Hi sir,
This is to bring your notice that there power theft happening from a long time (20+ yrs) in gandhi nagar colony region at mentioned address by mrs. Bimla devi. She using power directly and have no fear of anyone. Her neighbor known very well but none of them don't do complaint about it.

Mrs. Bimla devi, h. No 4255 gali no-10, ajeet nagar gandi nagar delhi-110031.
She is the owner of the house. She has another house in gandhi nagar and electricity theft happening that place as well (Another address - h. N0-4338 gali no-8 ajeet nagar gandhi nagar delhi-110031)
Many time she have been caught by bses people but every time she pays money and get herself saved apart from that she has some bses people contact who support her thats way still they have old meter. Every day she use electic wire for stop meter reading. Timing for electricity theft is evening 6:00 pm to 8:00 am on daily basis, full day sunday & government holiday.

Please come there at least one time for checking in night or any sunday than you must found that.

Its my humble request to you to take necessary action against her and please don’t be public my identity. Please one thing remember that these persons have the contact to electricity employees and get the alert before checking because of those employees.

Hope, your good self will look into the matter and take proper and immediate action

    Hello bses
    One shopkeeper has hanged his electric name board on bses pole. Which was illegal and against rule and regulations under bses act. Faulter address shop no:-1651 main road dariba kalan delhi :- 110006 shop name :- padmvati jewels.
    So its my humble request from the bses company to take quick action against defulter. To save with any short circuit or fire.

      One shopkeeper m/s padmavati jewels shop no:- 1651 dariba kalan main road delhi :- 110006 has illegally hanged his electric name board on bses pole.
      So. Pls request u to remove that illagally established electric name board from the bses pole to avoid any short circuit or fire.
      And take a strick action to brake rule and regulations under bses.in future not able to do so.

          I deepa sharma r/o g-11 and 12 uttam nagar new delhi - 110 059. I have applied for a new electricity connection in bses rajdhani power ltd. For my residence on 09 nov. 2017 a ref. No. Was provided to me which is [protected]. I have already submitted all the documents required for a new connection & also have fulfilled all the conditions required for availing a new electricity connection and what all the objections they have raised has all been settled by me. And thereafter bses assured us that the new connection will be given to us with in 7 working days. However, 1 month have already lapsed but no connection has till now been given to me. I have visited several times to my area concern division office at janak puri but no action has been taken by the bses.

            I have sent my bike from ludhiana railway station to faizabad 2nd december 2017 it should reach to me on 3rd december the next day itself but till today date 6 december. It did not reach.. This is the worst thing happen because i needed my bike here in faizabad daily and i truely want 2 take a strict action against them. My parcel reciept no is 720188 on my name vipin tiwari plz take some action against them and see that my bike comes to me as soon as possible. I atleast hope u give me a response. Thank.

                My name tilak raj consumer no.[protected] crn [protected] apke worker ne meri shop ka meter yeh kaikar change kar diya ke ye meter expire ho gaya hai jabki meter sahi chal raha tha mere meter se pahle mere aas-pass ke meter issue huai the wo meter kyon change nahi kiye sirf mera meter hi kyon change kiya. Agar aap meter ka charge muj se karoge toh me meter charge nahi doonga. Aap ka staff ya toh sab ke meter change karta sirf mera he meter kyon change kiya.

                  There has some dues transfer payment been added to my bill. As per the registry document all dues prior to registry should been cleared. And i am not liable for any bill for ant other ca no.

                  Please note that BSES is not able to track the actual user of dues transfer bill. They already have copy of registry of my flat. It is clearly mentioned in registry that all previous bills are clear for BSES and DJB. However they are saying it is not legal document and asking me to pay the bill.

                    From past many days the bses app is not working to register no supply complaint. Since the day it stopped working these people are not providing electricity properly to our area mohan garden. Got to know from someone that these people do the power cut to provide so that they can provide the supply to some other area. Daily 5-6 times power cut is happening. I do work from home job and due to this powercut if one day i will not be able to do the job there will a huge loss for me and who is going to be pay that amount to me.
                    When tried to submit complaint on your so called "bses website", brpl option is not available from the drop down menu. Earlier this was available. I think you people are deliberately doing this so that we cannot submit complaint thru app or website so that you can supply the power to other area.
                    When you call this customer care number to register the no supply complaint there is this option which says you can submit you complaint by just entering you ca number thru your registered contact number. This is also not working.
                    Overall your customer service and suplly service is a bull #. Bses is useless.

                        In 1449/19 street no 9 durga puri shahdara delhi.. Consumer no. May be seema srivastava or anup srivastava... They give there hall on rent for commercial uses and also doing some trick in there meter.. He has no shutter on lower segment and also give their hall for domestic use.. Meter reader takes money from him.. He uses all his electronic equipmwnt mainly in the night... Kindly take action in this as early as possible... But remember there are two same house no.. Attatched one is ok with shutter and commercial connection.. Just go in that home where 2 gates are present not shutter

                          Street light of palam pole no po49 is not working from 3-4 days. Not only this pole whole gali street light is not in working condition. The changes of theft of vehilcle are incresed and diificulties to old age people to walk in night and also for children they cannot play at night so please repair it as soon as possible.

                            Please find the below details of mine.

                            Consumer name : kapil prasad

                            Burnt meter number : 40133568

                            I would like to inform you, our bses office which is in new friends colony delhi.

                            Our team is working wonderful job as i have visited our bses office 2 times. But still my concern is not resolved yet.

                            Ist day (29/09/2017) in our office, i have meet to dgm and explained about my problem. Then i got assurance from them your bill related issue will resolve with 10 days and bill sent to finance team (Mr pradeep soni) for correction and those guys informed me, sir please wait for 10 days..

                            But unfortunate i got a same bill again in month of october without any correction. I was shocked.

                            Then 02 day. I visited to nfc office again on 13 oct 2017. Then i meet to ms rakhi who is working in finance team (Bill correction department) and when i was asked about my bill correction, but actually she did not know anything about my case. She was blank.. I was shocked again that time. But mr pradeep soni who is head of team, once more time pradeep soni assured me.

                            Sir please wait for 10 days more this time your problem will resolve on time and the same has been reflected in upcoming bill.

                            Case no _ dgm (F) 321 svr. //29/09/2017

                            After struggling, i got a call from bses office[protected] ms rakhi. Our correction of bill rs 2700 has been done and no need to pay bill rs 2700 this month.

                            But after 15 days in months of november. I got a bill again rs 3320 (Rs 2700 which was not adjusted yet 620 oct month bill.) along with notice for disconnection of electricity supply)

                            Finally when i was called to bses office (Ms rakhi _ [protected]) is said.

                            Wording of bses officer """sir meinay yaha se bill correct karke send kar diya waha se pata nahi kitna time lagega""then disconnect the call""

                            This kind of service provided by the bses office..

                            Well done bses.. Our team is seriously amazing.

                            I will never forget this incident in my life..

                            If any bses official, commercial officer and business manager (Nishi kant gupta) is reading this complaint...

                            Please close my concern as soon as possible... Else i will update the same on social media.

I am running a cunstruction work in my building through Contractor Name AD Infra Height Builders Pvt.Ltd. . I dont want to install any meter before the work is over/ Because the contractor wants to install meter by forcing anyway.

                                  I m a citizen of india so i wanted to report about such electricity theft which my neighbor whose electricity meter was taken away by bses officials due to non-payment of bill. But she has connected the power line directly and using it without meter and stealing the electricity. Her details of bill is - yashoda dwivedi, ca[protected], address - w/o p. D.                                     I appreciate changing of old meters with the new electric meters which was done at my premises long back. As per company's special drive, old electric connection wires are being replaced with new yellow colour wire from pole to the meter in the area. But mine is still pending which causes frequent power break-up due to old wire. It will be a wise step if action is taken on priority to replace the wire at the earliest.                                       I am writing hereby to point your kind attention towards the excess electricity bill amount from past 4 months. The usage of electricity is not that much in our house. I am not expecting this much of high amount in the range of 6000 to 8000. I am domestic consumer and my electric consumption is very low. Therefore you are kindly requested to check the installed connection if there is any fault and please correct/rectify the bill so that i can able to make the payment immediately.

                                        I went to bses office, near radhu palace, laxmi nagar, new delhi on 18th november, 2017 for information about name change in connection. There, i met sh. Pramod in room no. 101. I gave proper respect to sh. Pramod while enquiring about the name change, but his demeanour and way of talking was very bad. The way of his dealing the customer was very poor and arrogant. This is a very sorry state of affairs. It is also to state that the detailed information about name change is not displayed anywhere in your office so that one could know and prepare accordingly.
