I am a resident of c-1/ 218 khajuri khas, delhi - 110094, there is a fluctuations in the power supply in our area from the past 15 days. Many led bulbs got fused and there is a chance of damage in other electric appliances. This problem can also cause excess reading than the actual consumption.
The fluctuations is in whole street as i have heard but the fault get rectified only in the house eho raised the issue.
Therefore, i request you to take a proper action to save the power and do the needful.

Street light in front of House no 251, Block A-2 janakpuri is not working for nearly 2 months. We registered complaint no SLDL00014073 DTD[protected].Phone no [protected] is either not responding or evasive.

2. Is there somebody to take action and rectify the fault..

    Dear sir/madam
    I gurpreet singh resident of krishna park ext, tilak nagar faced some electricity problem on 09.08.2017 at 05:40 am. The fans, lights etc in my home started on and off frequently and there was sudden fluctuation. On checking it has found that there was some sparking at the input terminals inside the meter and i put off the main mcb and filed a complaint to bses rajdhani customer care. The meter was installed just one year ago on 02.08.2016. The line man came and he disconnected the wire and told me that the meter has been burnt and it will be replaced by other bses employee. On 12.08.2017 the two bses employee came and replaced the old meter with new one and when i received my electricity bill on 19.08.2017 i saw that bses rajdhani have levied rs2623/- of defective/damaged meter. The burning of terminals or meter is may be due to poor quality/installation of the meter. The consumer should not getting charge against the defective/damaged meter because its not just my fault. The discom is responsible for their poor product. So i hope some necessary action will be taken in this matter to resolve the problem.

      My ca no.[protected] and i am facing low voltage supply in my house since last one month and against this have registered lots of telephonic complaint at 39999707 but every time they have given me a new complaints. Some complaints nos. But my problem is still not solved. Please check this matter and do the needful.

      Please visit after 7 pm for voltatage checking because after 7 pm voltate is very low.

      From last 15hr we are getting very low voltage...Even fan can not move...I called many time customer care they said with in 90min we give solution till now we did not get proper voltage ...every time they are excusing just 90min...It will fine ...Kul mila ker customer care wale sirf jhuth bolte h
      There is about 20 lights fixed in the park but only 4 lights are working & others are not working due to problem in fuse bulbs or mcb not working. Park look is so dark in the night & some illegal persons do unlawful things which creates problem in the locality. You are requested to look into the matter & do the needful.

                I'm a resident of 7/262 sunder vihar, new delhi -110087 and my house is having electricity meters bearing ca number :[protected] and ca number :[protected]. I'm 80 years old lady and today at about 4 pm two men visited and introduced them me as bses inspectors and straight away went to electricity meters and started pulling them. At that particular time, i was alone at home as my son and daughter-in-law were in office. They started threatening me that a big penalty will fall on me and they pushed and pulled my above mentioned. Metres, somehow an old lady from my neighbour came to my house and thus they went away after asking for identity.

                I want to state that my electricity meters should be replaced at the earliest as two men pushed and pulled them very badly and electricity itself is very dangerous.

                    Hello, i was applied new connection for my house in bses, c2-jankpuri after submit necessary documents vide application no [protected] dtd. 13/07/2017 as per bses policy new connection should have to install consumer house within 20days know time passed over the days. Nothing is done till know... For the delay bses should have to take responsibilities because operation is totally failure to deliver services to consumer..in this condition what is policy for the company and what consumer right to say..

                          I want to tell that bses employees najafgarh new delhi 43 are tied up with consumers so that there meter would not been installed outside d house as though in colony every person meters are outside. But the consumer residing at rz-78, holi chowck, new roshan pura, najafgarh, new delhi 43 making fool of others as they are helped by bses employees itself. They took new meter for upper floor n make them install outside d house but one main meter at ground floor in which all big appliance are connected is inside the house from theft is going on. As the says that they will construct the house dats why not installing meter outside but if that is a case than why they install new meter taken for uper floor outside. This is a big theft and bses employees on asking says they will serve notice but its been 6 months no notice given to them because bses employes are with them

                            As per instruction of vasundhra bses office, we dug out trench from below the meter to the db as instructed. The bses has provided exposed cable from metre to the db and metre is working and supply has been restored.
                            It is dangerous for an exposed cable to run in this rainy season.
                            We have been informing the office but there is no response in form of the required work.
                            Kindly arrange to provide the under ground cable so that the trench be backfilled for safety and security of the residents.

                              The electricity pole located at gali shakti mandir street, darya ganj is loaded with so many heavy wires that it has got inclined by almost 40° and may fall anytime posing great threat to the residents as well as the commuters. Kindly look into the matter at the earliest before any mishappening takes place.

                                It is to bring to the notice that their are non functional streetlights on the main road opp aiims trauma centre, safdarjung enclave, new delhi. This causes a lot of inconvenience to the residents making the area unsafe and prone to thefts. At night many unscrouplous elements roam about and cause troubles. (Esp cars parked on the road are easy prey to thieves as they steal car mirrors) please look in tte matter and get them rectified as soon as possible.

                                      A resident in the block a 253 west end road, kohinoor enclave saidulajab, new delhi has covered the meter area by placing a wooden door and partition. Besides making it difficult for anyone to read the meter or check the problem, it has become a fire hazard. Earlier there was a short circuiting and the fire flared up. At that time there was no cover and the fire could be extinguished. The meter readers had advised that the area should be kept open so that fire extinguishers could reach there. All the other residents have objected but he is not relenting. Request for urgent and immediate action to have this fire hazard removed.

                                      For the last two months I am receiving very high bills. There appears to be some pilferage or leakage or problem with the meter. I would like it to be checked.

                                      Hi, I stay in C-137, Jeevan Park Uttam Nagar Delhi. There is more than 4 to 5 hours power supply cut issue we are facing since last 5 days. Yesterday night, we have faced 4 time power cut issue. Kindly confirm me what is the issue and when will it get resolved.
                                      Justify the reason with comparison of previous history of bill, why unnecessary bill is imposing on us.
                                      I need proper justification on priority.

                                        A resident in the ground floor of the building had enclosed the area where all residents have there meters. Besides it becomes difficult to read the meter it has become a fire hazard. He has also put his invert or next to metres. All residents have asked him to remove the wooden doors in the common area but he has not done so. My bills for the last two months have gone up cresting suspicion that there is pilferage of my electricity.
                                        Please get the wooden doors and partition às sldo his invertor in that area removed.
