The entire dressing table was delivered broken. Inspite of calling multiple times just 5 mins after the delivery, everyone refused to help and even the delivery guy stopped picking up my call. I paid 4000 rps for this product plus a tip of 200 for delivery and this is by far the worst experience. This is the first and last time i’m going to buy anything from quickr. I recommend everyone to stop using quickr product as they are falsely trapping customer and delivering # products. Pleas do not use or buy anything from quickr

[protected] Is the number of the guy who sold the dressing table to me and inspite of calling multiple times he said it’s kot his problem.

[protected] Is the number of the quickr delivery guy who after telling him to come pick the product back because if is broken stopped picking my call when I called back . I tried calling about 15 times but they dint pick up my call and then they switched off their phone

    I'm here by to inform you that i saw an ad on quikr selling sony str dn1080 7.2 avr for rs 22000/- and he also offered yamaha ns-p40 @ 16000/-. I send first 11k as we agreed.

    The seller has shared tracking details everything as expected but later he demanded 11k more for due to some account balance. That also i paid, this didn't stopped here. Just before committed date of delivery he asked me to pay remaining amount, i. E 16k but i paid 8k and agreed to pay remaining on delivery. He told that courier is in my city and will be delivered once part payment (8k) issent.

    This didn't stopped here, just before delivery he started saying that delivery guy is asking for 5k transfer and he is waiting in same locality where i am located. When i asked to deliver and take remaining amount in cash, delivery guy refused.

    I have paid total 11+11+8 = 30k now those guys are not reachable also. Any help is appreciated.

      I purchased rs 1800 pack for my sofa advt to go premium on. Oct 12, 2017. A person named bhupinder assures me that he will edit my existing ad post and in an hour or so my advt will reflect in the premium category. It didn't happen.. So i waited for a day and then called up the customer care. They assured someone will follow up. Nothing happened. Wrote to their support service, only ticket no was issued. Now today i received calls from manpreet and kundan, from spam mobile no [protected], where they threatened me and openly challenged me that i will never get a refund back. I fell prey to false promise made by this trio from there spam mobile phones. Point to be noted is that when i made the payment, i was receiving calls from quikr delhi landline. Now during my last conversation with customer care, they told me that after hearing the recording no false promises had been made to me. And nor quikr takes responsibility of the calls made from any mobile. But they did admit that all three employees work at quikr. I tell you it's a big scam.
      Surprisingly i have been told that quikr has no refund policy.

        1. Quikr scheduled and re-scheduled my delivery multiple times. They assured me each time product will be delivered to me but did not keep their promise. Ordered on 13 oct 2017. Re-scheduled for pickup 5 times.

        2. They said on the customer case that they have escalated the issue to higher management, but it seems the higher management has not even noticed it. It was told me on phone that issue was escalated since 15 oct 2017. It it is not that means they lied to me.

        3. I was assured to get updated via call back from the team but they simply did not call back. I had to call them back all the time.in all i have called the customer care over 30 times.

        4. The delivery was scheduled from delhi to gurgaon. On the tracking page there has been no updates. I had to call all the time to check on the updates. Finally the product was picked on 17th oct 2017 and i was assured delivery on 18th oct 2017 at 11 am.

        5. Even after the multiple re-schedules, i was asked to wait one more day with full assurance of deliver, but they again did not deliver the product. No body even called me to inform me about any update. They missed their own delivery schedule that was promised and shamelessly 'missed' to even contact me. After 10 calls it is 18th oct 2017 4:30 pm, and i am told they will 'try' to deliver it today but can't assure me the delivery even surely.

        - who is taking care of the customer?
        - each time i was not informed about re-scheduling?
        - i was asked to pay the cancellation money if the issue bothered me and i could not wait?
        - when will my product be delivered?

          This is my worst experience with any service provider in my history.

          I had a purchase of doorstep on 19th september, 2017 on ad id:[protected].
          When quikr doorstep were making transportation, i have been informed that product is damaged. So i had to cancel it.

          I had cancelled my transaction and requested a refund on 20th september, 2017. They told i need to wait for 7 to 14 days for refund.

          It has been nearly a month, till date i didn't receive my money.

          I have spoken to different customer care executives, who told each time, wait for 48 hrs, it would be done. I waited & still waiting.

          All their executives say 100% it will happen within 48 hrs. These guys have no meaning or value for their 100% & their promise.

          And sr. Executive ms. Shruthi is another level. She promised me on 16th october 2017, saying that, "there was a technical issue with mobikwik. It has been resolved today & you will receive money by 18th october 2017".

          I told her don't give me festival reason on 18th and postpone it to next week.

          When i called her on 18th october 2017, she did exactly what i asked her not to do. She postponed it to 25th october 2017. She denied making her promise. She responded saying they are not responsible for issue. They can't do anything. And all i can do is wait. She told me i can't do anything apart from waiting, on my face. She made me to wait on call for 20 min long wasting my time to transfer to another sr. Executive where i asked her to transfer to manager.

          These people don't know how to honor their promises.

          Quikr claim they are best. When you won't wait even 2 min when u take money, how can you guys make customer wait months of time to give their rightful money back.

          What a pathetic experience is this. I am recommending all my contacts and friends and families not to use quikr and delete their app.

          I request nobody should do business with quikr.

          I'm writing this with lot of frustration.

          If quikr see this, please resolve my issue asap.

            Dear team,

            It was the worst experience which i ever had with any online marketing website.

            I sold my sofa set via quikr on 5th oct 2017 (Add #[protected], it been more then 12 days now, where i am still waiting for the payment.
            I sold the item for 1500, and they said i will get around 1350rs after all the deductions, when i called them they said 3-5 working days in the beginning and i have waited for it and i asked them more then 2-3 times to check if their is any issue in my bank details, the telecaller said that their is no issues with the account which i have provided and its all clear to proceed the payment, when i called them back after 5 working days, the telecaller was so rude and indirectly telling me that the money is already been transferred successfully, and asked for my bank statement in order to accept that the mistake is from them.

            Though the amount is small, i really do not want to leave this because of their wrong promises and poor in customer services.

            I personally suggest to not to go head with quikr. Its waste of our time and money

              As we give an order we get a confirmation and have talked with company personnel and confirm my order and inform my order with some offer which they have not fulfilled us, we know that if we do not get we go for complain to know about another thing we have not received which we confirm by telephonic call. I have order one Samsung galaxy s5 gold refurnished as per the order I have not received all documents, accessories silver coins of 5 Gram warranty card of 6 months from Quikr

              If we company cannot send all remaining accessories with said 5g. the silver coin we don't want this product and need to put the case for harassing us by not making full and joke of our on.

              kindly do the need full and process the same

                I have purchased a mobile from quikr via mobikwik wallet, because some reason order get cancelled. Then quikr has sent message like"we are refunded your money to source account successfully",

                  Please be alert, person is cheating by taking advance money for clone mobile phones. He will promise to send by courier, first he will post an ad in quikr in different cities as local post with ultra low price for samsung and iphone clone phones, he will only provide whatsapp number to only text and that whatsapp number will be almost switched off, after communication in whatsapp he will act like trusted person and make people believe in him that he is selling a phone he will send some ready pictures to make people believe and he will provide fake shop address that is : 40d, advanced gadgets, 2nd floor, sky tower, commercial complex, near hanuman mandir, nehru palace, delhi and he will ask to come to shop to make you trust that shop is existed but in reality shop will not be there at the place. Then he will say that he got only less quantity left and force you to make some advance payment or full money transfer to his bank account or paytm account, after transfer he will either not respond to your messages and calls or he will delay by saying daily reasons untill 15 to 20 days then slowly he will not respond at all and he will change the temporary communication sim card. His whatsapp number when i got fooled for rs 3, 500/- is +91 [protected] and his voice communication sim number was - +91 [protected] (Mumbai number) and his paytm account name was : tarun dhanraj and he will ask to deposit in the account name : asmita bhimrao sawan account number : [protected] idbi bank. So please be careful with these type of frauds.

                    I have registered to quikr for selling my camera and during registration the promised me that if i buy their premium add subscription of ₹1500.00, i would be able to sell my product faster and at the desired price and they will make the delivery and make the bill for my product. But even after paying a sum ₹1500.00 to subscribe to their premium ad service and reducing the price of my product by ₹4000.00 in my add i was unable to get good response from any buyer and very few person contacted. Nothing exclusive happened as i was promised by the company. Regarding this issue i mailed the company to refund me my money, but they never replied, niether they answered to my calls.
                    Hence i am complaining to get my money back that i have paid for their premium ad service.

                      After opened the goods we were shocked, all sofas are totally broken, and it can not used. And immediately we gave a mail massage to quikr mail. And we contacted seller also and we sent broken photos to seller, he also shocked

                      So pls do take necessary action and return this broken/damaged items soon.

                          Quikr has taken a double door dressing table from my location and haven't payed money yet. Inspite of repeatedly tracking by calling customer care i still don't see any resolution. Kindly consider my complaint and provide resolution.

                          I'm not seeing any resolution, request the consumer complaints authority to take further action on Quikr.
                          Taking ones product and not paying the dues is called daylight robbery.
                          Apart from escalation, I don't see any resolution. Looks like this be escalated to our prime minister. Such a shame and disgrace.

                            The undersigned is an nri from united arab emirates we had posted an advertisement in the ad agency quickr for a brahmin cook for our home:
                            Quikr filtered their database & recommended the dhanvantri catering services who contacted us through phone with 2-3 profiles.
                            They recommended one candidate from the proposal & advised us that she will join us and we have to pay 8000 as advance. We had paid advance to the attached details :

                            However there is no further hearing from them other than making some false promises. I have incurred around 34000 for the phone calls made from uae & local calls. I have attached all relevant details for easy tracking.

                            I require a refund for the same & also a legal action on the party to avoid future recurrence to others i also demand a legal action on quikr for recommending such parties.

                              Dear team,

                              We registered a "top choice" for the category web design on last month 18th of september. After a continuous follow up with the sales person for service activation for about a week, it was finally got activated. Now the service is activated and its been more than 15 days that our company has registered with top choice but we haven't received a single lead so far.

                              Also we would like to inform that the sales person (J. John martin) number is switched off for most of the time.

                              We are very surprised to get such kind of response/service to get from quikr.
                              The amount (5000) we paid for top choice for one month in quikr hasnt give us the single lead so far.

                              Could anyone please guide me to the right team for refund/withdrawal of service.

                                  Hello all i am pallavi, i'm writing a complaint against quikr, they are giving a big paltform to frauders to do fraud with command people. [protected] the ads posted with this mobile no are fraud ads n all the selling product custom airport are frauds, they will send u fake custom ids n pancards to trap you. As these frauders are having 35 bank accounts all are fake, they are using 25 mobile sim cards, they have one account in delhi, bank of india with the name of manoj kumar, several account with different name n in different cities. I have already complaint for this in near by police station. But please do take action on quikr, bcz i believe they are giving to much advantages to frauders to do such things, i hope cops trace these people as they are a gang but the main number is [protected] which they use for all frauds n transcations.. I hv several bank details which are share by this per son only... As he has taken my 8k for iphone sell... I want say to all people don't give any single penny to any one before..

That person no is [protected]..he is posting ads with this no there so many complaints.. he is making fool of people with the fake airport I'd cards n says he is from custom department. He has cheated so many people like this. He is south Indian. He speaks Tamil he don't even know Hindi n English properly. Add some pictures he sent

                                    I have purchased 100 & 100 ads from quikr in 2016 and i have renewed it on 13th july 2017 by submitting the check of rs 7208 (Check number 261528).
                                    The problem here is the ad i have purchased in 2016 and the ad i have renewed in 13th july 2017 are different. I am sending the receipt along with the proposal sent by your team.
                                    It’s my humble request, please solve my problem on priority and keep my ad activated.

                                      We are from an real estate company we had made a payment for the lead purposes for quik but is its a fraud company dey haven't kept their promise or they are not even providing an proper service they are the cheaters they loot people by they sugar coated words.

                                      When we ask for an re fund they are not receiving our calls.

                                      I strongly recommend not to take any kind of service from the fraud quikr

                                        It is extremely annoying to report you that on 11th oct 2017 i have purchased an old assam teakwood bed from your website the ad id being[protected], my payment transaction id was [protected] (Payment amount was rs.8, 029) and seller's id is [protected]@gmail.com. On the very next day evening i was informed that my order has been cancelled and i would get the refund which i have paid.
                                        Now, on 13th oct morning i am finding the same merchandise on your website the ad id is also the same mentioned above but with a much higher quote (Price). As a general customer my perception was that "quikr" is a reputed online site and you people are not engaged in fraudulent activities like what has happened to me. On the first instance you have rejected my order the payment of which was already made by me, after that you are selling the same goods with a higher price thereby fooling the public. I don't know with how many people you have done this sort of nuisance before. If this is the business strategy you adopt then i am sorry to say you are frauding people which is not at all expected from esteemed and popular websites like "quikr".
                                        Please address the issue with utmost diligence and sincerity from your side.

                                        So they are Fraud and I m Fighting Fraud case against them now.
