I have paid Rs.1299.00 to India Today on 3.09.2018 through State Bank online net banking for two years subscription of Reader's Digest monthly Magazine with Subscription no-[protected] .After several complains I have received the Magazine, but till date I have not received the assured subscription gift .
On contacting Reader's digest customer care executive they are cheating me replying the same answer every time that the assured gift is out of stock and it will take another 3 weeks to deliver, now it is going to be complete 4 months from the date of subscription.

    Despite of sending reminders and raising complaints, i'm still waiting for the copy of november;

    While by this time i should be getting the copy of december.

    Can you please cancel my subscription and refund the balance amount? This is actually becoming very frustrating for me to keep waiting for my magazine and keep on sending reminders and raise complaints.

    I don't like to push myself in any kind of arguments.

        I bring to your kind notice that i had sent a cheque no.000068 dt[protected] for amount rs.711 (Andhra bank) along with the sweepstakes forms. I got a message from the bank that it had been realized. Three days back a gift form you has been sent by post for which i was asked to pay an amount of rs 749.                 Non receipt of monthly issues.
                Subscription has been processed from april’18 to march’19.
                From the time that i have started, every month i have not received my issue on time and i have to send reminder mails for the same.
                This is very annoying and i have been trying to get my subscription cancelled. I have tried calling up your cc numbers, but it is only the ivr, the call is kept on hold and gets disconnected without transferring to a cc exec.
                I have written several emails, however no reply received.
                Please note i do not wish to continue with the subscription and would like to get my money back. Today is the 28th of september and i still have not received my copy. Please process the refund from the month of september onwards.
                Hoping that someone at least on this site will be efficient enough to do the needful.

                  I had remitted a sum of Rs.711/- towards one year subscription for Readers' Digest Monthly Magazine in the month of May'2018 and was registered with Subs.Id -RDCAR[protected]. Since I did not receive my monthly copies of Reader's Digest upto Aug'18, I lodged compliant with customer care. Reultant 04 copies of RD i.e from April to Aug'18 were delivered at a time and thereafter again they stopped delivering from the following month i.e Sept. Again I made a complaint and Customer Care Desk assured to deliver the Sept. copy latest by 10th of Sept, but the same has not yet been delivered. Kindly inform as to whether I have to beg regularly for my RD copy every month even after remitting Subscription amount in Advance.
                  I therefore request your good office to look into the matter and arrange for delivery of monthly RD copies in time.

My official senior told me that i was sent some mails to our buyer, because i am working as documantation incharge in garment export company. When i check my senior computer and found that my senior told me right, but that mails were not sent by me. At that time, we found that that mails were fake and misguide our buyer.

                      Now, you are requested to please ignore if any mail or any reply from my above id in that period you have recd, delete that mails. Because may be i am winner of rs: 15, 00, 000.00 sweepstake prize. I complete all four stage and select in first prize winners.
