Leakage in the racold water heater purchased during august 2014 vide invoice no. 1365, dt. 14.08.2014 from m/s. Sri kuga agency, anna salai, puducherry, by bertin, no. 16, 2nd cross, jawahar nagar, puducherry-605005, (Mobile no. [protected]). Product & model no. : cdr sp 25v & cdr[protected]Cdr altro 25v ivory). Complaint was booked on 14.11.2017, but my complaint was unattended & cancelled on 18.11.2017 stating reasons "your complaint no.[protected] is cancelled due to others"

    I purchased recold 10 ltr gyser on dec, 2015. Now it fully stop working. It have in warranty period till now. My first complaint was made on 13th nov, 17 (Complaint no:[protected] and no person attend and closed my complaint send a msg that person not available on that address. After that i made a another complaint on 23rd nov, 17 (Complaint no:[protected]. This time one service centre person call me and as per our discussion he confirmed that, he attend on 25th nov, 17. Full day i seated at home, but that person not come, when i call him afternoon, he said i have many complaint in hand, not able to confirm when i will come. Further i contact customer care, they are not helping me out. I wait for another few days because this time i have not received any complaint cancellation massage. Today 1st dec, 17, further i contact customer care, the person said your previous complaint was cancelled by service provider. How can anyone cancelled any complaint without informing and that person not able to give me the reason behind cancellation and take further complaint which is[protected].

    If you provide this kind of service, at least i am not recommending anyone to purchase recold product. Please make proper customer care, we person call customer care not to hear "we dont no why it was cancelled and it cancelled by service provider". I know recold and called its customer care, it is your problem, how you resolved it. You and your service provider are same person for me. Hope it will resolved soon.

    Seriously, i cant belief, yesterday complain no:[protected] is further cancelled . I called immediately customer care executive that no person contact with me, customer care person said service center closed it as resolved and he book another fresh complain today. Is it a service or what ???

      We had registered a complaint on 25 th october 2017 for racold geyser leakage problem. There was a visit from an engineer from the service centre, c l traders, ghaziabad. He suggested tank replacement. No corrective action taken till now. Again complaint registered on november 5 and then today, 15 th november 2017. I was in touch with captain sudesh chaudhary, owner of service centre. No response till now.

      Kindly take action against the service centre and get the tank replaced at the earliest.

        I purchased a racold geyser recently from maheshwari home appliances, latouche road, lucknow in september, 2017. It has been producing abnormal sound while putting it on. I lodged a complaint on [protected] and given a complaint no.[protected] on 8.11.2017.
        Today i received an sms that my complaint is cancelled due to customer not responding over phone. I immediately checked my registered ph. [protected], which does not have any record of "missed call" from racold. I have been trying to contact on [protected] (Point person), but he is not responding. I also called up local customer care centre no.[protected], who advised me to go through the process all over again for registering my complaint.
        I had a perception of racold being customer friendly, that is why i purchased its product, but i was not not expecting such a casual approach of such a reputed co. I would request to do the needful and get this matter investigated.

          pronto neo - electric instant & storage water heater

          I purchased the above product in july 2016. Few days back, there was a leakage from the geyser hence i had to switch off the geyser for obvious reasons. I contacted their customer care where i spoke to several different representatives. They were of no help, so i was asked to speak with mr. Vicky pillay (Supposedly a senior). After speaking with him, he gave me the number of his senior at the head office (Mr. Pradip khot) informing me that...

          new water heater not turning on after installation

          I purchased new water heater 1 week back and installed yesterday. It did not turn on when i switched it on. Since then i am trying to reach racold customer care through the numbers provided in their website. No one attended my call or even i did not get an email acknowledgement for my email.

          One number mentioned in their website is even wrong : (

          Dont know how good these companies provide service to customers....

          I bought a racold natural gas fired gas geyser 5l on 8th april 2017 (Model dgi 5l cf lp led ng) and installed by authorized installers by the supplier of racold on my mgl connection.
          It was supplied thru m/s bg distributor. This was a replacement of my racold make ng geyser of almost same model which i was using with no issues from 2003 or so.
          We were facing persistent problem in gas geyser lighting everytime and we had to repeatedly try before the gas geyser starts to fire. We filed complaint with racold and their technician advised us to give 2 min delay between firing each time, as they said it had a thermostat built-in.
          Even following this we had a problem and our complaint brought in another technician who advised us to use a 1.5v cell of everready make. He replaced the batteries (Dec 2016 make) with mar 2017 make and said that was the problem. He charged me for the batteries. He said that these cells come for only 2 months and need to be changed often.
          I was already using a racold of similar make for over ten years and i found this advice strange. Now after 15 days of his second technician visit, the problem is recurring.
          If there is a manufacturing defect racold should have rectified it, instead of giving "lame" excuses and we are the sufferers.
          This we call as "very bad customer service" and using untrained service technicians.

          The complaint is recurring again on regular basis. Especially in the mornings, we cannot rely on getting continuous supply of hot water. This is unreliable and there must surely be a product defect - how can we rely on the product anymore?
          This after repeated visit of technicians - changing batteries multiple number of times, technician making adjustments so many times, still we have this problem?
          Need a permanent solution - identify the defective part, replace it or replace the machine in full.

          Some Technician from Racold came yesterday. He opened the unit and made adjustments. He said that there was a issue in the thermostat adjustment when the unit was supplied and he corrected the same.
          He wanted me to observe the unit for a week and get back to Cust service, in case of recurrence.
          Hence will confirm status after a week.
          No water comes in outlet of solar tank .Floot wall and salt problem.blokage by salt facing 5 times in periodic time of 15 days we get bad result of product.pls solve problems.many times I call distributor he cannot solve problems.our whole family facing problems

              racold cdr 15v vertical water heater loud noise issue

              I had purchased racold cdr 15v vertical water heater a few months back and the water heater has an intermittent loud noise issue. I have raised at least two different service request with racold customer service with no solution for the loud noise issue on racold cdr 15v vertical water heater. It seems to be a product manufacturing defect. Please have the defective racold cdr 15v vertical water heater replaced asap!

                Hi

                I have directed by racold customer care to get the service for my bathroom geyser from the firm called santosh refrigeration services.

                After allocation of service, there is guy siddhardh from santosh refrigeration services visited 3 weeks to my residence and found out the coil and thermostat has gone, and it has to replace... He supposed to come the next day, i have followed-up with him for next 3 days, but he didn't turn up with assurance of time sometimes 4 pm, sometimes 11 am, but all lies... All the while my family was waiting for him as per the assured timed, but he has never come back...

                I have re-registered the complain with racold, then after 1 day i got call from dhanraj reddy from santosh enterprise... Again this guy kept on promising for 4 days, and finally turned-up, he has fir-in coli and thermostat and charged me rs 2500 (Attached is the copy)... But my geyser couldn't work.. And didn't provide with the hot water.. I have called that guy dhanraj reddy (M - [protected]), every day he has promised to come down, but didn't turn up till today...

                In my entire lifetime, i have never received such bad service, as i have got it from racold... Your service center santosh refrigeration have cheated me, took my money w/o repair the geyser, its harassment to us for last 3 weeks, myself and my family suffered big time from their approach, all the time lie to us...

                Two things i have been looking for now:

                1. Can you send out the technician to filled my pending task to repair the geyser...

                2. Knowing all harassment i have gone through with dhanaraj reddy and santosh refrigeration, pl black listed santosh refrigeration them from the racold services, take legal actions against them and send the relevant copy of the document at my end.

                If you are not able to act against santosh refrigeration services, then i may go with the consumer court against santosh refr and racold and try my best to act any legal ways... Do best to malign on social media in best of my capacity.

                I have two registered complain numbers with racold are:[protected] and[protected].

                At least looking for strong action from racold now.

                Hi, Racold Service guys have called and resolved the issue.. They have asked me to update the status on this forum, but I have clearly specify to them the what action they have or going to take against their service dealer Santosh Refrigeration, the way they have harassed me ... As per the team, they are going to issue legal letter to them for the termination of Racold services and the copy of letter will send across to me for the proof...

                I would like to see the action letter against your dealer Sanotsh, to make sure other customers will not suffer, the way I have gone through with the pain...

                  I have purchased new racold eterno 2 gyser yesterday and was fitted today. When switched on lights were not glowing and no heat water coming out. Given complaint and they say 300 ruppes per visiting. Here is my cmplaint details. Surprised to know new one is not working.

                  We are having 2 lpg racold water heaters . But it is not working for more than 1 month. We were contacting the service man from that time.
                  He came to the site only 2 days back and said no parts are available of this.
                  I want to get a clarification on this from company as early as possible

                    3 ltr geyser model pronto ss 3v 4.5 kw. Geyser tripping automatically while in use & also tipping my house total electricity supply

                        Complaint was lodged regarding a leaking Racold Geyser with your customer care. Technician came within 24 hrs.& detected the leak in the tank & said that he will give report to service centre. No action/ communication from service centre. I phoned & enquired. One Mr. Atul said that he has not got report from technician & on enquiry he will let me know. No communication . I do not get his line most of the time. I talked to your customer care 5 times. Everytime reply is - job in progress. I asked them what is the progress stage. They say that they do not come to know about it, only service centre can say. If you have such a irresponsible service centre, how customer can know. After failing to get results from verbal communication I decided to put this in writing so as you to take prompt action. U.R.                             I have bought a new racold water heater one month back since the day one onwards i am calling to the customer care for the installation no one is picking up the phone i searched many mobile numbers regarding the racold customer care, even in whatsapp also they were not giving any reply then how could i make install to my water heater very poor service from the racold customer care this is not the way you work.

                              We purchased an eterno 2-25v water heater on 03/01/2017 from national traders margaon.
                              On 13/03/2017, we had an issue with the indicator which was resolved by the company on 14/03/2017.
                              On 18/03/2017, the blue light of the heater stopped working, we submitted a complaint on 18/03/[protected]. After 1 week of complaint lodging, we c we called the company as well as local dealer, they said they will get back to us in 1 week. Its been over a month but there is no response from the company.
                              The heater has warranty of 2 yrs but in 4 months it has created so much of issue. Please help us

                                Solar water heater tank replacement

                                I have registered a complaint[protected] with Racold Customer care on 11th Jan 2017 for Solar water heater tank replacement which is in warranty. The service representatives are giving excuses every time i call them up and are not replacing the tank. I have tried reaching the customer care number on this complaint multiple times but no action is taken till date and the tank is not yet replaced....

                                Out of 5 Racold Geysers(ALTRO PLUS - 2 Horirontal:3 Vertical) purchased in 2010 from Delhi, two (one horizontal & one vertical) inner tanks cracked and therefore leak and cannot be used. They all are double pressuse geysers and we fo use a pressure pump.
                                These Geyser are in our house in Mussoorie, district Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
                                We could not find any dealer in Dehradun who could provide us with new inner tanks nor were they enthusiastic to help even though they were very surprised that the inner tank would crack and that too in such a short time.
                                It is strange that a company of your repute does not have professional /adequete after sales service.
