First I made complaint here.Quikr customer care gave a response that they would look into matter.But as usual its the same story.It is 100 % confirmed that this company is a total fraud and completely determined to rob peoples hard earned money.Any chance of product delivery /refund is out of question.I feel the best option is to make people know that buying/selling products is bad and dangerous too, cause you are using your card information to make payment.As of now immediately sending messages thru Facebook and WhatsApp to inform other people the amount of fraud that is going on here.

    Hi i made a sale yesterday on quikr doorstep but am unable to schedule my pickup. I have tried it many times now. The website says we are currently fully booked and please call us. When call they promise to call back within 2 working hours but there is no call back. I am worried as the ad is now inactive i cannot sell again. I need help asap.

    There is no other way to reach the customer care. I don't know what to do.

      During my job search from quikr website page i found job suitable for me in mahindra motors so i applied and provided them related documents with my biodata then i recived phonecall from ms renuka roy telling me that i had been shortlisted and i would be interviewed by hr recruiter of the company mr vishal deshai after my telephonic interview i was told by vishal deshai that i have been selected for the post of supervisor and phonepe rs.750 phonepe number [protected] pay and training to pay rs1280/- towards selection fee then only i would recive job offer letter and asked to pay in fibo bank

        I have sold my bicycle last thursday and still no update on the schedule. Customer care keeps telling that i will get a call by end of the day and still no response as it is repeated everyday.
        The buyer is also trying to get in touch with quikr team, bit they do not pick the calls or call back..

        Thai is poor customer service by quikr.

        Customer care and quikr doorstep are the worst on quikr.com

          I would like to bring to your notice that i have booked an appointment n after beautician arrived n completed the services she started forcing me to take the package though i denied she made a call to her manager anu n made me to convince n i took later recently i got a message that services are being discontinued n amount will be refunded but i got payment rs1179 only when the wallet balance of mine is more than 2400 i have added the clear screenshot of the same... I made many attempts to reach the team @ home diva but none are answering... I request someone to help me in getting my money n take strong action for looting people.

            I placed an order for a refurbished iPhone X for Rs. 39999, along with a Quikr warranty for Rs. 2400. I got it delivered 12 days later, with a faulty product.
            The iPhone was supposed to be in "Excellent" condition which the website claimed was "as good as new", it was under the category "Quikr Assured" also.

            But the product was downright faulty and it won't even turn on without plugging in to power.

            The battery was fully broken: it has zero backup. When the charger is removed the phone turns off immediately, sometimes it turns off even when it is plugged when some application like camera is started. The battery is not storing any charge obviously.
            Also, the volume/silent ringer button was broken and not functional.

            I took it to an apple service center, they said the display is duplicate, the warranty I purchased will not cover the battery, and they can't do anything about the silent ringer button since it's connected to the phone motherboard.

            Basically the phone I got from Quikr is as good as a brick, it is completely unusable, and it seems many parts are duplicate too. I got cheated for Rs. 42, 399.

            The order was placed on Dec 27, 2019.

            Checking in again, no responses yet. It's not a trivial amount of money and it's pure cheating. Nobody is looking into this even after the ticket had been created. Please look into this.

              This is to inform you that, i have placed a mobile moto e last wednesday (01-jan-2020) which committed to delivery product on next day 02-jan-2020 and paid rs 1000 in advance, but still today i dont find any information. Even i called customer care for 5 times to know about the status, as they asked to check with bazaar and ivr announcement was 2 hours of working day. Iam not getting any right response from your team

                  I try to contact to quikr customer care. But there is no response. It's urgent. I paid for 1 steel cupboard to the seller and after that no response from seller. I want to cancel that order. Can u look into this asap??? Why i can't contact to customer care directly??? Why you not responding??? I called quikr customer care.                         AT home Diva beauty service from QUikr is doing a fraud by not refunding complete money. I had a wallet balance of 8197 which amounts to 5464.66INR if I apply the conversion rate provide I had paid INR10, 000 for a wallet amount of 15000. Now they're giving me back only INR4953 which I refused to accept and asked them for wallet transaction statement. No one has ever replied me back from Quikr team since past one month and neither the amount has been refunded. Please don't provide a fake promise of your team getting back because it never does. I want my money back and that too without any unnecessary deductions

                        Not getting a refund and the staff is very rude. I paid rs.570 for a job recruiter. even they have removed ad. quikr is cheater company. please don't deal with them and never pay. you will not get any money back.

                          I ordered a sofa on Dec 12th 2019 fro quikr.com. Since the company was not delivering the product and not answering my calls i cancelled the order on 26th Dec. I have tried callin their customer care number a 100times and there are more than 10emails i send in delivery of the product. They did not deliver it hence cancelled the order. Till now the refund has not been given. Again i have called the customer care number and a lot of mails. No corrective measures from the company side. I paid 2700rs for a refurbished sofa.

                            I gave a prepaid order on 23/12/2019 which is not yet delivered by them. The dilvery status shows that the are yet to pick up from seller. I sent several messages but no proper response. Finally i made a request to refind the money i have paid. For that also they never cared to make any attempt. Now iregret that i have made a mistake by choosing quikir.

                              I have purchased a bed on 4th of jan 2020, from that day onward i have called them multiple times and email them multiple times, even seller is also trying to do the same. So got a call back but putting on hold for 10 mins and cutting the call. If you are not taking responsibility for the item. Please refund my money and cancel the order. At least you should keep cancel option in the app.

                                This is regarding ad id[protected].
                                I sold the product to buyer on 26thdec, 2019.
                                After lot of calls to customer care, they picked up the sofa on 31dec, 2019.
                                It's been a week since they picked the sofa but they haven't delivered it to the buyer.

                                Today, i got to know from buyer that he received a call that center table is damaged.

                                I am really frustrated, quikr doorstep customer care has no person sitting to address the claim. They call you back and assure that they will look into the issue but to no avail.

                                Kindly look into the matter.

                                I am sure Quikr will go down because of the way it works.i don't think bad of anyone but it's apparent by the ways of working .
                                Today is 22nd Jan, 2020 and since 7th Jan, 2020 I am being listening that I will get the refund in 3-5 days. I don't know on which planet do they live that their 3-5 days are so long.
                                I had written mails to Atul Tewari(COO) and Pranay Chulet(CEO) and received calls from Jennifer on my case .I thought the issue will be resolved but I guess it's still the same.
                                No one cares.no one picks calls. No one actually knows the status of your case.Utter non-sense. Something is wrong with the company and someone has to look into the ways of working. Pathetic

                                  I have purchased a sony portable player (Ad id[protected]. Its been four days since i have paid the money online. There is not word regarding the product. My calls are been unanswered. Sent an email too no response it is like once the payment has been made, they are least bothered about product delivery. Totally irresponsible and juvenile like behavior from quikr. Quite ironic as nothing seems to be quick about this whatever.

                                    I had taken services from quikr for two vehicle noc and re-registration for transferring my bike from pune to bangalore. The noc has not yet been processed. Its been a month now. Neither the agents pick call nor responds to my message.

                                    I had paid rs 27760.00 for the services on 24th july 2019.

                                      I got a call from quikr regarding job placement and they demanded some documents from me like aadhar card pancard and marksheets and 29rs as their registration..
                                      The amount debited from my card was 2929. They are fraud.
                                      Now they are not refunding my money or going forward with the placement.
                                      Please be aware of such fraud calls.

                                        I have order product with id ad id:[protected] on 1/01/2020, but after 5 days i still not get product. So i want to cancel the product.
                                        But now, i suffered a bad service from quikr.
                                        Form last 3 days i am trying to contact quikr but on one there to take of my issue. Nor providing any support.
                                        Now hoping that mu issue will be resolved at this platform.

                                        The company does not refund my money, i buy the mobile from quikr but i recive damage mobile so i return the mobile back the company ensure that the money ŕefund in 4 day but waiting form 10 to 20 days the quikr not refund my money even 1 single msg from company ..if my money not refunded i will suit case against quikr very bad company
