I purchased a sofa set and paid 9k including 1.5k as transportation charges. There has been no update or call from quikr about scheduling pickup and drop. I tried calling many times, mailing 7-8 times. On twitter also. But no response or callback is made. Please do not buy from quikr. They are frauds laundering money. Please spread this on twitter and facebook and insta so that no innocent is cheated!! They are harrassing and mentally torturing people by making them call and mail and acting unresponsive!! Boycott Quikr!!

    I had paid quikr rs 8500 for a furniture but seller turned out to be fraud. He asked me to share otp without delivering the furniture. When i refused, he refused to refused to give furniture. Now my money is stuck with quikr and they are not reply to any of my communication.

          I have paid for an item through quikr, the seller has preferred doorstep delivery, i have paid the amount 5000 plus 1550 for their doorstep delivery charge, this was on 28th july 2020.. Both me and seller was in bangalore, the quikr promised 2-3 days delivery time... Nothing happened, both the seller and me tried to contact them, call them no replies.

          After enough time waiting and countless emails no response from them finally i got to cancel the purchase through their website chat support, it was cancelled on 7th august 2020, they told within 4-7 days the amount 6550 will be credited back to my account.. Today is 15th till now nothing happened. 2 days back a person called mentioning within 48 hrs everything will be resolved. So again i did chat, the person told refund is initiated and will be credited in again 5-7 days.. Don't know whether it will happen or not, i hope it gets refunded...

          Anyone reading this please stay away from quikr, there are lots of other decent companies who does the same thing.. And if you really want to buy from them please don't use their doorstep delivery its a scam.. Use porter or other services it'll cost you less and you get in same day.

          The company is a joke their customer service is pathetic, they can't even do one job perfectly either delivery or refund or customer support. Pathetic experience.

          P. S - don't think you can call them, once you call their customer service number an automated message will just say send an email at the id and disconnects. Only they can call you.. Now you guess why they made it like that lol

          Wow you guys respond within a day here ? But can't reply to the countless number of emails send ? I think people should use this forum as your customer support.

          First of all I don't think there is a team called "doorstep team" so stop saying that BS. Still the refund amount is not credited in my account, though the person in you "chat" said 3-7 days is and upto bank. So I'll wait but don't have much hopes on you jokers. Either way I get or not get, I won't be using Quikr or recommend Quikr to anybody I know other than to the people I absolutely hate.

            Hi,
            I have ordered a product from quikr through doorstep delivery service which was 25days before. I have paid 6700/- i'm frustrated by this company. When i try to contact them there's no customer support other than email. When i email them they send me an automated message saying we'll be back in 24-48hours and they never come back. It's been going on like this since 25 days. The worst experience ever. There's no option for product tracking too. Even the seller is very disappointed as the product is also with them since 22days.

                I have done typing project to agent murugan from Andhra Pradesh he contacted me through whatsapp and sendedlink for typing 200 image in word file and I done this project. After finishing project he said to pay registration fee of rs.690/-
                and later he again said to pay Rs.1500/- as to maintain minimum balance in paypal account that I have paid to them, so that your salary be credited 10th. In mid they send us the accuracy report, welcome letter and so on.. with regular daily updates messages from vkprojob and vmprojob

                After all these finally on date of salary they asked to send bank details so that within two hours your salary will be credited ... but they didnt credit after few hours their number is being forwared and other numbers are switched off...
                See guys all o[censored]s searching job websites are very much in need money due to this pandemic situation right. but scammers like these fellows are cheating people just as easier..
                I hope authorities to take necessary actions against the fraudulent activities in websites mainly in quicker

                  All the airport related jobs host/hostess job are fake company demanding 1000 rs from each person and then no reply. If we start asking questions like where is your company located. Hire me and then deduct the thousand from the salary then they will abuse and say dont apply for job and disconnect and block our number. Then they move on to the next person to get that 1000. Beloe are the detail they give.

                    I placed an order for a mobile handset on 9th aug. The ad id is[protected] and the transaction id is [protected]. Quikr is not providing any pickup facility. At the time of purchase, it showed me quikr doorstep delivery is available and so quikr took my payment. But it is not providing any pickup facility for it. I contacted the seller he said quikr app shows "currently we are fully booked, call us at [protected] to find you a pickup slot". So he tried calling on the number but they say it's related to quikr bazaar so kindly send an email. We both tried sending the email but got no response yet. Ticket no:[protected].
                    Why do you guys take the payment if you cannot fulfill the services. Cancel my order and refund me my money. I have posted a complaint about a mobile handset also, same issue. You guys are just scamming buyers. You guys don't provide a dedicated helpline for buyers and tell us to mail and the email goes to waste because no action is taken. I have attached the screenshots of the details.

                    Okay, so 2 days after putting the complaints here, it seems that Quikr team called the seller and told him that there is no pickup available so they wil cancel the order.First off why do you guys take money if you can't provide the service.Secondly, order is getting cancelled from Quikr side and still they are charging me Rs.200/- for cancellation, and I don't even know how long will it take for refund to be completed, because last time I had to put 2 complaints here and it took 15 days for getting the refund.Worst service ever, neither going to use Quikr again nor will recommend.You can look at the screenshot below .

The product pickup date keeps getting postponed and it is not being picked up. I tried contacting quikr on the specified number [protected], but the representative says, this issue is related to quikr bazaar so email them. So i contacted the seller and he says quikr has not contacted him yet for the pickup so it's not getting picked up.
                      Quikr is really providing the worst service. First off if you guys cannot fulfill the services then why do you take payment at the time of purchase. Secondly why is there no designated helpline number for quikr bazaar. If you guys cannot fulfill my order, cancel it and refund me my money. You guys take the payment but don't provide any kind of service. The screenshots of the details are attached below.

                      i keep getting this pickup date confirmation message from Quikr which was 11th August. As I complained above, Quikr is not providing pickup of the product. It's been so many days since I complained here also and still nothing is being done.

                      I recieved a call on 19th saying all pickup and delivery services has been cancelled due to technical issue so we are cancelling your order and refund will be issued within 4-7 business days. I recieved the confirmation message for this also. But then I recieved email saying I need to wait 30 days and if I don't make any purchase then they will refund my money. What kind of service is this ? First I waited 15 days after placing the order and now why should I wait 30 days. I need my refund immediately. Seriously using Quikr was the worst mistake of my life, never going to use it again. Issue my refund immediately.

Quikr guys are not even responding here also .I think I will have to start anew complaint here because calling them just tells to mail them and mailing them does nothing, no response. I mean seriously waited 15 days no pickup was done then on call i was told order is being cancelled and refund is being initiated.Then, in message it was said refund will be done within 4-7 days.Then another message said 14 days.And then this email came saying 30 days. I will start a new complaint again because I don't think these guys at Quikr are even looking at complaints here. And if seriously I don't get my refund i am going to lodge a complaint against them because they are doing this with me in 2 seperate orders.

                        Hi

                        I have placed an order on 3rd august for karlee iron frame queen size bed by furniturekraft and received an email from quikr doorstep ([protected]@bazaarupdates. Quikr.com) saying that payment was received and payment id is [protected] and similar message on my mobile number, but i couldn't see the details under orders in my account. I have waited till 6th august and as i haven't received any update i wrote to [protected]@quikr.com and received a response from syed salman on 7th august on behalf of [protected]@quikr.com saying that this incident is highlighted and take care by the internal team and will revert in 48 hours with ticket number being [protected] but i haven't heard back after that. On 10th august i replied back on the same mail asking for update and no response.

                        On 11th august i wrote to senior management using the option write to senior management under contact us in-app mentioning the ticket number and details and simultaneously wrote to [protected]@quikr.com to cancel the order and still no response from quikr team.

                        In between tried reaching on the email and phone number of seller shared in the initial email from quikr but the phone went unanswered and the email bounced back.

                        I tried all possible ways and couldn't see any response or update on my account and its been 10 days. I think i can not take this frustration anymore and i want the order to be canceled and the full amount to be refunded asap.

                          I had applied for typing job which was published in quikr lite application. I got a message from quickr where i applied for the job. The typing company reached out to me and gave me the work. I completed the work and they took money from me for processing the payment but now they have blocked my number that i am not able to contact. This is totally not acceptable as i expected to be genuine jobs published on quikr platform but they took money from and payed me nothing. They have taken 12000 from me.

                            I saw a job related to data entry in ICICI Bank and i applied for same in Quickr. I got a call from quicker regarding the job that my profile has been selected, then they told me that they schedule a telephonic interview with bank officials from mumbai branch. After my interview got over, bank person asking me for reference number from quickr, for which i have to pay 750. I paid the money to the bank details provided by my Quickr HR - Manisha Singh. Then after my profile completion takes place. They told me that i cleared my telephonic interview by 73% and now need to complete employee verification process by completing and sumbitting the form to HR and pay verification charge Rs. 3850. I paid the amount and now they are providing me the fake employee verication form and Bank verification form. When i went to bank, the bank officials are simply told me its fake. Please find the attached screenshots and please refund my money back or otherwise i will lodge a case against Quickr.

                              I was cheated n fraud by hs enterprises - gujarat for captcha jobs in name of quikr jobs
                              I has registered my name in quikr and regularly applying for work from home.

                              H. S. Enterprises - never ever told me regarding to pay amount i[censored] not able to complete the task.in time they told you will get extra days to complete the task.
                              They are fraud company, they use to manipulate with my daily working report work in system and use to reduce my work done from system.

                              I always send them mail but they say its system we are helpless.

                              After ten days they are saying your target is not completed, we will take legal action you have to pay 6900/- or you will be in jail. Their lawyer asking 85000/- to solve this issue.
                              My talk with their executive before registration was totally different with what they are saying now.

                              They are calling me n threateing me. Kindly please help me to come out from this mental torture
                              Pls help me out to come out of this problem. I am heart patient and now under depression by this legal notice and continuous calls from layers for money.

                                    I was searching a job on quicker trusting the website but now you guys started allowing users to run scam programs by collecting money in this crisis. I can provide the details of those people who are scammers displaying the job profile to hunt people down. I need an email on [protected]@gmail.com for this complaint and want you people to take necessary action against it.. I think you guys are provoking for them as don’t you guys validate anything when one user is setting up the account.. Are you people so dumb???

                                      I am forced by one of the employee in quicker to buy a pack of 50leads, he had promised me that once i pay the amount i will get everything done. I am running a travel agency, i hope doing so we could get some benifits, but being using quicker for long time now i feel they are just cheating customers once after taking the amount. I do have the audio conversation with that employee i will produce the same in consumer court, as per govt act under cheating and forgery.

                                      I have tried to upload the audio confirmation, i am facing issue in attaching the same.

                                      Looking forward for a solution at the earliest, definitely being a travel agency partner i will strongly recommend my friends from other part not to trust quicker, rather block there calls what some people do.

                                        I was pursued by mr. Ayush from quiker to buy a premium adv and was promised that my camera will sell for sure, there are only 21 views to my adv.
                                        Ad id:[protected] no chat, no offer, no response from anyone.

                                        Also my calls and mails to quikr were not responded.

                                        I got a auto reply to my complaint with assigned ticket #228357. But no reply till this date.

                                        Its a shame as other free platform gets more response then a premium adv on quikr, i paid rs.999 for two premium ad for 30 days, but no response.

                                        It has been such a waste of time, money and effort. Kindly look into this matter seriously. Thanks
