I have directed by racold customer care to get the service for my bathroom geyser from the firm called santosh refrigeration services.
After allocation of service, there is guy siddhardh from santosh refrigeration services visited 3 weeks to my residence and found out the coil and thermostat has gone, and it has to replace... He supposed to come the next day, i have followed-up with him for next 3 days, but he didn't turn up with assurance of time sometimes 4 pm, sometimes 11 am, but all lies... All the while my family was waiting for him as per the assured timed, but he has never come back...
I have re-registered the complain with racold, then after 1 day i got call from dhanraj reddy from santosh enterprise... Again this guy kept on promising for 4 days, and finally turned-up, he has fir-in coli and thermostat and charged me rs 2500 (Attached is the copy)... But my geyser couldn't work.. And didn't provide with the hot water.. I have called that guy dhanraj reddy (M - [protected]), every day he has promised to come down, but didn't turn up till today...
In my entire lifetime, i have never received such bad service, as i have got it from racold... Your service center santosh refrigeration have cheated me, took my money w/o repair the geyser, its harassment to us for last 3 weeks, myself and my family suffered big time from their approach, all the time lie to us...
Two things i have been looking for now:
1. Can you send out the technician to filled my pending task to repair the geyser...
2. Knowing all harassment i have gone through with dhanaraj reddy and santosh refrigeration, pl black listed santosh refrigeration them from the racold services, take legal actions against them and send the relevant copy of the document at my end.
If you are not able to act against santosh refrigeration services, then i may go with the consumer court against santosh refr and racold and try my best to act any legal ways... Do best to malign on social media in best of my capacity.
I have two registered complain numbers with racold are:[protected] and[protected].
At least looking for strong action from racold now.

Updated by pash007 Hi, Racold Service guys have called and resolved the issue.. They have asked me to update the status on this forum, but I have clearly specify to them the what action they have or going to take against their service dealer Santosh Refrigeration, the way they have harassed me ... As per the team, they are going to issue legal letter to them for the termination of Racold services and the copy of letter will send across to me for the proof...
I would like to see the action letter against your dealer Sanotsh, to make sure other customers will not suffer, the way I have gone through with the pain...
