My order no is 10436066. I ordered a certified s6 edge plus in a excellent condition but the phone model is north american variant so the mobile is totally useless if you don't provide me a indian variant or refund then i go to complaint against that quikr don't give tax and sell imported devices. Which is illegal. I call to customer care the agents tell me that you go to north america and you should be use there. I want my refund immediately otherwise i claim against imported devices sell in website.

    I paid 6900 for an unboxed moto g5 plus 64 gb model certified by quikr with 7 day replacement
    On 22nd june 2018, a moto g5 plus 32 gb handset in a very old box without any charger or accessories was delivered. Not even a pin to remove sim card tray.
    Apart from these the handset has some severe issues :
    1. The display seems to be stuck with low quality gum to the body.
    The gum is visible and clearly felt by touching the sides of the screen.
    2. Neither the call-speaker nor the loud speaker of the phone works.
    3. Even attaching a headphone doesn't work.
    I emailed the issue to [protected]@quikr.com, [protected]@quikr.com, [protected]@quikr.co.in on 23 and 24 june 2018.

    After a lot of requests, complaints and hassle, the reverse pickup was completed on 7th july. This was only after i proved them by sending images of the issues. Since then, there is no progress from quikr. A lady has been assigned the task of replying that they are awaiting response from their internal team. This is the reply i have been getting for any question asked
    "the issue has been highlighted to our quality team and we are awaiting for a response from their end".

    Initially i was under the impression that the partner seller was at fault but the negligence of quikr seems like they are equally responsible. They are intentionally trying to delay the issue thinking i will drop the issue and forget about it. I am surely not dropping this case.

    It has been more than a month since i had complained. I no more need a replacement. I don't have a lifetime to keep requesting quikr if the certified phone needs repair in 6 month warranty time. Better stay away and buy a new phone from flipkart or amazon. At least their replacement policy is a lot more convenient.

    I availed a RTO service by March 2018. They said they will get the RC tranfer in a month. It took 4 months for then to say that they have encountered some problem with documents and return of document took 1 month and still repayment not made

      I ordered a cellphone yureka ao5510 of good qulity but when product was delivered having problem in speaker and sim tray is also broken and many other problems are faced i complaint to then so they told it will take 15 days process for replacment today i got a mail to send them video clip of sim tray i did the same and asked for refund because i was in need of cell phone so i purschased a another one now they are denying it is clearly writen that after delivery with in 5 days i can claim refund but i m claiming within in a single day of delivery please help me to get refund i m from a poor family i cant afford plzzzz

        The worst customer service experience i ever had with quikrbikes. I had purchased activa (2013 model), registration no. Hr 26 by 5322 from quikrbikes gurgaon (Haryana) store on 4th feb'18. I had paid rs.4000 (For registration transfer + insurance) in cash on same date and till date i have not received any confirmation on this despite lots of followups.
        Quikrbikes manager (Delhi) mr. Hemant does not even bother to answer the call or call back.
        The representative sitting on their store always conveys the same message that your registration transfer is been completed and they will share the soft copy of receipt but till date i have not received any receipt/insurance copy/registration certificate.

          They mention in ad. That product is in good working condition, but actually condition of product is very bad, it is not working properly, its belts and wires are already broken, and surface is not having enough friction to walk even.

          I have post an ad about my disc and after few days it was sold and the money were transfer into my quikr wallet and when i initiate that money to my bank a/c, no money has been came.

            Quickr has delivered a non working fridge to me. If they can't validate the product at least they need to tell us about the product condition.

            When i switch on it, only some noise is coming, no light inside and its not working. I tried with changing the electricity board connecction plug, but still the issue is same.

            I have attached the images, waiting for your response.
            I want to return the fridge.

              I had transferred Rs.12500/- ( payment reference no. UA80143231 for Rs.10000/- and ref.no. UA80144256 for rs.2500/-) on 19th July to Quikr India Pvt Ltd, ac no:[protected], Raghuvanshi Mills MumbI branch for purchasing an real estate advertisement package.

              But contrary to the assurance given by the concerned executive, even after repeated calls and messages, the package has not activated still. Also wish to say that the concerned executive had not shown responsibility to deal the matters. She not attending my calls in this regard and not responding to my messages in this regard.

              After sales service is very important in every sector. I am facing negligence for the second time from this same executive.

                  HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH QUIKR, WILL NOT USE AGAIN IN LIFE.
                  I tried to purchase a pinup ad, about a month ago. When I was doing electronic payment, I was getting a call while waiting to receive the OTP. I thought it was random call and cut the call saying "I will call later". When I clicked on 'Resend OTP' same thing happened. I realized the third time that somebody is intervening with my payment process, and picked up the call.

                  Their representative offered me that he is giving a better deal for just Rs. 50 more (Rs.1, 000 instead of 949 I was supposed to pay). He promised me it would be a pinup ad for few days, like my choosing. He also offered another month for Rs.400 more (Rs.1, 400 for two months). The ad was not posted as premium ad until two days later when I called and talked to them. But, no pinup time given. It was only posted for one month. I had to send messages and argue with them 3 times so far. No resolution. It seems Luke a FRAUD company, and people should not fall for.

                    I’ve purchased 51leeds for rs 16500 name of Ritu Interiors from your colleague Mr Khaja Moin (Himaythnagar) he says transaction was not successful asked the bank but they tells amount has been already received.                     Mr Khaja moin tells me payment was with citrus gateway and they have refunded the amount on 13th July 2018 but in that the bank names comes as bank of india but the account from which I’ve done the transaction was from union bank of india. He says I’m taking with my Rm and main head persons in Banglore but it’s been 15days there no response from his team he and his managers are making a fool of me. By not proving me the correct information. My amount of 16500 rs has been debited and no services has been start from your end. Please do the needful ASAP.

                        This has been the worst ever experience I've had. But, after a series of events. I finally am sure there is fraudulent activity happening on your platform.

                        I had initially bought a product under ad Id[protected]

                        Ad was listed in Mumbai, for which I contacted to have a look and purchase. But, was informed the seller is in Assam pincode: 782435 is not serviceable. Which I confirmed with quikr too and is true. My pincode is 400076

                        Which is why reluctantly agreed for transaction outside quikr. Agreed amount was of Rs 25000 (check screenshot) Attached also whatsapp conversation.

                        The seller is out to con people and keep asking more money after the agreed some was sent.

                        I had also ended up buying and paying for the laptop listed under his account.

                        This user has listed the same items which he had sold to me. I was finally duped of total of Rs. 82575 and never got any of the items. Both of which is listed again on your quikr. Under the same seller name.

                        Attached screenshot is from when I bought the items. Now after duping me, the ads are active again with a different number.

                          Date - 17/07/2018, I received a call from Good Career Recruitment (Priya) and said she got my number from Quikr portal. Call was regarding job offer. She informed me that my profile has been shortlisted for Axis Bank backoffice and you will have to come down for the interview at our Dombivali office. (Conversation was in Marathi - Unprofessional)
                          To be sure i asked her if I need to pay anything like registration fees and all then she replied 'no you dont have to pay anything and we dont even ask candidate to pay since we get paid by bank if candidate is hired'. I asked her who will take my interview then she said that someone from Axis Bank will be there to take your interview. I asked these two questions twice. My interview was scheduled for 18/07/2018. So i went there and asked for Priya (one who called me), that lady let me in and asked for my resume and original PAN card. I gave it. I waited for 30 mins and asked that lady that Axis employee has arrived or not she replied, yeah she is already here and taking interviews of other candidates. I was satisfied with the answer and waited. It was my turn now, there were more 2 candidates waiting for interview. I went inside the cabin. She asked me to seat and interview started. Question 1. Tell me about yourself. (Only this question was asked in English). I answered. Then she asked me another few question in Hindi and Marathi as well since I'm Marathi. She said you are selected and you will be appointed to Thane Axis Branch. She explained my salary and also asked me to pay Rs. 2000/- as a security deposit. I was shocked. I had already asked that lady who called me if do i need to pay anything and answer was NO. then why she asked me to pay. Her communication with me was so unprofessional. In Marathi we use word Tumcha, Tumhala which shows the respect but she was like Tuza, Tula chalel ka, Tu karshil ka, as if i'm her friend. I doubted and asked her if she really belongs to Axis Bank staff members she said yes, I'm from Axis bank and I came here to take interview from Axis Bank. I was not satisfied with her answer so i asked her to show her ID proof and she refused to show the same. (All this conversation happened in Marathi). Being a candidate its my right to ask for ID proof if I doubt. But her unprofessional and rude behavior shows that she was not the employee of Axis bank. Then who gave her rights to make fool of people. She started an argument that why should I show you my ID proof and all. I'm giving you job, Its your decision if you want to pay or not, i have been doing this since last 4 years. I said ok if I'm selected then give the offer letter and branch details, ill go there and check with branch manager if i'm satisfied then ill come and pay. She was being so rude and started saying anything out of the topic. In between another lady joined us and said that she is the head of that office. I was again shocked. Head of the office and Axis Bank staff doesnt even understand english. Entire conversation lasted in Marathi and Hindi.
                          *My question is to Quikr, how can you leak our information to such a fraud recruiters who dont even have sense to talk to candidate and illegally using Banks name and identity. I know what would have been happened if i had paid. I would have been kept asking me for money for different reasons.

                          *My question is to Axis Bank, do you guys really hire such an unprofessional recruiter who personally visits recruitment centers and takes interview or is it some kind of fraud going on under taking your name.

                          I immediately left that place, collected my ID proof, when i asked for my resume they refused to give the same so i said just destroy it in front of me and she did the same.

                          I read another compliant on this portal and understand that people doesnt get job but they have been asking to pay for various reasons.

                          You calculate, I'm experienced, i have seen how things work but what if someone fresher visits that place on their fake commitment of job people pay them and never get hired in banks because there is no such procedure to get hired in banks.

                          I need an answer, this is just my first step of complaint.

                            Its Almost 23 Days that i have placed my order and i got a FAULTY PRODUCT. The Quikr Team is least helpful and your policies says that hassle free replacement and i feel so cheated that even after so much of hassle and trouble the team arranged reverse pickup But again the same story repeated No one came for pickup and After number of calls they came for pickup but now its almost 10 DAYS AND MY PRODUCT HAS BEEN PICKED UP AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY REPLACEMENT PRODUCT NOT EVEN CONFIRMATION. I WOULD LIKE TO GET MY REFUND NOW AS QUIKR MADE THIS VERY LONG PROCESS AND I CANNOT TRUST QUIKR FOR FUTURE ALSO.

                            More than a month and they are not returning my money and forcing me to get the replacement of a device after 30 days and the customer Care staff is really poor they don't know how to behave. And after harrasing for one month they are saying that I will get replacement only and no refund..on other hand I have bought a new phone but they are not getting my point and misbehaving and forcing to accept the device

In order to apply for this job i have to send my documents to the e-mail id- [protected]@outlook.com that i have sent. now they have called me and sent me a paytm no.( [protected]) where I have to send Rs.750 as registration fee. before depositing the amount i want to know whether it is authentic or not?

                                I purchased a Pooja stand through Quikr stall on 3rd Jul. I received the product on Jul-10. Carpenter came on Jul-12 to fix the same. While fixing we found that the stand was defective. From that day onwards I am following up with several Quikr folks for a replacement but absolutely there is no response or call back. Request you to help me to resolve this issue.Thanks

                                I want my refund quiker people fooled me took 80k in advance for transferring the ownership of my brothers car in my name. Now it’s been more than a month I am chasing these people but not getting any revert.
                                I bought property pack Rs.258/30days but my house selling ad did not goes active and display by the quikr. Why...? Its not a good practice with the client by quikr. So let me explain what is they when someone buy pack but your didnt keep your promise to draw back for it.

                                  We are a food based company and Quikr contacted us if we wanted to promote our business on their site. Their agent Mr. Rajesh paid a visit and described all packages. We told them we would take it up but in couple of months as our marketing budget is over for these two months. The agent said we could pre book these packages if we gave him a cheque without a date for now and this would also help him personally booking a sale and meeting his targets. We were to get a confirmation call from Quikr and he told us to tell them to not deposit the cheque for now but until they got a consent from us for August.
                                  The Quikr agent went ahead and deposited the cheque without having our consent. We have been trying to contact him and hes giving false assurances that he would get this payment reversed. But to this day, nothing has been done in this regard.

                                  Request you to kindly look into this.

                                    I got a call from Mr Kishore [protected]@[protected] for purchase of 100 premium ads at 5000 rupees, after discussion with him I deposited the amount online through a link he sent through SMS, when my package did not get activated I tried calling him but he stopped picking up my calls and responding to my messages.
                                    I contacted quikr helpline and marked a mail regarding my issue on the very mail id provided by them([protected]@quikr.com) on 13 july 2018.
                                    They have replied back on the same mail with a ticket no 706363 which is redirecting to non functioning url (http://qticketing.quikrcorp.com/upload/scp/http://qticketing.quikrcorp.com/uplo...

                                    Till today there is no response from there side neither my package has been activated.

                                      I got the advertisement in the quikr job portal about the ICICI bank job...I called to that particular number...They requested me rs3550 for Registration purpose..They again demanded 4000 for interview purpose...this process goes on and my total amount becomes 25500 towards them..They provided me training letter, appointment letter...But this letters are fake and they doesn't even provided the joining letter where the particular branch of ICICI could be written..When I call them they don't picks the call...If I call from new number they say that we will refund you...But 2 months passed..They had not provided the job nor they refunded my money...Please show me the path what can I do now??

                                        I had applied for online job with my resume, my photo and my education certificate Last month then I got a call saying that your CV got shortlisted for Airline Ground staff to get an interview you should register by paying 2200 rupees after that you will get a interview call there will be one round interview that is telephone interview and he also said that if you didn't get select means your amount will be refunded. I took interview also after my interview again she called me and saying that congratulations you got selected.. in that they had mentioned that again I need to pay 6000 rupees for the document verification I asked him why didn't you tell this before. he said this amount u need to pay after telephonic interview.. so i said i dont want to do any document verification because i dont have money right now. so please cancel my job application and refund my money... as per your police you have to refund my money.. from that day my money still not receive and infect they not receive my call...
