Would like to raise a complaint on quikr for delay in rto service. I had availed of their rto service i. E. Ownership change and driving license updation to smart card on 25th july 2019 but they have only got the smart card done and till date have not provided any positive response relating to the motorbike ownership change.

I had requested for rto service on the quikr app and received a call from puviyarasan v on 24th july 2019. I received a quotation from him for both the services and i paid for the same. On 25th july 2019 their representative visited my office location in whitefield and collected the documents required for the same and i received a conformation mail from quikr (Ramitha cr) for the same.

After multiple follow up they processed the license update to smart card, i was called to the rto office i. E. Ka41 office. And received mail from ilyas pasha on 25th nov 2019 for license smart card is sent to my address.
The problem is with the motorbike ownership transfer for which they have not updated on any progress. Not even an application no. Have been sending follow up mails to quikr (Ramitha cr and renuka prasad) but have not received any positive response.

After multiple follow up on 30 dec 2019 they have asked for additional documents. When i get the documents prepared and ask quikr and ask the documents to be picked they have sent mail that quikr is sorry for the inconveniences and will return the amount. But when i ask for the original documents submitted for the process there is no response and they are saying their agent is unable to trace the documents.

Its been nearly 8 months and till date quikr is unable to trace the documents and have not provided any update in spite of multiple follow-ups. They are not proceeding further with the process or returning the documents to get the work done by myself.

Request to look into the same with quikr and provide some positive response for the same.

    I had posted an ad and i got call back from quikr executive for premium ad where he had committed to help me selling my car within 1 month or else whole amount will be refunded, hence i paid rs. 2002 vide adid:[protected], but now i have received mail that only rs. 808/- will be refunded.
    This is completely fraud made by quikr.
    Kindly help me in this regard

      I have to receive approx 5500inr refund from at home diva. But now as they are shut i am not receiving the money. I have been writing to them since many months but no update on refund yet. I recwived a message in dec aboutbits close down and they agreed to pay the refund money but later on they kept saying it will paid in 1week and after 3 months now no one is responding

            I ordered a double door fridge through door step delivery and have received it two days late.
            Moreover it is found that the fridge is in damaged condition and it's compressor is not working too.

            We asked the delivery boys to cancel this order and take the product back. But they denied forcibly took the pending payment.
            Transaction id:[protected] is my transaction id.

            I request you to look into this matter and please schedule for pickup and refund my money 9000/-back.
            Nobody from the customer care is even responding and some of the numbers are not in service.

              Hi,

              I have relocated from bangalore to gurgaon in october 2019 and opted for quikr rto to provide me with noc for my two-wheeler (Honda activa). After 2 months in december, they said they can't do it.

              Till date, they have not returned my documents including original rc. They are not responding to my emails and calls.

              I raised a ticket in consumer court earlier also but there is no response from your team also. Only one comment i received from your team is to send a mail on some email id which is showing as [protected]@quikr.com and i don't know what will that protected will be. I have replied twice to get the update but still no response.

                Sir, this is with regards to the complaint that i have with regards to quickereasy.

                My firm name is mayra interiors and i have took a package 10, 000/- of interior design for mp from praveen mishra. He explained me the package and promised for guaranteed result and leads but after paying the amount he is not picking the calls also my profile is not active yet, then i tried calling him he texted a no. Of his senior mr. Sandeep he told me that the package i have buyed for top choince in all over mp is already sold you can’t take this package now! And when i asked for refund he also denied for it.

                My question is how can they sell a product that is already sold?? Now they are telling me to pay extra 2500/- and buy another package and are telling that there would be no refund of previous package. Is this not a fraud?

                  This is kapil, i was applied for the cashir job on quikr site after few days i called some one frm quikr & he told me about cashier job which i have applied on quikr site then i shown the intrest about cahier job in hdfc after that they told me about some procedure for create registration code which is payble of rs 1900/- which i paid to them a/c. They conduct my interview with bank than i gave the interview as per their time date according to bank i was elected for the cashier post of hdfc bank. Then banker lady demanding money for security deposit of rs 6200/- something like then she said that are you comfortale for deposit amount then i was shock & i said to that lady mandam i am not comfortable with securities deposit amt of rs 6200 /-. They was tried to convenience me about banking job after all incident i was cancel my file which was created by quikr - (Hr vikas sir) who is presented my file no. (04jc) to hdfc bank. Due to more demanding of money i was cancelled that services both side from quikr & hdfc bank. After cancellation of services they said that your amout will be return within a 24 hr & also said that quikr never charge any amount after cancellation of registration then i feel ok,
                  But 24 hr gone i dont get my refund amount by the india placement till now.
                  When i called to their mobile no they are not received the phone & as same as they are ignore the refund amount last from 2 days.

                  So many royal infield and other add given on your site's are problematic because the vehicle location is given pune but when I call the respective person they told me to share my details. So please verify the truth about such kind of add. Because they demand me to share bank details and address. Please look into this.

                    I m looking for air conditioners and i see the advertisement on quikr (I attached below) and contant them and confirm my order and they tell me to trasfer money and i do that and they tell me after that many time to make payments with valid reason which can we believe and still they not giving me proper answer or not confirming me with my package after i requested many time but they not giving any positive response for thay and i feel that i trapped in fraud. Thats why i m complaining this.

                      I pay for the buy a bench and desk to this site. I paid the payment for buying that. After 2 days i came message the seller not sold that i will refund the payment on your account. But still we not refund amounts in my accounts.
                      Today 6th march still not getting payments. When i call your customer care they only said the payment in process pls wait.
                      I don't know how much time i wait.
                      My order date 17th feb and money is 2482.
                      And second order 18 feb and money is 1299.

                        Hi,
                        I used quickr to find a pet shop to adopt a puppy in bangalore. I found a legitimate pet shop on quickr which had many ads for selling small puppies. I contacted the shop owner and went there. He made a very promising speech about the puppies and their health conditions and sold us one nice puppy. We believed the shop owner as he had legitimate certificate. After we took the puppy home he did not eat anything except cerelac and we complained about his health to the owner but he said that it is normal for first few days. After few days we tried giving him other dig food but he did not eat that also and we again called the owner about this. Each time he gave us different solution of which none worked. After few more days, the dog started showing some health issues so we took him to the doctor. Doctor immediately told us that the dog is suffering from a deadly viral disease called distemper which is only transferred from other animals. The incubation period for this disease is more than 2-3 weeks that means the dog don't show symptoms until 2-3 weeks later. That means he was carrying this deadly virus from other pets when he was with his owner. When i try to explain all these things to the owner he refused to accept his mistake and did not compensate for anything. Now the situation is that there is a high probability that dog is going to die because of this and there is no cure for this. We had lot of mental and financial suffering. There is a possibility that other buyers can also suffer as this dog was in contact with other pets which were offered for sell. This owner is spreading diseases to other animals indirectly. It's my duty to inform as many people as possible about this situation. I can share contact details of this pet shop if you want to escalate this issue.

                                Sold my laptop on quickr doorstep and the item got delivered to the buyer successfully. I received the cash on my quikr cash and i requested to transfer it to my bank account.
                                Then i received this sms from quikr saying
                                "we have successfully transferred rs.2741.00 from your quikr cash balance to your bank account"
                                But since then i've been checking my bank account, i haven't received the amount in my bank account yet while the quikr cash has been debited with 2741 rs.
                                Please look into it. Where is my cash... I have raised the complain multple times but not got any solution.

                                  I have purchased this product on quikr on 27 feb 2020 and still it has not been picked up from seller.
                                  Seller has told me several times that he is ready but the quikr team is not coming for pickup.
                                  Even i have called several times to quikr customer care.
                                  The customer care executive told me that they don't have vehicle as there is some issue & other customer care executive told me that there pickup slots are full something like that.
                                  So kindly resolve this issue fast.

                                      I have uploaded the premium add of car on quikr of 1800/- for one month as their executive said.
                                      If car is not sold in 1 month, after 1 month 1800/- will be refunded. There is no any response from quikr. Executive called me also talks on what'sapp to do this add and his no is-[protected]. I have mailed many times. Isnt reply anyone. Please help me.

                                        I found a deal on quikr for Royal Enfield Classic 350 ABS by the user name brdilip382 contact no. [protected] Named : Sharad Bhagwan Gaikwad.
                                        On Telephonic contact he told me that he is an army man. He shared his RC with other details. He asked me if I want to see the vehicle he will send through their transport (Indian Army Transport Service) for that I need to make payment of 3120, which will be deducted if we finalize the deal & if not 3000 will be refunded immediately in cash by delivery person.
                                        I had doubt on him but as he gave me Indian Army’s account no.[protected] & his Id proof & unfortunately I believed on him/ Indian Army. I transferred the amount in their account & he asked me for one photo identity proof, so shared my Driving license. After 10 min he provided LR receipt (which exactly looks like original) & they dispatched the vehicle.
                                        Now the one fellow called me as a delivery boy ([protected]) & told me that I need to pay Rs.9999 more to get the delivery, but I denied paying. His logistic Manager Mr. Ravindra ([protected]) called & tried to convince me but I denied; meanwhile I found myself getting fooled by those cheaters. I asked him to repay my payment as I am no more interested to deal. But he is not ready to pay. Now all of them stopped responding my calls & massages.
                                        I got cheated by them but I don’t want anyone to get the same experience. It’s my request to kindly take strict action against such cheaters. Block all the given contact no.
