I got scammed by quikr seller he send different item. I bought gigabyte graphic card 1070 ti and he sent gigabyte n710
I paid quikrbazaar 13500rs for card. I immediately tried to call seller but his cell was already switch off then i tried to call quikr doorstep but no one call back in 3 hours. I have video proof and pictures.

    Hi,
    I have posted a gold quikr add[protected] on real estate and paid 379 rupees.
    After that, a quikr executive called me told to go for platinum add, he sent me a offline payment link of the razor pay to my email id for which i paid 901 rupees.
    After that the add was never been converted to platinum and when i called the customer care, no one cared about it and they don't have the transaction details.

    This is complete cheating, i believe someone internally is doing the fraud.

      My self dhanunjaya. L have registered quikr service from you on 27th november 2019 in the name ashok tours and travels.
      As you guys told at the time of registered you will provide 2 leads per week. But till now l didn't receive any leads from your side and more over if l call to concern person she is not even picking my calls taking this as serious kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible or else cancel my subscription and give my money back.

        My name is kalyanaraja and from tamilnadu (Namakkal) district. As i'm going to start an international calcenter in my native place so for i need an investment partner to start my business, a friend of mine had give me an idea to download quikr easy to get an good investor. Once i downloaded the app i got call from quikr executive to buy an package for further process, i said i'm not willing to pay through online and disconnected the call. He used to cal me regularly to buy the package i said no i'm not interested suddenly he used to shouting at me for the delay. As of he got personal number he sent me audio message with brutal bad words and which makes me feel uneasy, and he used threaten me. On the next i took this issue quikr but still now they didn't take necessary step for my convince.

          A study table was purchased based on ad id[protected]. However, the product was not at all as per specification and up to my expectation, won't solve my purpose, too small in size.

          Raised a ticket immediately and its been 3 weeks now. Nothing has been done so far even after repeated calls and emails. Please take the item back and return the amount.

          Hi Team,

          Thanks for looking into. However, this is extremely disappointing to see that I have been exchanging emails and phone calls with your support team just to see nothing has been done since past one month,

          I wanted to know the date by when the item is being reverse picked up and money deposited to my account.

          I have saved all my email communication with Quikr and going to raise it formally with Consumer Court this week if nothing is heard from your company.

            Quikr called me that they would provide me a job in hdfc bank in back office. They took 2000/- as a registration fee and at the next day they arranged a fake telephonic interview in the name of hr department of hdfc bank. Previously they have provided me all the interview questions and on the very next day i was asked only those particular questions in the so called interview. After that quikr called me and demanded rs. 4200/- in the name of documents verification. I look forward and came to know that the hdfc bank has no connection with the name of quikr and they organize face-to-face interview session, not this kind of telephonic interview and they take a minimum time for the confirmation of job but shortly after the telephonic interview i was informed that my job was ready and i had to join from the next week. I don't want to go ahead with this fake processing and want my registration fee (2000/-) back which they assured to give me back only after being failed in the interview.

              Hi i have taken quikr rto service bangalore for noc. They took my rc book and other details from me. 1 year over they are not able to complete the request. I raised rti with krpuram rto and found that they haven't submitted the request at all. They just took the money and stole my rc. Now i moved to another city and can't file fir against rto bangalore. I sent several email to ramitha. [protected]@quikr.co.in and [protected]@quikr.com and found no response. I finally raised it to quikr support with ticket number #683516. But no response from the quikr support team.

I requested for remittance on 26/11/2019 and the amount should have been in my account in 4-7 business days as per quikr. Till now they have not transferred the amount. When i call customer care they never call back. I have been mentally tortured by quikr for past 10 days.

                  I bought furniture on quikr on dec 9, 2019 and prepaid rs 4899. On pick up, product was seriously damaged so i asked the pick up person to cancel order. He assured it will be done and i will get full refund. I also sent chat message to cancel order for ad id[protected]. No news or information from them and no contact number on their website. I have received a chat notice from seller acknowledging the damaged product and that quikr will give full refund. Strangely, their website now says "pick up to be scheduled"??? I even got an automated text message stating "pick up being rescheduled. Its really a terrible company and this is our first time using it. We have tried to follow their process and posted messages on their"contact" page but still no response. I want my full refund immediately.

                    Im ruchi from redex global solution. An user of quikr.com. I take portal for 1year. The oct 2019 by paying by cheque and got it cleard. I used 3-5days nd after 5days my portal is blocked. Nd i try to start my service again. Without any reason my portal is blocked last 41days. Regarding this problem i talk with brijesh sanjay ajay nd pradeep. They give me exuses. Its totally fraud company. I paid 164000 to quikr. Please refund my money therewise start my service i[censored]r not start my service then ready for legal action

                      I have submitted my documents including rc to quikr rto team. They have promised they will completed the process in maximum 30 days. Its been 3 months. I am not getting proper response from the quikr rto team and also they provided fake application number. I have taken bike history from pari vahan govt website and got to know quikr rto not at all submitted my documents to rto.

                      1. Raised 2 support tickets
                      2. Calling every day more than 10 times - no one is picking
                      3. Called to customer care more than 6 times and they always mention they are raising issue and quikr will contact in 24 hours but no one will call back.
                      4. Created ticket to write to management 3 times. But no one replied.
                      5. 1500 money is ok but quikr has taken my original rc. I am thinking some kind of scam is going on thats why quikr not submitting documents and not even getting response from quikr write to management.

                        We bought a wardrobe from quikr on 3rd dec 2019 and same was delivered to our house in disassembled condition on 5 dec 2019 and for that we had to call and follow up 100 times when finally on 11th dec 2019 quikr someone to get it assembled but when we unpacked the cupboard we found that it was fully damaged and even the doors of the cupboard are not of proper size. Whose

And i suggest no one purchase any product from them, it was a quikr assured item which resammbles that it should delivered in new condition. Even locks of wardrobe is not working.

                          I saw one add in quiker cars on 9/12/2019 for selling an alto k10. i just contact with the seller his name is ajay yadav his mob no is [protected] then he sent some photos of the car and rc book insurance copy together with the photo i trusted his words and i told him to see the car for test drive. he agreed with my request and he said he is an indian army officer and he is working in cohin international airport he got the transfer from cochi to hydrabad. i was confused on that time i asked his id proofs, with in few minuts he send his army id card, adhar card and pan card i trusted him blindly. then he told me he is planing to move to hydrabad on 10/12/2019 at 4 pm he just hand over the car in military parcel service they will contact you shortly then he asked my address proof for the delivery. and 5300 rupees for making the delivery receipt i just put the money through bank by google pay after few minuets he send one indian army parcel service receipt i trusted him he told me the car will be reach in your destination on 11/12/2019 at 11;30 pm. today morning i got a call from another no [protected] and he said he is a courier boy we are in kumali but one problem is here we cannot deliver the car due to some payment issue, you are not paid the transport charge. then i called seller he told me to pay the transportation charge he forgot to told me, then after i send 13500 rupees for the transportation charge after few minutes he called again this transaction was cancelled kindly send the money again that time i confused i told him i cant sent the money without receive the car. suddenly he cut the phone and blocked my number.

                          i loss my 18500 rupees and they cheated me with the name of indian army

                          kindly take the action against the fraud army officer or please investigate the complaint with for all victims. i think lots of peoples cheated by him

                            Dear sir
                            I have been trying to schedule a pickup from yesterday. It is urgent since i am leaving tomorrow. I have not gotten a response. Once pickup team called. No one spoke and then disconnected the call (It feels as if they just called to fulfill their sla). Yesterday when i escalated to customer service the and asked them for resolution
                            The person "karthik raje" put me on hold for 20 minutes and then i had to disconnect. I have the call recording as well. Please help to provide resolution

                                I bought a phone but it was not good so asked for return and refund they took the phone back but didnt optvfor return... The bank account is under the name of manoj jaiswal... Ubi bank

                                I ordered samsung s10 and they took money through cod. When opened the parcel the phone was not there and i asked them for refund. But they didn't refund money instead they asked to give 2000 more and then they will give me money regarding this. So i called them up but they r not picking up my phone nor i got my refund

                                  Hi team,

                                  I want to highlight the false and misleading assurance from quikr team. As plenty of dealers are in linked with quikr assurance company. So i was in search of tv unit and got a call and whats up message from quikr team (Which they do always) that they can help me with the product. I chose one item and they assured me that tv unit will be delivered to me in dismantle form and once the order is delivered to me at the same time quikr team will assemble the item. I was convinced and paid the advance money.

                                  Now once the order delivered to my home, the logistics team denied that they will not assemble it as it is not a part of the job. I messaged the same to the same quikr agent on whats up and then quikr team called me immediately and told me to pay the rest money and they had arranged for the carpenter and shall be visiting to my place by evening, on that note i paid the entire money and after then keep on calling quikr team / emailed them / chatting with the same quikr agent for almost 4-5 days about the carpenter but the guy keep on reading my messages and is not responding me, i wrote an email to quikr team as well but got no help at all from them as well.

                                  For nearly 4-5 days i keep on writing to quikr person on whats up regarding his commitment / calling quikr team but no one helped me and seems i was fooled by them.

                                  I had to arrange for a carpenter by myself and had to have paid extra 1500 rs for the assembly part.

                                  I really had to suffer a lot from quikr.

                                  Well if you run a business than stay loyal with your customers and dont try to cheat us.

                                  I am not able to attach the chat and call proof for your reference. I can send you the proof over an email. Please drop an email to me if you need that.

                                      Its looks like i have got cheated by quickr. Money has taken one year ago. Promised work not carried out, and no response yet.

                                      As discussed & agreed currently the vahan portal upgradation is in progress at rto and hence all the work was stopped and it will be resumed after 10th february 2019. As discussed once the rto is resumed we will get an appointment and same will be communicated to you accordingly.

                                        I placed an order on 29 friday of november. And i paid the booking amount to the quikr doorstep. Till now, there is no update on my purchase, after receiving the payment from me. Everyday it’s been my routine work to call the customer & mail them to resolve my issue. But the executives keeps on prolonging by saying we will update within 24hrs but they will not update anything about resolving the issue. I really had a worst experience with quikr. At least now, if this reaches you, kindly refund the amount to my bank account as soon as possible. And stop troubling customers like this.
