Dear sir,

As discussed & agreed currently the vahan portal upgradation is in progress at rto and hence all the work was stopped and it will be resumed after 10th february 2019. As discussed once the rto is resumed we will get an appointment and same will be communicated to you accordingly.

    I placed an order on 29 friday of november. And i paid the booking amount to the quikr doorstep. Till now, there is no update on my purchase, after receiving the payment from me. Everyday it’s been my routine work to call the customer & mail them to resolve my issue. But the executives keeps on prolonging by saying we will update within 24hrs but they will not update anything about resolving the issue. I really had a worst experience with quikr. At least now, if this reaches you, kindly refund the amount to my bank account as soon as possible. And stop troubling customers like this.

      I had paid rs 12000 for quikr for rto re-registration services and also transferred rs 1, 02, 256 for re-registration charges which had to be transferred to rto directly. I made 2 separate transactions, one towards quikr charges and the other was towards rto re-registration

      Rto agents from quikr haven't shown up for 3-4 weeks and when i ask for a refund, they are threatening to deduct 10% from the re-registration fees.

        Hi have bought their rto service to do my four wheeler registration transfer from bengaluru to kolkata in worth of 73 thousands inr during month of september 2019. The guy named puviyasaran is a sales guy who contacted me and then via online i made the payment.
        The told that their team will work and next 21 days the first step in rto office will be done. Ramitha then contacted via mail and asked for all papers as soft copy, i provided. Then story begun, no proper reply, everytime standard reply in mail, no phone picked up.
        After 2 months (Around november) as there is no progress and proper status i have asked for rollback the service. They said they will deduct 10% and rest is refundable and it will take 21 days. I agreed as there is no other option left for me.
        Then again same story on refund, now it's 1.5 months, they are not giving me refund nor giving proper reply, i am frustrated as i just need my money back.
        Pls help.

          You guys had taken money from me to create a new duplicate licence and also for upding my address in march 2019. Till now i have not received my service. I have been sending emails but there have been no response.

          7th march you ugys took payment of rs 2500 for duplicate licence
          8th march you guys took payment for rs 1500 for address change

          Post these deducations whenever i have spoken to you guys you have confirmed that this will be done soon. Where is my money??

            As nri i was sold a premium package and i paid rs 10, 000 for 4 adverts of my plot and one villa for sale.
            So far i have failed to log in as the system does not send out otp to my email nor accept non indian mobile numbers within their registration.
            Sales said they can allow nri to register and operate their accounts but cannot deliver when tried. I sent my property details to their techie.

            Its now over 2 weeks and finally one of them has just managed to put small part of one property for sale out of 4 that i had sent their techie to put up on quikrhomes.
            Very poor performance and very poor customer service. Asking for refund means talk with manager who is always in meeting and cannot come to phone.

              I applied for yes bank back office job on quikr site. Then i received a call from sanjay shrivastava. First he told me to pay rs. 1600/- for registration then i will be able for interview. I passed online exam & interview. Next day i received call from verification he asked to pay 5500/- for documents verification.
              Then next day i rec'd call for rs. 14500 for training period deposit. Toal 21600/- i paid. When i realised i got cheated by this person i asked to refund he promised me to refunded on friday if on 6 dec. But now his phone is switched off. I make a complaint against this person & site in police station.
              So please beware of this fake calls.

                With all respect i would like to bring it to your knowledge that i had order videocon refrigerator 235 ltrs from your company last week (22/11/2019). I have got my order today (06/12/2019) but i would like to bring it to your knowledge that product were damaged, the product outside / inside were damaged and are not fixed properly.                   I have paid ₹25000 in 4 emi starting from 29/08/2018. I gave this amount for selling my old coinquikr. I waited for 1 year 2 months 6 days. But my work was not done. So, i asked to refund my money. But all the members which i contacted, said that they have resigned from the job.
                  Also, they behaved inappropriately on the call.
                  It's a request to pls refund my money!

                    Ridiculous harrasment by fraud calls from quikr. A man calls and says that your resume is selected for indigo airlines and there are three steps for it and gives fake hope of process.

                      I have Paid an amount of Rs. 3500+ on 10th September, 2019 towards RTO services of Hypothecation removal & Duplicate RC to quikr represented by Person Puviyarasan V and post which the case has been given to Customer care represented by Ramitha with carbon copy to Renuka Prasad & Nawazulla Khan. The whole process seems to be fraudulent now as It is still under process and they say the RTO has changed the process. Request concerned authority to take this forward and take necessary action.

                      This is a clear unethical practice (Brokers/Commissioning) for service and not responding after that

                        I have paid 31000 to purchased 2nd hand Scotty from Quikr.com offline store on 12 Nov, 2019.
                        at first the Scotty was giving many problem (like pickup prob., breaking, engine prob. etc ) and then I have complaint the store, they promised
                        me they will repair and will do all the paper works (including RC transfer and insurance)
                        after first repair(they charged me extra Rs900) the Scotty ran good for a week then it stated the same. I have showed this scotty to hero service centre
                        they said there is so many prob. in this and I may cost 12k to 10k to repair.
                        still now there is no paper work done and now when I contact
                        them for complaint then refused to resolve it.
                        they say that" store was not registered and now it got closed and they can't help me".

                        I just want them to repair the complete engine or refund my Rs31900 which I have paid them.

But when i have revived the confirmation mail from the quikreasy saw that they have entered a wrong sapling of my consultancy. And on same male i revert on 03/12/2019. But not revived any feed back from quikr side. I also dial in customer support no also but they are not help me on my query & miss behave with me. I am not expected that kind of support from quikr. Require immediate solution on above mentioned problem i have mentioned.

                                  I wish to complain about the item (Queen size bed) with ad id[protected] that i purchased on[protected] in hyderabad.

                                  I am complaining because the first scheduled date to deliver the item was[protected] but it changed and after that there is no response from quikr team, since then i tried to follow up with the customer care and quikr door step but there is no positive response.

                                    I have booked a makeup service from athome diva and it is confirmed then after three days i got a call from one of your customer care that beautician is not available at your location.. if you want to take services you have to pay 700 rs extra... after that i got disappointed and decided that i will never ever use athome diva services they are providing the worst services... then i mailed regarding refund and cancel my membership... they cancelled my membership instantly and its been more than 20 days i didnt get my refund

                                      I have purchase 01 bike from quikr authorized quikr shop on dated 11th april 2019. But i am still waiting for owner change.
                                      My original rc also stacked in rto office due to first party signature not match.

                                      I have try to contact so many times to mr. Jatin sharma on his mobile no. [protected]. He is your quikr branch in charge at mohan garden uttam nagar near dwarka more new delhi 110059.

                                      But i am not getting any positive response and he is close the shop and resigned from quikr.

                                      I am facing lot of problem please resolve my rc owner transfer issue on priority basis.

                                      Sub:- I want to cancel my order and want my money back.


                                      I have received the call from your costumer care executive, Mr. Pramod and his reporting manager Mr. Vishalal, on 2nd Dec.2019. he told me that time "he will take care of it and resolve my issue ASAP" but after 10 days i had talk with and he was told me that he is not able to resolve my Bike RC owner transfer case.

                                      I have made full payment of this product. But still now i have not got the Bike RC in my name. due to first party signatures not match.

                                      I am really not satisfied with service of quikr. Please cancel this order and refund my money back.

                                        I pay for doorstep but not receive any confirmation or invoice they did not even pick my call from where i paid they are from quickr on whatsapp kindly help me as soon as possible i paid 16200 rs for quikr doorstep related to purchase iphonex.
