[protected]@gmail.com) informed me icici bank having hr openings she sent her mail id i messaged from quikr i forward my profile to her she gave my profile to vishnu he called me he informed telephone interview whatapp number number he sent account number of ravender obc bank in whatapp and mail vishnu - [protected] he sent fake offer letter and interview letter joining letter collected rs 41, 850. Online job cheating used icici bank name please take action from north indian u. P vishnu & ravender took my money in google pay made me to do online transaction for job security rs41, 850 i lost my amount please take action on this help me to get my money

I placed an order for a laptop on 9th Aug. The ad id is[protected] and the transaction id is [protected]. The order was cancelled on 12th Aug from Quikr side saying no pickup and drop off facility is available currently and so my money would be refunded.I recieved confirmation message on 14th Aug saying refund would be completed within 4-7 days, which is not the case here. I sent email on 27th regarding this issue and in response I was told to wait 48hrs. It's been more than 7 days since this but still nothing has been done.I need my money urgently.What kind of service is this ? You guys take people's money, but when the time comes to refund you guys just ignore. Worst service ever. I am attaching all the screenshots also

Updated by akram25524raza It's been a month now and still nothing being done.I don't understand what's the issue here.I have emailed so many times.They just ignore all the emails till friday.And now Friday they just say wait 48 hrs. And I also know this well that Quikr doesn't have working days in Saturday and Sunday.They are just fooling me.I think I will have to go to National Consumer Helpline.If I don't get the refund this week I will surely go to them, I have all details, screenshots, call records and emails.

I have order ps4 pro on 27th Aug 2020 and the order was pending to be accepted by seller. when i have contacted the seller he does nt want to accept payment from quikr and suggested to cancel the order. when i have been contacting quikr there is no proper respnse.This is first worst feedback given by any online delivery company.Please dnt keep money with u and initiate my refund immediately.

I have confirmed on quikr sight this seller for PS4 Console, Even he forward me text massage on my what's app for purchase his product or deposit advance payment 6000 Rs without any brief about the product, But when I confirmed about the brief detail's, customer care numbers or company details he suggest me search through online, But I confirm him again then he again demand the money or denied for details the product, But I asked again he used very abusing language or very cheap behaviour with my family, I am requesting you pls take strict action against these fraudulent persons or hard punishment against him, Pls support for resolve my query or confirm me fast already given screenshot of this fraudulent person .

Dear sir, I amke a transaction of Rs 26649 on 17/07/2020. My transaction failed and quickr show a pop up msg that we will credited amount in 24 to 48 hrs. But after 48 hrs refund not credited in my account so I contact Quickr but Quickr call service say to mail us. I mail couple of time and finally quicker reply me on 13/08/2020 thay thay process my refund amount and I will get refund in 5 to 7 days. But since I didn't get a refund and whenever I mailed thay reply as same I will get refund in 5 to 7 days. My Ticket No:[protected]. Sir please help me.

I had received call from Sonia Sharma from Delhi Quikr on 28 Aug 2020 from mobile no [protected] . She said there is part time job available. She sent me link on which i had to register and make payment of Rs 29/- which i did. But while making payment i received otp of rs. 2929/- she said it is server issue and only 29 rs. will be deducted. But 2929/- got deducted. She asked me to fill the refund form on quikr website. When i filled the form instead of getting refund, again 2929/- got deducted. Then she transferred the call to her manager Mr. Ashish. He said he will refund the money and did it as mentioned on the call by him. Then Ms. Sonia said there is server issue. She will message me the screenshot of the payment they have done and i will receive the payment in 24 to 72 hrs
But i have not received any refund or any message. Also they are not replying to the messages nor they are answering the calls nor they are calling back.
I want my refund of Rs 5858/- back urgently.

She asked me to fill the refund form on quikr website. When i filled the form instead of getting refund, again 2929/- got deducted. Message as below.

Your A/c 941057 is debited with Rs 2929.00 on[protected]:17:46 at PUR/RAZ*CAREER SOLUTIONS/North West D..Call [protected] for dispute.

Then she transferred the call to her manager Mr. Ashish. He said he will refund the money and did it as mentioned on the call by him. Then Ms. Sonia said there is server issue. She will message me the screenshot of the payment they have done and i will receive the payment in 24 to 72 hrs

But i have not received any refund or any message. Also they are not replying to the messages nor they are answering the calls nor they are calling back.

I want my refund of Rs 5858/- back urgently.

It is surprising that with many complaints aginst Quikr in span of few days .only a reply is given to give trasaction ID and thereafter whether issue is resolved or not is not known. Some Govt authority nerds to take note of this as 90% dealing with Quikr for one or other thing may not be posting their complaints .The Company is growing by making fool of people by its representatives and consumers have no mechanism for redress.

I received a call and it was for work from home service. Last week incident. Lady name was Puja. She had taken all the documents and promised for a call back. A gentleman from Delhi named Ashis Gupta called and said rs.21 required for registration, which i agreed and he sent me a link for further process. When I paid they have deducted 821 rs. When I repeatedly confirmed he said again its 21 rs. Once everything is paid they were not responding my calls. Both the party's did the same. May I request during this pandemic situation is it necessary to do this fraud?

Hi,
This is kanika from noida. I have posted an ad on august 22, 2020 for selling my 4 products - sofa, center table, dining table, study table & chair. Initially when we posted our adds on quikr they dint show up in our add list. Then, we started getting calls from an assistant saying that if we pay rs 2000/-, they will help selling our products in the expected price. She assured us on this and helped us in quoting the suitable price for our products.

Now, it's been a week, which ideally should be the most crucial days for a posted add but we did not get any genuine/non-genuine calls from any of the buyers.

I had raised the request to ask for the refund as our hard-earned money went in vain. Assistant named shankar, from new delhi quikr office called us to hear our complaint but was not willing to share his manager details rather told that he doesn't have any manager :o

Conclusion was that he was not ready to initiate the refund.

We have already wasted 1 week of time, though we were assured quikr would be able to sell our products within 10 days.

So now, kindly the amount as early as possible.

Updated by kanika maheshwari Already many from Quikr have contacted us but nobody has any solution. Now more than half of our products are already sold through OLX, free service.

We thought atleast a Sofa Set would be sold using Quikr but we have no hopes now. Best part is we are not allowed to edit our own paid adds, edit as in lowering the amount mentioned. GREAT QUIKR! And their paid services !

I would never ever recommend anyone to use the Quikr Service, coz they don't even respond after getting the money.

Fake job offer letter

Dear sir/madam i put my resume on i recieved call from this Number +[protected] i applied and provided them related documents with my biodata then i recived phonecall from ms kavya patel telling me that i had been shortlisted and i would be interviewed by hr recruiter of the company mr vaishnavi devi after my telephonic interview i was told by vaishnavi devi that i have been selected for the post of supervisor and asked to pay rs880/- towards selection fee then only i would recive job offer letter and asked to pay in phone pe number i paid the ransom through my kotal debit card on 26/08/2018 then i recived a fake job offer letter and after 15 to 20 minutes, I realise This Is Fake So I am do this. stop further communication with me two phonecall numbers which communicated with me are as follows:
