I placed an order for a laptop on 9th Aug. The ad id is[protected] and the transaction id is [protected]. The order was cancelled on 12th Aug from Quikr side saying no pickup and drop off facility is available currently and so my money would be refunded.I recieved confirmation message on 14th Aug saying refund would be completed within 4-7 days, which is not the case here. I sent email on 27th regarding this issue and in response I was told to wait 48hrs. It's been more than 7 days since this but still nothing has been done.I need my money urgently.What kind of service is this ? You guys take people's money, but when the time comes to refund you guys just ignore. Worst service ever. I am attaching all the screenshots also

I ordered sofa from gozefo.com money got deducted order placed, but it's long time order not getting delivered. No one responding to my email. There is no contact details for them

I am not able to buy anything through quikr doorstep service.
When i click on buy now it says not serviceable, i mean i am not able to buy from any cities.
So resolve this issue fast.

I have order ps4 pro on 27th Aug 2020 and the order was pending to be accepted by seller. when i have contacted the seller he does nt want to accept payment from quikr and suggested to cancel the order. when i have been contacting quikr there is no proper respnse.This is first worst feedback given by any online delivery company.Please dnt keep money with u and initiate my refund immediately.

I have confirmed on quikr sight this seller for PS4 Console, Even he forward me text massage on my what's app for purchase his product or deposit advance payment 6000 Rs without any brief about the product, But when I confirmed about the brief detail's, customer care numbers or company details he suggest me search through online, But I confirm him again then he again demand the money or denied for details the product, But I asked again he used very abusing language or very cheap behaviour with my family, I am requesting you pls take strict action against these fraudulent persons or hard punishment against him, Pls support for resolve my query or confirm me fast already given screenshot of this fraudulent person .

They rang me up on 26th Aug 2020 and said I have been shortlosted for data entry job for HDFC bank for that I have to pay 2000 to a particular account for registration which is refundable...they took interview and online tests and they asked for more 7500 rupees for security ...I denied for paying more, they said that all the amount will be refunded...but from them they aur not responding to the call

Dear sir, I amke a transaction of Rs 26649 on 17/07/2020. My transaction failed and quickr show a pop up msg that we will credited amount in 24 to 48 hrs. But after 48 hrs refund not credited in my account so I contact Quickr but Quickr call service say to mail us. I mail couple of time and finally quicker reply me on 13/08/2020 thay thay process my refund amount and I will get refund in 5 to 7 days. But since I didn't get a refund and whenever I mailed thay reply as same I will get refund in 5 to 7 days. My Ticket No:[protected]. Sir please help me.

I had received call from Sonia Sharma from Delhi Quikr on 28 Aug 2020 from mobile no [protected] . She said there is part time job available. She sent me link on which i had to register and make payment of Rs 29/- which i did. But while making payment i received otp of rs. 2929/- she said it is server issue and only 29 rs. will be deducted. But 2929/- got deducted. She asked me to fill the refund form on quikr website. When i filled the form instead of getting refund, again 2929/- got deducted. Then she transferred the call to her manager Mr. Ashish. He said he will refund the money and did it as mentioned on the call by him. Then Ms. Sonia said there is server issue. She will message me the screenshot of the payment they have done and i will receive the payment in 24 to 72 hrs
But i have not received any refund or any message. Also they are not replying to the messages nor they are answering the calls nor they are calling back.
I want my refund of Rs 5858/- back urgently.

Payment of rs 19, 767 demanded by quikr, bangalore was made on[protected] vide transaction id11187245 for reregistration of bike mh12jx6816 at rto bangalore along with handing over of original rc and noc from rto, pune. Even after one year the company has not done the job and is also mot returning the rc and noc along with the money paid despite follow up. Last
Complaint filed with customer support of quikr with no #163525 did not evince any response.

I placed an order on 26th of August and paid the whole amount but still shows yet to confirmed. If you can't give the order on time then please refund my money and cancel the order. I am attaching the screenshot of my order. This is my transaction and ad id.

I received a call and it was for work from home service. Last week incident. Lady name was Puja. She had taken all the documents and promised for a call back. A gentleman from Delhi named Ashis Gupta called and said rs.21 required for registration, which i agreed and he sent me a link for further process. When I paid they have deducted 821 rs. When I repeatedly confirmed he said again its 21 rs. Once everything is paid they were not responding my calls. Both the party's did the same. May I request during this pandemic situation is it necessary to do this fraud?

I received a job offer as data entry from a mobile number [protected] which was totally a scam they were doing fraud with me and wanted to grab rs. 6500 as penalty

This is kanika from noida. I have posted an ad on august 22, 2020 for selling my 4 products - sofa, center table, dining table, study table & chair. Initially when we posted our adds on quikr they dint show up in our add list. Then, we started getting calls from an assistant saying that if we pay rs 2000/-, they will help selling our products in the expected price. She assured us on this and helped us in quoting the suitable price for our products.

Now, it's been a week, which ideally should be the most crucial days for a posted add but we did not get any genuine/non-genuine calls from any of the buyers.

I had raised the request to ask for the refund as our hard-earned money went in vain. Assistant named shankar, from new delhi quikr office called us to hear our complaint but was not willing to share his manager details rather told that he doesn't have any manager :o

Conclusion was that he was not ready to initiate the refund.

We have already wasted 1 week of time, though we were assured quikr would be able to sell our products within 10 days.

So now, kindly the amount as early as possible.

Dear sir/madam i put my resume on i recieved call from this Number +[protected] i applied and provided them related documents with my biodata then i recived phonecall from ms kavya patel telling me that i had been shortlisted and i would be interviewed by hr recruiter of the company mr vaishnavi devi after my telephonic interview i was told by vaishnavi devi that i have been selected for the post of supervisor and asked to pay rs880/- towards selection fee then only i would recive job offer letter and asked to pay in phone pe number i paid the ransom through my kotal debit card on 26/08/2018 then i recived a fake job offer letter and after 15 to 20 minutes, I realise This Is Fake So I am do this. stop further communication with me two phonecall numbers which communicated with me are as follows:

I got a call from quiker named saumya she told me i got a job oppoutunity from a school named narayana but for that u have to pay 2500 i did so but now i havent got any respond from them i need help for this spam.

Ad[protected] we have cancelled your order. We rufand Rs. 3899 within 4-7 business day.

Im approaching all my possible ways to quikr to show an fraudlent job i had encountered last week, will reiterate the same again., request an action please as i had lost a huge sum of my money.,

last week I was a victim for a fake ad posted in Quikr on Iphone clone, as a commoner I had fallen for the ad too which stated as Rs3000 (AD ID[protected], they had shared an mobile contact to chat in whatsapp, Name – Shravan Sharma ([protected]) following the person had shared me a Gpay account [protected], though quikr had advisory to use secured portal, the payment portal was not working, so the vendor insisted to transfer through Gpay, I was told after paying Rs3000 I will be getting a call from their warehouse asking for courier details and invoice copy will be sent, but it was just a start of money garbing spree, I got a call from another person Arman Malik ([protected]) and following transaction started till I came to know im getting cheated ., apart from the unit cost given (Phone + Watch) I was told all money will be refunded I have attached our chat images for your perusal, but they were keep on adding unfamiliar reasons as in end they were asking for Rs10, 000 for generating code in their system against my refund, my doubts grown and denied to pay, I was told the courier of phone was sent on 19th there was no docket details shared which made sure they never sent any product at all, when I asked about money they are compelling me to pay that 10K else the whole amount will be gone,

The fake IDs are still active and many people are still paying easy money to them, the fraudsters are using Quikr as a medium, I have seen many similar ads like them in Quikr, it might be right or wrong, but I know for sure the persons named Shravan Shrama & Arman Mailk (Not sure their real names as google pay account shows Arun Kumar) are here to cheat many more persons like me, In images I had shared its clearly visible all their whatsapp number & gpay account were made within 10-15 days, which clearly indicates they will be temporary, I was told by Quikr in mail ill get a call in 2 business days but no calls as of now I can understand the same due to current covid situation, but someone is using Quikr for them to make money and I dint want anyone like me to keep losing their money.
