Im approaching all my possible ways to quikr to show an fraudlent job i had encountered last week, will reiterate the same again., request an action please as i had lost a huge sum of my money.,

last week I was a victim for a fake ad posted in Quikr on Iphone clone, as a commoner I had fallen for the ad too which stated as Rs3000 (AD ID[protected], they had shared an mobile contact to chat in whatsapp, Name – Shravan Sharma ([protected]) following the person had shared me a Gpay account [protected], though quikr had advisory to use secured portal, the payment portal was not working, so the vendor insisted to transfer through Gpay, I was told after paying Rs3000 I will be getting a call from their warehouse asking for courier details and invoice copy will be sent, but it was just a start of money garbing spree, I got a call from another person Arman Malik ([protected]) and following transaction started till I came to know im getting cheated ., apart from the unit cost given (Phone + Watch) I was told all money will be refunded I have attached our chat images for your perusal, but they were keep on adding unfamiliar reasons as in end they were asking for Rs10, 000 for generating code in their system against my refund, my doubts grown and denied to pay, I was told the courier of phone was sent on 19th there was no docket details shared which made sure they never sent any product at all, when I asked about money they are compelling me to pay that 10K else the whole amount will be gone,

The fake IDs are still active and many people are still paying easy money to them, the fraudsters are using Quikr as a medium, I have seen many similar ads like them in Quikr, it might be right or wrong, but I know for sure the persons named Shravan Shrama & Arman Mailk (Not sure their real names as google pay account shows Arun Kumar) are here to cheat many more persons like me, In images I had shared its clearly visible all their whatsapp number & gpay account were made within 10-15 days, which clearly indicates they will be temporary, I was told by Quikr in mail ill get a call in 2 business days but no calls as of now I can understand the same due to current covid situation, but someone is using Quikr for them to make money and I dint want anyone like me to keep losing their money.

Intially i have listed my business in quikr by paying around 650. On the next some one called me from quikr and told that they provide leads to me if i pay 5000, but i am skeptical about it and i agreed to 2500 per 6 months. After couple of days they called me told me that i have made the payment for only for listing the business, which is alredy listed. They are trying to loot the money saying false promises. You can see screenshot containg two packages for same services. I have asked for the refund because there is no point in listig my business in the same city two times. when i tried to contact the support they are arrogant conflicting with promises they made.

How much time you will saying like the same thing.. I dont need any solution.. I want my money back... I have cancelled the order.. What about my money... Is it your company is fraud?. Since one week i am waited for you only...

I applied for the vacancy of airline after few days I got a call from quikr to inform me about confirmation of documents in Indigo airline ltd then he send me his gmail id and WhatsApp no. After few days he called me for rs 750 for application form of airline then I paid after I got mail from Indigo airline and after few days quikr person called me again for 2000rs for documents verification then I paid after that I get a mail from comapny indigo then he called me for 5000 rs fro agreement then after few days he called me for amount 9999for account opening I am getting mail for every thing by Indigo airline ltd. I asked the quikr person for his id he give me an aadhar and pan. This was a fake vacancy for that I paid.

I got a a call from people data labs and they asked me to deposit 550 rupees.
On deposition, they sent me 30 pages of very large content to type.
After i completed the job and i contacted them for the submission they aren’t responding. Their numbers are switched off and they blocked me too. the number to which i did the payment +[protected]
+91[[protected]] this is the number that called me. Highly disappointed as i wasted my time and energy into this stupid fraudulent job. I need my registration money back please .Quikr You are responsible for these fake jobs provided on your website. please ensure the return of my money

I had made an payment of 499 towards viewing the buyers profiel and thier chat. While made an payment the customer case executive name ISHA call and tell me i need to pay additional 500/- since the money earlier paid was for locating add only in pincode.. If i want to show my add within location and within india i need to pay 500..

while i paid 499 earlier for viewing buyers profile and chatting option .. but that option is still not enabled and they provided the fake bill with fake address..

I saw a verified add and got in contact with them to buy they said they were giving out the dogs because of moving to USA.. so i paid like 4200 for the delivery from Kerala to coimbatore. They blocked my contact

Please take down such ads that ask for whatsapp number and fraud collect money.
I am victim of fraudsters on quikr and i have attached screenshot of payment of an advance demanded by seller.

[protected] :- contcted on this number on 12/08/2020 for works2 earn company agent and she promised to refund the money in 7 days. Today when i called her for the payment she denied to repay the money and said do whatever u want and make my complaint anywhere. Very pathetic response ever got from such a reputed company. Customer sevice numbers are always busy and website always down.. Trying to submit this complaint from more than 1 week and till now only trying to get in touch with you people.

I have paid for an item through quikr, Ad.id no.[protected] transaction id.no.[protected] the seller has preferred doorstep delivery, i have paid the amount 6000 plus 2099 for their doorstep delivery charge, this was on 16th August 2020.. time.Both me and seller was in bangalore, the quikr promised 10 days delivery time... Nothing happened, both the seller and me tried to contact them, call them no replies.

The person has done the payment of mobile to quikr I have al the details . And the person has recived the product also but I have not recived the payment . This is so dissatisfied from bloody quikr

I have paid for an item through quikr, the seller has preferred doorstep delivery, i have paid the amount 5000 plus 1550 for their doorstep delivery charge, this was on 28th july 2020.. Both me and seller was in bangalore, the quikr promised 2-3 days delivery time... Nothing happened, both the seller and me tried to contact them, call them no replies.

After enough time waiting and countless emails no response from them finally i got to cancel the purchase through their website chat support, it was cancelled on 7th august 2020, they told within 4-7 days the amount 6550 will be credited back to my account.. Today is 15th till now nothing happened. 2 days back a person called mentioning within 48 hrs everything will be resolved. So again i did chat, the person told refund is initiated and will be credited in again 5-7 days.. Don't know whether it will happen or not, i hope it gets refunded...

Anyone reading this please stay away from quikr, there are lots of other decent companies who does the same thing.. And if you really want to buy from them please don't use their doorstep delivery its a scam.. Use porter or other services it'll cost you less and you get in same day.

The company is a joke their customer service is pathetic, they can't even do one job perfectly either delivery or refund or customer support. Pathetic experience.

P. S - don't think you can call them, once you call their customer service number an automated message will just say send an email at the id and disconnects. Only they can call you.. Now you guess why they made it like that lol

I ordered a fridge from Quikr AD ID :[protected] on July 23. I was lied to that it will be delivered in 5-6 days. After chasing them like madman, they are telling their delhi operations have been shutdown. The best part is they don't even have a call center where you can call and discuss your problem. You keep sending them indefinite numbers of mail and if you are lucky they might revert to one.

Could someone from Quikr call me at [protected] and discuss? I am moving my residence from Delhi not sure how great Quikr will deliver my order.

I have uploaded my free add on quicker end of june on quicker as soon as in upload my add quicker sales person start calling me and requesting me to upgrade my add to premium account with fee of 3000 Rs. we have lots of customers looking for my product.

When i agree to upgrade my account they start calling me each and every hours and requesting me to pay money sales executing firoz ansari cell no. [protected].

Since two months my add never upload and when i call they never reply from my mobile when i change and call from other mobile they are and say sorry i dont know why not uploaded will update soon.

I posted my add of two wooden cupboards, got sold mns got offer i accepted that but unable to schedule delivery option!! Nor can't talk on customer care as due to lackdown it seems available
