This building belongs to some narcotics officer answers using as commercial paying guest facility without taking an approval from delhi govt as commercial approved. Promoter of building is mr ashish kumar and manish kumar who are chairman of the group seven wonders swashya vihar, plot no 3, second floor, shankhar vihar, vikas marg,, new delhi 110092. And n they are threating every pg member to empty the place without paying them security. Kindlu make a possible action against them as every time ur officers visit but they get some bribe and go back

      My address is c59a kiran garden uttam nagar delhi-110059 division is vikaspuri.
      Power supply in my area is got affected from 5 june 2017 by 9:30pm and it was up on 6 june 2017 by 3:30pm more than 18hrs again today 6 june 2017 it was failure by 10:00pm and till the time it is not up.in this summer to much power failure without any reason is not understandable. And no one said the valid reason because half of the paert in my street light is there and ahllf of the part in dark, so please try to rectify the issue asap.

        We have been facing a very unprofessional attitude from bses team. If that is a govt body then why dont they react upon complaints on an immediate effect.
        We have been facing a power cut since 9pm on june 5th and still its the same. After so many rigorous complaints we have got to know that we may get power only after 24 hrs due to some fault. I just want to how long does it take to rectify an error from transformer. Cant there be a substitute to such failures.
        I have a small kid at home and the temperature outside is 47 degree. Is it possible to survive at home without power supply.

        And inspite of such complaints ([protected]) no response at all from a body like bses

          We, the residents flat no. 205, Dr Gupta's flat, 147/9, Kishangarh, Vasant kunj New Delhi 110070, are writing you to bring your kind attention to the serious electricity problems in our Home

          1. Extreme low voltage.

          2. Too much voltage fluctuations every day & night, which may damage our costly electrical instruments.

          3. In the nighttime, problem is even worst, there is often too low voltage to operate fan, TV or some-times even CFL bulbs. Now it’s increased and in day time same issues are coming. Which is very serious.

          Given the low voltage will effect on electric and electronic goods & at this temperature it’s very difficult for kids and our parents to stay without proper cooling. My son is 5 years old and now he is not well, Dr. told that it’s due to heat.

          Eagerly waiting to see quick and concrete action on this from you.

            Hi,
            I stay at chattarpur extension, block b. The electricity supply for past 2 days every night from 9 pm is disconnected till morning 8 am. Every 2 mins the supply come and goes off during this whole time interval from 9 am to 8 pm. Delhi already has temperature 48 degrees and with this situation the society people are suffering which includes kids and old people. The surrounding areas have electricity but not in block b. On complaining 10 times, no step was taken by bses rajdhani electricity board and also the local mla does nothing.

            The customer care also does not provide sufficient information and no communication can be done with the chattarpur block electricity supply office.

            As such raising this consumer complaint.

But the right address shop no. 38 gf gurunanak mtr mkt.k.gate delhi 6. I am visted to town hall bses office 2 times and meet mukesh choudhary (dgm) he sure me your complaint resolved as soon as possible but not action done.

                I stay in dwarka near nsit institute i want to file a complaint about powercut at the interval of 5min there is frequent powercut specially in night. May i know what is the actaul problem of this cut at night. We are seriously suffering from this powercut because at morng we have to go to their respective jobs.                   We are facing huge electricity cut issue in our area i always used to call customer care but its always beep with busy tone. We see many times a person come to cut the power here. They pretend like there is some issue in electricity. We are seriously fedup with this daily basis problem. Sometimes i feel like people who lived in village they are even getting better facility nowadays in comparison o[censored]s.

                      Slab -wise energy charges is billed units 183 unit rate 04.00 and other billed units 9 unit rate 5.95
                      bses slab is 0-200 units is 04.00 rs. And 201-400 units is 5.95

                        Hi. I am a resident of C-223, Harinagar. We live only 2 people here. We are getting our electricity bill incredibly high from past 2 months. The load is still same and the bill is going on the sky. We also registered a complained regarding this on 01/05/2017. They put just a meter checking request. the complaint number was [protected]. on 27/05/2017 i went there for a meter change request. They said that they are not going for meter change. And they need to ask to submit for the previous bill which was already high. I want to say what is happening here with my meter from past 2 months. this months also the bill is going to high. please send me some immediate help.                             Bses persons are failed to provide service in the new govind pura area, its been more than a week heavy power cuts, day and night. Feels like back in 1999 years 5-6 hours power cut is common. Making life hell in raising temperature, right now 4 am 17 may 2017. No power supply, complaint is taken by customer care. Resolution given "sir morning me aygi light, breakdown h"
                            Question is how much time/days? Bses yamuna needs to resolve this in 2017 how can you do power cut like this.. Whole night??? This is now become a habit for bses yamuna to cut power day and night. We do job, can not follow up the complaints daily. So i am writing here, kindly do something that people can sleep in night.

                                This is regarding the power cut during the night hours between 11 to 4am. I am residing at govindouri extn street no 9 and during the nights there has been a lot of power cuts at night. It is disappointing that we use to work at day and when it comes when we need sleep or rest the power goes off at night. I like to submit complaint regarding this y without notification there is power cut at night. What bses employees are doing regarding this and if some work is going on then y at night and y these bses people don't give notification regarding this. as I use to pay my electricity bills in time y these things happens.Kindly see the matter as it is difficult for us to sleep without power specially in these hot days.                                 QUESTION IS HOW MUCH TIME/Days? Bses yamuna needs to resolve this in 2017 how can you do power cut like this ..whole night????                                   Ms. Rahmati begum applied for new connection on 27, march, 2017 application no. [protected] add:- ab, near pnb bank block ab kamal cinema safdarjung enclave new delhi 110029 (This belong government property) she was submitted all the document which is required for new connection for jhugi 1. Adhar card 2. Vodar id card, 3. Mla letter from somanth bharti and bses application form original proof show to gautm kumar chudhary manger of bses as well she has all other document as well like gas connection, passport, bank account etc. As per procedure of bses if someone living at the place last one year so he/she is eligible for new permanent meter connection first i wish to introduce with herself she is very poor family living with her husband and five children in this add last 30 years you can see photos which is attach in this mail she has all the document which is proof for that however still your dgm not providing new connection on the same address naveen yadav behaviour was rude with her he said “ jo krna h kr le jaha jana h ja meter nai milga tujhe” because he is with charanjeet singh, his son pawandeep singh, his wife amarjeet kaur he take illegal meter add of ab 19 ground floor safdarjung enlave new delhi ca no.[protected] due 89254.00 your team provide him illegal meter on different add without take any proof, now dgm is saying there is pending enforcement payment need to pay which is named on charanjeet singh his ca no.[protected] amount 580975.39rs for new meter both address are different enforcement case add and her add you can view the video as well where you never see her jhugi in enocement video, why she need to pay the amount daily they are giving new excuse, as i have mentioned that she is very poor lady how can she will pay 580975.39rs which is not belong to her address bses department forcing her to pay the amount which is name on charanjeet singh, charanjeet singh have good link with bses dgm as well that’s why charanjeet want bses team will force to pay, bses team not forcing to charanjeet sing to pay they are provding him new meter without any excuse. Charjeent singh don’t have any proof to take new connection he already did fraud with bses still dgm help him. How she will take use electricity if she will take from neighbour so enforcement team take action so please look into the matter and provide her new meter asap it’s summer she is in very bed condition hope you will provide the new connection as soon possible.

                                    We have shifted in lastonth in durga vihar near Neb Sarai thana. There is triennially bad condition of power supply. In a day 7 to 8 hours power cutt has happened with out any specific reason. Bses staff is useless they have no such better excuse and some time they give fake complain number. In my home 1 patient is serving thus we have much difficulties over power supply.

                                    Kindly see this matter for resolving my concerns.

                                      We are from Jangpura A Block pin code 110014. It is very unfortunate that we are facing power cuts in the harsh and hoylt weather conditions.

                                      This season we are facing worst power cuts ever during night and day time atleast for 2 to 2.5 hours. We fail to understand if this is capital metro city or some rural area. Kindly look into the matter or we may take this issue to higher authorities.

                                        On 12/04/2017 i have received a bill for energy usage between 01/01/2017 to 30/03/2017 and i have been charged the sum of rs 2070. I had paid last bill 70 rs on 17/01/2017 in which consumption of electricity was only 2 units and after that i m using same electrical appliances (Jan, feb, march). 39 units stated on the bill is inaccurate because our monthly consumption is 2-3 units on last month (On december), so why reading is increasing,
                                        I would request that you pls make check my meter & review this bill and send me a revised, accurate bill in its place along with confirmation as soon as possible
