Hi sir/mam,

I relocated from bangalore to gurgaon in october 2019 and opted for quikr rto to help me get a noc for my two-wheeler so that i can take my honda activa along with me. I submitted all the required documents on october 23, 2019 and was told by the quikr representative that it will take around 15-20 days. I also confirmed if i can send my activa to gurgaon and was told to go ahead. I continuously followed up with them till december 2019 but there was no resolution. They always provided the same response that they are working on it.
After that, they told that they will refund the money as they are not able to get the noc for my two-wheeler. I have received the refund in january 2020, however, till date i have not received my original rc along with other documents that i submitted. I have followed up with them as well as there facebook page. They are providing the same answer that they are yet to get the documents from rto.
It has been 4 months. I am not able to use my activa. When i lost all hope of getting things done from them, i asked them to share their office address or the contact person details who is going to get the documents from rto so that my friend can collect the documents and finish the task immediately. But, they are not sharing any information and sending the same response to be patient.
I even asked to share the details of the person in rto from whom documents have to collected and the reference number for my noc application. They have not shared any details on that as well.

Every time they just reply with another deadline by which there team will finish the task. The deadline has been crossed every time and they don't even bother to provide any update. Whenever, i ask them for the update they tell the new deadline.

Somehow i got the concerned person's (Ramitha) contact number. She picked the call for the first time and told me to call next day. Next day, she just disconnected the call and stopped picking up my call post that.

I am stuck with these fraud people. Please help me with this issue so that i can get my original documents back. I think they have lost the documents, if this is the case, i want them to provide me with duplicate rc for my two-wheeler.

Hi, i ordered a phone from Quikr and i pay for this through upi.
But still showing that this order is dispatched. I also called to customer care of quikr and they were saying that they can't do anything. I want my return as soon as possible.

My company inscape interiors based in Hyderabad, we paid full ammount for interior design lead package on 1st Feb, 2020, but no leads still now.no response no reply from quikr.always stay away from this fake fraud company.

    I hired a live in maid in november from lakshmi venkateshwara services from quilt.com. Manjula service provider provided me a maid who was above 60. Her name was saraswati. She had hidden her age from me at the time of hiring her. Servant could not do any work because of her age. Agency replaced with another lady name hampamma, she claimed her name was changed to anu, who asked for 10 months advance just 2 months after joining.. We refused to give. She ditched us after a month. The agency had given another maid name kausalya who knows nothing... She doesn't know to work, cooking nor taking care of kids. She was useless. She doesn't know working household stuff but was good at telling lies and stealing things t home. This agency is hopeless. Manjula neither checks the servant backgrounds nor understands the requirements... Waste agency with waste maids she holds.. I caught kausalya servant stealing things in my house and reported immediately to manjula and asked kausalya to leave my house with immediate effect. Now i'm with no servant... Worst agency and worst servants she holds who cheats everytime...

    Here is my pathetic service received my Mrs Manjula who runs maid service business in Bengaluru. A must read before seaking out for service from her.

    I came across her number on Google and made an enquiry. I received a call back immediately and wow what super fast service I got. I had instantly made to speak to one maid and it was all confirmed. In next two days I had the maid at home, 28th Feb 2022, Monday night. As promised to her i made a transfer of 15k service amount/ registration amount on 2nd March Wednesday before 9:30am. Remember here i transferred amount as promised at the right time. Maid did a good job and all was fine till April 25th 2022. I settled full payment to the maid.

    The review gets interesting now. Don't go to Mrs Manjula reading 1st two para.

    On 25th April, the present maid had to leave immediately due to a medical condition at her home and she did give me a good 4days heads-up on this. Hence I called up Mrs Manjula right then and informed her the situation. Mrs Manjula had promised that replacement wil be provided within a week's time. But no maid till end of month May. The whole of May i have been treated very badly and only promise over promise. She would shared the profile of a maid and promise that she would respond today evening, tonight, sorry tomorrow morning for sure, tomorrow afternoon, evening and again tomorrow night and this was the story very single day.

    I went without a maid at home for 1 whole month with an ederly parent and a kid at home. It was so difficult for me and her promise never stopped.

    I gave her enough chances in May to send a mail. Infact i was out of station last week of May and gave her additional time till 28th May (it's already a month by then) yet I showed some concern to every reason she gave at her personal end (kindly don't show such courtesy to such people, they will fool you) and informed at any cost I need a maid by 28th May as I was reporting back to work by 30th May 2022.

    Yet it was the same drama. She promised to return back the service amount of she would not meet my expectations by 28th May and she failed yet again in that. It's 27th June and still she has not returned my amount back and I am sure she will not also because it was the same drama again for returning amount too.

    My friends, be aware of such kind of people, they only play with you time, energy and money. They will not provide any service and there is no guarantee for your money also. They are out there only to loot customer like us.

    I initially had recommended her to many of my contacts and later again had the inform them what I went through so my friends are not cheated reaching out to her.

    I seriously hope this feedback / review on this particular maid service will help you.

    Infact you can reach out to Rekha maid service who is currently providing me the service and has immediately given me a replacement as per agreement in a week's time as the 1st was not up to expectations.

    Definitely not This maid service agency, please. Quikr is not helping us with reliable source of reference.

      In athomediva app i had put rs.8000. We were told to give bank details in which the amount will be credited but till date we have not received any amount. This is rediculous. The customer care number is not working and no replies to emails. I have sent multiple emails to athomediva customer care. Also i tried calling quikr helpline but there are no options for athomediva

      I placed an order for mobile on 20-02-20. it was cancelled from quikr then they told the amount was refund from 4-7 working days they told. But refund was not done.

        Have given original documents for rto ownership transfer on june 19 to quickr:
        The documents which i handed over on jun19 and still they were working on it, it almost 9months completed but they are not able to do ownership transfer, when i send mail to nawazulla khan, pramod, ramitha, renuka prasad, puviyarasan they said couldn't to complete the rto transfer.
        So i ask them to return the documents but they are keep on delaying it and not giving me the original documents, though i dont have the office address or phone number details for them. I used to send mail only.

        If this goes like this i need to log complaint on this and get my original document back.
        Please do action on this and help me to get my documents.

        I paid 750 rs as reference I'd charges and 3250 as doc processing charges..but then for further process you people again demand for 5600 rs..so I am not comfortable and agree with the policy..so I want refund ..but there is no reply for me for my call and mail also..so plz try to solve my problem..

          He booked my ad on 8 feb 2020 he promised me we will get at least 40 call per week but we didn't get any call just9 response that also was not able to view

          Mr ajinkya parekh who is managing job blaming ankit suryawanshis promises and not answering to me

          Then ankit suryawanshi promised to provide directly...

          Quikrbazaar has just became pathetic service in bangalore in association with zefo.

          Calling to the number [protected], the call gets disconnected to call back within 24 hours, they never call you back and there is no option to get hold of a support executive.

          Even they claims to reply over mail within 24 hours, my ticket #194916 was raised on 23rd feb and till date (25th feb) even after 48 hours no response received.

          I have requested the amount credited as qcash into my bank account which has not yet been credited.

          Buyer paid the amount on 20th february, 2020, and today is 26th feb, quikr didn’t contacted me to pick up the item even after repeated chase-ups.

          Quikr has made me dismantled the product but after reaching to my place they denied to pick it up saying buyer is not interested, on the very next day buyer was asking me why there is delay in pick up, when i have asked her that i have been told that she has changed her mind, she said that she has no idea on the stories created by quikr by their own, the quikr person handling this was gouri shankar (Mob: +91 [protected])

          Buyer has paid the amount on 21st february, however till date (26th feb) quikr don’t bother to pick up the item.
          Once the item is sold they will disable the chat, for which people can’t speak or discuss further on this.

          Last but not least, even if you provide your full address as seller, your pincode will only reflect in the address while selling a product.

          Zefo is really pathetic in operating the services in bangalore.

            During my job search from quikr website page i found job suitable for me in mahindra motors so i applied and provided them related documents with my bio data then i received phone call from ms neha goyel telling me that i had been shortlisted and i would be interviewed by hr recruiter of the company mrs. Yuvika chauhan after my telephonic interview i was told that i have been selected for the post of sr. Supervisor and asked to pay rs1350/- towards selection fee then only i would recive job offer letter and asked to pay through google pay and number was [protected]
            I paid the ransom through my google pay 25/02/2020 then i received a fake job offer letter

              Quikr sales manager mr. Shushant jadav (Quikr employee id: 4347 and his email is sushant. [protected]@quikr.com) promised that my ads will be live on the last monday, but still, the ad is not live, even he is not receiving my phone calls, repeatedly disconnecting my phone calls. So quikr didn't keep the promise, with such company who doesn't value their customer's time and money, i don't want to continue anything with quikr, please refund my money which i paid (₹5000) to quikr.

                  I paid around 1329 for premium advertising for iphone and i ritu told me that after i make the payment the adv wil be live in 12 hours which it did not happen
                  I also told her to update my phone number on adv but she didn't do it.

                  Since yesterday i kept receiving call from quicker and they all wanted me to upgrade it to premium even the ad is already premium plus in hyderabad

                  I keep getting calls every fe minutes these are the names raj, karthik, yogesh, ashish, ayush etc.,..
                  Quicker should have coordination within their employees to know who they called already so that they don't disturb seller.

                    I have ₹3500 in my athome diva wallet.
                    They had closed the service without prior notification and not have yet refunded the amount.
                    I had mailed them several times but no response from them.
                    Now their app is also not working.
                    It's disgusting, they cheated to everyone.
                    I saw lot of peoples didn't get refund, they are facing same issue.
                    Please help on the same.

                    Company is closed, they had closed my complain as resolve without providing the refund.

I have already filed a complaint to ur management everywhere still i didnt get my work done now i have decided to file a case on ur company for getting back my rc and also the fine i have paid so i need compensation too. If not ur company will be in a very big trouble

                          I got a call from quikr, there is a vacancy in Kotak Mahindra Bank for Back office form Miss.Usha he sent confirmation mail. After that i got confirmation mail from quiker regard my placement information and also there was mention amount that which was i have to transfer to the account HR account which was mention in that confirmation mail. So i done transfer in that account and also sent a screen shot attached with mail. after i again call her(Miss.Usha) and asked for further process she told me i will receive call from Kotak Mahindra Bank Branch manager for interview After that day i received call and that guy took my interview on call and said to me i received, call fro shuriti jain and she told to me, my job was confirm again i received mail for document process and also there was mention document process charges 4000 rupess after i was cancel my document process and i talked with shuriti jain she told me my money is refund within 2 days but now she not taking my call and not reposing any thing.

                            I applied for hostess job in kannur airport and a lady called, she is saying that she is hr of spicejet airlines. And i paid 2500 rs. As an application fees. From some site they send me the aptitude test, they made me believe that its true. But when i checked with spicejet airlines and kannur airport there are no such recruitment. The incident took place on 18 february 2020 and today also they are messaging me for next round interviews. When i asked to refund the amount they are refused and shouting at me.

                            I want refund from the recruiter, all the phone numbers and transaction details are given in below images. Kindly take the action and please block these job recruiters from quikr site.

                              I recived a mail from a lady named Manisha Sharma saying interested in renting out property and told she will pay the money from today and she is from UK she also sent a photo of her .i felt fishy and googled for some times the information she gave on company and herself was not on google.i immediately searched with the images she shared to me (thanks to google for image search option) and i immedietly come to know a person registering complaint saying fake people scamming .and the photo was there with different name .from gods grace i did not fall into trap.i want everone to be fall into the trap and i want every one to be aware of this kind of scammers.

                              I feel quicker is insecure .no vigilence and genuinity check and no survievelance on people who checks our adds.quicker is making my info affordable to scammers easily.how do i belive quicker???for this iam paying permuim on quicker so that scammer can easily have my info and scam me???
                              how can you allow a stranger to see my profile without is background check.

I am the secretary to the Purchasing Department of the company. My mother has worked a variety of jobs, But he ended up in Nursing before i lost my parents in a car accident when i was 25 years old. I decided to take after my mother in Nursing but in a different style and manner before i was employee as an secretary to the Purchasing Manager of BRISTO MYER PHARMACEUTICAL CORPORATIONS. My Husband works in Dubai but he always come to India 4 times in a Year and sometime we travel to Dubai to visit him. I wanted to shift to your city because i have completed my contract with the Company and my new contract will be done after 18 Months, and instead of staying in UK for 18 months i decide to come back to India in other to find something better to do with my money before they complete my New Appointment. I will be staying in the flat with 2 of my kids and sometimes my Husband comes, so all the total member staying is 4.

                              I will be coming to India middle of Next Month with my kids and i will need this flat very urgent that is why i will love to secure the flat down before coming.

                              I want you to also know that i am the neat type, am quiet and easy going person i don't keep late nights neither will i have overnight guest around. Am sure You 'll really like the person that i am and also my kids are friendly and educated.

                              I must confess am comfortable with the price and all the description about the flat is okay by me. I will want to secure the place down before my arrival and once i arrived we can both sign the house agreement before Moving in to the Flat. I'm ready to pay advance deposit so you can be sure that I'm very serious in taking up the flat even without seeing it face to face.

                              You sound like a very cool and nice landlord and i will like to know more about you and your family background. I also want to know what kind of tenants you seek in your house.

                              Please i will request you to send me more details about all this information listed below so i can be rest assure about the flat.

                              1...Do you live in the same building or nearby?
                              2...Is the lease short or long-term? or month-to-month
                              3... How much is the deposit?
                              4... Is it a security or damage deposit?
                              5...Is the deposit refundable?
                              6...Where and how do i pay your rent
                              7...When is your rent payment considered late?
                              8...Are there additional fees on top of the rent?
                              9...Are there outstanding utility charges on the accounts?
                              10...What is the neighborhood like? Are there schools and grocery stores nearby?
                              11...What is the process for dealing with maintenance issues?
                              12...When are the quiet hours?

                              Please get back to me with this information and let me know if you can take off the advert from the site as i will be paying an advance payment for securing the flat till next Month and i promise to also pay the full Month rent from Now till i arrive by Middle of Next month

                              I hereby send you my picture and also my 2 kids so you can know the family you are giving out your flat.

                                I had purchased a quikr assured product (Iphone7, purchase date: 5th dec 2019), which is not working right now. I have registered a complaint regarding this but there is no response i received from quikr.

                                I am totally upset now, that is why i am telling the people through the forum that quikr is playing with the peoples they don't have good products & they have very worst support.

                                  Ayush kumar mis-sold a premium ad for 30 days, by lying about quikr guaranteeing a sale. After 48 hrs, there was not a single view or an offer. I went ahead and cancelled.

                                  At the initial calls, i had specifically informed ayush that if i do not get views/offers, i will cancel the service.

                                  What's shocking is that they posted 6 premium ads across 6 cities, and all ads did not get a single view. This makes it clear that quikr does not have any customers at all. After being aware of this, they are still selling services, which is fraud.

                                  Ceo pranay chulet ([protected]@quikr.com) has been marked on all communication. A massive campaign will begin to ensure no one else suffers such fraud.

                                  All Ads were cancelled/deleted after 48 hrs, when zero views were seen.

                                    I looked for a data entry on in quikr portal for data entry. I called them and they said for verification fees they need 530/-rs. So i paid them and next day they have sent a data entry job to complete. I completed and sent them, they said they needed 2 days for verifying the document. After 2 days they called me and said that my salary is ready 40, 500/- and i have to send one time fees to them that is 20% which is 10000. I sent them the amount and they asked for screenshots of the transaction. After 1 hour also i have not received the call, so i called them back and now they were saying that while transferring there is some error and i have to pay 18%, ie.., 6500 again. Which they will send with salary. After that no one is picking the call and not responding.
                                    They have sent me id card details in whats app.
                                    Now quikr is responsible for these types of job ads in their portal.

                                    Ordered wardrobe undelivered but the seller already sold the product Quikr still didn’t scheduled delivery.. even I said to cancel the order and refund the money but no luck.

                                      Agent name vinay, continuesly called me to take premium services to rent my flat at electronic city phase1. He promised me that after going to premium he will give min of 3 leads per day and more on weekends. Upto payment he running behind me by fake promises. After payment he is not even responding properly. Till now not even single tenant contacted. If he picks my call also telling don’t worry you will get. So many stories he added to make me to pay 1000/-. Now no response from quickr too. It’s seriously misleading a customer and playing with middle class people.

                                      I ordered (no.[protected] for 4 cabinet kitchen wardrobe first week Dec’19. Only the bottom part with 2 cabinets delivered, remaining top cabinets not delivered. Not able to connect with vendor. Repeat complaints to Quickr were not addressed (Ticket no. [protected]). Please address either delivering missing unit or refund the money. Thanks
