I am being unable to schedule pick up via the website or app. Ad id:[protected]. Buyer has made the payment and is awaiting delivery of the product as he/she is shifting homes in two days. Calling customer care doesn't seem to help since they say they'll call back in 2 hours, and after that there has never been a call back. I have tried e-mailing quickr also but there has been no response so far. Kindly assist in scheduling...

I have sold my MacBook Pro via doorstep. The item was delivered to the buyer before the due date.
The amount was transferred to my Quikr account instantly. Then when I initiated to transfer the account to my bank account - The amount debited from my quikr account, but haven't been credited to my bank account.
Its been 3 days!
I have emailed Quikr Customercare many times, but didn't receive any reply...br...

I bought a sofa set on 4th of jan 2020 which was supposed to be picked up from the seller place on 7th jan but it still not dwliverd and its 15th jan. There has been no posetive communication from the quikr team as well.
When i try to connect to the quikr over the customer care every time they mention about coming back in 2 hours but that never happened in this two weeks.
I need a quick solution to this or a refund if they cannot...

I've already complained about my situation here. So they called me up and just informed they'll resolve but for the days there has not been any response and i'm worried about my money. So please get my money back please. They have also told the seller that their servers are down. They told me that the seller is not picking the call. So please help me get the product i ordered or the money back....

I've ordered a watch on quikr and they said it'll be delivered to me within 4 days but it has already been 6 days and i've never got a pickup schedule and delivery schedule, when i called the quikr number they said "we'll get back to you in 2 working hours for the past two days and nothing has been done with the delivery. So please help me to get my order as soon as possible...

I have posted an ad to sell a table and the same was picked up through quikr doorstep. The end customer didn’t buy it and returned it back. The returned item is not yet delivered back to me. I have been following up back to back with the service team and there is no response either from them. This table has to be returned back immediately. Pl do the needful.

I have taken a premium plan for ca services on payment of rs 18000. I was getting continuous calls from the assigned person (Name:, arun).
I had a meeting with mr arun earlier where he convinced that i will get 1 or 2 leads on a daily basis. Now it has been 25 days my plan has activated. However i have not received a single lead till date. My assigned person ha stopped picking my calls. This is a poor feedback for quikr and won't recommend...

A lot of people who are working as quikr agents are actually involved in offering fake jobs to the public and enter into anti-consumer activities such as the gulping out of lot of money due to fake promises and fraudulent actions, sometimes constant harassment and unlawful acts which are very much against the basic principles of any corporation as per basic articles and natural principal,
Any corporation working towards customers...

I have ordered a bed week ago and its not delivered by quikr doorstep yet. I have tried reaching its customer care multiple times but it dint reach back to its customer. Already made prepayment and no product delivered from quikr.
I have weitten to there management also and there is no revert from them.
Quikr never contacted me for delivery. Its better not to launch a service if you cannot fulfil it.
Pathetic service....
