I had posted an advertisement with Quikr India Pvt Ltd online buy and sale website for sale of my Micromax Mobile phone model X1i Power Dual Sim with 1Gb SD card, Advt. number (Ad_ID[protected] for a sum of Rs.600/-
Whereas on dated 12.12.2019 an email from Quikr India stating Quikr India on my behalf received buyer’s payment: rs.600 for Ad_ID[protected].
Whereas on dated quikar India picked up said mobile phone from my residence and delivered it buyer situated at Nellore on 21 Dec 2019.
Whereas after deducting Quikr India pickup and delivery charges a sum of rs.86/- and remaining amount rs. 514/- which quikr India supposed to credit the said sum to my bank account, but till date a sum of rs. 514/- not credited to my bank account inspite of several mail sent to quikar India customer care and also complain to MD of quikar India Pvt. ltd, Mumbai.
Whereas as per quikr terms, sale proceeds are credited to selers bank account within 7 days from date of delivery of sellers product to buyer, but till date sale proceeds of my micromax phone not credited to my bank account.
I request necessary action against quikar india pvt ltd., for undue delay in crediting sale proceeds to sellers bank account.
