Hi, I need an AC repair service, so i logged a request in your portal. Person with the name of Rinku, mobile no. [protected] was assigned this call on Monday 25th June.
When he came, first he declared PCB card of AC is not working. I asked him since I have all AC at home, with the same brand and model no. So, I asked him to put other AC PCB card in this AC, we will be assured that this is having the problem. But he refused to do so..
Then suddenly he hurried up the process, and wanted to leave as early as possible. That was bit awkward for us. We paid inspection charges to him, and let him go without repair.
Today, when my regular engineer came for AC repair. Then he told, the fuse of AC is missing. When he enquired from Rinku, Rinku said 'tere ghar ka tha wo, jo tu tension le raha', we have recording as well. Clearly, he has stolen from our AC. And he also confirmed, when he came, it was there.
I need an immediate action for this, till date I have taken so many services from Quikr. And have been recommending Quikr to everyone, But after experiencing this, I will never ever recommend you guys to anyone!
