Shock while using water heater

There has been leakage issue and the glass has been broken I am looking for a service excutive to repair it but I am unable to find one . I live in Hyderabad, Telengana

I have purchased this geyser 2 months back, withing a span of 4-5days it constantly stops working then after sometime it automatically starts and then stops working, it has happened this 10-12 times and now it has permanently stopped workin.Please solve the problem as soon as possible.

I was purchased 10 ltr Racold geyser inthe month of August 2020 and installed in the same month . after 2 months geyser not working (water Heatingproblems). Same issue I was raised complaint to your customer care. Technician come to my home and tested the geyser, told that some Heating problems is there due failure of of one of the tool.and he said that he will collect the tool from office and resolve the problem in 2 day. Science last 3 months we are waiting but your Technician not solved the problem.

Purchased a Racold Omnis Wifi Geyser 25 L from a local dealer on 16 February 2021. Installed next day. The WiFi module did not work from day 1--unable to connect to the network. 3 technicians visited one after the other over 10 days--spent 2 hours each but could not connect. Tried multiple devices and 2 separate wifi networks
Now the company has stopped responding.
Wasted extra Rs 3500 on the WiFi model which did not work for even 1 day.

We have called for Racold geyser service and the service boy is postponing by saying he will come the next day, he has done it for almost a week and has stopped answering calls, hence we registered a complaint, even after registering a complaint service hasn't been provided yet. Can I sue Racold for this in consumer court

Geyser not working since mid February. After continous follow up a technician sikandar visited our place on 24.02.202, charged us with home visit charges. Problem identified was that the tank inside the geyser was leaking. The tank was replaced on 01.03.2021 and we were charged Rs. 3, 800/- for the same. While testing the geyser and also on the next day muddy/ rust filled water flowed out of the geyser. This makes us doubt whether a new tank was fixed or some old refurbished one. Couple of days later the leakage started again. Sikandar visited again on 09.03.2021 and said the geyser was not fixed properly hence the leakage and that he had done the needful and the leakage would stop. We were out of town for a week . On return found that the leakage still persisted hence called Sikandar on 18.03.2021 but he is not answering the calls at all. Called the customer care and were told that a Mr. Puran is the manager in charge. Called Mr. Puran on 19.03.2021 and intially he said he had nothing to do with geysers as he was in another department but later said he would get in touch with Sikandar and ask him to get in touch with us. A Co. representative Mr. Harish from Bangalore called who was very rude and said if Mr. Puran was not handling our complaint then it was not the Co.'s responsibility!
Overall no one is wanting to resolve the issue and we have lost Rs.3, 800/- plus the service charges in the whole process. Not to mention the mental agaony caused by speaking to Mr. Puran and Mr. Harish.

I have installed 2 units of racold alpha pro 200 Ltr solar water heater in my house in 2019. The water in both the units is not heated properly since installation. The water is heated up to a marginal temperature, there after water temperature does not rise. Many complaints were registered. Service persons visited and attended the complaints but the issue is not fixed. Many changes in the plumbing were made at the instance of service person...

Sir, we are purchased racold solar water heater on 14.05.2020, Now that the water heater panel is cracked and water is also leaking outside, That product is not complete one year also, so kindly replace the product as soon as possible.

we are also informed of the toll free number but no response, so please kindly attend our complaint and replace it...

I raised water tank leakage complaint to service center, toll free and now through to the whatsapp and webpage as well.
But even after following fro more than 2 months issues haven't pot fixed.
Last week I raised through email ID as well but a auto response and then nothing has happened.

Current appear on heater

Not working and it is giving shock

Heating is not being stopped.

It's hot water outlet is not working

Water spilling out of air release valve of solar tank as system is fitted with pressure pump, presently i hve closed valve of solar tank.kindly send TECHNICIAN for Repairing as i cannot use solar water heater....

While using the geyser, suddenly the indicator lights went off but the power switch light was on. Now the water is not getting heated. Please attend the issue.

Raised a complaint on 11th January 2021 for Racold Omni 25 liters water heater. Still no service person visited. its under warranty and such a worst response for reputed company. I would not recommend buying this again.

Bought five Racold Gysers few months back of 15 & 25 litres.

Only half bucket hot water comes in single use and that also of less temperature. Please send technician to check immediately.
