Two years back I brought 200+100 with the cost of 70000 and I asked for many times for service no one came and I registered through custermer care also but no one came then I try to made a call to Andhra Pradesh one of the main dealer at last he send one service men but he didn't repair it well and again same problem no one came to repair it .so try to solve my problem ....

      Racold geyser is not working. We have raised a complaint ES1121632 its been 10 days. Nobody responding. Its very very worst service. This company is cheating the customers. Why this kind of companies are not punished even these many complaints are not addressed. I will never recommend anybody to bye this racold products.

            This is regarding the complete ignorance from racold customer service, even after regestering the complaint multiple times ( ES20221909, & ES[protected] The response has been negligent from the team & the issue is still un resolved. And to top it up they have stopped responding to the calls also. Now there is no option to contact them.

              Hi i have recently brought Racold geyser from one of the authorized racold dealer on 26th december but the geyser has not been working properly since then, its given a very luckwarm water as output which cannot be used for bathing in this cold winter, i have raised a complaint EW 21914310 since 27th but no one has visited my house to fix that, every time i called the customer care they just give the same response we are escalating your request and you will be attended today but nothing happens, today again i called them 5th time and got the same response. i would recommend to stay away from racold as they have a very poor service network i used to had bajaj earlier and they always attended the complaints within 2 working days.

                Hi, I bought a Eterno DG 15 Litre mode from my nearest racold dealer. But Seems the size of the geyser is not sutable for my bathroom so I asked dealer to replace it with 6 litre or 10 litre geyser. But he saying as per companies retailers the product bill will not be cancelled. Can you please help me on that, the gyeser is unusable for me. Thanks.

                  I bought racold geyser one and half year back. If i switch on the Geyser it will cut whole electricity in my home. I have raised complaint in by calling customer care number ([protected]) .they are giving different complaint numbers but it is not get resolved and no serive man come to my home to resolve this issue. i dont know what to do next. please help me. my complaint numbers are ES107584 and ES107585. I am stayin in chimdambaram, cuddalore district, Tamil Nadu. I am highly unsatisfied with Racold customer service. On the whole customer care number is charging money and it is not toll free.

                    I had a Bangalore make flate plate type solar heater for more than 10 years . Six months back the storage tank got cooroded; so first I decided to only replace tank . But then I thought might as well go for new solar heater. I selected Racold - the dealer convinced me to go for glass tube type. My inlaws told me glass tube not good. but still based on dealer advice I went in for glass tube type. My inlaws had a mixing problem where cold water went back into tank. I told dealer that this is feedback; he said that's not problem ; their plumbing must be wrong; there is no problem to fit RACOLD So in October I fitted . Now in winter months water is not at all getting hot. Then dealer service person said bathroom mixer faulty so I replaced ; still same problem. No Racold dealer says my plumbing faulty. What I don't understand ; then why plate type solar heater there was no issue and RACOLD glass tube there is issue. No dealer says he will no longer visit for problem Dealer Name Sai Sun Solar equipments -Pune

                        Purchased 15 Ltr geyser from Croma on 25/11/2015. Croma confirmed intallation is free from Racold. As per Racold they will not carry installation. customer has to take care of installation on their own with help of plumber. Racold and their dealers has to stop misguiding customers.

                          i had a problem from my racold(perla) water heater (geyser) as it was not providing hot water and also it was causing electric current in the bathroom taps.It was emergency situation and so, i immediately made written complaint to the local service center of the company.But, it was found that the company service center did not give any response to the complaint in spite of the assurance that they will attend to it soon.                             Sir, On 12.011.2015 I had lodged a complain at Racold call center for repairing my water heater and i was assured that in next 24-48 hours my complain shall be entertained. But unfortunately its been 9 days now and no one has come to attend my complain, . When I called up the call center on 19.11.2015 I was given a service center telephone number (Guwahati. Super care), The owner assured me that today i e 19.11.2015 my complain shall be entertained but nothing happened, Again on 20.11.2015 I call the service center (Super Care) he again assured me that today i e 20.11.2015 100% the complain shall be attended But till today 21.11.2015 my complain has not been attended by the company.

                              For Pronto 3L Water heater bought on Vivek's, Chennai, on 14/10/2013. The very first complaint was made with Racold under warranty coverage, and on receiving the request on 7/8/15 the technician was sent from Sairam Enterprises (Official Racold Service), and we were told both the tank & thermostat has been worn out. but on 8/8/15 only the tank has been replaced and it was working for a while, where they even acclaimed Rs. 400 for Clamp Rod, as they said it'd enhance the lifespan of tank in future. but just in a month's time the heater has gone to non-working condition, with some fumes of smoke. Last month when I reported the issue to Racold, the tech was sent from the same Sairam Enterprises, and after knowing the fact the original warranty has been expired few days back & now currently it holds in Extended Warranty - he made a false investigation stating as now only the thermostat have gone broken, hiding the true picture where the newly replaced tank has been broken leading to thermostat & thermistor to failure as well, which then was came to light & acknowledged by Home Serve technician (Vivek's - EW Coverage). Post which i was asked to get in touch once again with Racold/Sairam Enterprises - Complaint ref #ES10223184 to have the tank replaced, as it alone 5 years warranty coverage. Still they are refusing to having it replaced free of cost, in spite of faulty replacement made 2 months back by them. Even after agreement of all service charge payment, I'm yet to receive a technician nor any close of having it repaired. I'd request concerned team & authorities to have necessary action taken, and have the problem resolved at the earliest. Thanks -Rizvi

                                  I have complained about the geysers and got it repaired. But soon after two days, they are back to same and not working. i have spent Rs.4500 on these repairs. I complained them again on the same issue. But, no response till now. I tweeted them and raised complained at service center and website too. But no response yet.                                     Hi, Our Brand New Geyser is Not working properly which we purchased on 18th June 2015 from DEEP Electronics (N B Arcade, Akurdi Main Road, Pune - 411035). Issue Details - 1) Leakage from one of the Pipe 2) There are two lights on Geyser out of which only 1 works and the other doesn't. Sometimes none of the light glows. As per company once Geyser is ON then both the lights should glow and when water gets heated one light automatically gets OFF but this functionality is not working.
