yet last December not subscribed but one parasol by post i am pay rupees this on cash by postman, after realize me this is a non demanding subscription i gave me.
This is a Fake lotteries
i never single one subscription by post or courier

I had paid Rs. 999 online on their website for an annual subscription on Aug 5. I did not receive a subscription number or any issue delivery and contacted them by email on Sep 10 asking them to cancel my subscription and refund the amount. It was only after my email that they generated my subscription number and said that they would dispatch the September issue, which would arrive before Sep 20. They do not mention on their website that issue dispatch and delivery takes so long. It is far easier to get the issue from a newspaper stand, issues for the current month are available at the end of the previous month. Even after multiple emails, they are not cancelling my subscription. They should cancel immediately and refund my payment.

They take forever to dispatch. Still waiting for my September issue and have asked for a refund. You should do the same. Easier and quicker to get the copy from a local seller.

Every time contact to reader digest customer care no. it is assured that it will get delivered in few days. Today I call to customer care and he told me that in there system it is showing delivered.

When i called today again for knowing the status, your customer care executive has disconnected the call with out giving proper answer. if any responsible person, Please resolve the issue else cancel and refund my subscription fees.

My Subscription Number is [protected] Cust id [protected]. I have not received the copies of Readers digest since June 21.Since last 2 months I have being repeatedly reminding them by email. Inspite of their emails promising by courier the copies to be sent, I have not yet received it. Their standards of customer service have deteriorated considerably in the last year. Sincerely thinking of discontuing the subscription, after 10 years of being a regular subscriber.

NO.5 MAY, 2021 Issues but Received VOL.62 NO.6 JUNE 2021 ISSUE TODAY on 01.07.2021.I got SMS information for June 2021 issue but not received sms for April and May 2021 issues for which I thought that those 2 issues were not published.

I have registered for a subscription on http://readersdigest.co.in/ and not a single copy delivered by them yet. They took my money and not sending any reply too. I used to send emails on Please dont register on this site it might be fake and if its real the people behind this site are fake and they only grab your money. Also they are sending many spam emails using the brand name India Today of it is from India Today Group, shame on you people.
They sended mail about winning cash
...I submitted details they asked ..but did not provided any otp.as read comments I am so tensed ...as i dnt have enough money ...I needed so I did that ...please take it as prior decision and get me my money refunded please.many people are faked in it .its related to cyber crime ..people should never try it .I needed indeed and took wrong decision.please refund the amount as soon as possible.

While making payment I received a message whether to update the phone number?
I clicked on 'No'. The payment was Successful. But neither me nor my daughter received any payment confirmation or subscription confirmation. So, pls help me in this regard.

I have been sending email every fortnight, and over toll free number.I get the same reply, checking with the refund dept.
Today, I have come to know that refund has not been initiated.

I am a regular reader of reader's digest since last 10 years. For last few years, I have been buying subscription date of RD. Previous subscription got me only half of the copies. This time I had bought subscription for two years after shifting to a posh area thinking that copies will not be lost. I paid last year in April for two years; subs no.[protected], customer ID [protected], but till date I got only three copies, one for May June together and for November and December. Inspite of 10-15 mails I didn't receive my copy. The free bluetooth given is also faulty. I want my refund of total amount paid +penalty cost for harrassing me for one year . I have spent hours on phone calls and mails but all in vain. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com

Updated by Vishakha Choudhary I don't want any copies now. Just help me get my total refund of money. I will never ever buy Reader's digest from now onwards and would suggest others too never to buy any subscription. This Dominic Savio is a fraud and should be put behind the bars. I paid for two years and got only three copies since April 2020 to March 2021
