This is the worst geysir and geysir service i ever received. Nobody has responded or replaced the geysir till now.
That technician call ed us and asked about problem, he said he will come. but i was waiting for 2 days he didnt even come. If we call he is telling will come by next sunday.
I bought this water heater past 3 months back. Its very worst product. they are not ready to resolve the problem.
Not resolved. Since it is under warranty, these guys don't want to resolve as it will not fetch any service charges for them.
If i call customer care they are not ready to respond for the issue . Simply telling will resolve and etc ..

But till now i didnt get proper response from your end. Check your JP nagar, Bangalore service center . Technician name : Kumar . Very talent guy . because he is not even entered my house, but he told my house circuit connection is wrong, that is why its not working. If you buy new one also it wont work like that . then how it was working past 3 months ? This is how your technicians are working. They dont even open geyser. Take your product and refund my amount .

Worst product and worst customer service. Simply they will reply
