I am frustrated with quikr! I sold my sofa for rs900 (Ad id[[protected]]on jan7 and it was delivered on jan7 2020 to the buyer itself. I got this confirmed. After a week of not receiving my money, i wrote several emails... Every time they reply sorry for inconvenience and ask for bank details. I called their logistics number now... And i'm suppose to receive a call after 2 hours. But still i havent received the money. Pls take action as my sofa is gone, and i have not got any money for it!!! Pls tell me how much time you are going to take and i can't keep on following up everyday... Your wasting my time. I shall go consumer court now.

I bought 2 wardrobes and 1 double door fridge from quikr. The complete agreed amount was paid and all the orders got cancelled afterwards (This cancellation was done after so many days of payment). They rescheduled the pickup date multiple times and finally cancelled.
Of these 3 order:

None of the amount is reimbursed the overall amount taken is 16-17 thousand. There was no communication done, i dont know the reason for the cancellation or where my money is. Please look into this.

I had posted an advertisement with Quikr India Pvt Ltd online buy and sale website for sale of my Micromax Mobile phone model X1i Power Dual Sim with 1Gb SD card, Advt. number (Ad_ID[protected] for a sum of Rs.600/-

Whereas on dated 12.12.2019 an email from Quikr India stating Quikr India on my behalf received buyer’s payment: rs.600 for Ad_ID[protected].

Whereas on dated quikar India picked up said mobile phone from my residence and delivered it buyer situated at Nellore on 21 Dec 2019.

Whereas after deducting Quikr India pickup and delivery charges a sum of rs.86/- and remaining amount rs. 514/- which quikr India supposed to credit the said sum to my bank account, but till date a sum of rs. 514/- not credited to my bank account inspite of several mail sent to quikar India customer care and also complain to MD of quikar India Pvt. ltd, Mumbai.

Whereas as per quikr terms, sale proceeds are credited to selers bank account within 7 days from date of delivery of sellers product to buyer, but till date sale proceeds of my micromax phone not credited to my bank account.

I request necessary action against quikar india pvt ltd., for undue delay in crediting sale proceeds to sellers bank account.

I applied for kotak mahindra bank for the post of operation manager in my zone. After two days i got a call from one fraud lady neha that my profile is suitable for the job. She asked me to deposit 2500 rs to continue the process. I have deposited 1500 through google pay and they have given me online test link after that they didn't respond to any of my messages and calls then i realized i have been trapped and lost my money. I want my money back to be refunded. Whom should i have to complain. Basically i belongs to law and order family

Hi, the order for this ad was placed on 21st january 2020. Since then i have been trying to contact quikr to know about the status of the order but no luck. They never call back, they do not respond on chats. If you do not have the resources, i wonder why are you still running the app and website. This has turned into a scam with no respect to customer service and satisfaction. Not sure how am i supposed to get in touch with quikr on this issue, the seller of the product has also deleted him from the app.

Whereas on dated[protected], quikr door step delivery, delivered my said phone to a buyer.
Whereas as per quikr terms, the sale proceeds would get transferred to sellers bank açcount within 1 week from date of delivery.
Whereas till date quikr not transferred the sale proceeds of rs.600/- less service charges, rs 514/- to my bank account inspire several complaint made with quikr customer care and also with quikr managing director.
Whereas of late quikr services is very unreliable.

I was contacted by a lady named zoya (ph no. [protected]) where she informed me about where my resume has been shortlisted for data entry job in hdfc bank. then another lady called me up for interview (ph no [protected]) and said that i have been selected for the specified job but before that i have to pay a security deposit of 2000 rupees to the following account [ name chander pal; account number: [protected]; IFSC CODE: BKID007471] to which i paid my deposit. then after that all the phone numbers were switched off and i was sent a fake joining letter with all the possible grammatical mistake through this number-[protected]. i was left as a prey to this. but now i want my money back asap please look into this matter because many innocents who desperately want a job falls prey into this scam by such a big consultancy like quikr jobs. you should be ashamed of taking money from such students who are already jobless.

They've called me for the recruitment in the axis bank, and ask for a money. I've paid 4300 ( 750+3500) in total as registration and documentation fees, but afterwards they said I need to pay rs 5000 for opening salary ac in the bank.! I've rejected to pay that sum of money and mailed them for cancellation! Still I didn't get my money return. What should I do in such case??

I contacted Quikr for RTO service. Initially, a guy called Ilyas called me and explained the documents required and charges for the RC ownership name change for my two-wheeler. I made a payment of Rs 3000/- through online link that was shared with me and handed over my original documents to a guy named Nawazulla Khan on Sep 5th. I am attaching the screenshot of email that I received in response from the said person. I was also told that a total of 25 working days would be required for the service. While It’s been more than 4 months since I submitted the docs, I am also unable to contact Ilyas as well as Nawaz on their mobile phones. I have also not received any response to my innumerable emails since I do not have any other contact. Please help me resolving this issue

I sold a product through quikr. Its a nokia mobile 6610. Item gold sold before christmas. But the delivery man picked up the item on 9th january.
Till date[protected] no amount has been received. The ad has expired.
I called the customer agent 5 days back. They replied after confirmation from buyer, they will send the money.
But the tracking also expired.
Quikr cheated on me and my money and item.
I want immediate relief or return the product.

I am applying in quicker jobs for get a job in airlines... They call me.. And saying for 29 rupee payment fee of online form and other.. They call me.. And also send the link of registration.
After registration.. Payment page is open when i pay 29 rupee.. The 999 rupee is deducted from my account number... M in big stress plz help me as soon as possible..

I have sold my laptop through doorstep and it got delivered on 13 Jan. I initiated the transfer to my bank on the same day - 13 Jan.
I didn't receive the amount for 5-6 days. And then I received a call to update my bank details which I did right away. its been 10 days since my last email.
After that - I tried to call the customer care: [protected] more than 20 times, but its either of two:
* Doorstep service replies with the audio: we will get back to you in 2 working hours - but they haven't called back once in these days!
* Normal customer care person does pick up the call, but says please contact doorstep service and hangs up right away without listening to me!

I am really stuck! My huge amount of money in with Quikr and I am unable to contact anyone there!

I have dropped several emails as well - but no reply!
I frequently call doorstep service and they reply we will revert back in 2 hours -but no call!

PLEASE HELP AND CONTACT ME!

Please don't reply to this complain by saying we will revert back because the person who calls just transfers the call to doorstep service without listening to me and then the call disconnects.

I have ordered 4 items which almost 10 days before, however not got any call/response or still these r not delivered. When i tried to call customer care executives, they have also no clue regarding the status. I am totally frustrated as i have not any clear answer or confirmation on my products delivery for which i had paid already. If it can't deliver, then plz cancel all my orders and return my money back, so i can purchase from others.

I applied for a job at hdfc bank for which i recieved a call from a girl named neha ([protected]), she provided me all the details and asked for a 21 rupees bill payment as an amount for filling the basic form. After providing all the details in the form, i soon recieved messages for withdrawal of rs1100 from my account. Following, she blocked the no even. Its really very disappointing and ruthless that people trust you so well and you cheat them. Its your responsibility to assure people with realistic opportunities rather than befooling them with false hopes. I hope quikr authority would take a quick action regarding this issue.

I had placed an order of 2399/- for single bed this order on 21 jan, 2020 and since then i am continuously trying to follow-up with them on email, phone and chat however i am not able to get any response from them.
It would be great if i can get my money refunded at the earliest.

This company is made by a gang of fraudsters, hosting fake ads to attract buyers.
The scam is made like this:
1st you buy now, anticipating the payment.
2nd quikr let you wait for days before cancelling fake order.
3rd your money will be kept on hold for undefined days.
In the meanwhile, quikr is managing a large amount of money in transit for their dirty traffic.
Forget to report bad seller (They are complicit of quikr).
Forget to start a complain (Quikr will never call you back within 2 hours as claimed).
Forget to receive explanations, excuses o interacting with honest people (They are all mobsters) and the callcenter is a non-existent option.
Play at your own risk on this creepy e-commerce platform.

I have complaint of cyber crime against Rahul Kumar Gupta, Kajal Sharma & Parshat Sagar. They fraud me 24500 money for hire a job in Indigo Airlines Chandigarh Airport.
In 12 July 2019 I have received a email from quicker.com for getting job in Indigo Airline from Rahul Kumar Gupta Contact No.[protected] whatsapp No. [protected] to getting me job in Indigo Airline Chandigarh airport as Customer Support Associate. I show interest in job and call him. He tell me to pay 2500 money in following account for interview schedule.

I transfer that amount money form my account. After that he demand 5300 money for document verification and PCC. Again I transfer that by mobile money. After 3-4 days he again demand 10500 money for company bond agreement. I refused that he said that this money will be refundable after joining that job. I show trust on him and transfer that amount. Again he demand 5500 money for salary account opening. I hardly managed that money and transfer in account. After that he send me offer letter on my email which have date of joining 30 october 2019.
I personally visit to Chandigarh Airport for validity of offer letter. Company real employee said that this offer letter is a fraud. I also visit indigo official website with this offer letter, he also tell this is a fraud. I asked from above Rahul Kumar Gupta. He said that our HR sign is not on offer letter that is why they excused this offer letter as fraud.

I just came across a fake website "http://quikrjobservices.in/" in your name.
Please check this, it looks like a proper website. but it's fake. anything you enter here will be saved and used for cyber fraud.

I got cheated. please guide me if i can somehow retrieve my money or i will have to go to the police only.

I got cheated on your website. A guy named ' Aviyansh Sharma' ( Subham on truecaller showed), This guy sent me a link " http://quikrjobjobservices.in/ref by aviyansh sharma " to fill a form with a form fee of 49. it looked like exact your page replica. Mobile number of the guy is '[protected]'.

It asked me to do a payment with my card. Next thing I knew was instead of 49, my account was deducted with 1800.

Please look into it.

I thought I could buy cheap second hand product from Quikr so I ordered Product and got in touch with seller also.He told me specification and for security reason I ordered product via Quikr bazar.

Seller pickup was scheduled on 17th Jan 2020 and drop to my place on 18th Jan 2020. Quikr people never picked up the order and when I called them they told seller is not responding which was a big lie.

Now I want to cancel my order which they are not ready to cancel.After giving call on toll free number they are not responding.My money is stuck with them.

Please help me to get my money back.I have raised one more request earlier but still they are not responding
