I availed the services of quikr to transfer the ownership of the pre owned car.

Initially, the customer care executive was very prompt till i paid the money.

As soon as the money was paid and documents were submitted nobody cared to respond about the status.

It has been almost 1.5 months and their customer care number is defunct.

I have ordered a table with order id:[protected] through quikr doorstep and they have severely damaged the item while delivering. Reported the issue twice to the quikr call center but they gave seller number and advised to contact the seller as they hold no responsibility. How can seller be responsible for damage due to improper delivery? Quikr doorstep has to be held responsible as they have charged around 900 for delivery....

Hi, i contacted quikr for car owenership transfer in the month of march 2017 and paid 3000 rs.
Till august'2017 quikr was not able to do and was commuincated itzeasy (Quikr partner) that there are issue and assured that they wil write email to quikr to refund money after having necessary deduction.
I contacted rto myself and pursued case again and got ownership transfer with in 10 days which was not possible by quikr

As per the above add id i have purchased dell i5, 6gb ram, 600gb hdd, 3gb graphic from quikr but i recived another model dell 4gb ram, 500gb hdd through quikr door delivery. Quikr team before picking up the laptop they should verify whether the item is as per the specification so many times im calling quikr care about it no properly action please concider my request replacement another one...

This is my worst experience with any service provider in my history. I had a perchase of doorstep on 8/10/2017 on ad i'd[protected]. When quikr doorstep i have been informed that product is cancelled. I had cancelled my transaction and requested a refund 10/10/2017 they dold i need to wait 7 to14 days for refund. It has been nearly amonth till date i did not receive mony...

We paid rs. 3400/- for bike ownership transfer. But because of insufficient address proof case has to be dropped. Initially they told will take 15 days for refund. Now it is more than a month but still not received refund.

We are sending multiple emails regarding refund but no reply from their side.
