RechargeItNow — Amount deducted but now not receive balance | |||||
Today i.E. On 4th may 2016, i was trying to do mobile recharge (Amount rs. 50/-) for my number [protected] (Aircel) at 15:46:51 for the first time thru irecharge. But rs. 50/- was deducted from my credit card but recharge was not done. I received the message of deduction of rs. 50/- from my sbi debit card from the credit card's bank. But i did not receive any message from idea about successful recharge of my mobile. Even when i checked recharge balance for my number it was not showing amount rs. 50 added to my balance. Please either repay this amount back to me or do the successful recharge of the same amount as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||||
