Updated by Satpal Bindra Quikr is providing unnecessary answers to me. They blocked the seller only when a customer had highlighted. The seller posted ad in many parts of INDIA which i already shared the screenshot evidences about his post. Just think how much he had looted from other victim customers and not sure if any one else had filed an complain or not. If NOT then i will take this UP to make sure my money gets refunded back also shall go to whichever level i may have to go. I will file a complain against the company for taking money from dealers and not taken precaution by verifying such premium ads. Its a mistake happen from their side. They given me trouble and tortured mentally.

I agree what you said. But the fraudster used premium feature of your website which allow the publisher to keep the ads on top of all the ads. He paid the amount to you and you taken money from him and posted the ads on top of all ads. This premium ad attracted my attention more than any other ads. So I contacted him and become a victim of Cheating and Fraud.
I have already file the complaint into Cyber Crime department in Pune. Soon they will contact you for more details of this fraudster for IP Address, Bank Details and other details.
As you said your online classified website similar to news paper classifieds business in offline world. But for your information many newspaper take ID proof and manually verify the ads, then and then they publish the ads in newspaper. They didn't publish it blindly.
But here you taken money and not taken precaution by verifying such premium ads. Its a mistake happen from your side. You given trouble and tortured mentally. So I am going to file a complaint against you in Consumer Court. Please provide the Address to send the notice.
