Myself akash mahapatro. I ordered a clone mobile after seeing the ad on your website by my quikr account [protected]@gmail.com. And the seller contact me and send his identity proof thats why i paid the money for that clone... But now he switched off his phone number and the ad which was i seen in your quikr website was deleted... You can check it my account chat with the seller.. Please what i do now suggest me???...

Quikr could not apply cash back post my product purchase although all the quikr ads promised to do so. I called up customer care (Spoke to shilpa shree k) for this concern and i was told that i need to apply the coupon code while the purchase. There is no alerting system available on quikr app to apply for cash back coupons for me to apply the coupon code while the purchase.

Please be aware of vsm clothing company, dindigul. I ordered shirts for that company and sent money rs. 30000 on october 6 for their current account.
After receiving money mr. Suresh ([protected]) and mr. Saravanan ([protected]) owner of that company no response in my phone call and whatsapp message.

This is a very very bad experience from quikr that even now the payment of rs 800 for ad id[protected] the product reached on 14th oct
The bank details has already been entered on the same day when the product has been delivered proof attached the bank details has been sent on mail on 17th ticket no [protected] number of mail has been sent but what i am getting is the greetings but no source of getting the payment even sent the bank...

But i recived another model sony c 2004 of 2013 a old mobile through quikr door delivery. Quikr team before picking up the phone they should verify whether the item is as per the specifications. They failed in it. Request refund from quikr...

You guys remove sellers contact details from the portal and now we dont even get the chat option, product descriptions are not clear and when i called the customer care to confirm the product details and availability they also refused and instructed me to pay for the product to get to know more.
Finally i pay and next day and next day i receive a call from quikr saying product has been sold.

I have posted my suzuki gs150r bike ad. One of the quikr sells guy told me if i want to sell my bike i have to go for premium service and after that if my bike does not sold quikr will refund my 1728/- amount. I booked a carpenter through quikr zimmer services. The carpenter came after an hour of scheduled time. He quoted abnormal prices for just putting 4 screws. When i said that it does not makes sense then he asked for visitation charges, which effectively should have been covered by coupon code (Qfree) provided. This person was not having a good attitude and i rather paid him visitation charges in interest of my time. I'm very disappointed...

This is to inform quikr and all other consumers/customers to avoid the subjected sellers on quikr who are selling xiaomi cell phones at very cheaper rates like rs.[protected] which includes xiaomi models like redmi 3s prime, 3 note.
I have recently made a payment of rs 2999 to purchase a 3s prime (Ad id[protected] from the seller "allindiamobilehub". The seller called me from his non registered number [protected]...

I sold an iphone 6s 16gb on quikr with ad_id[protected].

Quikr representative promised me once an item is picked up, it cannot be rejected by the buyer.

On 6th oct, courrier service driver came, checked and after having confirmed that everything is fine, he took pictures of the phone and picked it up for shipment.

I followed up the next week only to learn that the buyer had refused the delivery...

The entire dressing table was delivered broken. Inspite of calling multiple times just 5 mins after the delivery, everyone refused to help and even the delivery guy stopped picking up my call. I paid 4000 rps for this product plus a tip of 200 for delivery and this is by far the worst experience. This is the first and last time i’m going to buy anything from quickr. I'm here by to inform you that i saw an ad on quikr selling sony str dn1080 7.2 avr for rs 22000/- and he also offered yamaha ns-p40 @ 16000/-. I send first 11k as we agreed.

1. Quikr scheduled and re-scheduled my delivery multiple times. They assured me each time product will be delivered to me but did not keep their promise. Ordered on 13 oct 2017. Re-scheduled for pickup 5 times.

2. They said on the customer case that they have escalated the issue to higher management, but it seems the higher management has not even noticed it. It was told me on phone that issue was escalated since 15 oct 2017....

This is my worst experience with any service provider in my history.
