I paid Rs.1500 to Quikr RTO services for ownership transfer for Suzuki Access2 (KA09ER1762) on 2nd July 2019 and handed over the original documents on 11th July 2019 to Nawaz. They did not get it done on 8 months. After I requested them to at least return the original document as I am not able to use the vehicle in absence of the document, they have been been giving excuses and have not returned the document for 7 more months.
It has been a total of 1 year and 3 months since I asked for Quickr service. I have followed up 16 times and only get standard response that they will get back soon. All I want is to get back my original RC book.

It has been 32 days since you had stated that someone will get in touch with me but I have not received any information so far. This is in addition to the 1 year 3 months that your team took after collecting my original documents. I am not sure if anyone is reading this, but to people who want to check the customer support and service of Quicks, this will give them enough substance to decide to take or snub the service.
