Ad no:[protected]. The ad was for a metal bed with storage
The buyer (Quike id: jagu010, email id: [protected]@gmail.com) did not read the ad properly (That the price was for bed without mattress) and did not accept the delivery saying he wanted mattress as well.
This lead to unnecessary hassle for both quikr and myself as the product is being delivered back to my place and as the item is marked as sold i am not able to accept other offer instead.

I want to report this buyer.

I received my product (iPhone x clone) on 22nd March 2018 (Quikr doorstep delivery). The iPhone X worked for 10 minutes and it got shut down completely and its not switching on again. I asked for a refund by returning this product from the person I got this from and there is no reply. The iPhone X clone costs Rs. 9600
Fake company with fraud promises and cheater employees took membership pln however dint get any single lead...

    I bought a used car 2 weeks ago through quickr.the engine and other main parts of the car is fully damaged.quickr displayed that it is a certified vehicle with fully conditioned.but is is all fake and a trap to EARN the money.is this is the way company fox peoples to make money . If the vehicle is not in condition why should the ### company should transact it..

      this number i got from quiker jobs i contacted him regarding data entry part time jobs
      first he told me to enroll with their company with fess-500 and he sent me paytm number:[protected], i paid it after sending it he sent me a pdf document, he told me to type in word pad and send it, time period was 15 days and pages was 150.After submitting he called me on[protected] and told that your payment is ready, he told me that he is going near his sir regarding my payment told me that you back soon, later he called me told that myself has to pay tax amount to release the cheque, amount was rs:-3, 250/- after transferring the amount to paytm, number is[protected], to this number i transferred the amount after 15 minutes he called me and told that he is going to transferred the amount to my account within one hour, he didn't transfer that still called so many time he block my number and block my whats up number also, if i make an sms he is not replying to me.

      Plz quiker job member please look in to this and do the need full my numbers are:-[protected], [protected].

        I m Sameer From Sky avenue, The Quikr fraud for rs 4500 ForPrium Add In Karnataka, After Payment they add our numbers in Reject list or Busy mode..

        So plz help us
        I want to ask google why can't I give less the 1 star rating to any service provider. Reason:
        1. I have been trying to reach their customer care number, no response
        2. I have paid them 4500/ on 20/03/2018 with an assurance from sales team to start the services in a weeks time, their week is not yet over.
        3. Their sales executive from Quikr Learning are not responding to mails and calls even.
        .
        4. I have asked them to refund my paid amount, no reaction
        5. Quikr never serve their paid customers, they just charge money and forget.

            I made a deal with a buyer and got the money in my quikr credits balance. They gave a achoice to transfer my money in urban ladder voucher so i did but now i didn't got a message either from your team nor from urban ladder so where is my money??? I want my money back. First i get deducted money and when its done so its not there. I have complaint even on their personal site but still did'nt got any response, tried to call on quikr customer care but a receiver picks and say nothing.

              A quikr agent suyog who sits at quikr store hinjewadi, took money and all docs over quikr email is not responding.

              I complaint this to quikr to a person named iliyas. He took all details but not responding.

              I have all the email communications with me.
              It is more than two months now and it is disheartening to see a brand like quikr is acting in such a way with no responsibility.

              I called several times to quikr. They always ask me to call quikr rto. And no one picks a phone at quikr rto

                Hi,
                I have purchased a mobile with ad id:[protected]. Expected delivery date was 23march2018, 11am. Then they rescheduled the pickup from seller. Delivery date changed to 24mar2018. Not again no pickup happened yesterday. And it's not showing any delivery date.
                I have paid the money but no tracking is there for the product.
                Customer care is even worse, not able to give any information of the product but saying just to wait.
                Called customer care many times they are just giving excuses to drop my call. No action taken to my complaint #[protected]
                It's already 2days and now i don't want your so called doorstep service. I want my money back. Cancel the order immediately. Worst service ever seen.
                I want my money back, i dont need your service and product now. Refund my money.

                  I bought iphone 6 plus-128gb, silver, like new/excellent condition from quikr's website on 2nd march, 2018 and it got delivered on 5th march, 2018.
                  It was mentioned on the site that the phone is of excellent condition. But the condition of the phone is no where near to excellent. It has two big dents with little scratches. Also, the display does not seem to be original and is somewhat yellowish in colour. The phone also has a huge battery problem. It takes many hours to get charged and it discharges within an hour. I also installed an app called battery life to check the level of weariness of the battery. It shows that the wear level of the battery is very high and it needs to be changed soon.
                  The phone is lagging and also has a faulty mute button.

                  I sent the mail to quikr mentioning my issues and asking for a replacement of my device the very next day i. E. On 06th march, 2018. But till now my phone hasn't been replaced.

                  Quikr has a replacement policy of 7 days. I had called a zillion times on their phone number requesting for the replacement of my phone but till now the pick up has not been done. Whenever i call, the executive who picks up the phone, tells me that the issue has already been escalated to the concerned department. Sometimes, the executive gives me an excuse of some technical issues. And many a times they don't even answer the calls. One day, i called you 22 times in a row but my call was not answered.

                  Since two weeks the quikr executives have been telling me that my phone will get picked up in the next 2 days. But it hasn't. Yesterday, when i called, the executive told me that the pick up will be done by tomorrow i. E. 23rd march, 2018 by 6 pm. He told me that this is maximum time in which the mobile will be picked up. I also made it clear that if the pick up is not done by tomorrow then i would want my money to be refunded, to which he agreed.
                  I don't have anymore patience left. It's been 17 days already. I cannot wait anymore.
                  So, i would like qukir to refund my whole amount which is rs. 23, 068 and take back the phone. I don't want to wait for even half a day now.

                    I’ve got an update from quikr so called top management that i have to deal the issue with the seller for the damaged product.
                    Seller says quikr issue, quikr says seller issue good deal for both finally ditching customers.
                    Purely cheating cutomers for money.
                    Worst service ever, please don’t ever
                    Buy anything on quikr.

                        Upon enquiring from quikrr about maid (Home help) in vasco da gama. Quikrr provided me with the service provider 1. Magic maid service: [protected] (Please find attached the snapshot of the message sent to me) on 16th march 2018.

                        The details of the company owner were sent as mr. Lalit sureshchandra mishra..

                        The provider sent details of the maids and requested an advance of inr 15, 000/-. A transfer of 15, 000/- was made on 17th march via neft
                        Till date, i. E. 6 days after the transfer, the service provider has not provided a maid nor is willing up the phone; nor has returned the amount. The service provider is saying that he will transfer the amount in 7 days.., when a neft transfer can take a few hours. Requesting that action be taken against the service provider and the amount be remitted back.

                        Sub: Harrasement by Magic Maid Employee Mr. Virat Singh

                        The employee of Magic Maid Called me yesterday night at 9pm (first time called after the amount was transferred) (image of call log is attached) saying that he will not transfer the amount as assured by the 29th (assurance of the transfer also given by Quikr) because I put a review about his company.
                        After the transfer of the amount on the 17th of March 2018, (the amount reached him on the 18th Night), he would keep telling lies that the maid will be leaving for Goa on the 20th evening and before that the documents of the maid would be sent. Till date no documents are sent. Also he kept saying that the maid will be coming; but no maid arrived.

                        He is a liar. He keeps telling lies. Yesterday he says that he was about to transfer the amount but since he read the review, he withheld the amount.

                        Such Companies should be brought to the limelight and also the harassment they cause should be made know to all

                          I made a purchase of wardrobe through id[protected]. They denied after payment including convince fee that product is too cheap in cost. It's hardly matters to them. Buyer is selling and i buy it. We both paid convince fee. Who quikr are to cancel my order after two days.
                          Buyer needs to shift from his house and selling item at lower price. So i buy it and quikr chage convince fees from both and denied to deliver by saying that product is cheap.
                          Hiw its belong to them, thay have to check this before posting on quikr or deliver it after payment

                              For my order no.[protected] they are rescheduling the pickup from last four days by making silly excused today dated 22nd march 2018 when their team finally came for the pick they were so unprofessional that they couldn't take the product out the room and one of the guy named ashish (Contact no. +91-[protected]) talked rudely to wife and had misbehaved with her and also they scattered everything and left the house without informing.

                                I posted my add on 3/20 and just when i though to making it premium i clicked the link i got a call from your executive faizan shaikh (Faizan. [protected]@quikr.co.in) who asked me not to go for premium (Pay rs 366) and insisted that he has a better offer stating the following:-

                                1. We will ensure you get atleast 3-4 buyers call daily.
                                2. Product will be sold in 7 days.
                                3. Even outside mumbai i. E. Maharashtra & pan india people will call.
                                4. Add would be on top for a week.
                                5. Raise the price of the product to accommodate negotiations.

                                He sent me a link to make payment of rs 1050 instead and kept on calling until i made the payment.

                                Just after 2 days here's what i know:-
                                1. Got 1-2 responses and that's it. 1 was anyways before making it premium.
                                2. He actually sold me 5 ad credits - which was not needed.
                                3. He created a duplicate add instead of editing the existing as discussed on call.
                                4. Used 4 ad credits already which was not needed anyways.

                                Please don't go by false commitments.
                                I'll ensure i take the case to consumer court if needed and raise it in every forum including social media.

                                  So two people among tens of other scammers have posted ads on quickr on selling a high end dslr camera for extremely cheap rather 'throw away to good to be true price'.
                                  The first person selling a d7500 with seller id named 'vb81444' from chennai with sellar detail named 'deepak' with whatsapp number +[protected] told me he is an indian first on quickr chat. Then he said he is an american and sent me fake pictures and id of him, his family which obviously can be downloaded from the internet.
                                  The second person with seller id named 'rosc' from thane and seller detail 'roz' with whatsapp number
                                  +[protected] claiming to be mr. Troy but no pictures here but he works for bestbuy from america.
                                  Both these people did false representation and i was sure they were online scammers. After continuously demanding whatsapp video call to see their face, company id, original product and the store they work at, they avoided the questions. While fake mr. Troy claimed strict rules at bestbuy and sent a cropped youtube unboxing tutorial, the first person refused to send anything at all. Mr. Troy's profile picture is an online picture download of bestbuy while the first person had a high end iphone as a picture. I asked alot of questions and they faltered to pieces in the end.
                                  While mr. Troy went offline after ist 1am, the previous person started talking funny and it was evident he was falling apart from his act. This is why i am writing this complaint. Many unsuspecting people will be scammed because not many people understand the digital world that well in india. Please track down these people and the various others on quickr and put an end to this. They wanted 50percent advance and then only they would deliver the product they said. But no video of anything. Neither of themselved nor the product. People beware of these things. Please see the second hand product infront of you and use it face to face with the seller before you buy something second hand online. And buy second hand only when it is in your own city although it's best if you buy original first hand products. Buying first hand online from amazon, flipkart, myntra and other genuine sites is safe. But you have to keep your eyes open all the time and think on your feet. Use your head people and i urge you all to complain for frauds like these so that the necessary people can take action. Although i didn't fall for it, someone else may easily. Please take care.

                                  quikr and olx are a scammers hub and these scams have been going on for years, they are not going to do anything to stop it, i won't be surprised of they're actually getting a cut from all the scams. best thing will be if quikr and olx are banned permanently cause olx and quikr have become a scammers wet dream.

                                    I bought a brand new sofa via quikr and the wood came off from the bottom the first time i sat on it. I called them and they sent a labour to repair it and they repaired it. Why would i accept it when i bought a new sofa... I need quikr to refund my money to my quikr account so that i can buy a new sofa again... Or else i have no other option except file a legal complaint

                                      I have ordered sofa set on last week today driver had called me for home delivery where i was shocked he has try to deliver the damage stocks which is not suitable for my staircase and there is no bubble wrap also and driver started shouting in front of neighbors and vechile itself another single seater sofa damaged why i should a take damage product and driver he is behaving i like local rowdy

                                        This is regarding my product - sofaset (3+1+1) - ad id :[protected]

                                        Product was sold on quikr on[protected]. Even after couple of days when money was not transferred i had to do repeated followups only to know the product has been rejected by buyer. This has happened after thorough quality checks from so-called quikr experts. Still the product has not been returned nor money has been provided. They don't even have the audacity to call up and inform the customer when the product was not accepted. Doorstep delivery is all marketing gimmick and ultimately highly inconvenient for a seller. A whole complete day was wasted waiting for their person to do the pickup and now i am doing a indefinite wait on receipt of the product. I believe quikr team thinks sellers are fools here and will quietly follow their stupid policies.
                                        I had to reject one offer from one buyer in olx because of false assurance from quikr. Need to know who will compensate for the inconvenience. I need my concern to be addressed here.

                                        Quikr management are u listening???

                                        I saw an ad of iphone 7 plus clone for 3k in quikr & asked for it the seller gave his whatsapp number & through Tez I made the payment, he told that my product was shipped but bill was not generated, It's about a month, I didn't get the product!!I have only seller Mobile number [protected] plss help me !!
