I sold my queen bed and pickup was scheduled for 26 Dec and till day no one came. Even buyer tried to call them many times but it is hard to reach them. The person who bought is also very concerned regarding this behaviour of quikr. Tried to contact them as well but to reach quikr support is like human trying for mars. I raised complaint but still no response from them. Request you to take strict action against them. Furniture is dismantle and i have to vacate the flat but these guys are not helping at all. Every time I call they say we will connect with you within 2 hours but I don't know how their watch is working coz from last 3 days 2 hours is still not over.

    I have dropped multiple emails and tried calling call center for my refund amount but no luck so far, this is very unprofessional of keeping the customers wallet money kindly process my refund asap.

    The app is not working and says the services in your area is stopped. When you plan to stop services its better to give some notice either to utilise the fund or refund the fund the asap.

      I bought graphic card (A pc component) from quickr at price 5300 with shipping charge 421 but they not given me any status of order, i am trying to calling them customer service but after calling a robotic voice says companys man will call back you in 2 hours but not anyone calling me back i tryed to call them 2-3 times but not anyone picking up my call and not even calling me back, i want to say where is my money

        I also faced same thing. Advance paid 1020 and later informed to pay 3100 towards gst otherwise army canteen security will not allow goods outside. I paid. Later he told balance also to be paid for release of goods i. E. 5880. Again told that, 5100 to be paid otherwise they will not release then i get a doubt and informed i will not pay anything unless products received to reach us. He has shared his i'd i. E. Manjeet and his no. +91 [protected]. Transporter name vikash patel [protected]. Both the numbers still valid but quikr told, if i paid directly to them it is not their responsibility. I lost 10000. I couldn't able to do anything even their numbers are working.

            I was using the service of quikr - athomediva.
            I received a message on 20th dec that they have discontinued the services at my location (Bangalore) and they would refund unused pre-paid wallet balance.
            I had shared my bank details by clicking on the link shared in the message. However, i am not able to contact them on phone which is routed to voice message asking to drop a mail. There is no response to the mails sent checking on refund. Their facebook account is also deactivated.
            Need stern action if money is not refunded within a week as looks like i am cheated.

              I've applied to job in bpo in Tumkur the Id is[protected] they told me that they are gonna get me job in bpo company and frauded me 500rs that they would refund the money if i didn't get the job. So i paid they money and send all documents they again called me and requested another 500rs i got suspicious and told them to refund my money but they cut my call and not replying my call.                 I lost my job... A fraud airline aeroalvair offers a job they calld a telephnc intrvw and then they ask to attend an exam... I cmpltd all the steps.. Now they askd cash for docmnt vrfctn... Quikr full of fake jobs... Dnt gave these kind of jobs... No people. Try to use quikr.. Fully fake... I told. Them i will cmplnt they told me go now... Fake fradulents...😡😡😡😡

                Now also aeroalvair company profile displays on quikr websites, i think some interlinks with quickr and thatt fraud companies

                  Utr no.[protected]..29 sept 19 i did a payment for quikr assured mobile.4 oct 19 that get cancelled and refund was initiated same day. But till now i didn't received that. Many calls and msg's were done. There is no proper response from the quikr customer service. Again and again they're saying wait for 24 hrs.3 months are gone but till they're saying wait for another 24 hrs.

                    I got a call from unknown person (prachi dant) like they are calling from indigo airlines, that you have selected for ground staff job located in Nagpur.
                    And they asked me my BE final year mark sheet. I have uploaded resume in there whats-app and they are saying that I have selected indigo airlines Ground staff job.
                    They are saying that, I have to attend for telephonic interview and face to face interview...
                    They are asking 2500 for interview procedure Next day they called me to attend the telephonic interview for that I have to pay 2500..they are telling that if I not selected for any interview the Money will be refunded. I paid them 2500 rupees via paytm
                    they called me to attend the telephonic interview right that they before i pay
                    i pay there 2500 rs. to them vie paytm then at 5 pm they take my interview and i pass that interview then next day one of indigo hr named radika call me again for documents including CRP certificate . when i told them that i cant
                    have that CRP certificate. they told me . i[censored] wont have we provide you when
                    you pay 8500 rs for certificate. when i refuse to pay and told to cancel my job
                    radika refuse to take my call when i call prachi dant, they say mail me for cancle job application, i mailed them regarding canceling job application and told them to give my money back they say we cant give money right now
                    and provide money to you 45 days lather i again call them why money refunding take time prachi dant says dont call me its my personal no. i can block your call, I came to know that this is a fraud and fake calls...I have posted attachments below ...

Within 30 days Quikr Team will put personal efforts to sell my car. He claimed that if Quikr Team is not able to sell the car within 30 days they will refund me the entire amount.

                      I was cheated 26.12.2019 by army soldier for rs. 12, 350
                      He says that his is hawaldar manjeet.
                      The phone no. He used is [protected] and parcel delivery boy no. Is [protected]

                      His googal pay no. Is [protected] (Sanjay kumar rajak)

                      I attech all photo as a proof of this fraud.

                      He post a glamour moterbike on quiker. The price of moterbike is 25, 000. First he demand 2150 rupees for parcel agra cant to my corresponded address and next day he says that 5100 paid for gps activation of your parcel. I paid 2 times because first i paid 5100 then he says that paid alternate 5000 and 100 then send me screenshot of this payment. He also demand me rs. 8000 for security of parcel then i have doubt so i deny to paid that amount. After this happen he did not get any response. He did return any amount yet.

                      So, sir i kindely request that please resolve this problem and inform me

                        I had order a King Size Bed on[protected], and it was supposed to be delivered on[protected], in the tracking status its showing that the item was not picked up as the pick up driver asked for the reschedule on[protected], since then i have been trying to reach the Customer care dept, but to my luck no response from them. I have made a full payment of Rs 6482. ( transaction ID:[protected] against the AD ID:[protected].

                        I have contacted the seller too regarding this matter and even he has raised the concern over the issue. I have written an email to the Quikr on[protected], have to wait and see if I would get any respone.

                          I ordered a washing machine on quikr. I made the payment also. The order got cancelled as the quikr pickup man said that the washing machine is not in working condition. Since then there is no response from the quikr team. Niether did they show cancelled in the app nor are they trying to refund my money. I called so many times on thier customer care number. They always respond that you will get a call back in 2 hours. But no call backs i get.

                          I think/feel There is something wrong, if you buy better at best price, then your information leaked
                          You get SMS ' we try to call you & it's rescheduled. Next day, , then next day... And someone took that product.

                              Please note i am a registered member of at home diva since a year, but regret to note today when i called customer care for booking i was been informed you guys no longer provide services to my registered area.

                              Noteworthy here is the fact that at same address every time almoat more than 3 times i have availed services from you and at the time of registration i was assured that the same will continue to be provided and for the time being due to technical glitch i need to book via mobile.

                              On this assurance i registered and paid 4000/-, and you guys have committed to refund in case of any issue from your end.

                              Every time due to your technical issue i booked over call.

                              But since now you guys have shown this irresponsible behavior i am left with no option but to claim my refund.

                              I have 2967/- rupees in my at home diva account, kindly refund me asap.

                              I am following up for this issue since 3 weeks but no revert, now their app is not working and also their customer care is not responding. How can these companies cheat us so openly. Why is consumer forum not giving them a tough time. Quikr even is missing. Who issues such companies registration to do business?
                              Why cant you guys do background check on business units?? How difficult it is??

                                I ordered an dining table on quikr it's been lot of time, the seller from whom i purchased it on quikr is trying to select the pick up slot but she is not able to make it...
                                When called to customer care it says that there executive will call in 2 hrs. But no one called back.
                                I also messaged them but no reply still...
                                If they are not able to provide me with the service then they should at least refund my money i will look for another option...

                                  I made an advance payment of rs. 4800 against second hand 181 l godrej fridge through quikr on 19th dec 2019. According to terms and conditions quikr was bound to make the delivery of product as well within 2-3 days. But they didn't do so, when i tried calling their customer care they said it will be done by next day but nothing was delivered. Now they are not even picking my calls. Quikr has cheated me and looted my hard earned money. I want my money back along with the consolation of rs. 20000 for the time they wasted and the mental torture they caused to me.

                                    My queen size bed is already picked up by quikr but not delivered to he buyer till date. Ad id:[protected], tracking id: 475164.

                                    It's a very irresponsible behavior and absolute nonsense because each time we try calling quikr we are told we will be contacted but no one calls us.

                                    We are missing on buyer offers due o this irrational behavior.
                                    Please get it delivered and transfer my amount since the buyer has already paid for it since 10 days and yet no response.

                                      How is your company is big cheater, you all are thief, see below, how? the attached below is show product sold.
                                      How thief you are, as product still not sold, the same is with us. We have paid till : rs. 499 + 499 + 900 = 1898/-
                                      You cheater were fraud-ed all 3 transactions link internet fraud is happening. Once payment maid, your cheater agent died, even not confirmed payment receipt, like online fraud is going on.

                                      Please refund our all paid money to your company, because your fraud agent told we will definitely sold your product. we will get the phone tape from legal department and proceed for action on your company to prevent other to not being looted by you.
                                      Either you should refund our rs. 1898/- or sale my or will register complain against your teams fraudulent service.
