My name is rajeev i got a call for a part time job opportunity from a quikr gold ad post.

Initially i got a call from the person rahul, he has asked me for 1800 rs for the registration and than ask me to wait and after some time he told me that for work you have to deposit 3000 as security deposit. I ask for his company and receipt of the same and relevant details so he told me that all the information would be provided once the registration is done.

And i was in conversation with him during call and he was trying to prove his company has given employment to many on the name of a spa based in pune.

Than he shared one code with me and ask me to wait for the further details meanwhile he was convincing me to have patience things will be done as soon as possible.

But nothing happened and now he asked for 3575 rs for the confirmation in 3 installments.

Than he blocked my phone number.

I have all the relevant details with me.

I had placed a prepaid order for dell xps 17 inch laptop with 750 gb hdd being sold on quikr vide advertisement id[protected] and 150 ssd whereas quikr delivered 14-inch laptop with only one hdd.

Moreover, i was informed that the screen is scratch-less whereas few small scratches are observed on screen.

I have approached quikr for a resolution but they have refused to listen and take responsibility.

The buyer is quikr verified and the money was paid to quikr.

The quikr can not be absolved of their responsibility by stating that they only perform physical checks as verification of dimensions check falls under the physical verification. Or tomorrow they will deliver 32 inch tv instead of 40-inch jus for making their commission
I have come to know that many buyers are being cheated by the nexus of quikr and their sellers.
I once again like to request quikr thorough you to take immediate action and refund my hard-earned money and take their laptop back.

I have paid today 5500 rs to the mobile no ([protected]) to paytm bank. I found that he is fraud by seeing his receipt send by him. He posted hyundai creta car in different model and location within a day.

He is using indian army account name for money transfer

How paytm bank (Ifsc code: pytm0123456) allowing bank name as indian army account.

Kindly do the needful

I purchased a samsung bdv home theater dated on nov 19, 2019 at that time information was showing it will deliver with in 5 to 6 days but that product was not delivered, when i connected to customer care they were saying it must be 7 to 8 days, i agreed with them and again waited with provided duration.
Now after that duration whenever i'm calling to customer care each time they are just saying "we are looking into that issue and you will get a call from our team with in 24 hours". It has been more than 3 times i'm getting this message.
When i asked them to refund my amount they are not doing that too.
Please help me with this issue.

फर्जी कंपनी के ऊपर की एक महिला seema khan ने मुझे फोन किया और मुझे बताया कि वे ऑनलाइन फॉर्म भरने के लिए rs20 पर नौकरी देते हैं और 1000 फॉर्म भेजे जाएंगे और 10 फॉर्म 10 दिनों में भरने के लिए न्यूनतम लक्ष्य निर्धारित किए जाएंगे, जिसमें rs5200 का जुर्माना अदा करना होगा और 90% सटीकता की अनुमति है और यह भी कि वे rs20000 के वेतन से rs5200 की कटौती करेंगे अगर 1000 फॉर्म में 90 दिनों की सटीकता के साथ 10 दिन भरे हों, तो मैंने उसे बताया कि मैं दंड की राशि स्वीकार नहीं करता और उसने मुझे सत्यापन करने वाले व्यक्ति को कॉल करने के लिए जोड़ा, जिसने पूछा कि क्या मैं खुद पीसी घर और मुझे ऊपर दिए गए विवरणों के बारे में बताया और इसके बाद उन्होंने मुझे कानूनी समझौते और स्वीकृति पत्र और वॉयस रिकॉर्डिंग की फोटो कॉपी की मेल की और कहा कि मुझे भुगतान करना है अगर मुझे रद्द करना है तो मुझे उपयोगिता शुल्क rs5200 / - का भुगतान करना होगा। अंशकालिक नौकरी हालांकि उन्होंने 11 महीने का अनुबंध किया और मुझे इसके बारे में नहीं पता है क्योंकि वे मेरे आईडी प्रूफ के बाद मुझे देते हैं। अब वे मुझे बताते हैं कि अगर मैं 11 महीने के लिए पैसे देने के लिए इसे तोड़ना चाहता हूं। वे कानूनी कार्रवाई करेंगे। वे मज़बूती से परेशान करते हैं और उन्होंने कहा कि मुझे उपयोगिता शुल्क आदि के लिए rs5200 का भुगतान करना है -
गुजारत कोई पता नहीं है, जो कानूनी समझौते, स्वीकृति पत्र के ऊपर दिया गया है।, आदि नकली हैं और मेरे असली हस्ताक्षर नहीं हैं। वे एक डिजिटल हस्ताक्षर के रूप में मेरे आईडी प्रूफ का उपयोग करते हैं। कृपया मदद करें... मैं सिर्फ एक छात्र हूं। मेरे पास पैसा नहीं हैं। भारत सरकार कृपया भारत का भविष्य बचाएं।

Her name is aliya. She told me that i will get a job on indigo airlines for that i have to pay 1800 rs as registration amount. I paid the amount after that she told me to pay5500 rs more which j denied. Now she is not picking up my call and not refunding me back. I have all the proves right from call recording to the payment i made to mails. Please get my amount refunded

I regret to inform you that i have not received any response then how to show complaint mark as resolved.

Every step failed quikr in commitment, delivery and response. Daily sent mailed to their doorstep, support and bazar but no one has any response.
Quikr has changed 3times delivery schedule and re-schedule like 19th, 21th and 27th.
In all schedule he failed even he is not taking any action against logistics nor he giving local logistics contact number nor arrange for pick up. And not refund my full amount also. It is passed appx. 19 days.

I look forward to receive your favourable reply with amicable solution.

An executive from Quickr has been calling me over and over again just because I am not interested in their service. This is not the first time happening this, these executives from this company used to call and disturb in an short interval of two to three days. Today the executive bearing the phone number [protected] has called me and was tell me to take their service. once I said I do not need the service and disconnected the phone. Then the person called me again and was forcing and then threatening me about how he can make my company disappear from online platforms. Moreover Quikr has a bad reputation everywhere, there are thousands of reviews online about there fraudulent behaviour. I think consumer forum should take and action against them, since they are also looting peoples money. Once they have also taken more than 7, 000/- INR from me but didnot give any service.

Hi, my name is ruturaj, i have been cheated by a fraudster stating himself to be mantosh yadav from indain army. He's been using these web sites to cheat people and take money from them and people are really getting into these traps as i did yesterday. Anyway i saw a active 4g for sale on quikr for 20k and though to contact the selling, after calling, i got to know that he stays in lohegaon, pune which is far away from my house in pune, but he told me that he is in army and they have a procedure to transport a vehicle to places for army people, he asked me to check the bike and if you like it we can go forward or else you can send it back to me. After checking all the vehicle documents he sent on whatsaap, i agreed and then he asked me to pay 2120 for transferring charges, i hesitated for once but then he told me you will get the amount refunded if you dont like it so i sent him the money anyways. After that he asked for 5000 rupess for security deposit which i cleared hesited and then after long talks i agreed to pay 1000 in advance. But later on he started asking more money for which i asked him to refund my money back, because i had already started to doubt him and dint want to go forward with this. By that time i had already paid him 3200 rupess on google pay. Later i when i told him to pay my money back, he sent me a qr code on whatsapp to scan it and told me i ll get my money back after scanning it on googlepay, turns out he had sent another request of 3000 rupess and those money were going to be debited from my account only. Later when i scolded him to send my money back he asked me to even send me my debit card photo (Both front and back) so by this time i was aware of his intensions and later on got to know about this fraudster on internet. Now the thing is, i had sent him my addhar card details and an id card photo so i request you to plz guide me if i need to complain abt my addhar card, because i dont want my addhar card to be misused in anyway. I see so many complaints have been filed againt him but he is still active and still able to use these websites and fraud people using his tricks. So i request you to please take required action against him.

I purchased a ride on car in quikr and paid the full amount online. Its been 3 days, and quikr has not even scheduled the pickup with the seller. Myself and seller are trying to reach customer care, but they are least bothered about the same. I request every one to NOT buy anything thru quikr doorstep if you need anything on time. I dont think I will ever order anything in quikr.

If I get an option to cancel the order before its picked up from seller, I would have done it already, as even the pickup schedule itself is not donw. Pathetic service by quikr in bangalore

We paid for rto services. There was no response. We emailed you guys. No response. No agent contacted us. We thought there might be an issue with provided phone number. So, we paid for it again with different phone number. Still, no agent contacted us. This is very unprofessional. Please contact us back or else, please shut down these services!

Applied for transfer of ownership of my car on dec 2018 (Which is about to be a year now). Which was processed and i am able to see my details have been updated in the parivahan website, but i am yet to receive the updated rc of my car numbered tn04ak1772. I am not able to contact the quikr rto team which was guiding me earlier, mr. Pramod, mr. Puviyarasan, ms. Renuka prasad etc. Whose respective email id's as follows, puviyarasan. [protected]@quikr.co.in, pramod. [protected]@quikr.co.in, renuka. [protected]@quikr.co.in. I am not able to contact them or the quikr rto team. I have not recieved any update on this regard. Please take the necessary action at the earliest. Or else i fear i have to go to the consumer court for further action. Look into it and do the needful at the earliest. I am based out of bangalore and i have submitted my docs to get the license for 4 wheeler in the month of june 2019 and till now there is no update from quikr.
I am following up with them via email and every time they says that there is no update or some time they say, you will get appointment next week.
I have asked for refund and they don't want to refund it as well.

Please assist.

I was looking for a job and mistakenly applied for one job opening. Now m getting calls from fake job consultancies. I went for interview however they have taken the money from me. When i realised its fake i asked the money back. And after so much arguments they gave the money after deducting some amount. Still getting calls and messages from fake job providers. They are using quicker to fraud innocent people. I want to complain why quicker is providing services to these frauds and providing our personal information to these frauds. I will raise a complain if the calls and messages wont stop coming. Its very annoying now. I want a call back. Asap.

I apply a job to nokari.com., and the some one call me the offer to a job for hdfc bank as cashier, and the demand me first security amount rs 2000, and the demand for training fees 9000 and then demand me for do come meant verification charges rs 16000 and them they demant me for hr commison charges 13400 but i do not pay this charge i know that is a fake. So i telll tem my money refund please. They have not refund my amount and other charge as gst and company charges amount 80000 i give him. But when i open hdfc bank official site i know that hdfc bank has no post for the cashier
I paid them all money. And they also send a fake offer latter and confirm action latter.

I sold my iphone through quikr.. Buyer received it, first they bill and charger missing and delayed payment. Later i provided soft copy. And they asked me to transfer some money to buyer account. They said some shadow account something something and saving money from deductions... But during payment they took my card details took some more money from me. Now i'm sending so many mails but no reply from quikr. No payment no response..

I received a message on 24/11/2019 from quicker for teaching job address was t 2331 kapoor bhawan near hero showroom faiz road karol bagh, reference also given as sana [protected], when i reached from my home town umri kalan at adress the office was at first floor and a. Boy was sitting in a shop and a girl was taking interview that was totally fraud. She was taking 5000 rupees for telephonic interview and there was no any company board or name. I lost my money and time at there.

I ordered “daren 2 door wardrobe". The transaction id-[protected] which was eventually cancelled. I initiated the refund on 1 nov 2019 but the amount has not been credited to my account yet. I called the customer care at least more than 10 times but they didn’t resolved my issue. My registered phone number is-[protected].

Please let me know if i need to share my bank statement as a proof that the amount not been credited at my end.
