Hello team

My queen size bed is already picked up by quikr but not delivered to he buyer till date. Ad id:[protected], tracking id: 475164.

It's a very irresponsible behavior and absolute nonsense because each time we try calling quikr we are told we will be contacted but no one calls us.

We are missing on buyer offers due o this irrational behavior.
Please get it delivered and transfer my amount since the buyer has already paid for it since 10 days and yet no response.

    How is your company is big cheater, you all are thief, see below, how? the attached below is show product sold.
    How thief you are, as product still not sold, the same is with us. We have paid till : rs. 499 + 499 + 900 = 1898/-
    You cheater were fraud-ed all 3 transactions link internet fraud is happening. Once payment maid, your cheater agent died, even not confirmed payment receipt, like online fraud is going on.

    Please refund our all paid money to your company, because your fraud agent told we will definitely sold your product. we will get the phone tape from legal department and proceed for action on your company to prevent other to not being looted by you.
    Either you should refund our rs. 1898/- or sale my or will register complain against your teams fraudulent service.
    Revert on your cheating / fraud as mention, done with us.

      I've ordered a refurbished mobile from quikr on 16th_dec-2019. I made a full payment. Its 24-dec now, i haven't received any mobile or any update on my order. Its still showing order confirmed.
      Raised many complaints to quikr, didn't receive any response so far.

      I was tired of raising complaints, please take some action on this cheaters.

      I don't understand whats your problem to deliver for my paid order. its 11 days now since i've ordered.
      i want to refund my money immediately, coz i no longer want any relationship with quikr in any form(not even in future).
      I've learnt my lesson.
      Consider this as my refund request and do me one last favor.

        Quikr is the worst platform to perform any type of transactions. They will not recognise you once payment is done. I've made a payment of ₹1200 on 5th dec for a bed and later cancelled it because o[censored]navailabilty of quikr doorstep but my money has not been refunded by them and whenever i call them they disconnect my call saying that they would call me back in 2 hours but they rarely do that. Today is 24th dec and i'm still waiting for any update while i call them regularly. This is the worst case i faced ever. My ad id is[protected]. Shame on such fraud company.

          My sofa has been picked up by a Pradeep kumar whose driving license I have as proof and was given the quikr picked up slip. However the sofa has not been delivered to the party and nor have we received any money for it.
          I expect a resolution at the earliest before I lodge a social media and a police complaint with the driving license details of the party who picked up the sofa

            Suddenly at home diva has closed their services in our location (Chennai), i had money in my wallet, so requesting u to refund it asap. I got two messages from at home diva, sending the link for details updating, but still its not working, can you please kindly look into this matter. I have more than 4k in my wallet, i want full refund of it. They have not give any warnings, nd they just closed the services.

              I sold bed mattresses on quikr having ad id[protected] and transaction id[protected]. The delivery was scheduled for 11 december 19 in the beginning but was not delivered. Then it was rescheduled to be delivered on 15th december. Again it was not delivered and rescheduled for 19 december. Once again it was not delivered and rescheduled for 21 december. Till now it's not been delivered. It's being rescheduled again and again. Mattresses had been picked from my place on 10th december. Please help me to get the selling price which is rs.1300 against my matterress.

                The mentioned above order number suppose to get delivery today at 10:00 am (21st dec 2019), which did not happened.
                I didnt even get any communication nor call quikr doorstep.

                If it is delayed latest you guys need to communicate right?? B'cose this i am waiting till now and also called you customer care they are useless and fit for nothing.

                Dont know why do you guys have customer care number and team for that who cannot help user.

                & order number ad id[protected] which i was cancelled due to bed was broken and also emailed you guys for refunding the amount so that i can purchase another one.

                I am totally not happy with the things going on with me.

                Please escalate this issue to higher management on priority basis.

                  I purchased both two add id product which are laptop. Quikr team many times fixed pick up but self canceled while sellers was waiting. When sellers called them. They said buyer aria is not under serviceable while they manytimes delivered me. But main reason is local dealers who sells on quikr. They interupt normal delivery so that buyer only would only purchase products from him. Why quikr participats in such type fraudness. They should stop doorstep delivery for individual sellers so that our time and mony are notwasted.

                    The app athomediva by quikr is not working for me. Firstly it displayed that there are some technical issues with the app which is temporary.
                    Now it says services are discontinued in my area. I have dropped several mails to the team. There is no reply.

                    I need refund of my wallet money asap. This unprofessional behaviour by them is seriously unacceptable.

                      I had applied for job on your site and got a call saying they are from airport authority of india and they claimed they have got my application details from your site. They called me for an interview where i passed and recieved a letter with content that i have got appointed and for further process they asked me to pay a security amount, which i did based on their given letter. Now there is no response from them.
                      Why are you people posting such job vacancies where they are performing fradulent activities and now believing your site authenticity, who is liable for the losses incurred, "is it we, the people who are searching job should pay for the loss".

                      It is my request that you take strict action against these people.

                      As for my loss, reply back to me for the details if you really care about your customers.

                            I got a confirmation email about the payment from quikr and was assured my dl renewal would be renewed within a month, till date i have sent at least 10 reminder emails (To ramitha, renuka prasad, [protected]@quikr.com), there has been no progress, i get an acknowledgement mail saying "as per your mail we understand your concerned regarding the appointment we will check with the next available slot and confirm you by this saturday" etc,

                            I am planning to file a legal fraud case against quikr, let me know if you could help me in resolving this issue with a refund or smooth closure of dl renewal activity

                              I had availed service from quikr car services in february 2019 for the transfer of my four wheeler from bangalore to pune.
                              The services include
                              1) hypothetication removal
                              2) noc from bangalore rto
                              3) re-registration in pimpri chinchwad rto.
                              I did complete payment (As asked by them) on 16th february 2019. It's almost 10 months now and the re-registration process is still not done. I have been following up regularly with them but all i get is false assurances. I am going to raise a police complaint the quikr and the people involved.

                                I had ordered a PIXEL XL (2016) order no #10644933 from quikr assured, These phones are claimed to be tested for quality on over 36 parameters, Still they sent me a phone with faulty battery, Battery has deteriorated to 60% of the original capacity, I received my order on 15th December 2019 and complained about the battery very same day ( Ticket No:[protected]) asking for a return, But quikr denied my return request. They are fraud and said battery is not covered in their return policy . They said we ensure phone is in working condition, But how can a Phone with a faulty battery be in working condition. They r liers and cheaters.

                                  I sold a product through quikr and initiated the bank transfer from quikr and i waited for more than 10 days and it didnt reflect into my account. When i tried to call quikr they are not responding and didnt receive a single call from doorstep... If i try to call them they are telling my phone got switched off.. I asked them i am calling and why cannot connect me to doorstep and the customer support lady (Name jeyashree) she was talking very rudely and cut the call. Is this kind of customer support quikr provide? I truly believed quikr and with belief i sold my product and they r cheating like this. I want to raise a complaint against quikr.

                                    I have joined a data entry job by Quikr via WhatsApp a person named harender contacted me through WhatsApp.i have paid them about 11000+ ruppees for joining, documents fee, interest etc. Now they are asking more money for salary and I said them that I don't need any salary .                                       I have bought a table on 17th November 2019. It was delivered without a quality check. On the same day of the delivery, it was taken back by QUIKR people due to its bad quality. They said they are going to cancel it and refund the full amount.

                                      Till now(17 December 2019) I have not received any refund. I tried to call reach customer care on[protected]. The auto-response says that my problem will be addressed in max 2 hours. I NEVER GOT A CALL BACK FROM QUIKR. So I wrote to the management(as given in https://bangalore.quikr.com/html/contact.php) regarding the refund.. but I have not got any reply.

                                        First of all they sold a third class mobile and they charged extra for guarantee & door step service and pickup. Mobile gets switched off on its own after few mins o[censored]sage. Later they don’t respond to mails even after reminders. Finally they ask you to send mobile battery usage videos but now mobile is not getting on at all and these guys don’t even have mimimum ethics to respond to emails and not even phone calls. Seems like they are just cheating and avoiding their responsibility. Other details given below with their ticket number and videos.

                                        I tried calling Quikr customer care thrice. First of all they don’t take direct complaints and next it just have 2 hour call back but they seem to be acting as if they are calling and the guys says hello hello hello for 4-5 times and drops the phone. Later I chosen other option which is not mobiles sections and tried reaching them, they could finally get my ticket number and they promised they will escalate and call back after 2 hours but it did not happen. As usual it’s the same unprofessional local tarkari shop experience I got today from Quikr again.

                                        Contacted Quikr and it’s of no use.
                                        Quikr says it’s sold by sold by- MyEHub vendor
                                        But you guys did not give their contact details and the details of this vendor are not found online. Is that myEhub a real company or a fake company ?

                                        What’s the next excuse you have ?

                                        Seems like these are white collor techniques to cheat people. Quikr sells product with door step extra service charges post sales, later don’t respond till few weeks pass and later ask us to contact MyEHub and no body knows who is this company and even after email to Quikr they don’t give contact details of this. Seems like a Pakka plan to cheat people.

                                        It’s high time, I have no other option other than taking the audio conversation with Quikr Helpdesk to be posted online so that others don’t get cheated like this. Seems like it’s a fraud company.
