Dear sir,
This is regarding the non supply of power in our rajpur extension area specially in night. As we are paying our electricity bill on time.. And no body reply to us for any problems that were facing. All times the complaint number busy and busy. We have visited so many times in chattarpur bses office but they are not responding.
It's a request to please rectify this problem as soon as possible..

I am from mohan garden and complaining for power cuts in my area which is too much now a days.
I complain on power cuts through bses application and he give me just a complaint number or nothing else.
No action is taken by company and power cuts timing increasing day by day
My location is mohan garden, uttam nagar(near red rose model school)
Plz sort this out as quick as possible...

One day a team from bses came to my home (16.1.17), ring the door bell and got the door open, there was only my wife at the home at that time. They told that you are running a shop of sarees. It was told to them that we are not running any shop here. Earlier we were having a shop at a market but that shop was not getting response we closed that shop and some material (Cost of material was rs10000 aprox) which was unsold and kept at home.br...

We are getting problem of high electricity bill since last 2 month.meter is running very fast.
Last to last month electricity bill was 1000/-aprx now it reach 3500/- around witout any adding of member n consuption
so please look into this matter on priority basis

My electricity meter runs very fast and show enormous bills. we use less applinces at home i fail to understand how this bill is so much.

Dear Sir,
Greetings.
The area in Block A of Sarita Vihar is being dug approximately for the last two or three months or so to lay down a very thick, approx 6" to 8' diameter high voltage cable by the Grid dept of BSES. At times the machine gets defective, they take a week or so to repair it, which again gets defective and so on... They leave that area without properly filling the dug out holes resulting in sinking of the earth...

There's a frequent power cut in chattarpur extension.
Yesterday there was 3 hour cut with the interval of one - one hour and today also same situation happening. Request you to kindly help on this.

This thing is really no adjustable due to high in temperature of delhi.

Power supply in my area is got affected from 5 june 2017 by 9:30pm and it was up on 6 june 2017 by 3:30pm more than 18hrs again today 6 june 2017 it was failure by 10:00pm and till the time it is not up.in this summer to much power failure without any reason is not understandable. And no one said the valid reason because half of the paert in my street light...

We have been facing a very unprofessional attitude from bses team. If that is a govt body then why dont they react upon complaints on an immediate effect.
We have been facing a power cut since 9pm on june 5th and still its the same. After so many rigorous complaints we have got to know that we may get power only after 24 hrs due to some fault. I just want to how long does it take to rectify an error from transformer. Cant there be...

I stay at chattarpur extension, block b. The electricity supply for past 2 days every night from 9 pm is disconnected till morning 8 am. Every 2 mins the supply come and goes off during this whole time interval from 9 am to 8 pm.
