From march 2019 after submitting my orginal rc to nawas i am running behind this issue... Pramod kumar imtias all was handling my documents and was telling me a time till may last. After that as they requested i submitted hypothecation removal letter and paid rc transfer paid 1600 for that and 1000 rs for hypothecation removal which money the refunded me last 2 weeks back after 80 above emails... No contact number or office address they have now. None of the numbers they call have incoming call facility. Now what is issue they are not returning back my documents orginal rc and all forms submitted which is more valuable than the money. Not getting any support from their side if we send 2 or 3 mails ramitha quickr rto will reply after 2 3 days as it's still in progress couldn't make a date with rto collecting it since last 2 3 months... Will get it back soon hearing this same mail from past 2 months..
I am done with this my parents instructed not to use the vehicle only, because of such irresponsible corporate team we lose our money and hard earned documents which is silly for them...
Now if i haven't received this week means i will file case first in nearest police station as rc lost,
Then will file case in mrtpa and consumer court let me see what they will do.
Too much of patience i request everyone never to jump into this peoples trap and believe in this quickr rto service which is completely scam...

    I have ordered a mobile phone on 13 jan and paid via quickr for the product.

    It has been 14 days now but the product delivery has not been scheduled.

    I have tried reaching its customer care multiple times but it did not reach back to me. Multiple times email quikr but they did not reply

    Now the seller has removed the ad.

    I need my money back.
    Worst customer service.
    Stop cheating people.

      Iam ordered order id[protected] a product on 14th jan 2020, but that was cancelled by the seller on same day evening the customer agent called me cancelled the item and they told me the refund was credited to your source ac in 4 to 7 business days, but from 14th to now 25th i didn't get refund lot of time i called to support team 95% iam waiting on hold and with bot (Computer) they didn't respond to me and there is no co-ordination between the doorstep and support team if i go with doorstep dep option they told u get call in 2hr but they didn't call back if get a call back that with holded or computer call iam very irritating with this the total amount is 7000rs iwant my money back..

      Today morning 9 am iam called to quikr doorstep again they we call back after 2hr, after 2hr mean 11 am I got call back from quikr doorstep dep from number [protected] his name bhargava he called me asked about problem yes iam start telling about my issue before starting I request him for plz don't reject and hold my call, he said OK .after telling few words he said plz be on call I will check status, but tlmy call was on hold after few seconds he rejected my call there's no clarification about my issue, this is the stage of quikr support team

      Yesterday I got call from quiker doorstep dep they told like this, sry for inconvenience caused to you sir Ur issue was solved in 24hr ...but it's already 24hrs done but still there is no response again iam tried to call to support team there is no response ...

      First I would like to say thanks to consumer complaints.in for being with me to fight against to quikr ..after along effort I got my money back.
      The customer service agent of quikr told me that was a technical error ...but we are genuine platform for used products like this...anyway thanks to consumer complaints.in

      IAM trying to mark as resolved this but unble to do I don't know why this is happening mark as resolved is not working so IAM here to tell you

        This is reg. Ad id :[protected] and transaction id:[protected] to buy a laptop from quikr.
        The transaction was done on january 17, 2020.
        The scheduled delivery of bed was on january 23, 2020.
        The laptop has not been delivered till now and their customer care is clueless.
        Everytime we call them they tell that you will receive a call in 2 hours but even after complaining many times they never call back only once with no answer to the problem.

          The table was purchased on 17th jan 2020 through quikr app. The pick up from the seller was scheduled on 21st jan and delivery to me on 22nd jan. However, even the pick up has not happened till date. Inspite of mulitple calls, emails and complaints, there has been no response at all.
          The app doesn't even feature an option for cancellation. The customer service centre always hangs up the call as soon as they listen to the problem. The worst and the most pathetic service ever.
          I wish for cancellation of the order and refund of the amount.

            14 days back i posted a complaint against this stinking # called quikr, but as expected these cheap and pathetic people from quikr has done nothing about the same. Highly disgusting and pathetic. I received a notification on 11th jan that i will get resolution very soon but then all waste, no resolution, i complained again a few days back and got a call that will get resolution within 48 hours and again no response no resolution, nothing. This cheap, fraud company needs to die really soon.

              I was asked to pay gst amount 4500 to receive the refund.

                      I wanted to buy second hand stuff for my home so i selected quikr as the product looked genuine. I ordered initially 4 products with credit card payment. I thought i would get on time delivery but was not able to get it. Quikr customer care people told me that seller is not resonding and they are not sure about the deadline so i told them to cancel all products and refund my money which is still pending.

                      After few days i found out another product where i had seller phone number, so i called him and fixed price. Later i ordered product through quikr using credit card.

                      Seller pickup of product was scheduled on 17th jan 2020, but quikr people never called him. So i called up quikr people to enquire about my product delivery which was suppose to schedule on 18th jan 2020. They told me that seller is not picking up my call which was big lie.

                      It is more then 6 days and quikr customer care is not responding and calling back. I want to cancel my order and initiate refund along with refund of my earlier products.

                        Well i made a payment for a furniture and the seller denied in the selling the item. Still after 2 weeks i did not receive my refund from quikr. Tried calling customer care, the computer automated call always responds that you will receive a call in 2 hours time. Still didn't get a response from quikr.

                            Quikr doorstep service -
                            I sold my laptop via doorstep service.
                            The product was delivered before 9 days and i still haven't rcvd the payment!

                            The doorstep service is good for picking up and delivering, but the payment part is really questionable.

                            I haven't rcvd any call from quikr nor have i rcvd any update on the app.

                            Still no payment !!!

                            It has been 13 days since the product was delivered.
                            I called many times on the customer care number: [protected] and dialled 1 for doorstep service.
                            They said they will revert back in 2 hours, but they didn't.

                            * I ask the Consumer Complaints service and also the Quikr Admin to look into this matter and help!

                            The Quikr service is great and I didn't expect this kind of the delay and the payment !
                            Please transfer the amount right away so I believe in the quikr service in the future.

                                This is on regards to the second hand product which i ordered through quikr with ad id[protected] for which a payment of 3100 has been made before the delivery on jan 14 2020.

                                So i was expecting the product to be delivered with 2-3 working days as shown in the app (18th jan 2020) as well as their policy states too since it is intra city delivery but it was not delivered even the order is not picked up from the seller's place.

                                On contacting with the customer support number which was provided [protected] an automatic ivr states that within 2 hours a delivery executive will call back. But they call back at the end of their day and they will provide an update on the next day. So i would expect quikr would call me on their behalf to update me on the situation or when i could expect the delivery. Instead i again need to call their ivr number and they would again call at the end of their day and will provide update on the next day.

                                Above is the scenario for the last 4 days. I am new to hyderabad i have rented a room here and for living, water is one of the prior thing which is needed on day to day basis.

                                I donot need to be aware what challenges quikr is facing on delivering the product. I am just a consumer and would expect my product to be delivered on time. 1-2 days delay is fine. But this is the case for drinking water. No delay would be entertained here.

                                This is a case for complete harassment i would expect compensation on quikr's behalf and strict actions need to be taken so that no consumer face such issue like me.

                                According to our last conversation update from your side is the product will be delivered to me by today 7PM like at your end of day. After this there will be no reply from your side.

                                Why you are not delivering by 3PM or 5PM? Again i need to contact you back on tomorrow because after 7pm there is no support executive no delivery team from your side to help us.

                                The product is delivered to me today. It actually took 5 days of continuous follow up and then this got delivered. This shouldn't be the scenario. It is actually mentally harassing. This complaint can be marked as resolved.

                                PS : There is another order with ad id[protected] that needs to be delivered. Payment was made on Jan 21. waiting for update on the same.

                                  I have taken a premium package for ca services and 30 days have been consumed. However, not even a single lead has been provided. This is highly unprofessional and i assure you that i would strictly not allow to do any business with quikr. My alloted relation officer mr arun has been very rude and showing inappropriate behavior by not picking my calls and not responding to my messages. He is the same person who was calling 20 times in a day from different numbers for releasing payment. Once that was done, he stopped responding to my calls because of his incapability of providing the leads. I feel quikr is just accepting money and not providing services at all. I feel i accept a better level of services from a company like quikr.

                                        I got a message from athomediva asking to click on a link as their service is closeD, they would like to Refund my wallet amount.
