I have purchased LG 6.5 kg front load washing machine, I co ordinated with your exicutive Mr Simon he told machine is in good working condition, but after purchasing I found that functions not working properly and sound in motor.
I called to coustomer care they told machine was having problems already.
Iam very disappointed, I request to take back the machine and return my payment back.

I've made an order from quikr doorstep for a product worth 17, 852/-. For some reasons i have cancelled it. I got the cash in my quikr cash balance. Then i have initiated refund to my source account. Its been a long day since i initiated refund but still now i didn't get any refund in my source account. Quikr customer care is irresponsible about my hard earned money. I called up the customer care. Not ready to help.

I paid on 19 february, 2018, rs. 5098 for one single-divan-with-storage to dhawanandson333 in quikr. My payment id for the transaction in [protected].

A few days after i placed the order, the company phoned me to say that since their business is located in gurgaon and my delivery address is kolkata, they will not be able to deliver it.

They said that they would refund the money. But they still have not done it...
