I had contacted to racold customer care executive before buying the product regarding the installation service they responded and said that the installation process will be done within 48hrs after delivery if i register so i had registered on the same date for registration on[protected] amd waited for the installation but it’s been 15 days now no installation done yet
I had spoke with the customer care team and raised the complaint...

Racold geyser installed by us in a washroom has developed some fault. It just doesn't heat up. I guess problem is with the thermostat or it can be something else. - the said racold solar water heater 200 ltr capacity (Alpha pro) was purchased on 17 nov 2017 with 5 yrs guarantee
- purchased from m/s satya suma marketers, 40/377, vishala shankar, vidya nagar, kurnool.

The geyser is not working right from first day.

I have purchased from a racold electric geezer in october 2018 after six months it has stopped performing and giving me so many troubles. As its still under warranty, i have raised the service request with racold service and i have been following up since then with them. Initially they said the service agent will come fix it with in 48 hours but now it's been more than a month but no body came to fix it despite multiple follow ups.

This is the worst geyser. Because of this geyser light keeps on tripping. Electrician told to change the geyser because of geyser this problem occurs. Whenever i switch on the geyser lights trips automatically.
Now i need to buy new geyser because of this default. Why should we spend because of company's fault.
I hope this complaint gets registered soon & the company gets to know about their 3rd class geyser....

Sir the thing is, i brought a racold gas geyser in 2017 april having warranty on 2 years but after servicing it wouldn't work properly and unfortunately i lost my warranty card but i still have a bill that would be paid myself only.

We purchased racold 3l instant 31.03.2015. From best sellers, kakinada. Andhra pradesh zip code 533004. The problem is from 4 or 5 months onwards the water tank leacage your service boy came and told that water tank leakage you contact with vijayawada they will arrange new tank. One of your haveri sales person come and checked panel board and tank and suggest me re - install new one tank. Heating panel is ok. 1. 1st date of raising service docket 15.12.2018. On 17.12.2018, received feedback from service team that the problem would be resolved within 48 hrs.
