufthansa airlines it will come to NEW DELHI then in the morning I received a call to transfer 8500 I transferred they told me to send ID proof along with that I even sent a mail then again they mailed me saying for security bond need to pay 16800 it will be refundable then again I transferred after that again I got a mail need to transfer 18, 000 along with bank details then I got a doubt by that time I was trapped.
                    Make sure these fraudsters don use any of our ID Proof and trap others.
                    Kindly check and resolve my issue.

                          Dear Sir,

                          I got trapped into cyber crime. Few days ago I had posted add to sell my furniture in OLX and Quikr. I got an email from one lady. She stays in UK and want to buy double bed. With conversation through email she look very professional to me. i agreed to sell her. But she didn't want to go through Quikr want to send her own movers & packers.
                          After final decision happened between us that she will send HDFC bank cheque through courier. I asked her to transfer online but she refused but i was okay as I just need to deposit the cheque in the bank and once money will transfer to my account she will send movers and packers for pickup.

                          Thursday night she sent an email to me with the Airway bill and cheque. In that she mentioned you need to pay Rs. 8500 for custom clearance and they will assign I agent whom you need to transfer the amount in his account. As she mentioned in her email that the cheque is of additional Rs. 8500 i have paid that. later I got an email from the Agent personal Id and discussion happened, he demanded for Rs. 16, 800. He said it's security deposit and then Rs.18000 for FedEx guys demanding for Security to deliver the cheque. He has shared his identity with me Lufthansa Airline Employee and letter from Federal ministry office.

                          I got into the trap and paid almost Rs. 34, 500. Through different modes along with my PAN no. & Aadhar card No.
                          1. Through Citi bank : Rs 8500 + Rs. 16, 800
                          2. Through PayTm : 18000

The Airline will arrive in India tomorrow morning by 8:45AM, while they will call you for the delivery of the package to your door once the airline arrive.

                          According to the Matic Courier Service here in UK, The Parcel will be shipped through Lufthansa Airline while there flight will first arrive at Indira Gandhi International Airport in New Delhi in other to get all there parcel registered before it will be dispatched to there various destination through there local Agent in India. So you have to make sure you are available at home to received the package once you got a call from the delivery local Agent because you have to sign before they release the package to you.

                          From the Cheque you will you received have added extra amount of 8, 500 Rupees because I was informed by the Courier Service that payment will be paid in India only once they arrive tomorrow morning and this payment has include the custom Fee/ insurance Fee /Shipping Fee /Delivery Fee. Once the amount is paid then they will make the parcel out for delivery to your destination. Since i don't have any online access that is the main reason i have added the 8, 500 Rupees on the Cheque so you can help do make the payment to the Agent once the Airline arrived tomorrow while the rest 13, 000 Rupees will be for the refrigerator.

                          Thanks so much your Co-operation. Also inform me the time and date for the pick up so the pick up company can fix the appointment on time.

                          I hereby attached you the Airway-Bill and the scan copy of the Cheque in the mail.

                          Mentioning that I am in UK and Bla Bla.
                          But i Understood this is somekind of bluf so I told all trnsaction through Quikr only and soemhow avoided ths fraud.

                          I am so happy and relaxed that I read this thread before proceeding further with this " Shikha Purbay". I got a similar email for my quickr ad. Similar things - stay in UK, can't cal, wants to buy asap, logistic company etc. I couldn't digest few things so I immediately searched her name in google and came to know that it's a fraud.                           Thank you to all the responses in this forum. I would have lost money if not for this thread of information.

                          I have similar emails from Shikha Purbay about being in UK, no contact details, advance amount in cheque, Fed EX details etc...

                          However, my question is:

                          How come they are still continuing the fraud? How is it that they are not yet caught?
                          Why has OLX not banned the names or tracked them down?

                          Shikha and Co. seems to be free in their dealings... and continue to plot further.

                          Anyway..

                          Thanks consumer complaints for atleast listing this out.
                          This lady by name Shikha Purbey contacted for my sofa more than a week back, realised through mails that it’s a fraud.

                          Did share my address with her to pick
                          Up courier to check their next set of mails.

                          When she sent the cheque details and airway bill no through a very unknown name of the courier. And Currency of GBP Great British Pounds, without themselves that it’s Great Britain Pounds.

                          I would urge Quickr to take strict action against these two email ids [protected]@hotmail.com and [protected]@yahoo.com and check their identities to take stringent action against these people.

E samsung galxy s8 plus clones, which i have transact 9000 to him, when i called him he keeps on making excuses, and told me that he use professional logistics to send me, but i receive none of my product, instead he warn me that i will make you cry for your money, you quikr company must fix this and spam issues, f raud dealers in your site, and now fix my problem and refund me that money as fast as possible, his name is tarun dhanraj, owner of simpton gadgets contact no:[protected]... Ask him to refund me... Quikr... He is selling samsung clones in your site, and he cheats...

                                Hi sir good evening I have already Quikr app downloading and searching the loan and Finance Department I apply loan department rupees 3 lacs the company name is I attach PDF and details.
                                Your company is very valuable and very useful very helpful the quikr.com but you are said so many kind of problems that is there so my suggestion the post add to customer are vendor once upon a time you verify that all details check it out an update..

                                This is my complaint that the finance company once executive the call your loan amount sanctioned rupees 200000 that told within half an over again one call me that the same company you are loan of rupees 3 lacs sanction within 2 hours your side and approve get back property and document charges first one person tell me. Rupees 15000 next one the toll amount Rs 4000 immediately send me and within 2 hours sanction when the documents are to be sent and truth mail in my all documents Aadhar card pan card voter ID photo and my bank passbook in front page that guy again again again 2 send me scenes in that same but no more information just my suggestion take it over thank you sir..

                                  Sir, i wanted to sell my aerofit home gym equipment, so i went to quikr website and posted a free ad and then premium ad for rs 333 per product. Next day i received a call from a sales manager named kishor[kishor. [protected]@quikr.co.in this is his email] who by the way told me about benefits of paying additional 1500 rs to rs 333=to total of 1833 rs, such as quikr will get you buyers, update my ad[increase the price of my product], etc. Etc. So he sent me a pament link and so i paid for it. As it turns out, nearly a weeklater, your customer support team said "we dont do those benefits" and i was lied about it to shell more money. Your sales manager took advantage of my trust in quikr. And robbedme of 1500 rs. I dont like cheaters so i would like to be refunded of 1500 rs. Kindly do the needful.

                                      Dear customer service

                                      On 24th july i had paid for premium service to sell my car. As suggested mr. Kadam.
                                      He confirmed that
                                      . You will arranging customers for this deal
                                      . You will confirm the list of customers by this friday that is on 27th
                                      . You will arrange their visit on saturday & sunday i. E 28th & 29th july
                                      He also asked to raise price displayed & he had done himself
                                      He also assured to get minimum price of rs.4.80 lacs for the car because you have customers which are ready to pay the price around rs. 5 lakhs

                                      So far quikr could provide 1 customer and without any reasosn mail mentioning contact details are repedetly sent to me. I already discussed with custotmer and he had no interest.
                                      So far i have 3 mails to quikr to refund the money. However i have not received any respons.
