As per the above add id i have purchased dell i5, 6gb ram, 600gb hdd, 3gb graphic from quikr but i recived another model dell 4gb ram, 500gb hdd through quikr door delivery. Quikr team before picking up the laptop they should verify whether the item is as per the specification so many times im calling quikr care about it no properly action please concider my request replacement another one from quikr

    This is my worst experience with any service provider in my history. I had a perchase of doorstep on 8/10/2017 on ad i'd[protected]. When quikr doorstep i have been informed that product is cancelled. I had cancelled my transaction and requested a refund 10/10/2017 they dold i need to wait 7 to14 days for refund. It has been nearly amonth till date i did not receive mony

      Thought quikr is a renowned brand and they will not cheat. Thus ended up logging on web to enquire about their rto services and got a call back immediately. Once shown interest, they chased immediately for online transfer and at least 3-4 calls were made to me to ensure i pay instantly. While i paid on 24th july, till date no action and no reply for my email also. While on a call on their bangalore number, after many attempts i someone answered and viewed my details and said please hold will transfer. After that i would have made at least 10 calls but no answer.

          Hi,

          We paid rs. 3400/- for bike ownership transfer. But because of insufficient address proof case has to be dropped. Initially they told will take 15 days for refund. Now it is more than a month but still not received refund.

          We are sending multiple emails regarding refund but no reply from their side.

          Attached is payment proof.

          We have paid 3500 rs on 21st September for Quickr RTO services(Vehicle ownership transfer), but quickr was not able to process it. We have requested to refund our money and provided all required details to quickr. However we have not yet received the refund inspite of several reminders. Request you to kindly take appropriate action.

            Team,
            I had posted two ads (2rs indian coin & 5 rs indian coin) in quikr.com on 19.10.2017 to sell my old indian coins. And for one ad i paid 472rs to make it premium. After that same day i have received call from quikr ([protected]) from this no. They told me that the amount i put for those ads are very less (200000 for one ad & 100000 for another) and the actual market value is more than 6 lakhs, so they told they would post my ads in quikr behalf of me so that my ads visible to all the regions of india & people would contact me easily as the coins are very rare & my current ads will disappear in quikr. For that he asked me to pay 3800 rs & had sent me a link to make payment. And he also said he would send me a whatsapp no. & i need to capture the coins photos and send him.
            I made payment through paytm (Screenshot attached) after that he disconnected the call.
            After that he did not send his whatsapp no to send coins photos & he did not contact me also.
            My ads didn't disappear from quikr & still i am receiving mails from quikr asking make your ad premium.
            I had tried many times calling the same no. But no answer. Tried contacting customer care aso but no use.
            I had never thought quikr do these type of fraud to peoples.

            I have attached here invoice i got from quikr after payment.
            Please take further action & refund my entire amount 4272. After that i never touch quikr.

              A person used to post add on quikr that he has shoes so i contacted him through his phone number at that time he said that he was an wholesaler so he refused to give after some days goes on he contacted me and said that he will give single shoe for my use but now after getting money he is saying that his partner was angry on him that minimum 2pairs now he is asking for 2pairs cost and i asked to refund the amount he said the amount was deposited on my partner's account but his name name is anuj gupta the money which was deposited account holder name is anuj gupta now he is not replying for my msges some of the screen shots i wll share

                    Quikr could not apply cash back post my product purchase although all the quikr ads promised to do so. I called up customer care (Spoke to shilpa shree k) for this concern and i was told that i need to apply the coupon code while the purchase. There is no alerting system available on quikr app to apply for cash back coupons for me to apply the coupon code while the purchase.

                    I received the product with ad id :[protected] and this bed is not of size 3 x 6 feet as commited in the ad description (Screenshot attached) and is also not double wood per commited in the subject of the ad.

                    The actual size is (2.8 x 6feet) : actual image attached.

                    I raised this concern with mamta from quikr doorstep customer care and she asked me to write an email to you guys.

                    I am very serious about this issue, i have paid double the price for this for the size and mentioned double wood which is not the case. And i need my money back.

                    If my issue is not considered i will raise this issue to any higher level within and outside of quikr and i am very frustrated with this transaction.

                      Please be aware of vsm clothing company, dindigul. I ordered shirts for that company and sent money rs. 30000 on october 6 for their current account.
                      After receiving money mr. Suresh ([protected]) and mr. Saravanan ([protected]) owner of that company no response in my phone call and whatsapp message.

                      So many times i tried. After he sent one trackon courier receipt to me. But he didn't booked courier and not send any parcel to courier office. I confirmed dindigul courier office. They are told not received any parcel from that company and informed everybody make complaint for that perople. So please be aware of that company

                            Mene 128 gb transcand ka memory card mangwaya tha or mere pass 512gb transcand ka memory card aaya he mujhe payment wapas chahiye bas...mere sath fraud hua he yaa to mujhe mera payment wapas karo ya fir 128 gb ka orignal memory card chahiye mujhe kyumi mene 1400 rs ka lose ho gaya he kuch bhi karke mujhe payment ya memory card chahiye.

                              Hiii Quikr team I am Mohan I got the mail Quikr and open and contact the person person asking me courier charges so I am sending the 1000 repress so after sending the money that person not lifting the my call and not reply the msg I have all proofs .

                                You guys remove sellers contact details from the portal and now we dont even get the chat option, product descriptions are not clear and when i called the customer care to confirm the product details and availability they also refused and instructed me to pay for the product to get to know more.
                                Finally i pay and next day and next day i receive a call from quikr saying product has been sold.
                                So i requested to transfer the money to wallet so that i dont have to the transaction again when i buy a new product but they refused this too and said money will be refunded in your bank account.
                                Why should i wait 4- 5 working days for my own money to be returned.
                                This is not the the first time so many times many times my order has been cancelled.
                                Last time when i purchased i couldn't, t contact the buyer and 2 days after delivery i found out the product is severely defaulted.
                                Buying and selling is all about communication between buyer and seller which you guys are trying to stop for your own good.
                                I will make sure to create awareness about this among my friends and others.
                                I am sure some gentleman sitting somewhere will come up with better app to end this monopoly.

                                I ordered 2 orders and although that date passed they did not deliver the order yet.

                                  I have posted my suzuki gs150r bike ad. One of the quikr sells guy told me if i want to sell my bike i have to go for premium service and after that if my bike does not sold quikr will refund my 1728/- amount. Now the seen is my premium add was over and not a single call or chat i got from any customer. I just called quikr help line they are talking very rudely and denide to give me my amount back.

                                    I booked a carpenter through quikr zimmer services. The carpenter came after an hour of scheduled time. He quoted abnormal prices for just putting 4 screws. When i said that it does not makes sense then he asked for visitation charges, which effectively should have been covered by coupon code (Qfree) provided. This person was not having a good attitude and i rather paid him visitation charges in interest of my time. I'm very disappointed with the services and felt myself to be cheated out of this services.

                                      Hi,
                                      This is to inform quikr and all other consumers/customers to avoid the subjected sellers on quikr who are selling xiaomi cell phones at very cheaper rates like rs.[protected] which includes xiaomi models like redmi 3s prime, 3 note.
                                      I have recently made a payment of rs 2999 to purchase a 3s prime (Ad id[protected] from the seller "allindiamobilehub". The seller called me from his non registered number [protected] and [protected] (Usually stays switch off) and stated that the order product is not available with him and offered me a superior model i. E redmi note 4 for an additional payment of rs. 715 to his paytm wallet registered number - [protected].
                                      The seller requested to not share the details of the discussion regarding additional amount demand with quickr. I instead immediately called quikr and described them the whole situation.
                                      I am now waiting for the refund and needful action to be taken against these sellers.
                                      If any of you have faced the same problem then please post it here. You can contact me on the number mentioned undersigned.

                                        I sold an iphone 6s 16gb on quikr with ad_id[protected].

                                        Quikr representative promised me once an item is picked up, it cannot be rejected by the buyer.

                                        On 6th oct, courrier service driver came, checked and after having confirmed that everything is fine, he took pictures of the phone and picked it up for shipment.

                                        I followed up the next week only to learn that the buyer had refused the delivery on 11th and 12th oct, so it will return to me within the next 5-6 days.

                                        On 17th oct, i called quikr customer service to enquire about my iphone's whereabouts.

                                        1. First representative told me my iphone was already delivered to the buyer. I asked him to verify because i heard that the delivery was refused. But he strongly confirmed that it was delivered.

                                        I called again.

                                        2. Second representative said my iphone is in transit to be delivered to the buyer. So i ended the call with big confusion!

                                        Again i called.

                                        3. This time i asked for shipment tracking. So the 3rd representative gave me tracking number which is gati courrier service tracking #[protected]. The status was given only until 12th oct. So i called gati courrier service. They told me the parcel is in their warehouse waiting for update from quikr!

                                        None of the informations i received from quikr matches. When i complained this to quikr customer service, they only said they will check with the concerned department and will come back to me. They never did any action nor came back to me with phone or email as promised.

                                        I wrote a strong email to [protected]@quikr.com and they answered with literal ignorance to my frustration!

                                        Until now i have no money, nor my iphone back!!

                                        Quikr is totally not trustworthy and unreliable which should be banned!!
