Hi, i ordered a phone worth rs 12899 on 21st and paid through upi, i cancelled that order by telling about this to their delivery boy and he also cancelled that order on 23rd, but its showing that order is delivered i called their customer care and they told me to wait for one day again and again whenever i called them now its already 15 days and my refund is not given by quikr till now. And now they are not attending my calls i called them...

Sold my laptop on quickr doorstep and the item got delivered to the buyer successfully. I received the cash on my quikr cash and i requested to transfer it to my bank account.
Then i received this sms from quikr saying
"we have successfully transferred rs.2741.00 from your quikr cash balance to your bank account"
But since then i've been checking my bank account, i haven't received the amount in my bank account yet while...

I have uploaded the premium add of car on quikr of 1800/- for one month as their executive said.

Quikrbazaar has just became pathetic service in bangalore in association with zefo.

Calling to the number [protected], the call gets disconnected to call back within 24 hours, they never call you back and there is no option to get hold of a support executive.

Even they claims to reply over mail within 24 hours, my ticket #194916 was raised on 23rd feb and till date (25th feb) even after 48 hours no response received.br...
