I availed Quikr services to find a packers & movers in Chennai that could provide household goods transport from Chennai to Hyderabad.
I posted the ad in quikr and this Roadways owner himself called me. Writing this as i faced some bad days with this Transport guys when i opted them for transport from Chennai to Hyderabad!

They don't do real transport they are just Brokers! They took my luggage on 23-June-2018 and gave my luggage to another transport on 29-June-2018 and i got my luggage on 06-July-2018 after lot of drama. Even after taking full payment before transport, i had to pay extra huge amount(Secondary transport full amount from Chennai to Hyderabad) to get back my luggage and with a loss of 1 Cardboard box full of things. Overall i paid 2 transports Costs and with 1 Luggage stolen by this so called Roadways.

The person Jeraud J.Kennedy calling himself as MD, will collect half of the payment when he comes to check the luggage and another half while packing the luggage and he claims they have this transport branches allover India but if you ask for any branch details he will divert the topic and while packing he promised me the luggage gets transported safely within 4-5 days and Door-to-Door delivery. All are False Promises!

After that 4-5 days my luggage never comes and no Call as well from Mr.JK. When we call him he will pick only once in 5-6 attempts and then he says some non-sense like it will reach in 2days, then again after 2days when i call, same thing he extends it for 3 more days and keeps on avoiding and he won't give any details of where is our luggage. Mostly he won't pick the call. Then after 13days, when i texted him saying i will come to chennai and take legal action, then he responded with the details of the actual transport where my luggage was in Hyderabad. Then i had to pay the huge amount for this actual transport for bringing my luggage from Chennai to Hyderabad. Overall the total amount i paid for this is 2 transports cost from Chennai to Hyderabad and 1 Luggage loss. Thereafter he won't pick my Call at all.
HUGE LOSS! PATHETIC SERVICE! NEVER OPT THESE CHEATERS!

Quikr should not allow these kind of Fraudsters! Else we will lose trust on Quikr!

I want my Extra Paid Amount back and also my lost Cardboard box.

    One of your agent of Mumbai named-Akash Pandey has claimed an amt of Rs5, 500/- from me via bank's transaction on 17th June, 2018. Regarding old coins selling commission fees saying its a way to sell our products on Quikr adds . Now its since a month, neither he is coming on the mobile no he gave me, nor is not answering my messages on what's up regarding my queries for my adds on your website. I hereby request you people to look into my matter as fast as possible or i shall have to goto the consumer court for justice. Its my mom's(widow) hard earned savings that i gave to your Quikr website to sell my products of old coins.

      Hii quicker
      I have made a payment of 2000 rs for an ad pack on 13th june 2018
      the ad pack has got activated after 24 days on 6th july. But even after activation of ad pack quikr is not sending any leads.
      its been 30 days since making payment.
      I even have the sales executive's number i called him but he dose not pick up my phone his name is Arun Singh.

      At the time of selling packages he used to call me 10 times a day but at the time of providing services he even don't care a bit. And no one at quikr is really bothered about the problem you are facing.
      If you can't provide the service which you are promising kindly refund the full amount ASAP.

        I have ordered a 3 door cupboard . It is delivered on July 4th in dissembled manner . Every day I call quikr for assembly request . Only thing they tell is assembly team will contact me .             I have been getting reminders from Quicker that "I have outstanding rental dues of Rs. 14, 300" whereas I don't live in any accommodation related to Quicker at all. Even my PG where I live, is ventured with Nestway and I always cleared my rent on time. When I asked from PG manager, even he didn't have any idea that why I'm getting such reminders from Quicker.

            This is really very annoyed. Please fix it asap otherwise I'm gonna take possible legal action on your company. How can you claim money to a person who never had your service ever????

              I have made the payment of rupees 1800 when I was trying to upgrade my ad they called me from ‭+[protected]‬ and said wait and hold the payment we have a offer for u some lady called and said she has an offer the package of rupees 3000 where I get premium ad facility for my ad where it will be shown every were in web to app every where for whole of Bangalore and I agreed and sent me link on email [protected]@gmail.com and I have made the payment of rupees 1800 the offer price of 3000 package if my property gets not sold they will extend my package for another 45 days and she said in 12 hours some represent will call me and ask me for more details about my ad and they will update my ad to premium ad it's been 6 days I have been calling ur customers care Bangalore they are telling they will check no response no premium ad nothing and u have taken money how to do a business with advertising people like u who don't care about it why I choose u I thought u are good company but ur cheating like this I have used service like property wala olx magic brick I have used all paid services no one did like this and u people are doing this this Bangalore customer care they don't even answer calls .

                It is disgusting that after having a complaint filed this person continues to have access to profiles loaded in quickr and continues to cheat people. This number is registered in the name of Mr Muragavel in Tamulnadu. He requests to paytm 1000 rs for application process to another number [protected] in the name of GOKUL KUMAR K S.                     I availed Quikr services to find an agency in Kerala that could provide home care services for my mother. Mother Home Care Services based out of Palakkad in Kerala was the top recommended agency. It was even listed as government registered. I transferred 15, 500 online to mother home care for their services. It's been 2 months and the agency has not refunded my money inspite of not providing services. My calls are not answered. Pls unlist this fraud company

                      Myself namrata gavande from pune.on internet, when i am searching for job.i had applied for so many job related to bank.at that time i got a call from quikr bank job department.that call is from delhi.they told me some little process and in that i have to pay 2100 rs first and my documents.i transferred 2040 rs and my documents to given ac number and email id.they send confirmation mail to me regarding both.after that they said you will get call from hdfc bank hr department.and i also got that call.but now they were saying that i have to pay again
                      3750 rs for security verification amount.which i refuse to pay.bcoz i have doubt in that process. Every call i get is from a mobile number and email from normal gmail id.no communication from official mail id or landline number of hdfc bank.i have all recorded calls and fund transferred id(receipt), and contact number also from which we get calls.every call is from delhi. Please solve my issue. Know i dont need job from quikr, but want my money back. Now i am tooking advice from social consumer welfare trust to file FIR against this process of quikr. if want proof of fund transfer i will provide.i am waiting for your positive rply.

                          Hi i'd like to complain about a fraud i just encountered. I saw an offer on a macbook pro which was price at 55000 rupees. I got in tough with the seller who sent me pictures of his id and the macbook as well. He gave me his bank account number and asked me to make a payment of 8000 rupees which i did. After confirming it he said the product has been sent for shipmen. Later he said the shipment was held until i pay more 15k but i didnt. I asked him for the shipment details and then i will pay the rest, he didn't send the details either and now he says that the amount cannot be refunded.
                          I want my money back coz such kind of fraudulent buyers should not be allowed to have accounts. You need to verify them before they make quikr a platform to do such frauds.
                          I want some steps to be taken asap or else i'll put this up on social media which i'm sure won't bring quickr any goodwill.

They had send me job confirmation letter and application form.                               I applied for the job on Quikr website at (https://www.quikr.com/jobs/pradhan-mantri-kosal-vikash-yojna-offering-part-time... As a response
                              I received 2 SMS (VJ-PMKVYJ) stating that I have been selecetd for a job which I applied on your website. They asked me to contact another number [protected] or [protected]). I called up on [protected] and spoke to a person who told me his name was Alok Kumar.
                              He said that I was selected for the job company is providing the funds of 85, 000 in my bank account which will be used to purchase a laptop and a mobile phone. After sometime I received SMS that check subject to clearing, transaction not successfull.
                              After that Alok Kumar called me stating that my account needs to be reverified from RBI as the amount is over 50, 000 the bank is not accepting it for which I will have to pay Rs 3, 250 (3, 000 will be refunded by RBI once the acocunt is verified) in Denesh Sarabat's account (details provided through SMS). He even made me speak to some Mr Sharma who introduced me as the SBI cashier.
                              I paid the amount 3, 250 and sent the details to Alok Kumar and another Whatsapp number - [protected]). After sometime I received a call from Alok Kumar stating that he will ask the company to make 2 separate checks of 45, 000 & 40, 000 that will attract a charge of 400 however I will have to pay 7, 400 (7, 000 will be refunded once the check is cleared into my account).
                              I told them that I do not have money to pay however they tried to convince me to borrow funds from someone otherwise the check will be rejected.
                              I received a call from Rahul Kumar Srivaste -[protected] asking me to send 7, 400 by 7.00pm immediately or else the check will not clear. I told him I do not have funds so will try to borrow from someone tomorrow for which he said the bank will charge late fee of 1, 200, that I need to pay along with 7, 400 by 11.00 on Saturday. To prove that they are genuine people Rahul Kumar sent me his Aadhar Card copy.
                              Rahul Kumar informed me that they have sent me the Joining kit, 16gb memory card, Idea SIM and appointment letter by DTDC courier however no document number was provided.
                              He later sent me a phone number-[protected] and told me that the courier person will deliver the package by 2.00pm. When I called up this number the person said he is on the bike and will call back after half an hour. But I did not received any call nor did he answer my calls. Rahul Kumar (said he the company MD and Alok Kumar works under him) and Alok Kumar were insisting to make the payment of 8, 600 so the check of 85, 000 can be cleared and I can get the funds along with 3, 000. However I got suspicious as no courier arrived or no response from his side. He also said once I purchase the laptop and mobile I need to end the bills to the whatsapp number and he will send someone who will explain me the procedure how to work.
                              I called up Alok Kumar and told him that Rahul Kumar is not answering my call he said will wil speak to him and call back but after that no call received from their side.
                              All the people are Hindi speaking (Bihari accent) and they told me that they are based in Bangalore.
                              This is a case of cheating as they have created a website similar (http://pmkvyjob.com/) to Central Govt website (http://pmkvyofficial.org/) because of which people are confused and they dupe people of their hard earned money.
                              I want a strick action against such people.

                                I made a payment of Rs. 1375/- for selling my bicycles on Quikr, they asked me to make an additional payment of Rs. 2700/- and gave me 50 free ads in cars and bike category, this category is not useful for me. I was promised I will get a Gold listing I received a listing that was valid for only 7 days for a payment of Rs. 2700/-

                                There is no one available on their call center for support or solutions.

                                  I order a Voltas 1.2 Split A/C 2017 and the Product id is[protected]. Price 19500/- but actual worth is not even 15000/- as per their services.
                                  Ordered on 3rd July 2018, delivery on 5th July 2018. I got the delivery and found a dissatisfaction about quikr services.

                                  The salesmen Mr. Simon, Mr. Manjunath said it a unused product. However Indoor and outdoor unite seems fine but the A/C remote I received is really in very bad condition. It is a well used, all scratched, fainted keyboard and even not working at all. This is an universal remote not even the original one.

                                  At the time of delivery I complaint for the same to Mr. Simon but he didn't show any interest and denied to take any responsibility and ignored to believe it. Then I denied to make full payment and delivery boy called to some Mr. Sunil (may be the dealer - ena.rums.[protected]@gmail.com). He admitted that this remote was not in the box, it is a little used but in working position. I tried to explain what the salesmen committed me then he told to complaint in quikr which will by useless and cut the call.

                                  Still the delivery boy was sad about this situation and I paid him the full amount.

                                  Now, after 5 days quikr people haven't done anything about it and just asked to wait a little bit. As I know after 9 days I won't be able to do anything about it as per term and conditions.

                                  I request everyone to go to a showroom practically and buy appliances. Don't buy from here, they don't do anything even if the mistake is from there end.

                                    I am chatted with seller for canon 5d Mark 4 camera and fixed Price on 9-7-2018 and set committment for (Cash on Delivery) and pay 500 inr in advance for shipping charges through Tez. Ad Id :[protected] Now Iam cheated by seller. which was showed in Quikr. I recommend buyers plz be careful about buying from unknown person and verify very much don't be cheated like me.
                                    I request to Consumer Authorities of India, please pay attention to my case resolve it as soon as possible and take action against seller.

                                      Its been 3 mmonths that i paid almost one lac for the RTO services and there hasnt been even one update on my papers since then from Quikr team.

                                      Upon asking them the update they are promising me that my car papers and my money is safe with them. I have bank for keeping my money and my papers safe.
                                      I needed faster service for my car papers with one point of contact and zero hassel for me. Now they have gone totally opposite to it and asking me to visit RTO and other backend team and find out about my papers and status. I wonder what did i pay them for? for keeping my papers and money safe??!! I have bank for that.

                                      They write back every Monday for udpate on friday and that friday never comes.

                                      My car can be used since 3 months, its lying without any service. My family is sick and has to be hospitalisd nad i had to run around for cabs.

                                      After urging and requesting them to give my papers and money back, they are now blaming Mumbai RTO that it takes 11 months for them to process papers.

                                      Its height of shameless behavior - first shifting your work to your customer to take update from backend team and RTO. And then shifting it to RTO. There is no ownership of there action and only hollow arguments.

                                      i wonder if this is the company and model that Mr.Chulet has made. It goes far beyond than one simple associate, but reflects on the culture of management and the entire company.

                                      3 months my family suffering and of constant followup has filled me with bitterness for this company and only want relief from their unprofessional and gangster behavior of arm twisting someone for their papers and money and keeping it with them without their permission.

                                      Shamelessly they go on lying and deny me my money and papers.

                                        I sold my cot in April 2018, my first sale with Quikr, till date my transaction amount not transferred to my bank. Sent mails to thm atleast 20 times and each time i got a reply provide alternative bank account. I provided 3 difft accounts but of no use. Buyer transferred amount same time. It us 4 months now, i have not recd any amt.
                                        Kindly assist.
