I had spoken to one of your executive, mr faizan, who sits at lowerparel. And over the recorded line he was saying that i will be getting following services-

1. Quickr will help in selling the item, like they will call up the buyer who has put an offer to me, on my behalf and would convince them on the pricing i have mentioned.
He himself mentioned to raise the price of the product.
2. My ad will be open for pan india buyers.
3. If my product is not sold in the mentioned period of my subscription (1 month subscription period), quickr will buy my product.

I was misold the product on recorded lines. Is the company marketing desk open to fool the customers. There is no trust left for anykind of services.

Ordered Samsung Galaxy note 8 AD ID :[protected] Transaction ID:[protected] on 11th march 2018 and opened a cancellation request next day 12th march request no [protected], it been four day now this order is not been canceled and my money Rs 13000 is not been refunded yet. Please help me to get this product cancelled and my money refunded.

    Dear sir, madam,

    This is with reference to the above, i beg to draw your kind attention towards your sales representative on how she gave a wrong commitments, for the sake of sale their products for which i am putting my strong grievance and i would like to get my money back for all such falls statements and not delivering the commitments by your sales team who representing an esteemed and loyal organization i. E. M/s. Quikr india pvt. Ltd, how they are wiping out the name of their own organization in front of their privileges customers

    I wish to bring into your knowledge that, on day 14th mar 2018, i have been communicated your sales representative through quirk sales office telephone no. +[protected] at around 4:49 pm, wednesday informing her name as ujala and through her mobile # +91-[protected] @ around 5:13 pm, wednesday wherein the truecaller was showing her name as “tashu sharma” to sale your product with an immoral statements to the customers.

    Your sales person explained me each and every details of the premium listing benefits in which she enlightened, that with this premium listing, i can sell my residential land situated at sarup nagar, north delhi-110042 in a month else she will further extend the premiums listing for another months with free of cost, until my property doesn’t sells and with this i shall be getting a numerous of enquiries from it’s interested buyers on a regular basis, whereas i haven’t yet received a single call or message from a single buyer and not just that your representative told me over phone that the quikr is responsible to mature the deal, wherein quikr’s technical team will redesigned the my residential plot advertisement on quikr’s portal with a professional languages and highlighted keywords which will further help to assign the buyer in a quick way, though this statements was also failed and i had to login in the quikr and had to enter all details of my property at my own and no one from quikr technical team call and discuss about the advertisement posting, whereas your representative told me that they’ll assign an technical team for all possible help to list the my add on top of the list and she herself be in touch and check from me for my further requirements and give the details of the interested buyer, even with that assurance i haven’t yet received a single response from it’s buyer via calls or messages and not just that, when i had specifically requested her to share the details wherein it is mentioned in writing somewhere what we discussed, then your sales representative clear-cut told me that this call is being recorded by quikr for a better service and assurance to their customers ease, though we will provide you the same in writing once you make the payment to quikr, even though i had made the payment to quikr accordingly, unfortunately quikr team didn’t deliver the results as committed by it’s representative.

    I am writing to put the things in records that, i have been kept on trying to call your representative from 14th mar 2018 till date, but she even didn’t response to my call and then i have also texted her message but nothing has been done so far and then i have been chasing with your customers care from last two/three days and assured me to give a call and response with their senior team, but unfortunately i haven’t yet received any call and resolution.

    I wish to inform you that, i have kept the audio record of our discussion and for email and message which i have been sending for further events, if it may require.

    In view of the above circumstances, i strongly recommend to please refund my payment of rs. 1, 000/- back at your most earliest, as i do not want to be associated further and struggle so much with your team.

    Your kind and prompt action in this regards is highly appreciated!

        I paid for a brand new metal double bed bearing ad id[protected] on 6th of march 2018. Since the seller didnt reply for almost 4-5 days i requested for the cancellation of my order. But it is not getting cancelled and i am not getting my refund. I call customer care everyday telling my woes but they just give the same excuse telling me that it will get cancelled within 24 hours since the past 1 and half week. I dont have the time and luxury to call customer care everyday. The mental harrasment and torture of dealing with such a insensitive company has left me much frustrated and exhautsted. Please do refund my money as soon as possible.

          Worst customer service, they promised to deliver on sunday -3/18 now they are saying 3/20. Seller says one thing, quikr delivery says one thing. Pure waste of money. Flipkart/ amazon much much 100 times better. Customer service guys also very rude. I will never buy anything in quikr again. Each time the customer service gives different response, they all say lies. Seller says product is ready quikr says seller is not ready.

          I have ordered a brand new table over quikr ad id#[protected] last week after continuos follow ups i got product yestarday i. E 3/20. After i got the product is damaged, really painful this was the gift i planned to give it to my brother on his birthday i missed date and now the damaged product. I am not sure if my problem gets resolved i got fed up calling several times quikr. This is really in professional service. Please look into this at the earliest. Attached the screen shots of damaged product. Also the table shown in ad in one and the one i got looks different. This is cheating customers.
          I m a regular customer in quikr and also a premium ad customer.friday from u r side one women called me and said we have offers in posting ad sir and she wants me to pay 1250 for 3 months and then we clarify with her finally I too paid the amount.but still I m not getting any proper answer from her.i need immediate reply and action on her .

              I ordered a lg g3 16gb like new condition on march-10-2018..!!
              But today i got my order and found out it was not what i ordered.. It was the lg g3 but configured with 32gb of ram and has a bad condition.. The back panel of the phone is sticky (Don't know why) and at "mic" there is a crack clearly visible!! And at camera there is some sort of a smudge is affecting the camera quality i tried cleaning it with a lens cloth... Still no use.
              I request you guys to replace/refund the product asap!!

                  I've made an order from quikr doorstep for a product worth 17, 852/-. For some reasons i have cancelled it. I got the cash in my quikr cash balance. Then i have initiated refund to my source account. Its been a long day since i initiated refund but still now i didn't get any refund in my source account. Quikr customer care is irresponsible about my hard earned money. I request quikr to refund my amount immediately.

                    On quikr easy i was looking for maid services for dehradun when i was directed to bogender maid bureau and after verification i was sent his contact number [protected].
                    I spoke to him on 14mar2018 and asked about the services and modus operandii. He told me that the maid along with the contract will reach my dehradun house by 16 mar 2018 but i need to deposit cash of rs 10000/-in his agent's account before that. So i insisted on making online payment.
                    He passed me the bank details of his agent through wassapp ([protected]) and also sent me a audio message to deposit the amount in the account. The account details are laal mukhiya, account [protected], idbi bank, bihar, ifsc ibkl0001066. The payment of rs 10000/ was made on 15 mar 18 through imt.
                    The maid has not been provided so far and the individual is not responding through any of his phone numbers. His mobile numbers are working and he is accessing his wassap also.
                    How can such services contacts are listed on quikr where at oneside the govt is trying to put every thing under tax scanner and these guys are working in cash and doing fraud.
                    I need to receive my money back as the payment details and the audio recording stating the payment purpose is there with me.
                    Kindly provide help for the same.

                      I had requested rto service to pay road tax for my two-wheeler on 13th feb. I requested quikr rto as i was not able to take out time on weekdays. Till today i have not received the tax receipt. I have mailed and called them many times but i have not got any satisfactory response. I am asking for a refund and my refund request is completely ignored. I received back to back calls on the same day before i made payment and now i am not getting any replies. My call was disconnected during a conversation when i asked for the refund or give me a contact number to escalate my complaint. It has caused me a lot of inconveniences. I could have made the tax payment in a day if i had taken time during weekdays. I have no hope from quikr and i want my a refund.

                        I posted my requirement regarding maid services in my city on quikr. Quickr was prompt enough to provide me with a list of maid services covering my locality via sms and email. I got in touch with dhiren domestic help bureau (Regd.), dhiren sharma [protected]. As the information was provided by quikr which a reputed registered company one has to trust the information. The agency provided me with a maid on 14th march, 2018 and the field guy took 25000 commission and salary of 60, 000 - total rs 75000 as per contract of 2 years. This is how majority of domestic maid services agency work so i had no reason to suspect any wrong doing. The field guy on behalf of agency submitted the company contract. The maid ran away on 16th march and the agency is not picking up my phone but their phone is still operational. The phone numbers of the field guy is [protected] and [protected]. The agency registered with quikr is based in delhi by the name of delhi domestic help beuro, c32, bhagya vihar, near kali mata mandir, delhi - 110081.
                        Quikr legal cell should respond asap as the ar conning individuals but in all honesty quikr is to blamed for this mess and fraud as they have listed their ad in verified professionals.
                        Please spread this information to delhi police cyber crime and quikr should take action immediately.

                          I was looking for full time maid in my city. Search on google revealed maid agencies advertised in quikr. My requirements was reciprocated by quikr who messaged me 3 different agency numbers who were able to meet my requirements. When i spoke to maid services agency they readily agreed to provide the maid. The agency provided the maid in 2 days and took commission an 12 month salary in advance. The maid ran away the following morning and the agency is not reachable.
                          In all honesty quikr has put me in this mess and are advertising on behalf of frauds. Their legal team should look into the matter urgently and help resolve my problem.

                            Hello i paid 7000 rs for quikr easy. I am trying to reach quikr from past 2 days but no response

                            No reply on emails sent to them,

                            They dont accept calls for easy category.

                            I called up the customer care. Not ready to help.

                            If this is what customer service you get after paying. Its been 3 days now. Still no response.

                                I paid on 19 february, 2018, rs. 5098 for one single-divan-with-storage to dhawanandson333 in quikr. My payment id for the transaction in [protected].

                                A few days after i placed the order, the company phoned me to say that since their business is located in gurgaon and my delivery address is kolkata, they will not be able to deliver it.

                                They said that they would refund the money. But they still have not done it till today 15/3/2018.

                                I had paid online through visa sbi debit card.

                                The name of company to which I paid the money for the divan is dhawanandson333. Their email id given on Quikr is [protected]@gmail.com.

                                I spoke with them on 15/3/2018. They are now saying they will not refund the money, Quikr will.

                                Whose ever responsibility it is, please refund the money.

                                  As I have ordered voltas 1.5 ton Ac (unboxed) after negotiating with one of the employe named Simon with his watzup number [protected] and I have spoken to him by cal also the deal was done for 23000 including transportation and installation and the product reached to me on 13/03/2018 morning and in the evening I called him to ask when it will be installed he tolled me give me 5 mins I will cal you back but he dint cal me on that day next day I called him he dint pick the cal after calling several times some other person picking the cal and telling me he is on leave what is you problem. I told him about installation he told me the same thing give me 5 mins but he also dint turn back and I was trying the number literally but no response even I have sent watzup massage still no reply then I called costumer care and there also this is not that department cal to another number then I called other number they told me that they will get back to me in 24 hours but still dint get any cal my OFFER ID is[protected] . We trust in you (Quikr) and order the product but this is not the way you satisfy the customer

                                    One lady by name mrs. Manpreeth kaur mailed me that she is interested to come as tenant in a response to the given ad in common floor;quickr homes. She kept on mailing me that she is coming next month middle. She mailed me that she sent a cheque worh 85000/-;but she asked me to send 8500/- to deliver the cheque by agent. Today morning a person by name: surojith deb, called me with his account details: surojith deb, with account no:[protected] and ifsc code:cbin0282441; central bank of india branch: patuapura; he made it urgent. I paid 8500/-; later, he called me to send 16500/- which is refundable, when i receive the courrier. Then, i realised some fraud is going on; immediately mrs. Manpeeth kaur aurora alias ashish negi (Her true caller name) sent a mail without calling me to send the said amount to the same account;she assured me there will be no problem, if i send money. I asked her to call ;i didnt send 16500/-she did not call me. But i lost 8500/-. Please take necessary action to refund my amount

                                      Dear team we have received contact details of few placement agencies out of which we shortlisted ‘sudhir placement agency’ and that turned out to be a fraud as he provided us the maid and took 30k advance and after few hours the maide ran away and the agency was not replying the way we want, also filed a company with delhi police janakpuri ps. We want our money back the field agent who delivered us the maid gave all the documents like agreements, aadhar proof so we trusted him to be genuine but turned out to be a fraud. Kindly look into the matter and take strict action against quikr as well as that placement agency.

                                        How are you doing? Hope my mail find you well. I am very happy to be part of your tenant. I am so pleased to read your reply as well, it has warm my heart and i am hoping to meet you soon.

                                        I got the information you send to me while the check is issue. I just want to inform you that i'm just coming for the sending of the cheque along my kitchen utensils which i just brought from the shopping mall. I'm sorry i never informed you in my previous mail about the kitchen utensils before sending it.

                                        I have send it even without planning for it, i went to the courier service for sending the cheque alone but on getting to the office i was told that the cost for sending this cheque will be the same amount to send any package that is 10kg since this is first class shipping. Instead of me sending just only a cheque with that cost i have decided to go into the shopping mall and purchase this kitchen utensils which i have send to you and this will even reduce my excess luggages by the time we are coming to india. So please bear with me for late notification.

                                        This will be deliver to the address you have provided for me and airline will arrive in india tomorrow morning by 8:45am, while they will call for the delivery of the package to your door once the airline arrive.

                                        Below are the deposit details which was giving from the courier service. You have to noted the deposit details because they will confirm from you before they deliver the package to you at your door step.

                                        Please bear with me that the affiliated flight, lufthansa airline has no available flight from london (Uk) to your own city, so the flight that is bringing the package will arrive at indira gandhi international airport in new delhi state, once the package is clear from new delhi it will be deliver to you in your city through fedex, so you have to make sure you are available at home to received the package once you got a call from the airline because you have to sign before they release the package to you.

                                        Has you can see from the cheque that is attached to you in this email, that the total amount on the cheque is 83, 500 rupees. You have to deduct 55, 000 rupees for the secure deposit for the flat and whatever balance remaining will be paid once you've confirm to me that you've received the cheque. I have include extra amount of 28, 500 inr on the check you will received because according to the airway bill. It was mention that fees before delivery will be 70 pounds which is 8, 500 inr but still i don't know if they will request for this charges or not in india airport because they never informed me if you will pay in india, but in case you are request to pay the 8, 500 inr before delivery then you have to pay because that is the main reason i have include the amount on the cheque and you will adjust once the money is credited to your account after depositing the cheque while you rest 20, 000 rupees will be kept till i arrive because i don't have any single rupees with me and i need to pay the taxi that will pick me and my family from the airport once i arrive because i'm coming with plenty of ours luggage's as our flight will arrived in india late at night. So the 20, 000 rupees i can use to pay for the taxi and other local expenses.

                                        I will confirm to you immediately we booked our flight ticket, so the copy of the flight details will be send to you so you can know our arrive date.

                                        I hereby attached you the airway-bill and the scan copy of the cheque in the mail. Also i have attached my drive license copy along with this mail because i was informed by the airline that is possible to they request for your id proof or my id by the india custom before the clearance is done but if in case they request for mine then you can send to them for the clearance by the custom and if they request for yours then you have to quickly send to them as soon as possible.
