This is complaint for electricity theft for last 10 years. Mrs. Asha devi w/o mr. Birender kumar and son mr. Vikas kumar address:c-1/28, street no-2, madhu vihar, uttam nagar

He is theft electricity. He has one cooler, water motor+ 01 freez big/small+ +02 laptop +01 room heater+01 heater in the kitchen for making food and many electricity items. He theft electricity every day (24x7) under the meter...

I'm a resident of 7/262 sunder vihar, new delhi -110087 and my house is having electricity meters bearing ca number :[protected] and ca number :[protected]. I'm 80 years old lady and today at about 4 pm two men visited and introduced them me as bses inspectors and straight away went to electricity meters and started pulling them. At that particular time, i was alone at home as my son and daughter-in-law were in office. They started threatening...

I would like to draw your kind attention towards that i am consumer of your department. Last month i paid much bill amount according to my last 6 payments. No any electronic device are available in home that consume electricity but bill amount has been huge at last month. I think this is problem of meter.

As per instruction of vasundhra bses office, we dug out trench from below the meter to the db as instructed. The bses has provided exposed cable from metre to the db and metre is working and supply has been restored.
It is dangerous for an exposed cable to run in this rainy season.

The electricity pole located at gali shakti mandir street, darya ganj is loaded with so many heavy wires that it has got inclined by almost 40° and may fall anytime posing great threat to the residents as well as the commuters. Kindly look into the matter at the earliest before any mishappening takes place.

This causes a lot of inconvenience to the residents making the area unsafe and prone to thefts. At night many unscrouplous elements roam about and cause troubles. Due to lack of electric poles in 1km area there is no street light, due to which some illegal people get there in night and making robbery to passer by. Dear sir,
This is regarding the non supply of power in our durga vihar, najafgarh area in 3-4 hrs day and the same problem in night. As we are paying our electricity bill on time, and no body reply to us for any problems that were facing. All times their complaint number busy. We have visited so many times in bses office but they are not responding.
It's a request to please rectify this problem as soon as possible..

I have gone to bses, friends colony, sarita vihar, for this matter but nothing has been done, even i had a talk with customer care service, but they couln't provide me any solution. Later...

Hi,

With the help of this complaint i am stating that there happens to be no electricity in night in chattarpur enclave, phase 2, new delhi. There is an ongoing issue with one of the transformer which i assume is heavily loaded resulting in the phase cut of 4-5 buildings in the night.

This problem has not been resolved since 2 months. We have already given complaint in written to the nearest complaint centre...
