I posted an ad on quik doorstep ref. 33650020.
I received and accepted an offer from a buyer. The buyer made payment on friday i. E. 17th jan 2020.
Since then i have not been able to schedule a pickup for my product. I have tried calling multiple times and very rarely are my calls returned. Once i was informed that my number was invalid so i got them to update it. This was done on saturday. Even post that i have not received any call from the team for scheduling despite trying multiple times. Some times i receive calls but no one says anything at the other end and the call gets dropped.
I have to leave bangalore tomorrow. I am selling because i am relocating and hence won't have a place to store the product. This has been disrupting my plans and is causing considerable amount of inconvenience and quite possibly financial loss as well.
I need someone to contact me from quikr immediately and i need action on the pickup asap.

    I had purchase a single bed from quickr and have paid 3899/- online on 15th jan, 2020. Since then, i am not getting any update from quikr. It has been 5 days, i am trying to reach them on phone, mail and their chat option but not a single update is received from quikr. Please help.

      Hii,

      10 days back i posted a complaint against this stinking # called quikr, but as expected these cheap and pathetic people from quikr has done nothing about the same. Highly disgusting and pathetic. I received a notification on 11th jan that i will get resolution very soon but then all waste, no resolution, i asked again a few days back and got a call that will get resolution within 48 hours and again no response no resolution, nothing. This cheap, fraud company needs to die really soon.

        Received a msg from at-home-diva that services are discontinued and they will provide refund of advance deposited (Approx 6500) within 3 weeks from date of providing details. The bank details were provided on 20 dec 2019 and we have been following up since then but there is no refund issued nor there is any way to contact them. Multiple emails are sent but to no avail. Request for strict action for issuance of refund.

As i fill the form and enter otp 2929 rupees have been cut at place of 29 rupees. Now, they are saying that they will return my money but not pick my call properly. Now what should i do?

              Hello sir i applied for a job on quickr.. But sine fraud people's are calling me behalf of an agreement and asking to pay 9300 or they will take legal actions on me.. Plz see this matter.. I never signed any agreement and never involved any work.. Only they ask me for job and ask me for my documents like adhar and pan card and i send the same.. But now they are asking for 9300 rs or they will file case on me.. Plz do the needfull.. I m continue getting mails and message from off tech enterprises.. Captcha typing work.. Also getting calls from lawyers and on truecaller there number are shown as fraud cheat spam by lots of people's.. I have applied by quicks.. Plz this is the matter of your reputation..                 At home diva's services were discontinued in my area. I have a wallet amount which is stuck there. It's been more than three weeks since i shared my bank details and no refund has been generated yet. I have tried calling their customer care, no one picks up. I reported a management complaint on their site when i received a call back asking me to drop them a mail. So many mails dropped a since then, neither got a reply nor my refund.

                  I am being unable to schedule pick up via the website or app. Ad id:[protected]. Buyer has made the payment and is awaiting delivery of the product as he/she is shifting homes in two days. Calling customer care doesn't seem to help since they say they'll call back in 2 hours, and after that there has never been a call back. I have tried e-mailing quickr also but there has been no response so far. Kindly assist in scheduling a pick up asap!

                      I have sold my MacBook Pro via doorstep. The item was delivered to the buyer before the due date.
                      The amount was transferred to my Quikr account instantly. Then when I initiated to transfer the account to my bank account - The amount debited from my quikr account, but haven't been credited to my bank account.
                      Its been 3 days!
                      I have emailed Quikr Customercare many times, but didn't receive any reply...

                      I can't track anything online in my account as well.

                        I bought a sofa set on 4th of jan 2020 which was supposed to be picked up from the seller place on 7th jan but it still not dwliverd and its 15th jan. There has been no posetive communication from the quikr team as well.
                        When i try to connect to the quikr over the customer care every time they mention about coming back in 2 hours but that never happened in this two weeks.

                                I purchased a chair on 22nd Dec, 2019. But it is not shipped still. I made a no. of call on customer care Centre. But my problem is resolved. 15 days passed after placed order But no action have taken by the team. Either ship or cancel my order till 10th january.                                   Also I had registered a complain via Quickr app on Jan 10 .Got an auto generated email from Quickr that Quick team will respond within 2 business days, but didnt get any reply.

                                  It's been 7 days i placed an order, still it's not picked up . I paid full money now i am not getting any response from quikr.
                                  Beware with the fraud behavior from quikr. Never pay full amount
                                  I have bought sofa and teapoy set. I want to cancel the order and full refund.

                                      I have taken a premium plan for ca services on payment of rs 18000. I was getting continuous calls from the assigned person (Name:, arun).
                                      I had a meeting with mr arun earlier where he convinced that i will get 1 or 2 leads on a daily basis. Now it has been 25 days my plan has activated. However i have not received a single lead till date. My assigned person ha stopped picking my calls. This is a poor feedback for quikr and won't recommend any one if i don't receive leads.
