I submitted my subscription on June, 5 2019 for 2 years (attached documents) and my previous subscription was valid till June, 2019. Now the customer care executive informed me that my subscription is till valid upto January 2021 where it should be valid till June, 2021 ( July, 2019 - June, 2021). I send mail several times with all documents to rdcare but every time they are arguing the same whereas they have not done to rectify their mistake. But they have no answer about the query that when I submitted my subscription on June, 2019 then how my subscription was started on Feb, 2019 before submitting my subscription.

I have not received any of my subscriptions till date. I have paid the subscription fees to read the hardcopy and not the softcopy.
Hence I urge to refund back my entire amount of 999 INR which I paid as an annual subscription.
It's been 6 months and I have not yet received a single subscription copy by post. This is simply not accepted and I won't recommend anybody to go for the Reader's Digest Annual Subscription.

Please return my money. I have even tried to reach out the subscription desk at[protected] or the toll free no[protected] but all in vain.
This should not be the way in which the customers should be cheated.

Kindly return the subscription fees paid

I paid Rs. 999.00 on 04/06/2020 through Subscription Number [protected] Cust id [protected]. I have not received any copy of the magazine till today. I sent several mails to refund my money since their services are poorest. I need your support to get my money back from the company.

We had ordered a subscription for 12 magazines nearly 2 months ago and the delivery has not yet reached us. It was supposed to be a printed edition and not online. We had already paid for the subscription through online portal through ICIC bank. Please look through the issue as soon as possible

I have renewed my RD magazine subscription (with email id pratikagrawal.[protected]@gmail.com) on 5th Jul 2020 but I have not received any magazine since then (as of 30th Oct 2020).

I tried reaching their customer care center but due to covid19 there is no response, tried reaching them via mail but I have been only receiving dates like August end, then September, Oct end and so on. They shared one courier consignment number but that too is not showing any detail in the corresponding courier service website.

Request you to please help on this.

Please quote your Subscription Number – [protected] / customer id- [protected] or case id-54938 in all future correspondence, I had subscribed for readers digest on 9 September and had to receive October reader's digest magazine and free gifts but have not received anything till now, and they are also not replying to my mails.

Please send me the addition of March 2020, August 2020, September 2020, October 2020 addition.

So today, again, i called customer service and got mail i'd. Customer service executive informed to put complaint through mail.

As i got information from your readers digest.co.in/sweepstakes that i found my name in the list of monthly bonanza prize 2018 1 smart watch for each month and my name is shown in the month of april, 2018.
Also again, when i searched in special bonus prize winners list 2018, i found my name against winner no.[protected] sunil arikatt ernakulam city, and my mail address is [protected]@gmail.com.
But neither i got any calls in my mobile nor any information through mail about this.
Kindly send my gifts to the address given below immediately since already one year have gone and no information or gift was given in my home address. Kindly inform when you are sending me the smart watch and special bonus prize of rs.3499/-

Readers digest G L Ravi, Director - Sweepstakes Committee, Reader's Digest India, states that you have been awarded the super cash price of Rs.15, 00, 000.00. To claim you need to pay Rs.1400/- towards 02 Yrs subscription and fill out a form.
I got a mail for the past 2 weeks, states above mentioned facts
They are asking name, address, aadhaar details. How come this idiotic business can dare ask aadhaar and address details???
Indians please be aware that these are fooling us!!

Please help me with my Reader's Digest subscription payment which was made on 18.02.2020 through my credit card but still I haven't received any confirmation or any communication from your end.I have received the invitation on my mobile on the same date (mobile : [protected]) with link name "http://nmc.sg/bpkYz6".The payment I made was successful.
I am attaching my credit card statement which clearly showing the transaction made with my name appearing at the beginning of the statement and highlighted part is the RD subscription payment.

Please help to resole my payment related issue to continue my subscription.Or else I would like to request for th refund since they are not recognizing or confirming.

I had subscribed for a 2 year subscription of readers digest in december 2018. My subscription number is rd[protected]. As per the offer, i am supposed to have received a blue tooth speaker between 2nd month and 4th month from the subscription date. Now it is nearly 4 months i am yet to receive the same. I paid rs.999 for one year hard copy subscription on december 5, 2019 and i’m yet to receive any book. I request to please look on the payment made and start sending the book as early as possible. I’m complaining now because it’s past three months already and i was waiting for a month for the subscription process. But still i didn’t receive the book.

In the month of feb 2019 i had subscribed for readers digest worth rs.711/- and paid online for the same. I have not get a single communication or issue yet. Have written to them several times on their official complaint email ids, but no response at all. I have shared the screenshots of my payments but they are giving it all adeaf ear. Please either start issue or refund my money.

We opted for the 2 years subscription (4th march2019), on reader's digest website and paid online.

We are very unhappy with the reader's digest subscription this time.

For the subscription copies, it took alot of efforts from me in chasing them.
We cannot reach them over customer care phone number easily.
Takes min 30mins to connect to executive and mainly its not sure you will be successful connected...
