Its been 3 mmonths that i paid almost one lac for the RTO services and there hasnt been even one update on my papers since then from Quikr team.

Upon asking them the update they are promising me that my car papers and my money is safe with them. I have bank for keeping my money and my papers safe.
I needed faster service for my car papers with one point of contact and zero hassel for me. Now they have gone totally opposite to it and asking me to visit RTO and other backend team and find out about my papers and status. I wonder what did i pay them for? for keeping my papers and money safe??!! I have bank for that.

They write back every Monday for udpate on friday and that friday never comes.

My car can be used since 3 months, its lying without any service. My family is sick and has to be hospitalisd nad i had to run around for cabs.

After urging and requesting them to give my papers and money back, they are now blaming Mumbai RTO that it takes 11 months for them to process papers.

Its height of shameless behavior - first shifting your work to your customer to take update from backend team and RTO. And then shifting it to RTO. There is no ownership of there action and only hollow arguments.

i wonder if this is the company and model that Mr.Chulet has made. It goes far beyond than one simple associate, but reflects on the culture of management and the entire company.

3 months my family suffering and of constant followup has filled me with bitterness for this company and only want relief from their unprofessional and gangster behavior of arm twisting someone for their papers and money and keeping it with them without their permission.

I sold my cot in April 2018, my first sale with Quikr, till date my transaction amount not transferred to my bank. Sent mails to thm atleast 20 times and each time i got a reply provide alternative bank account. I provided 3 difft accounts but of no use. Buyer transferred amount same time. It us 4 months now, i have not recd any amt.

Below enclosed necessary pictures will help u identify the THUGS OF HINDUSTHAN, a person claim himself as Vishal of WTG event, charged a sum of 500rs for courier charge from delhi of an application for reliance power plant job, after successful deposition to an account named ADITYA KUMAR, AXIS BANK ACCOUNT:[protected], IFSC:UTIB0002678; charges a sum of 2000rs on the next day claiming my job has been made permanent, prior to that i continuously enquired whether any hidden charges are there, but he assured no charges, on not agreeing to pay 2000rs i asked to cancel my application and asked for a refund, he said he would do so, but on the next day he asks me to pay more 200rs for refund. when i asked him to show me the cancellation rules he denied me and said "rupya nehi milega jao, delhi aao fir dekhte hain".
kindly stay aware of such fraud n work hard to find a job for urself, my advice to all strugglers, money isn't everything, but MR.so called Vishal, taught me a lesson

Yesterday i:e[protected], when i was searching second-hand iPhone in quickr, I came across the Apple iPhone 6s second hand with the price of 3, 450. I liked the price so i thought to contact the buyer and buy it. I WhatsApp him on his given number. He said this is quickr website and we sell iPhone to millions of people. He asked me to give ur address and u have to pay 1, 000 in advance via paytm and if you want us to courier your iPhone today itself you have to pay full amount i:e 3, 450. I agreed and paid him 3, 450 via paytym ASAP. so, he said we will deliver your iPhone till 6 pm i said ok and asked him if i could track the order but he said will give you tracking no once we dispatch your order. At 6 he called me saying that there are some formalities you have to fulfil with the Bluedart courier service and for further dispatching your order you have to pay GST and courier charge of 3000. I disagree and said that you haven't informed us before, I asked them to refund my money. Then, he started manipulating us and said you have to pay 3, 000 more then we will promise you to courier your order till 8 pm. After few hours of discussion again we agreed and paid them via paytym and they said your order will get delivered by 8 pm today. Now, again they are asking to pay more then only we can refund your Rs 6, 450

I received the first message on 3-Jul-18.

I want to clarify that i have never used quikr to buy or sell anything.
I don't know on what grounds they are asking me to pay the amount dues when i have never used there services.

These type of fraudulent messages being sent by quikr is causing mental harassment.

Please take stringent action against these type of companies.

My Washing Machine was causing some click noise every time during the wheel rotation. I called this number, their service man came and told that 3 parts are faulty including gear box. The total cost of repair came as Rs.10, 700 + Rs.350. They took the full amount as they had to bring parts and then did not come to repair for 8 days. We kept calling everyday and they used to say that mechanic is 1 km away, he will reach in 30 mins but that never happened. we took leaves from office many days so that we can get the work done. On one day, I finally said that I am going to Police Station and register a Fraud Complaint, the mechanic came at 11:30 PM night that day and installed some duplicate part and immediately left. Since then whenever we run the machine, the machine starts showing “de” error and stop. We are calling everyday again now but no one is responding. Its almost 24 days of frustration. I call everyday atleast 10-20 times but they never respond. Its approx. a month now and they are neither picking my call nor returning the money. These are shameless fraud people.

the ad pack hasnt got activated yet
its been 25 days sins i paid for the pack every time i call your helpline they say our sells person will get back to you in within 24 hours
i call every day they same thin over and over

one day a quikr agent called and told me and said your ad pack has been rejected beacuase you dont have AWBI certificate
but the main thing is when i paid for the pack your agent kishor adhya diddent tell me anything about awbi certification

and now im calling you form 25 days dally and this is how you treat your costmer untill you get paid your agent kishor adhya called 3 times in a days but now that i paid for your ad pack this is how you treating me

i thought quikr is good for bussiness but your doing it all worng

I am chatted with seller for canon 5d Mark 4 camera and fixed Price on 4-7-2018 and set committment for (Cash on Delivery) and pay 2500 inr in advance for shipping charges through Tez. Ad Id :[protected] Now Iam cheated by seller. which was showed in Quikr. I recommend buyers plz be careful about buying from unknown person and verify very much don't be cheated like me.
I request to Consumer Authorities of India, please pay attention to my case resolve it as soon as possible and take action against seller.

Please be aware of vsm clothing company, dindigul. I ordered shirts for that company and sent money rs. 14000 on 15 may for their current account.

I have purchased the second hand product from seller and paid the rupees 4000 (Product amount)+ rupees 1159 (Door-step) "door-step" delivery by "quikr". "quikr" had piked-up the product from seller on 30th june 2018 and then i received the call from "quikr" on 3rd july 2018 that they will not able to drop the product to your location. Then they didn't send any confirmation mail for refund nor any sms regarding this.

I have received whatsapp message from isd number, he wrote i sent quikr add ipad pro you saw that add and started next again and again product conform first sbi account pay, next sbi another account pay, next another sbi account and i have total amount 50000/_paid, but product not delivered, we chatted whatsapp messages saved, pls solve my problem, attached expdirectlog.com images

Please resolve this issue as soon as possible .stop irritating people and provide any number so that i can Complaint directly to higher authorities.

Writing this message to bring to your notice that someone or quikr itself is cheating on customer to pay extra amount to sell on website with premium tag. Incident happened with me, yesterday I got a call from ‭+[protected]‬ and executive name Palwinder Kaur was representing quikr. She asked me ₹2000 to post & upgrade my ads to premium so that it can be sell out in 1-2 days as already buyers are there ( as she claimed on call) then after payment of 2k, she assured me in an hour your ads will be upgraded to premium but till today I am not seen any progress and still ads are not premium. Over to that executive has provided a mobile number on which I sent pics of items to sell out on WhatsApp .. now she is not responding on that no also ( no ‭+[protected]‬). I had her email id from which she sent payment link, so I replied on the same email id asking for status but same no response( email id : Palwinder.[protected]@quikr.co.in). Is it some kind of fraud or quikr itself is making money out of it. Invoices attached and screenshots of email and WhatsApp conversations.

I am receiving these fake messages to my mobile number.

I have never used quikr for rental.

As because you are unable to deliver the captioned item, you had intimated that the total paid money for rs.20, 289 will be refunded to the a/c. Which was used for paying the price of apple iphone 7plus mobile phone. But till date no money is credited to my bank a/c. Please responds my complain through mail or on my mob. No.[protected]. I have already ordered another item with prepaid amount.

One person sent me a message from biostar data management company. He was charging Rs 3400 from me so that i can start the data entry job. I did not responded because it is fake. I sincerely hope that you can filter out fake job recruiters from your portal so that people like us who are seeking for jobs will not get cheated by these fake recruiter. I have attached the entire instruction that was sent to me by this fake recruiter.
