Complaint not resolved

I have logged a complaint on leakage of my solar water heater on 20 may 2020, i followed up with racold customer care through email but no response from their side. Again tried through their customer care number and they told their techncian will call me in 48 hours, no one called till now....

We have Purchased 4 Geysers from Racold and all of them have leakage from the safety valve since day one.
Have submitted complaint via whats up[protected] No response
Have mentioned it to the Dealer Multiple times - No Response
Have Called the Customer care number - No one picks up the call

    Dear All,
    Racold has registered complaint many times but have not send any service person to complete the repair work since 1 month. Every time i raise a complaint but nobody is caring to send and complete the tasks.
    Today on[protected] again I have registered complaint,
    Racold Complaint No[protected].

    We have purchased a new geyser from Racold Eterno 2 NXT SP 10 VN, ER[protected]. The geyser stopped working in the beggining of its usage. I had already mailed Racold Customer service many times but have not received any response till now and it is highly unacceptable and dissatisfactory on Racold. Kindly take action and help us.

        solar water heater leakage and wastage of water

Racold team visited 6 times and same issue. Later rcild said this won't fit for hydrolic water presser and no support now. More than 7 such system are working in my layout and racold not support ing.         We have Purchased the Racold Solar 200 LPD Alpha Pro in November 2019 from the day 1 it is not Working we Asked the Distributor to change/ Replace the tank he took 2 Months and he Replied that to Raise the Complaint to Racold.           Repeated calling to the supplier not even one time responded regarding the service of the water heater. Presently not getting hot water from Racold heater within 6 months of purchase which in warranty period. The supplier/ distributor should be warned by the company otherwise customer will lose interest in getting the product. Customer care of the company should inform to the company to take action on suppliers or distributer. The company should have the policy to satisfy the customer in getting service done within the stipulated interval of time so that customers will be satisfied.

            Purchased 25L new model water gyser in bangalore for my new house. It's surprised that water is not getting heat.. when call customer care, they assigned technician and the person said this model will give you very mild hotwater only which is equal to cold water..

            Not sure why they making such product for huge amount..

            Even after complaint no one turned up.
            Fed up with this product. Should have gone to some local product rather than this.

            Not sure what's the use of warranty. Highly frustrated

                I had purchased gas geyser last year. The same is not working at present. Initially i contacted dealer and he informed me that since it is under warranty period, i need to lodge a complaint with customer care. I contacted customer care on 25th and lodged a complaint. After waiting for two days, ivonce again raised a complaint through whatsapp. Still the problem is not resolved.

                  Cannot book Racold customer care on the helpline numbers as they are not reachable. Sent a couple of mails to the customer helpline mail but did not receive any response. Tried to book service request through the app but the app is buggy and does not send OTP. As a result, I have been unable to install the water heater despite Racold promising for free installation during purchase. Need urgent help in installation of the product. Will recommend customers to refrain from buying Racold appliances if they do not want to get harassed.

                        Racold geyser installed by us in a washroom has developed some fault. It just doesn't heat up. I guess problem is with the thermostat or it can be something else. Had registered a complaint earlier via voice call but it has been more than ten days now but it has not been redressed. Complaint no. Is[protected].

                        Urge you to resolve the complaint immediately as poor service is unbecoming of a company like racold.

                        Further, kindly note that internet facilities are down in srinagar, i had to travel more than 50kms to find internet facility and register this written complaint

                          We bought one heat pump water heater from Racold in 2014 for 49000 Rupees, after couple of months it started giving problems and we spent some money in last 5 years. Recently this year January, we had changed spare parts worth 11000 Rupees which we have requested for an invoice to claim the insurance. But they were not able to provide us the tax invoice except the service report which the Insurance company didnt accept. We requested for the same and they refuse to give the invoice until now. Later in June, the heater stopped working and they came and said the spare parts is not available to repair so they said the machine become un repairable. Then we asked them to give us a letter so that we can claim the insurance but until now they didnt give us the letter nor answering our calls.
                          It will be helpful if we get it repaired or at least let them give the invoices and the letter requested.

                            Yesterday your person checked the gyser and mentioned that the gyser repairs at the workshop and he will arrange to pick it up today (Aug 27th).
                            Today the same person turned up saying that he cannot carry it alone and that he will visit tomorrow.

                            Do not understand, why such delay in servicing the machine!

                            Please instruct your technician to attend the same tomorrow and get the service work started.

                              - the said racold solar water heater 200 ltr capacity (Alpha pro) was purchased on 17 nov 2017 with 5 yrs guarantee
                              - purchased from m/s satya suma marketers, 40/377, vishala shankar, vidya nagar, kurnool.
                              - as solar water heater had developed defect (Water leak) a complaint was lodged through toll free number and complaint number is[protected] with happy code 52806.

                              Kindly note i purchased water heater with following details
                              Model - classico swift
                              Model no - classico 6h
                              Dealer - shalimar electricals, nigdi, pune - 44
                              Product is under warranty.
                              The geyser is not working right from first day.
                              I have already spent 600/- for installation and rs 800/- for plumbing material purchase. I have booked complaint with racold call center with complaint number[protected]. I request company to resolve my problem at the earliest. How can brand new geyser which has passed all qc tests be defective?

                                I have purchased from a racold electric geezer in october 2018 after six months it has stopped performing and giving me so many troubles. As its still under warranty, i have raised the service request with racold service and i have been following up since then with them. Initially they said the service agent will come fix it with in 48 hours but now it's been more than a month but no body came to fix it despite multiple follow ups.
                                Racold is not even providing any contact information to me despite of requesting multiple times. Every time they are just saying our techncian will contact which never happened till now!. So i want to bring this to your attention. Below is the complaint number from racold. Re: issue with gyser - ref no[protected].
                                Earlier they were atleast responding to me via email (Their customer care number is hardly reachable and chargable @rs.2 per min even for call waiting also which is very bad). Though all the promises made by them were proved are false and they failed each and every time and are unable to stick to their words as they never approached me till now!

                                So i want to bring this to your attention. Kindly help me to get the issue fixed.

                                ALL THESE DETAILS ARE SHARED WITH YOUR TEAM via email MORE THAN A MONTH BACK.
                                COMPLAINT REF NO:[protected]. This was again mentioned in the issue description already.
                                YOUR TEAM NEVER CONTACTED.PLEASE STOP MAKING FALSE PROMISES AND I AM BORED OF HEARING THE SAME false promises from Racold AGAIN AND AGAIN!
