Dear team we have received contact details of few placement agencies out of which we shortlisted ‘sudhir placement agency’ and that turned out to be a fraud as he provided us the maid and took 30k advance and after few hours the maide ran away and the agency was not replying the way we want, also filed a company with delhi police janakpuri ps. We want our money back the field agent who delivered us the maid gave all the documents like agreements, aadhar proof so we trusted him to be genuine but turned out to be a fraud. Kindly look into the matter and take strict action against quikr as well as that placement agency.

    Hello,

    How are you doing? Hope my mail find you well. I am very happy to be part of your tenant. I am so pleased to read your reply as well, it has warm my heart and i am hoping to meet you soon.

    I got the information you send to me while the check is issue. I just want to inform you that i'm just coming for the sending of the cheque along my kitchen utensils which i just brought from the shopping mall. I'm sorry i never informed you in my previous mail about the kitchen utensils before sending it.

    I have send it even without planning for it, i went to the courier service for sending the cheque alone but on getting to the office i was told that the cost for sending this cheque will be the same amount to send any package that is 10kg since this is first class shipping. Instead of me sending just only a cheque with that cost i have decided to go into the shopping mall and purchase this kitchen utensils which i have send to you and this will even reduce my excess luggages by the time we are coming to india. So please bear with me for late notification.

    This will be deliver to the address you have provided for me and airline will arrive in india tomorrow morning by 8:45am, while they will call for the delivery of the package to your door once the airline arrive.

    Below are the deposit details which was giving from the courier service. You have to noted the deposit details because they will confirm from you before they deliver the package to you at your door step.

    Please bear with me that the affiliated flight, lufthansa airline has no available flight from london (Uk) to your own city, so the flight that is bringing the package will arrive at indira gandhi international airport in new delhi state, once the package is clear from new delhi it will be deliver to you in your city through fedex, so you have to make sure you are available at home to received the package once you got a call from the airline because you have to sign before they release the package to you.

    Has you can see from the cheque that is attached to you in this email, that the total amount on the cheque is 83, 500 rupees. You have to deduct 55, 000 rupees for the secure deposit for the flat and whatever balance remaining will be paid once you've confirm to me that you've received the cheque. I have include extra amount of 28, 500 inr on the check you will received because according to the airway bill. It was mention that fees before delivery will be 70 pounds which is 8, 500 inr but still i don't know if they will request for this charges or not in india airport because they never informed me if you will pay in india, but in case you are request to pay the 8, 500 inr before delivery then you have to pay because that is the main reason i have include the amount on the cheque and you will adjust once the money is credited to your account after depositing the cheque while you rest 20, 000 rupees will be kept till i arrive because i don't have any single rupees with me and i need to pay the taxi that will pick me and my family from the airport once i arrive because i'm coming with plenty of ours luggage's as our flight will arrived in india late at night. So the 20, 000 rupees i can use to pay for the taxi and other local expenses.

    I will confirm to you immediately we booked our flight ticket, so the copy of the flight details will be send to you so you can know our arrive date.

    I hereby attached you the airway-bill and the scan copy of the cheque in the mail. Also i have attached my drive license copy along with this mail because i was informed by the airline that is possible to they request for your id proof or my id by the india custom before the clearance is done but if in case they request for mine then you can send to them for the clearance by the custom and if they request for yours then you have to quickly send to them as soon as possible.

    Waiting for your urgent response once you have finally received the cheque.

      I have paid premium Rs.1000 in October for my home and your agent cheated with me they told me to put my advertisement in home page and still didn't...Even they are not replying my calls please give my money back otherwise i will take legel action againts Quikr...give my money in half hour as your random agents always said that they call back in half hour but they never called me

        I m buying a refurbished phone from quikr i get it in 6 day
        I m orderd red color lg nexus 5 and i get a black color dead phone
        I compaine for it in quikr service he say you have to email me with details the replacement working day is 12-15 day i do this after two day i got a reverse pickup and now after 15 day i cant get any update about phone i call again and again to quikr service but he say your phone in quality cheak
        I just want to know after 15 day of revrse pickup quikers quality cheak is not done

        I got it and found mistake i complaine same day
        And revrse pickup date is 28/02/18
        Now today 14/03/18
        I cant get any update about phone

          My mobile moto g4 plus gets reboot anytime when my battery falls below 40%.when browsing net or even listening music.i have bought it new only 3 days ago and excellent condition.if your service will be like this and not cooperative, any one will not buy anything from you.i want my money back or replace it with better handset.

            I had booked one almirah through Quikr doorstep & paid all the price asked by Quikr.
            The customer has sold the item off line & Quikr is not refunding my money back to me despite of n reminders.

            Now Quikr is saying that they have transferred my money to their wallet.

            I don't want my money with them after their carelessness in choosing sellers & I don't want to buy anything from Quikr now onwards...So why my money has been transferred to their wallet...without my consent.

            Through the forum I am asking Quikr to refund my money back to my registered mobile no via Paytm or Mobikwik..failing which I will have to initiate further action to stop such rogues from playing with the customers money & trust...

                  It was said that it will be brand new wardrobe. It’s a prima facie legal case and not acceptable to me

                    I have booked a refrigerator with full payment 2 days back.. The delivery was supposed to happen today t 12 :00 pm. It's 1:30 pm and there is no track of the pick up from the supplier still.. They have not called the supplier for the whole day today and yesterday.. They had schedule a pickup yesterday from the seller atb12:00 but rescheduled it to 4 pm when the seller wasn't at home so the pickup is on hold since days.. Inspire of the seller being home the whole day today he hasn't received a single call for rescheduling... Super poor customer service.. Inspire of escalated calls all through today morning.. The pickup schedule still remains pending

                    We have purchased a product from quicker online 6*5 ft bed for 5500 n executive sapna promised you get rs. 300 cash in ptm wollet in next 10 days post product delivery now it's 1 month still did not received... Am following up on the number but executive doesn't reply my call.

                      Few days ago i searched for home maid from quikr and found one company i called him and he asked me to pay 1500 advance and then he will send maid from next day. I did the same thing because i think quikr already verified that company after that that guy is not picking my calls he blocked me. I ask my friend to do the smae process he did and that guy is again asking him 1500 rs advance rather than come and meet with him or send him bank details he si sending paytm details.

                      So my question is here from quikr, boss try to stop this type of fraud because he know very well for 1500 rs no will go police and cyber crime to complian.

                      I will suggest users dnt trust on quickr vendors and if i will have time sure will write a article on it and raise a complain in cyber crime.

                        I have ordered psvita with tag line almost new condition and with god of war game.

                        The product is not almost new it has several skreches on its back may be done during shipping, and seller told me that it is with firmware version 3.60, that is the main reason i bought it, but when i checked it is 3.63, also seller says it is with original invoice, i haven't received any, im very disappointed, request quikr to refund or less price for this product.

                            This is to highlight the possible attempt of online fraud.

                            Details of fraud and attachments;
                            I had advertised my flat on quickr to be rented out. A lady named manpreet arora ([protected]@hotmail.com) contacted on that ad and said that she would like to take it up on rent. She said she was in uk and would be coming to india next month. That she was sending a consignment that would contain the cheque and also a load of kitchen stuff for the house. She mentioned that the customs would ask for rs 8500 for clearance hence she has added that on the cheque. My poor father actually also transferred the money to this a/c:

                            A/c name: surojit deb. A/c no: [protected]. Ifsc code: cbin0282441. Bank name: central bank of india. Branch: patuapara. Amount to transfer: 8500 rupees

                            Kindly send the transfer copy of 8500 inr/ur id proof copy to this email so the clearance can be done from the custom ([protected]@yahoo.co. Uk)

                            And then received a mail saying that a security bnond of 16800 was required for clearance. That is when we became suspicious and an online check revealed that this is a known sscamster a/c. How can quickr be allowing this respondent to keep on preying on unsuspecting advertisers!

                              Hello,
                              Am i created my profile for job searching on quikr website, and found there some offers from bank job. I had applied that and i got a call from no [protected] name sakshi choudhary and she said deposit rs.2300 for registration on bandhan bank account no [protected] and i had deposited, after that i got call from same no and she said you are shortlisted for job in the hdfc and deposit 3750 rs for documentation verification. Also i had done this. But after one week i got call from [protected] aditya and he said deposit 3100 for offer letter dispatch security deposit.
                              So how we know this fraud or real job offers or not. Also there so many advertisement are showing regarding bank jobs.
                              Am i provideing all the mobile nos which i used for communication.
                              Also now they are not ready for refund of my money. So kindly give the solutions as early as possible.

                                  In tracking details order is showing its delivered but till now i didnt get any response from delivery boy or quikr services. So plz sort out this problem as soon as possible and contact me. One more thing i have tried a lots of time to communicate to door step but no one respose fron quikr door step. I[censored] have to do like this than why u people take payment first.

                                    I have applied a job related to data entery... Then i received a call for a job offer for data entery in vodafone company.. Then they told me to submit rs 1700 through paytm for job application, then after one week i got a call for interview.. They told me to pay again 9000 as security deposit (Claiming that it i refundable) and give futher details like adhar card, pan card no and all to hr. [protected]@gmail.com... Then within 2 hrs i got a call demanding 20000 so that ur things will be couriered (Laptop, passbook etc). Then when i told i m not interested and claiming to return back the amount.. They told that it is not possible, and threatening me that ur name will be spoilt in the resume.. When i scanned for the bar code in the given form details (Which they sent me from the mail). It showed tata motors (But they claimed for vodafone).

                                      Dear quikr team i bought one phone from you and using after 7 days i am facing so money problem with this phone. I don't want this phone now so kindly send your executive to pick this phone and give my full money back other wise i will raise complain to quikr company for giving wrong information and bad quality of phone. Facing calling issue and listening problem. I want money back otherwise raised a complain to consumer forum and ministry of telecommunications.

                                      Picture is different and phone is totally different... Quikr don't have good quality of box also to send mobile with attraction. What Quikr is thinking...we all are human with good image and not like you cheaper...so next time update properly and don't lie with your customers on phone...

                                      I purchased one plus one phone by RS 6, 479/- and after they mentioned replacement of phone is 7 days only...who knows may be phone stop working after one week or 10 days. Then we can replace now according to Quikr 7 days replacement option. Quikr knows only about phone and any product status and durability but I m the purchaser how can I know... purchaser just see the pics and order the product. Now I don't want that phone and I kept that phone in the same box which send by Quikr. I want money back and I know the rights and rules...

                                        I had purchase premium service on 3rd march 2018 but still my ad not working.
                                        Already 3days left in 30days premium service if you service not working well & not able to showing my ad. Then return my money and today i called 3-4 time's
                                        On quikr nobody answer mail & call.
