I am lala ram r/o e 1/644 g/f, kh no 644/22 main 25 ft road pusta 4 1/2, soniya vihar near gyan deep school delhi 94, with ca no[protected]. We try to connect electricity meter from 25th november 2016. We have done all procedure for such connection but the management didn't connect meter in our house. We have also pay amount and documents which are required to connect the electricity meter but the management who are going to connect meter in our house are not doing their work. They always delay and denies to apply meter. They always either denies or they want 20, 000 rupees extra for connection of electricity meter. I am being a consumer is not satisfied from such management which delay to connect meter. Because of this me and my family suffering from many problems. I have already submit a complaint but it does not give any solution. I am requesting you please apply electricity meter as soon as possible and take action against such management which do not take their responsibilities. We are very thankful to you.

    We are residents of soniya vihar 4.5 pusta, Delhi 94. We are trying to connect electricity meter from 25th November 2016. We have done all procedure for such connection but the management unable to connect meter. They always delay and denies to apply meter. They bring meter back from soniya vihar due to shortage of money at that time and they want 20, 000 rupees extra for applying meter. Please help us to connect the electricity meter as soon as possible and take action against such management which do not take any responsibility. We will very thankful to you.

      On 10 December I was paying my electricity bill of Rs 420 against CA no.[protected]. Paytm showing that your transaction is still in processing but the amount was deducted from my bank account. And after sometime it showing that the transaction has permanently failed. I send an email to paytm care and they replied me back don't worry if the transaction will fail than we will refund your amount back. But after 3 days still payment was not refunded back to my account. I am very much disappointed from the Paytm service. Please refund my amount back as soon as possible.

        My complain has yet not been resolved even after 3.5 months .In Between I have visited BSES office (Raju Palace
        ) more than 10 time and every time i had been told that my complain has not been resolved saying my long service line mail approval is still pending.Can any body say here that how long it will take to approve a mail .For approval do you guys need 3.5 months..this seems totally unacceptable
        .I am very unsatisfied with BSES service.I would like to take this matter to consumer forum and social media escalation.

        Kindly take a serious action on my request else i will have to escalate it.

            My name is Chandan Kumar. My electricity meter was running very fast since last three months and showing enormous bills. We used less appliances at home & we were away the whole day.While making complaint to customer cell of BSES they have informed that meter is running well but the problem was in the meter wiring connection.
            I have paid the bill of 10350 rs but I request u to please do necessary checking and make further adjustment in the billing amount.

              We have the flat in prop in, khno - 1551 lgf g block,., aya nagar extn ph - 6, new delhi-110047, we are not using electricity there but from last month our bill coming incorrect we have registered a complaint last also about this, then we went to our flat and check that mr, sunil and virender ([protected]) taken illegal connection from our meter and doing theft our electricity.

              This the serious matter and request you to take action against them and get bill amount to be paid by them till date with panelty as per your standard.

              For the mean while please disconnect our connection in our flat

They have been coming and changing meter themselves and then telling us that we have been taken electricity for free though we are highly reputed people who are paying bills on time.                       I have applied for new electric connection for qtr k block-84, sector -04 pushp vihar n/d vide app no.[protected] but same have been rejected by adchini south saket deptt vide app no.[protected] with the remarks that arrears found rs.4406/- against ca no.[protected] in r/o of ram chander as individual vacated said qtr on 15.10.1998. however same qtr has been further allotted to 04 pers and said electric deptt has provided electric connection to them.
                      In this connection i approached to nirman bhawan directorate of estates new delhi and they issue letter dtd 07.10.16 to executive engineer (electrical) pushpa bhawan for payment of said electric bill but it will takes more than 02 weeks and i have physically occupied said qtr on 24.09.16. it is worth mentioned here that i have 02 school going children and i am facing problem due to non availability of electric connection.
                      In view of above request provide electric connection at the earliest please as my family facing lot of problems. request treat urgent, please.

I paid my electricity bill through online on regular basis (every month before due date). last one year my bill not exceed from 500. but this month our bill is Rs 730. and I also paid this amount through online, but when i check my last two hreee months bills noticed that previous reading is same on last three months bill. then my question is that when i pay my bill regularly, then in each bill the previous month's reading how was the same. and thats why this time our bill is too high for us.

                              So for that amount not yet deducted from my bill.

                              so far no action takkent again we got the bill.

                                Hello.. This is regarding the new meter installed at my home. It has been 2 months that i am not getting the electricity bill. I am little worried about the future payments of this with penalty which i am not supposed to pay the penalty for the due dates as this is not my fault that i am not receiving it by th time. I haven't received a single one.

But some non-social element Kishan and Manoj has installed a fraud meter on their name on the same tehbazari site without my knowledge, when I contacted BSES office vasant kunj to disconnect and give connection in my name, they refused to do that.                                     Respected sir, my ca no. Is[protected]. I have to lodge a complaint for the pole in gali chipian, maliwara, chandni chowk. As their is frequent sparking on the pole due to excess demand of electricity in the market also the wires on the pole are not properly tied up. On 19sep your electician come on complaint no.[protected] they also say that the load is over. Kindly make sure that all the wires are tied properly so that we can work in a safe enviroment

                                      I am a resident of 84, Gajju katra, shahdara, Delhi having C.A. No.[protected]. In our street poles are very less due to which bunch of long electricity wires are scattered in street at very low height and also all wires are tied up with my balacony which is troubling us while entering or going out of house.
                                      I request you to please install a pole in our street, it will be really appreciatable.
