Dear customer service

On 24th july i had paid for premium service to sell my car. As suggested mr. Kadam.
He confirmed that
. You will arranging customers for this deal
. You will confirm the list of customers by this friday that is on 27th
. You will arrange their visit on saturday & sunday i. E 28th & 29th july
He also asked to raise price displayed & he had done himself
He also assured to get minimum price of rs.4.80 lacs for the car because you have customers which are ready to pay the price around rs. 5 lakhs

So far quikr could provide 1 customer and without any reasosn mail mentioning contact details are repedetly sent to me. I already discussed with custotmer and he had no interest.
So far i have 3 mails to quikr to refund the money. However i have not received any respons.

Pls confirm & refund my money

I applied for a job at aiport from quikr. I received a call from [protected] confirming me that i am from abc recruitment company offering airpot job in chandigarh at indigo airlines. I asked them about their company name and website but couldn't hear clearly. So i asked them to message me which they did via email. Please let known the authenticity of this mail.

Ordered a refurbished Sony Vio Laptop advertised as brand new with no usage wear and tear. Paid 7419 an waited for two weeks, no product, no call. Tired up of calling and emailing decided to cancel the order.

Now the drama continues..
They say refund will be made onto my account within two weeks. And after that I can transfer to my bank account. Till to this day its been over a month no money has been transferred to my account and bank. Its unfortunate that this kind of cheating will only happen in this company. I had pretty good transactions in Ebay, Flipkart and others. But going on with Quikr was a nightmare.

I have no hope of getting anything back and just want to warn others not to fell into their trap.Such a fake system they have created just to grab money from people and hold on to fill in their wallets. Beware of this company and be cautious in having any transaction with these people. Decided to go with consumer court now.

Carrier guide company delhi has taken 2 lakh 85 thousand rupees from me and they promise me to provide a job. But after payment of the mentioned amount they are telling me various nonsense. Now they are not giving my money back to me.

Delphik has also promise me to provide a job and now their no is also switch off.
So this is the full story of these job companies at your job platform.
Please help me.

On 27.06.2018 i paid rs.839 to quikr for premium ad to get tenants details as one time payment. Further my flat was rented out. The same has been conveyed. Whereas, this month 27.07.2018 again rs. 839 was debited from my credit card without permission. Hence, please refund the amount immediately. I've conatcted quikr customer care many times but no response from them. Kindly do the needful.

I am from indore (Mp), i have my pest control business. My number is +91-[protected]. I never post any free ad or never take any paid service of quikr. But from last 1 month i am receiving daily 3-4 promotional calls from quikr. I already told to first call (Rajeshwari - [protected]) that i am not interested to take your services, kindly remove my number from your database. But again i am receiving 3-4 calls daily from multiple numbers ([protected], [protected]). Dnd already activated on my number but don't know how they call me again and again.

I strictly complaining you kindly stop calls / sms / mails on my number otherwise i will take further action.

I am also from marketing and sales field, my suggestion to quikr is use crm it will help to filter contact details. This type of your behaviour will be directly affect your roi. Check your number on whatsapp too many customer mark as spam with negative reviews and comments.

I am sangita. I was called by a person saying quikr representative and said they have an offer for my ad to be posted. He sent me a link for payment which looked completely genuine. So i paid 800 through that link. Even i got a payment receipt from quikr. I was told my ad will be active in an hour but nothing has happened. Now i am wondering if that was a fraud call. Please look into it and either refund me the amount or get me the premium as credit for which i had paid. You can get touch with me through my quikr account in the name of mrs sarkar.

Maine 2nd hand iphone 6s plus order kiya ek seller se phone pe baat krke jo ki 8000 me thaa usne jab phone bhijwaya to pta chala wo clone hai iphone 7 ka or ab jab me usey contact krne ki koshish kar rha hu tab wo call receive nhi kar rhe. Mjhse 8000 phone ke + 250 curior charge liya hai. Us seller na hi apne ad me mention kiya hai clone ka na hi call pe puchne par kha, usne kha original hai. Maine neeche clone ki pics daal di hai.
Mere saath fraud hua hai ab mjhe apne saare paise waapis chahiye. Please help!

I saw the add in quikr and after speaking to the person regarding a dining table i have ordered for it offline, as he told me the procedure. He gave me all kinds of addresses of their warehouse and then took the order. I paid 6200 for the dinning table. And now the order is not delivered. When i asked where is the order he blocked my number. Number-[protected]

This add was a premium add in quikr and now the quikr guys have no response as well. How can quikr approve a person whose incoming calls are also blocked. How can you put frauds as dealers?

A guy asked to send the whatsapp number... Chatted with me and asked to pay for pre process half of the total amount.6000 /-
I took risk and sent it to some delhi account he sent. And now he is demanding for the full amount 14000/-and this is scaring me... Please try to return any possible amount with what i paid.
I dint expect this from quikr site.

I have applied for a work from home job against a mail received from quikr.com
The website is www.eclipse-international.com and i have also paid rs.608 through paytm and have not received the work so far an also the refund on registration as promised in the instructions on their website. I have applied to this job on 24th july 2018 and have not received any work till date. Please look into this at the earliest and help me with my refund also. Let me know i have to share any other details.

Bought Hyderabad db package for about 6500 for restaurant job seekers in Hyderabad. Received complete fake data, and incompetent and insincere customer care and relationship manager calls who never cared to help. Quikr cheated us and robbed us of our money with false promises. I am trying to post feedback on all online mediums to caution others from being cheated by you.

Hi, i am facing a terrific problem when ever i use quikr on my mobile. My mobile model is samsung galaxy quattro i8552. When i what to sign in or register my mobile keyboard just fails to type, it will stuck on the first alphabet whichever i type first and doesn't release or work. I don't know why its happening. My mobile keybpad works finely when i type into google, youtube, olx, playstore. Every single website works good, but only quikr stucks! What's the problem with quikr? My android version is kitkat, i know its old, but i think it should work for it as well.

This is with reference to the above, i beg to draw your kind attention towards fraud travel agent of rented car - given by quikr. I was going to goa for 3 days tour and i have asked from quikr about self rent car details for 3 days at goa and quikr provide me details of travel agent which includes the name of jogeswari travel, agent name - jyotibha shinde and his mobile number - [protected]. We have fixed self drive for 3 days tour for rs 6, 600 from airport (Rs 3, 600 for 3 days charge and rs 3, 000 as deposit). On day (16/07/2018 at 15:50) of arrival at airport goa, i have taken the wagonr car and given rs 6, 600 as discussed above.

On very next day i was going to aguda fort near calungate beach, where i my car is been stopped by rto police and police has asked me that you are tourist at goa and you can not travel in private vehicle and instead you have to drive yellow plate (Commercial car). For which i had made rto inspector to talk with travel agent and latter car was taken into police custody. Rto issued me challan where it is written that i had paid travel agent rs 6, 600 at airport and travel agent given wrong car to tourist. Same challan i am attaching as a proof.

Latter when i have called travel agent for my money, travel agent put my number into blacklist and after sometime i have called from other number he picked up and told me that i will deposit your money into your bank account. But now it has been almost 10 days and agent keep me promising wrongly.

I have been cheated with rs 6, 000 because of fraud travel agent of rented car (Jogeswari travel) details given by quikr and my goa tour got very bad and pathetic experience.

For above, i am putting my strong grievance and i would like to get my money back for all such false statements and not delivering the commitments by your travel agent, who representing an esteemed and loyal organization i. E. M/s. Quikr india pvt. Ltd, how they are wiping out the name of their own organization in front of their privileges customers.

I will be putting fir aginst quikr and quikr travel agent, if my amount will not be given back.

As your ceo is from reputed iim and i am sure he will care for such loyal customer who has been cheated by quikr travel agent. Its damage image of quikr and loose customers.

Quick remedial necessary action needed on utmost priority.

I ordered i phone 5s from quikr classified post seller his code is "ms882652" then the price was determined by 3000 but the seller asked for 5500 rupees from me and i gave it to the seller by paytm number is [protected] on 24/07/2018. Now he asks for another 800 rupees. So i canceled the deal, so i asked for a refund, the seller told me to refund an hour but still no refund.

I request to forum please get my money from the seller

Making fool and suggesting to dont pay that you on web site we will send you a link on have to pay the payment
When i ask to nish singh she told me is ko citrus ka link nahi bheja kya tu ne what a hell is this is the way to speak with over client i am hundreed percent sure this was a fraud call [protected] came from this number when i call on this same number is show switch off

This is with respect to my ads in www.quikr.com their executive mr laxman gore mob no [protected] has called me and upgraded my add as a premium by charging 1150.00 rs for 4 ads.

These are the ticket nos rised by them :

For the same issue they have rised more than 5 ticket nos and till now it's not been resolved.

Till now i didn't receive any query and also this person is not lifting my calls.
He has assured he had various ready clients and assured of selling in a weeks time.

I want to report an issue that has happened to me for ad id :[protected]. Not sure how the quikr company is registering a fake dealer as premium seller.

I discussed with the dealer on quikr based on his ad posted and he has shared me his wats up number for more info. Once i discussed on my requirement of bed and was ready to pay the amount. We discussed to go via offline not via quikr because of transportation charges. The dealer...

He don't receive call...
