I m a resident of village ghitorni. I used to go to my job by charansingh farm road which is in back side of ghitorni. This road is userd by 100 of people daily. Due to lack of electric poles in 1km area there is no street light, due to which some illegal people get there in night and making robbery to passer by. Not only this every day we used to hear about road accidents there. So its a humble request from resident of ghitorni village to pls get into this matter and take some serious action.

My electricity meter runs very fast and shows enormous bills. We are away the whole day and i fail to understand how this bill is so much. I want the meter changed

Dear sir,
This is regarding the non supply of power in our durga vihar, najafgarh area in 3-4 hrs day and the same problem in night. As we are paying our electricity bill on time, and no body reply to us for any problems that were facing. All times their complaint number busy. We have visited so many times in bses office but they are not responding.
It's a request to please rectify this problem as soon as possible..

On 06.01.2017 i had applied for the new electricity connection, application no.[protected] for which concerned enquiry has been done, but to my notice it has been cancelled. I have gone to bses, friends colony, sarita vihar, for this matter but nothing has been done, even i had a talk with customer care service, but they couln't provide me any solution. Later they said it couldn't be done. Then again i went to bses, office, i have again put up my application dated 12.04.2017 no.[protected] whose door step inquiry have been done. Now it is also not being formalised. Kindly help me by doing the needful. I will be extremely oblized

Hi,

With the help of this complaint i am stating that there happens to be no electricity in night in chattarpur enclave, phase 2, new delhi. There is an ongoing issue with one of the transformer which i assume is heavily loaded resulting in the phase cut of 4-5 buildings in the night.

This problem has not been resolved since 2 months. We have already given complaint in written to the nearest complaint centre but still the issue persists.

Kindly help us resolving this issue. I am providing the details below.

Dear sir we r facing daily routine problem cut out of electricity. If we compliant they don't taking any action against of them. Every night more then 3 to 4 hours short electricity. We form ali vihar near sarita vihar our division office is sarita vihar. Plz do some thing sir. We r daily getting late for office children for schools. Government promise 24 hrs electricity. Ever government officer head light because indian people choose this government and government chowk our life. Nice sir. If some one realize then do something. We are suffering sir.

I am from mohan garden and complaining for power cuts in my area which is too much now a days.
I complain on power cuts through bses application and he give me just a complaint number or nothing else.
No action is taken by company and power cuts timing increasing day by day

Plz sort this out as quick as possible

One day a team from bses came to my home (16.1.17), ring the door bell and got the door open, there was only my wife at the home at that time. They told that you are running a shop of sarees. It was told to them that we are not running any shop here. Earlier we were having a shop at a market but that shop was not getting response we closed that shop and some material (Cost of material was rs10000 aprox) which was unsold and kept at home.
They said that open the all door, they made a video and told that we would receive a letter and we need to reply that letter only.

After that we got a letter on 21st jan17 show cause notice, that was saturday, we met with mr. Sanjeev kumar (Bses minto road) although we were having time till 8th feb (As mentioned on letter) but because we were not wrong we met before last date.
Every thing have been explain to mr sanjeev (Bses), he seems satisfied and said that you will receive a letter for removal of this notice. We waited till may but did not get any letter from them, we again visited many times but not able to met since he wan on leave, finally i again submitted a letter on 15th may17.

Still they made a final bill of rs73344 (Which was not yet sent to us), when we went again on 3.7.17 they said final bill is made on 8th feb17 and we have to pay it.

There is no such shop which they were talking about, only few sarees was there in a mashup condition (Not decorated), no shop shutter was there, house door was also closed.

We are getting problem of high electricity bill since last 2 month.meter is running very fast.
Last to last month electricity bill was 1000/-aprx now it reach 3500/- around witout any adding of member n consuption
so please look into this matter on priority basis

i have submit a application about Name and House no. correction in Najafgarh BSES office on 6/62017 my dairy no. 84 Jaffarpur Division
its a typing mistake of BSES Applicant name printed DARSANA and As per her ID and original document name is DARSHANA and House No. is printed 197A
and real is 97A so i submit all document and her Id 2 time and visit office so many time but its doesn't matter but i said them its very very very important for me update in next bill and i hardly waiting for this update and i shocked when i saw next bill on my mail there is no change now i m in trouble what will i do now .. please tell me i follow all the rules as they said

but the think is that i lose my file process just because of this little step .
Hope officers you take a legal action on it please its a humble request to you.

Greetings.
The area in Block A of Sarita Vihar is being dug approximately for the last two or three months or so to lay down a very thick, approx 6" to 8' diameter high voltage cable by the Grid dept of BSES. At times the machine gets defective, they take a week or so to repair it, which again gets defective and so on... They leave that area without properly filling the dug out holes resulting in sinking of the earth (Mitti) inside and spreading of the Mitti lying on the road after the rain.
They dug a big whole in a garden maintained by me in front of my house A-439. spoiling most of the plants planted and maintained by me. They are not regular in working and completing the job. At times they would work late in the night without bothering about the safety of the labourer. Once I had to seek the intervention of the Area Councillor to get the work stopped late at night. They used to work not more than two or three days a week. Every time they were confronted by me working late night, they would assure me that the work would finish that night only but all in vain. There were blasts (probably Short Circuits) many times during day as well as night. Then one day, on 26 June, they changed the Plan and started digging a ditch from the opposite direction. They are absent and not seen since that date. This fact has been informed to Mr Manish Choudhary, Husband/of Mrs Neetu Choudhary, the Area Councillor.
The garden has become unusable due to water stagnated in the dug out hole and the ditch. Mosquitoes have started brewing. A paniri of about 80 to 100 'Papayas' is awaiting re-plantation so that on growing the leaves of these 'Papayas' could be used by future dengue patients as a medicine. This is held up and getting delayed.
Kindly help in getting the work expedited by the BSES officials so that it is finished at the earliest.
I shall be grateful. Sorry for the not so good english of this complaint.

We dant have such type of heavy load but my bill is 6770 in month of may & some bses team person come to my home before 5 day & check the load of electricity but no load found calculation of load as under 1 no a. C 3 fan 1 fridge 4 cfl 1 cooler ac running is very low we are always use cooler but still my bill is to high & we are not able to submit the bill because the mr gajendra verma is no more & his wife have a no income thay why i am requesting you to please check the meter & resolve the issue

Now i will request you to please send some electricity personal to get it close and do the necessary changes in parts.

Sub.- complaint in r/o theft and illegal extraction of electricity directly from the pole.
Sir,
I would like to bring your kind attention towards the family of satparkash ranga residencing behind zigyasa public school in badusarai village ward 133 chhawla, new delhi 110071, where the family consuming electricity illegally for more than 10 years. This electricity theft is going on by cutting the main line of the pole pa 48 which is in front of their house. They are using all kinds of electricity appliances specially hitter 24×7. If your department raid at the aforesaid address then you can easily caught them red handed.
I hope you will act on this matter and will take the strict action against those culprits.

Dear sir/mam, this is to bring under your kind notice that i have found my home electricity meter in open condition when i checked in the morning dated 20-june 2017. It seems that someone has intensely done the same.
