Last week i had put up an advertisement to sell my ipad on quikr. The next day i received a call from one of their representatives. She told me that she will help me sell my ipad. She told me that she will be able to sell my ipad at a selling price much higher than what i was asking for originally. She said to me the following (In hindi), sir, we will sell your ipad at a higher selling price because you purchased it only 2 days ago. We will change your display photos and put better photos there so that your add looks better. Also we will provide you with google ads for this product so that your product will sell immediately. The cost for the google ads is 22-2500 rupees but we will give you a discounted price of 1500 rupees.
I thought i was paying for google ads so i told her i would think about it. She called me again after half and hour, repeated the same things, then she texted me a link which straight away opened up a payment page on my phone browser. She asked me to put down the sum to be paid as 1500 and enter my card details so that we could complete the payment. She stayed on the call until the payment was confirmed. Then she told me that my advertisement will be updated by them by the evening.
I waited till the next day but nothing changed, i checked google and there was no advertisement of my product on google. I have been emailing on [protected]@quikr.com but no person from quikr has yet come in touch with me for a resolution of this issue.

    quikr invoice no: gb-[protected]/17-18 date 23 oct 2017

    order & payment date: 23 october.

    Assured delivery date: 28 oct

    later, quikr contacted and informed me it will be delivered by 30 oct/

    quikr - term is 6-8 days for other city delivery.

    8 days already over. Till now not delivered.

    Gati logistics tracking says - undelivered due to office closed / shifted. I don't know which office closed?

    first, it was given assured delivery: 28th oct

    then assured delivery informed: 30th oct

    then, rescheduled delivery: 31 oct

    not delivered till today 31 oct 2017.

    But, gati reported wrong info as office closed / shifted.

    I am getting amazon / ebay orders without any problem at any time.

    Quikr removed my order details, payment details & tracking details.

    I asked for cancelling order and to refund.

    For that also, no response from quikr.

    Quikr removed my money transaction.

    Very poor worst behavior of quikr business, eating customer money and customer time.

    Very very worst quikr, never i have seen like this worst experience.

    I want to cancel my order & o refund my money.

    So far, quikr provided the following ticket numbers but no solutions.

    Pls help me for a good resolution.

    My conclusion:

    instead of ordering with quikr and keep eye on the sky for more than 8 days, i can goto the shop and buy the desired item even with little higher cost, just wasting an hour instead of wasting 10 days or so .

      Requested to refund the amount and take away laptop. Seller showing wrong
      Configration and send me defective laptop that is sudden shut down

My ad is is[protected] i received wd 160 gb hdd from bangalore on today 31 oct 2017, but this product is not working, the system does not recognised the hard drive and clicking sound is hearing from hard dual drive. I paid five hundred rupees (500₹) for this product, so please return my amount or exchange with other working hard dual drive.

          We r received yesterday samsung galaxy note 4 certified mobile from quicker. But mobile condition is not good and not certified mobile.. We r not satisfied.           No more reply from quickr. ... quikr is cheating app in Google
          I am selling my wardrobe on quikr. Everything is done. Nobody is coming to take the wardrobe. They don't have manpower to take the wardrobe. Provide extra manpower to take the wardrobe. Please do it as fast as possible because already it is being late.

            Its almost more than 7 months that i provided my entire documents as asked for and till date i have not recieved the new rc nor have the work been completed. Rather sayvthe work has not even been initiated. Whenever i call i am just calmed down by sayin we are trying our level best. My money has been blocked for more than 7 months. I have to fear everyday that if somthing happens who will suffer from it. The agent doesnt recieves the call. I want a solution to this. Else its high time i have to choose the legal way.

              One of the buyer did the payment, even i did the convenience charge payment at the same day..

              Till now none of the person came.
              I am trying to call your customer service and they are pathetic at customer dealing
              Last call i received from your side was from
              Mr. Mahesh kumar [protected] (Scheduling team)
              Only thing they have is to say “no slot is available”

              Whole day the only message m getting on mobile is that “we tried reaching you….”
              Truth is i am not getting a single call.

              Is this your customer dealing?
              Is this way to do business?
              This a perfect scheme and scam run to just harass a customer.

              For god sake please tell me is it going to happen or not.
              If not please return my money.

                One mr ali from delhi office (His mob [protected]) called me to post all my free adds into premium add by paying 1250+ 1000=2250/- and asked me to post the same add with different subject so that it will get sold in 5 -7 days because lot of demand during diwali, he asked me to jack up the price of items that i added in free add, i am forced to sell my product at higher cost because i have recover my premium add cost, that to he fooled me by asking me to put premium add in different subject for the same product and charged me for each add for the same product. Till now nothing got sold and i am forced to sell in quikr only as i have to recover the premium add cost. Please refund my money to the account i have added in my quikr account..                   Team quikr, i have purchased above said product thru quikr and it is damaged several area where screws are assembled.
                  Same day i raised a complaint regard the issue and personally i only communicate with u your people not co operated well although i have wait for two months to solve the issue as easy finally your team rejected to solve the issue and felt very bad. I felt to meet consumer forum while searching info about the same i found your address and took one more chance before i go.

                    I availed the services of quikr to transfer the ownership of the pre owned car.

                    Initially, the customer care executive was very prompt till i paid the money.

                    As soon as the money was paid and documents were submitted nobody cared to respond about the status.

                    It has been almost 1.5 months and their customer care number is defunct.
                    I even tried reaching the rto officials and they are not responding without the receipt.

                    The car is without the valid rc now. I can't even take it out as i don't even have the valid rc.

                      I buy xiaomi mi 4i 16gb. Good condition on 18 october 2017 through online shoping. My order is confirmed by awb[protected] and order no 458702. With ordet id no 10283418. I eagerly wait and count every minutes for my new smart phone. At last long after one week i got a phone call saying that my order is arrived. I am very happy for this good news. My order is delivered by me on 27 october 2017. I opened it with smile. I fully chared it and after all i try to switch on. But it can not switch on. I dont know how to do. So i want to returned it back and refund the money which i actually expensed for it.

                          I would like your company for mentioning relevant prices, such as a sony music system made in 1983, mentioned price is 50000

                          At second hand good shops at delhi, it's easily available around 4000, more over companies stockits are still selling brand new packed for 6000/- as stock clearing
                          And in many other things, so i would like the quicker com to issue guidelines to mention sensible price by clients

                          This advt asking 55, 000/- for used sony music system, was sold for 10, 800 by the company itself
                          At second hand goods shop it's available for around 4000/-

                            I have ordered a table with order id:[protected] through quikr doorstep and they have severely damaged the item while delivering. Reported the issue twice to the quikr call center but they gave seller number and advised to contact the seller as they hold no responsibility. How can seller be responsible for damage due to improper delivery? Quikr doorstep has to be held responsible as they have charged around 900 for delivery.

                              I have got massage from quikr u are resume are selected for baking job
                              And u come for interview
                              I am go there and give interview they have charge some 600₹ for training and 30₹ for bank sheet i have paid money but frankly speaking they not provide job seriously don't go there i think this type consultancy are beggers.

                                I have purchased one treadmill payment made on 20/10/17 it was scheduled to pick up on 22 oct 2017 it was not picked up by quicker doorstep dut to thier technical issue pick resheduled on 24/10/17 again pick uo skipped again resheduled for 26 once again for 28 after calling 7-8 times by me i recieved call from quicker some mr sayyed aceepted due to technical problem pick is delyed he assured me for pick up on 28 and delivary on priority he also promised he will convience seller but now saller is not available for 1 week i want to cancel my tranaaction i am told i need to pay rs 400.
                                It was quickers problem they failed to pick up for 1 week and also failed to convience seller. No positive reposne from customer care some shilpa promised to call back but no call yet. Please stop harrasing me and come out with solution for this pathetic service by quicker

                                  1) ad id[protected] i bought a pink metal almirah from quikr. The buyer had agreed to my offer of 2000, but due to a technical problem in the quikr app, the payment was done for 2500. I was charged 500 rupees extra. The product was delivered to me on 05/10/2017. On sending multiple mails to quikr, my problem was not solved and i was told to contact the seller directly. I tried that too, but since the chat was disabled after the product was sold to me, i was unable to do that.

                                  2) i did not like the product so i posted an ad to sell it back on quikr. I struck a deal with a buyer for rs. 2300 (Ad id[protected].
                                  I called quikr support to finalize the scheduling time for the pickup and i was told that i'll get a call to schedule pickup. No such call came and the pickup guys came according to their own time, when coincidentally, i was available too. So basically the scheduling team works like this - they don't ask when i am comfortable, they just call and inform that they have almost reached for the pickup.
                                  A guy named atish shinde came for the pickup and he called the buyer and told that the product is damaged. He sent her photos of the scratches in the almirah and the buyer cancelled.
                                  I asked why the same call was not made to me when i was the buyer. I talked to his supervisor mr. Shoaib, and he told me that mr. Sanjay had made my delivery and according to him the product was okay.
                                  So basically one executive of quikr will rate the product as okay and another executive will rate the same product as damaged.
                                  Mr. Shoaib blocked my number after i called him again to complain about all this.

                                  I bought a quikr certified wardrobe after i had struck a deal with the buyer for the previously mentioned ad in point 2. Then i called stq furniture, (The quikr certified seller), and requested for a call from scheduling team, which she promised i would be getting.
                                  Now when that earler buyer cancelled (Due to the pictures sent by mr. Atish to that buyer), i called on the stq furniture number more than 50-60 times to cancel my order but there was no response. I wrote to quikr that i have been cheated and i need to cancel my order.
                                  But neither the order was cancelled, nor the scheduling team called. Infact, again they came according to their own comfortable timings with the product, even though i had requested another delivery time.
                                  Apart from that, i was told that there is a 5 gm silver coin offer if i buy quikr certified furniture in this period. Even that never came.
                                  And the quikr certified brand new furniture too was a little bit damaged from the left side.

                                    I have received the monitor on 15/9/2017 but in damage condition. I was not there at my home and the parcel was received by my sister in law and she is don't understand how to check the condition. I has informed her to collect it without checking because i trusted quikr and had not face this kind of issue in the past. I request you return the parcel because i have spoken to the seller he is saying that it was in good and working condition, deliver boy must have mishandled it while delivering. Please look into the matter and refund my money. I understand that you guys are intermediate but this is your employee fault. He didn't take care of the logistics properly. I had confirmed with the seller 2-3 times. I want my money into my account anyhow.

                                      Hi, i contacted quikr for car owenership transfer in the month of march 2017 and paid 3000 rs.
                                      Till august'2017 quikr was not able to do and was commuincated itzeasy (Quikr partner) that there are issue and assured that they wil write email to quikr to refund money after having necessary deduction.
                                      I contacted rto myself and pursued case again and got ownership transfer with in 10 days which was not possible by quikr

                                      Now i am requesting quikr to refund my money but there is no response from it seems quikr was not competent enough and making money from customer like me fake.

                                      Hence i request quikr to look into it as its seems kind of planned money loot from customer

                                        I contacted quikr rto services for paying road tax for bike in bangalore on july 27th 2017. I received a quote of 14474.00 (13474rs road tax + 1000rs quikr charges)

                                        I received the tax receipt by end of september against the promised timeline of 10days. But the incurred expense was 12552rs (11552rs road tax + 1000rs quirkr charges) after tax rates, in form of gst. Quikr promised a refund of 1922rs back. I have been calling them since then. Nobody responds, through call or whatsapp or mail.
