      I have almost 10300 in my athomediva wallet and i see the service is discontinued in my area. I am following up for my money to refund however no reply. I have updated my account details as well as sent mail to athomediva however no response untill now. Please get my money refunded asap. I have another point if the service was about to discontinue why did they ask me to top up the wallet. This is completely cheating from the company. There should be some legal action taken against this fraud so that no organisation dare to do it again.

        Sir/mam,
        Here i have complaint against one fraud agent from data entry jobs. They ask us to type 100 pages, we have also did that, they informed me that they will provide the amount after 3 days of submission. We have already did that but now we are trying to call them they are not answering and also they have not giving any reply mail. After they attend our call and ask us to pay ₹1, 599, i don’t know why this #. We are work hard for money and why we need to pay for this guys, actually these guys need to pay us. I’m not aware of this # systems. We are spending our own time for this but why this fraud agents are doing like this. I believe that i will get a good support from you to get my hard job. Please help us in this situation. We don’t have any company address also. But i have the mail id, name and contact number. I’ll mention that below they are from free lancer. Actually this job is referred by quickr jobs. Please take some quick actions.

          I am unable to schedule pick up of the item which i sold, when i try to contact support through customer support number its saying will contact back in 2 hrs, but no one responded till now. Buyer has already paid money and they are having concern on not scheduling pickup. At least one customer care person should attend the call and talk to us. But no response from quicker team.

            Hello,

            I wish to complain about that i not received the refund payment regarding item (Queen size bed) with ad id[protected] purchased from quikr.

            I purchased on[protected] in hyderabad and it canceled on[protected]. Customer care people are saying to wait for seven working days. Now it’s been one month i am following up with the quikr team for the refund but no positive response from the team even if i contact costumer care they are saying delivery team will call back but no one is calling back.

            Kindly take some necessary action to resolve this problem and refund the payment as soon as possible.

                AD[protected] order placed on 22nd Dec 2019, even paid 1000 Rs but still struggling to get the delivery, already send mail to quirk registered mail id three times but no response, quikr is so careless that even customer care is putting my phone call on hold and not solving the issue. This is not the first time they did like this before also with me & that time i lost some money but second time again they are doing like this i guess they are cheating the innocent costumers.

                    Please refer to our various times' discussion over phone/Whattsup with madam “Abhitha” (abhitha.[protected]@quikr.com before registration our Ngo consultancy service it was told me that this registration will be applicable for whole Jharkhand. According to and as told by the above-named executive I paid a sum of Rs. 800/- (Rs. Eight Hundred Only) on 13th December 2019 through the bank as advised by her as a premium listing for one (1) year as mentioned in an email sent.
                    We surprised to note that after payment you are ignoring the fact, further asking a sum of Rs. 3000/- only extra for registration of whole Jharkhand.
                    Now we notice that my phone & others are ignored and we feel cheated.
                    Under the circumstances please register our consultancy service for whole Jharkhand or refund our deposited money within 10 days from receipt of this mail/complain, otherwise we shall be compelled to initiate legal action/Score for which you will be responsible.

                          I saw an ad in quikr for swift 2013 model for 130000and belongs to cisf who posted at bangalore airport and i transferred 62000 as they were aying that half of the payments need to made to get the delivery but never received any call from them and also when i asked quikr about their integrity of ad they also refuse to take any action against them.                             I have purchased an iphone one month ago through quikr door step and paid the amount its been 30-50 days passed still the pick up is not scheduled and my payment also has been stuck with scammer quikr all the customer care departments are not available to address my issue Add id[protected] and [protected]
                            I make a payment for Quikr assured mobile on 29 sept 2019.This transaction was cancelled on 4 Oct 2019.But still not received my money.Quikr support team responding is very bad.every time they are saying 24 hrs time to resolve.But it's not.There is no Cal or nothing from them.very worst team.Ad I'd is.[protected].

                              I received a message that services are discontinued in my area and hence provide us the details of the bank account.
                              Till now i have not received any refund however an eamil stating that refund amount is "2675 rupees".

                              However, the refund amount is rs 4081 as mentioned in the attached screen shot.

                              I added rs 4500 to the wallet and got credit rs 6000 (Under offer) on 22nd nov, 2019.
                              Post that i have taken only one service of rs 1635.
                              Ideally it should be rs 4365 to be refunded.

                              Their accounts department is making a big fraud.

                                The athomediva services has been discontinued in my locality. However, I had recharged the wallet with lumpsum and my money is still in the wallet. The unprofessional behaviour by the quicker and athomediva is unacceptable. Even my repetitive calls and emails to their customer care, I have received no update or refund yet. While offering services, they used to repeatedly call and now no response from them. Kindly do the needful.

                                  I had made full payment for purchase of product id[protected] on 25th Dec. Transaction id[protected]. Said product neither deliver to me nor pick up from seller. Now showing said product not available as seller sold that to someone else. Quikr has taken full payment but not deliver product and not responding for refund.
                                  Been fraud my quikr: Ad_ID[protected] when i offered a amount i get a message with a WhatsApp link of Quikr business account and they ask to pay via upi scanner because there server is down and also sent me quikr delivery challan receipt with fake signatures i want my money back

                                  It seems quikr AtHomeDiva is closed permanently and I have 4000 in my wallet.

                                    I sold my queen bed and pickup was scheduled for 26 Dec and till day no one came. Even buyer tried to call them many times but it is hard to reach them. The person who bought is also very concerned regarding this behaviour of quikr. Tried to contact them as well but to reach quikr support is like human trying for mars. I raised complaint but still no response from them. Request you to take strict action against them. Furniture is dismantle and i have to vacate the flat but these guys are not helping at all. Every time I call they say we will connect with you within 2 hours but I don't know how their watch is working coz from last 3 days 2 hours is still not over.

                                      I have dropped multiple emails and tried calling call center for my refund amount but no luck so far, this is very unprofessional of keeping the customers wallet money kindly process my refund asap.

                                      The app is not working and says the services in your area is stopped. When you plan to stop services its better to give some notice either to utilise the fund or refund the fund the asap.

                                        I bought graphic card (A pc component) from quickr at price 5300 with shipping charge 421 but they not given me any status of order, i am trying to calling them customer service but after calling a robotic voice says companys man will call back you in 2 hours but not anyone calling me back i tryed to call them 2-3 times but not anyone picking up my call and not even calling me back, i want to say where is my money
                                        Quikr customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
