This is the complaint regarding Racold water heaters & geysers
When we are starting gyser the grip of the switch automatically comes down pronto sytlo SS 3V-4.5KW

Please resolve it as soon as possible i have try many times but I was unable to talk with thi customers care so I writing this complaint

Dear sir,
I have bought racold geyaser and it is not working from start of the day. The shop keeper send a person, and that person is installed but it is not powering on after he went. Then i called the racold customer care but there not attending the call when i write a mail no response. They have registered complaint no[protected], eventually they closed without responding and not sending a person. Please take action against to them. Thank you.

    This is with regards to the geyser which i purchased one month back
    It's pronto neo ss 3v 3kw

    From day 1 the led lights of geyser are not working

    Then without resolving it was closed

    We have registered the complain multiple times still the problem is not resolved.
    We have experience the worst service.
    The service center team is incapable of resolving the issue.
    They did not respond on whatsapp as well.

    We are tired of this pathetic service and will go on social media to make people aware about poor racold service if the issue is not resolved by today

      We installed racold cdr water heater in our residence at flat 402, block 'a' saiteja township, new lic colony, pedapalakaluru, guntur (A. P.) recently. It worked for 10 days only. After 1th day main switch is working (Electricity is coming on socket) but the power light is not coming in water heater. I inspected the switchboard and plug socket which found ok. Kindly to send serviceman to examine the water heater and make it working.

        Dear sir/madam,


        We would thank you for going through the below facts and being patient for us.

        1. October 2016- inani solar @ [protected] - mr. Kesahv inani, installed a roof top solar system at my newly built home at villa number 183, the neighbourhood, gundlapochampally, kompally, hyderabad -500014. Which was not pleasant as they argued with our plumber and mestri for all the works which were verbally agreed to be executed by them, but as we were helpless and we had paid rs. 11550.00 on 14.08.2017, the blame was put on us and we tried to cancel the whole order due to non professionalism, but they asked for forgiveness and assured us they would be very good support and we had paid advance so we did not have a choice.

        2. The geyser did not work for even one day after installation and we requested them at least 100 times as it was our grah pravesh on dussehra day last year october but in vain, though after the grah pravesh our family had to sleep in one room due to the geyser issue for almost for one month. Our bill shot up to 5000 per month which is in an average rs.1500 per month, the worst part is we had to install 3 geysers in our home though we had this solar geyser, the geysers are still in place for proof.

        3. Inani solar attended our calls and request only in the month of march 2018 where they started blaming our plumber for fittings etc..., inani solar scheduled at least 5 times for a meeting and our plumber waited for them at least 2 hours every time but in vain, they gave stories and never turned up.

        4. When we threatened them to complain and not pay the balance amount he quietly got a private plumber and rectified the geyser with his own knowledge and deeds, we asked him how come it is working when it was the plumbers fault, to which he replied it was just an air lock, and bingo 4 days after that it stopped working again, when we followed with them for almost three months, inani solar threatened us that we need to pay the balance amount or they aren't responsible, we requested them for the invoice which we had not received till october 2017 but in vain, we paid them the full amount only in december 2017 and they supplied the invoice attached here.

        5. Again they got a plumber and without any intimation went to our terass and rectified, they charged rs.500.00 each visit that ius rs.1000.00 for two visits and this time it ran for 7 days. Now they are simply saying get it done by your plumber, we cant do anything, do what you want, is it right that they talk rudely after they have received the total amount.


        The whole point is that there has been really hot water leaking from the valve all this while and we are tired of closing the values and opening them again and again and the total flow of water stops from the hot water outlet in our kitchen, wash area, all washrooms and common washroom for guests

        The following are our concerns.

        A. Does the warranty go void if they do not give us a invoice, threaten us and the geyser works for mere 15 days in two years
        B. We contacted your other dealers but they say you have to bear with the person you bought the heater
        C. Is it expected out of a brand like you not to let dealers cheat us

        We want immediate replacement of our unit of the money refunded urgently or we shall have to prove the increased electricity bills and also the mental torture expenses from your dealer inani solar and of course the company

        We request for your immediate action, we are ready to pay for the personal, we would be forced to go to consumer court and media even if someone like you doesn't help us still

        Thanking you in anticipation of your immediate action and reply to this mail within 2 working days

          It is with deep regret that i chose racold brand for water heater solutions.

          Till now there has been no response whatsoever for this complaint number and top it all your customer care representatives and the technician who visits my house who is frequenting my residence has been outstanding.

          You have delivered me a faulty product and i demand a replacement of this product or else please return the money which you have collected.

          If this makes some sense, i expect a revert in next 24 hrs.

            I purchased 2 units of water heater around 1 and half year ago.
            In one unit, main switch is working (Electricity is coming on socket) but the power light is not coming in water heater.
            In other unit, the main switch shuts off automatically after switching it on and its always random, sometimes it shuts off after 10 seconds and sometimes 2 minutes.
            I don't have the copy of invoice with me right now but it is available at my place.

              I purchased a racold water heater few days back. I called up their customer care on friday, 02nd february 2018 for installation of the same. They said i will be receiving a call within 48 hours from their technician. I waited for three days, but i did not receive any call from their side. I again called them up on monday, 05th february saying that none of their technicians have turned up till now. The customer care reassured me saying that i will receive a call shortly that day itself from their technician and my water heater would be installed.

              I again called them the third time on 06th feb and complained about this, to which their customer care reacted in a very rude way saying that their technician will turn up soon and disconnected the call.

              I would like to ask racold that is this the way customers are treated at your end by giving no value to their time and money. How many times should a customer call to get their water heater installed? Kindly teach your customer care executives to be more polite with their customers otherwise it will be of no use providing quality products.

              I am regretting that i bought a water heater from racold. I now feel i should have bought the same from some other good company like havells who provides prompt services to their customers

              Racold customer service is really pathetic.

              Called and registered a complaint for the Racold 25 Ltrs geyser on November 20th, 2018

              Today is December 1st and still waiting for their technician. I have heard every excuse from them for not being able to show up.

              I always thought Racold was a good company. PATHETIC is the only answer after dea;ling with their service.

                Hello,

                I had purchase 6L RACOLD Pronto Neo Electrical Water Heater 18 months ago. In this 18 months your company had replace the water heater 3 times. Every time we having issues that our water supply started having current and we started getting electric shocks in the water. This time while having shower the shock is so high because of that my 5 year daughter got Unconscious and we take her to the hospital.

                Then I had contact with your customer care and Gujarat head Mr. Ravikant . But they said it's out of warranty we can't do anything. He is aware about this issues from the day we had purchase the product. But he said our management can't do anything in this matter.

                But this time its out of limit from my side, every time your product having the same problem and your customer support can't able to rectify the things. This time the issues is big and I am not allowing my family life in risk. I am deeply hurt, scared, horrified by this behavior of Racold customer care and certainly don't expect this from a company like yours. Really to say I don't want your product in my house.

                  Bought racold 25 liters eterno shift geyser on 24th december 2017 from bajaj electronics kompally branch. After using 3 days some noise is coming from the geyser.                     Bought a racold 35 litre geyser on jan 5, 2018. It stopped working on jan 13, 2018 night.
                    Raised a complaint to racold customer support on jan 15. No one has attended till date to get the issue resolved. No calls even.
                    It's chilling winters here in dehradun and we are struggling to get warm water.
                    I called the customer care again on jan 16, 2018 and they told me that they will remind the service centre again but still nothing has been done.
                    I think i had invested my money in wrong product.

                      This is to bring to your notice that a complete fraud has been done with us regarding the after sales service.

                      Our Racold geyser stopped working as the tank began to leak and I got saved from being completely burnt since the geyser was mounted over head.

                      The first complaint was lodged with complaint number :[protected] post which the repair engineer came with a wrong geyser fitting.

                      Another, second complaint was filled: The second complaint was made regarding the same number:[protected] post which the repair engineer came again with a wrong geyser fitting.

                      Another, third complaint was filled: The third complaint was made again number :[protected] post which the repair engineer came again with a wrong geyser fitting.

                      This was all done by Mr Vineet Kumar employee number 44006. Today again when the wrong fitting had come I had asked him for his sales head’s number for which he had refused. This makes it a complete fraud product. Please consider this as an official complaint against Mr. Vineet and the after sale center for Racold.

                      You all have made it a joke for seeing customers in trouble. I dont know how you product is selling with such a low standard team.

                      I don’t see any way but to go ahead with a consumer complaint in the consumer form. The Geyser broke down on the 11th of Oct 2017 and we are on the 27th of December 2017.

                      Is Racold telling me that the service centers outsourced by them are all frauds and do not know their job. Hence I am very scared of your geyser being installed by them. Do let me know how to proceed.

                        It’s been more than a week since the service request was raised and still there is no response from racold. Contacted regional service staff and he continuously lies daily saying he will visit. Racold has taken the request for granted the service staff doesn’t pick the call. Pathetic experience with racold and never ever will go for these cheap attitude company in future.

                          My mother is trying to get her geyser repaired from 3 months - the trouble started when the because of the geyser all our water supply started having current and we started getting electric shocks in the water. Later, we connected with your lucknow service centre on [protected] and spoke to mr. Amit who said he'll get it fixed - this took 2 months because the parts were not available. When they came to fix it, the changed some parts but they geyser stopped working.

                          After repeated calling, they shouted we have a lot of work to do! You need to understand (Hume bohot kaam hota hai) and things like "woh aapke ghar ke bahar hai bass a gaya dekho ja ke" (Though no one was ever came).

                          Till date, no one has visited our house.

                          I am deeply hurt, scared, horrified by this pathetic behaviour of racold & certainly don't expect this from a company like yours. Please let me know what should i do, or what would you have done if someone behaved like this with your mother!

                              I purchased recold 10 ltr gyser on dec, 2015. Now it fully stop working. It have in warranty period till now. My first complaint was made on 13th nov, 17 (Complaint no:[protected] and no person attend and closed my complaint send a msg that person not available on that address. After that i made a another complaint on 23rd nov, 17 (Complaint no:[protected]. This time one service centre person call me and as per our discussion he confirmed that, he attend on 25th nov, 17. Full day i seated at home, but that person not come, when i call him afternoon, he said i have many complaint in hand, not able to confirm when i will come. Further i contact customer care, they are not helping me out. I wait for another few days because this time i have not received any complaint cancellation massage. Today 1st dec, 17, further i contact customer care, the person said your previous complaint was cancelled by service provider. How can anyone cancelled any complaint without informing and that person not able to give me the reason behind cancellation and take further complaint which is[protected].

                              If you provide this kind of service, at least i am not recommending anyone to purchase recold product. Please make proper customer care, we person call customer care not to hear "we dont no why it was cancelled and it cancelled by service provider". I know recold and called its customer care, it is your problem, how you resolved it. You and your service provider are same person for me. Hope it will resolved soon.

                                We had registered a complaint on 25 th october 2017 for racold geyser leakage problem. There was a visit from an engineer from the service centre, c l traders, ghaziabad. He suggested tank replacement. No corrective action taken till now. Again complaint registered on november 5 and then today, 15 th november 2017. I was in touch with captain sudesh chaudhary, owner of service centre. No response till now.

                                Kindly take action against the service centre and get the tank replaced at the earliest.

                                  I purchased a racold geyser recently from maheshwari home appliances, latouche road, lucknow in september, 2017. It has been producing abnormal sound while putting it on. I lodged a complaint on [protected] and given a complaint no.[protected] on 8.11.2017.
                                  Today i received an sms that my complaint is cancelled due to customer not responding over phone. I immediately checked my registered ph. [protected], which does not have any record of "missed call" from racold. I have been trying to contact on [protected] (Point person), but he is not responding. I also called up local customer care centre no.[protected], who advised me to go through the process all over again for registering my complaint.
                                  I had a perception of racold being customer friendly, that is why i purchased its product, but i was not not expecting such a casual approach of such a reputed co. I would request to do the needful and get this matter investigated.
