I have released an advert on quikr.com. Its a free ad. Once the free ad was accepted by quikr. I had received a call from their office compelled me to pay rs.1001/- besides making me pay rs.578/- to make the free ad as premium ad.

No service received and calls promised and features promised never happened even after 3 weeks of advertisement.

When asked about refunds, they refuse to make the refunds.

    I purchased a 2nd hand metal wardrobe on quikr india private limited under quickr doorstep delivery for rs. 6999 and with discount i paid rs. 6959.00 (Inclusive of 2999 for logistics cost) through net banking on 31st aug 2020 at 9.32 am under transaction id:[protected]and payment id: [protected]. On 2nd sep 2020, a quickr representative called me and said that they are cancelling my order since they are unable to provide me the delivery due to pandemic related restrictions and on 3rd sep 2020 at 12:48 pm my order was cancelled on quickr portal due to logistics issue.

    I waited till 15th sep 2020 and since the money was neither refunded nor any communication on refund timelines, i sent my complaint through the 'contact us' section on their website (Since the number is not accepting inbound calls) and received a standard templated response on 18th sep 2020 that the "issue has been taken up with our internal team. Shall revert you back, soon after we receive any update on the same."

    I have been chasing the quickr team ever since but there has been no update on my refund.

    After I raised a complaint on this forum, within 24 hrs. the company emailed me with confirmation of the refund processed and the bank transaction numbers. In another 2 hours the money was credited in my bank account,

    Once again you guys are acting absolutely frustrating and in your own benefit... You already have the transaction and payment ID in my complaint that I mentioned on this platform as well as yours but since you are acting dumb (as it benefits you), I'll have to share my Transaction Id 100030348731 again here and me my contact number is 9167990874.
    If you keep sitting on my money and do not give it back my next step us to go to consumer court and slap you with legal case. You are leaving me no other choice now.

      Online job data entry which you sent is a fraud company.. 1 st they ask me to pay 350rs after did typing minimum pages i sent to they again they ask for 3580rs.. If i pay this they will send me the payment itseems. Why you referring a fraud companies and online jobs to us.. Still i didn't get payment. Do the needfull

        Incident happened on 21st september and 22nd september
        There was a whatsapp number ([protected]) mentioned in the image in quickr ad. I contacted him in whatsapp. He said he will courier the product.
        For booking and courier charge he told us to transfer 520 rs to the courier man's account.
        We transferred the money to him[protected]
        He said that the product will be delivered the next day. (22nd september)
        We got a call in the morning telling that he is from courier office (Overnite express) from hinjewadi. He said "there is some problem with the gps and you have to transfer 700rs again to reach magarpatta. We came to know that there was something was wrong and told him that we will come directly to hinjewadi to collect the product. He did not agree. On the other side, the person who is the seller of the camera called us and said if we don't gave his camera will be on hold.
        We told the courier man that our friend is standing in front of the overnite courier and told him to collect the money directly and he denied. He shouted that he can't wait and forced us to pay the money asap to the same number that we sent 520rs.
        On the other side, the seller of the camera said that he is an army man and send the id card in whatsapp (Just on looking at it, we will know it was fake)
        We called the courier man and said we will file a complaint against him if he don't transfer 520 rs back to us. And we also told him that the caller location is mumbai and police will call you in sometime.
        After disconnecting the call, we opened the camera seller's chat and we saw that he has deleted the id card that he sent.

        1. Quickr should properly check the images and make sure that there is no contact of the user in the image

        2. People just like me will have trust issues because of this incident on quickr. Quickr should have properly verified the account, and other details.

        3 it would be good if you can help with the 520 rs that i have lost.

        4. Please block the account so that other people don fall for it again

              Further to our purchase of vu 49 inch full hd tv and transaction id [protected], we have been continuosly trying to get in touch with you to no avail. We were delivered a damaged tv with no installation team follow up. I am sorry to say that you are a fraud and fraudulent company with no ethics and no consumer follow up. None of your numbers are active and no one responds to them at all. No one has responded to multiple complaints. No action has been taken from your side and we have no option to give you a legal notice which will reach you by monday if we fail to get any response to this. We paid you instantly and have been tolerating all the non responses and some blabber sometimes whenever someone does pick up. We have all the recordings and proof of your cheating and it will be made public very soon.

                    I’ve ordered a cot from quicker on 30/08/2020 but due to logistics issue the same could not delivered to me. Quicker team had cancelled my order on 02/09/2020. My transaction id is[protected].
                    Its been 14 days after cancellation of my order and still I didn’t get any refund yet.

                    I have sent 20+ mails to quikr support and quikr bazaar. On my order page, it shown that the money to be refunded with 4-7 business days. But still didn’t get any word of support or response to my mail by Quikr. Its seems to be a scam by quikr. Quikr cheated me.

                    Customer care from Quikr doesn’t even accepts calls from me. They did blank calls after my several calls. I am having headache after buying product from quikr.
                    Really Quikr is a cheater.

                            I ordered a laptop on 16th of August after 3 days due to certain reasons the seller claimed the product being sold in which the company cancelled order and sent a message of refunding the amount on 19th of August about getting refund in 4-7 business days After that period I've been constantly sending a mail to customer care but they have left me high and dry without the refund till now

                                  I was called from quikr for job. As i have applied for the job vacancy in quikr. Deepali shukla called me from quikr regarding my application for job. Then she told me to send my details regarding cv, biodata, results, photo etc. Then she told that their senior would contact me. A person called me regarding that and told me everything about job then asked for registration amount of 2500, 4500 and 10800 in the name of refundable deposit. Then again another day he asked me for more money but i refused and told to cancel my registration and application and refund my amount. He told me to wait for 15 days. But 20 days passed they haven't refunded it. Please help me.

If you pay we are not responsible for that. But i have some doubt who they know my number and which job i select. If your company is involed than its ok but if you are not than it is your responsibility to take care of you image because in future no one can trust you to submit personal details and resume on your website.

                                        Quikr company advertises that free advertisement can be posted on its website for sale purchase of any old item. However after free advertisement is posted they send some fake incomplete contact details infirming that these people are looking for similar item which is advertised for sale / purchases in free advertisement. The advertiser is asked to update to paid advertisement so that sellers / buyers can contact them directly and it is also informed that complete contact details of sellers / buyers will be shared with advertiser.
                                        However after taking payment for 30 days advertisement no contact details are shared and mails also stop coming from quikr company and directly also hardly anybody contacts as it apoears that as per requirement the paid advertisement is not posted as per derails given.
                                        Till my advertisement was firee posted ad everyday some incomplete contact details were recd and message and phone calls were received from quikr to upgrade it to paid advertisement. However since payment of rs 1001 is made online for 30 days paid advertisement neither any contact details are shared by quikr nor any direct contact is nade by anyone as was suggested and informed while informing benefits o[censored]pgradation to paid advertisement. Thus there is hardly any benefit for posting free or paid advertisement for anything on quikr
                                        Quikr customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        Even after notifying and acknowledging the complaint and asking for Ad ID etc no response is coming forward as money has already been taken and required work is not been done as was assured while taking money. Very sorry state of affairs in Quikr and there is no immediate remedy for consumers

                                        Shameless Company only meant for looting people who need some service. Nothing is free as posting free ad is a trap after which to upgrade the ad to premium money is charged and once money is paid no service regarding ad and no response from Company ..Should be criminally prosecuted.

                                        Contact details and Ad ID sent as required but still no response by Quikr to resolve the issue .One should avoid giving paid ads on Quikr and be careful before buying / selling any item through Quikr
                                        Quikr is hopeless and fraud Company for advertisement of old products .No response from buyers / sellers whether free ad is posted or paid ad is posted .No response is received nor leads are given as promised . And on complaint being made for anything no reply or solution .In the alternative OLX can still be relied and should be preferred and no body should waste money by paying in favour of Quikr whether it is smallest amount for any ad or other service .
