I bought iphone 6 plus-128gb, silver, like new/excellent condition from quikr's website on 2nd march, 2018 and it got delivered on 5th march, 2018.
It was mentioned on the site that the phone is of excellent condition. But the condition of the phone is no where near to excellent. It has two big dents with little scratches. Also, the display does not seem to be original and is somewhat yellowish in colour. The phone also has a huge battery problem. It takes many hours to get charged and it discharges within an hour. I also installed an app called battery life to check the level of weariness of the battery. It shows that the wear level of the battery is very high and it needs to be changed soon.
The phone is lagging and also has a faulty mute button.
I sent the mail to quikr mentioning my issues and asking for a replacement of my device the very next day i. E. On 06th march, 2018. But till now my phone hasn't been replaced.
Quikr has a replacement policy of 7 days. I had called a zillion times on their phone number requesting for the replacement of my phone but till now the pick up has not been done. Whenever i call, the executive who picks up the phone, tells me that the issue has already been escalated to the concerned department. Sometimes, the executive gives me an excuse of some technical issues. And many a times they don't even answer the calls. One day, i called you 22 times in a row but my call was not answered.
Since two weeks the quikr executives have been telling me that my phone will get picked up in the next 2 days. But it hasn't. Yesterday, when i called, the executive told me that the pick up will be done by tomorrow i. E. 23rd march, 2018 by 6 pm. He told me that this is maximum time in which the mobile will be picked up. I also made it clear that if the pick up is not done by tomorrow then i would want my money to be refunded, to which he agreed.
I don't have anymore patience left. It's been 17 days already. I cannot wait anymore.
So, i would like qukir to refund my whole amount which is rs. 23, 068 and take back the phone. I don't want to wait for even half a day now.
