I invest money amount 15000 through razorpay in a company by the name of shared bk from my state bank of india account on date[protected] but I didn’t get my money return...so please help me to get my money back as soon as possible...otherwise i need to take legal action against razorpay for this inconvenience...so solve my problem as much as possible...

As i complain about sharedbk company which run away i paid by razorpay and when i complain they called and committed by razorpay that within 7 days if merchant not reply we will refund but now razorpay not refunding nor sharing what they had conversation with merchant not sharing a single detail and doing fraud activity
its beeen 10 days i am complaining but not getting any solution by razorpay kindly take strict action...

2) Purchase 10 sets of level 2 equipment, and get 10 * 160 * 30 = 48000rs per month
