Dear sir/madam, I have been used MTS data card for last 7 Months. Yesterday after 9 P.M. I recharged my Data card. My data Card no is [protected]. My balance was deducted from my account but I did'nt get the recharge conformation and My Data card no has not been recharged. My account balance has been deducted by Rs.999/- I lodged a complain to MTS customer care executive. He told me that My deducted balance should refunded with in 7 days to your account. But is is too lengthy. I want my money within days. Please do the need full. My contact no is [protected]. My Email Id is [protected]@gmail.com.         I have used rechargeitnow.com portal for online recharge of amount 150/- as per you policy with 10% discount amount 135/- deducted from my credit card without recharging on 20 May 2014. Date & time[protected]:13 order no. AC[protected] After 7 day i escalated the issue with ticket no. T[protected] Tue, 27 May 2014 10:49 AM. I did not got any response from you within 2 days. Again on 2nd June 2014 i have issue a ticket T[protected] Mon, 2 Jun 2014 09:51 AM, they operator id # KOR[protected] for further query. I contacted the operator they say "we have not received the amount of Rs 150/- recharged due to transaction [protected]@ and citrus payment gateway say "get in-touch with the merchant with the above mention operator id". Agant i mailed to CC rechargeitnow.com but they are not responding.

        On my repeated mails they were not responding on 4th july i have written strong mail to take legal action, after 43 days they reverted back my deducted amount.

              i got my number recharged by 198 for (local + std secs).But by mistake from your end the recharge was done for unlimited internet pack whicj is of no use at my other number.i think its fraud.i got teh revert as MRP shown above includes service tax & education cess at the current rates. The tariff plans are subject to change by the service provider. plz do the needful

                the following recharge of rs 38 ref no(AC[protected]) was done which was showed as 38gprs pack with 250mb 10days vailidty. but to my suprise when i recharged it. the 38 voucher was not a gprs pack and when i called the aircel customer care they said its7800sec aircel to aircel night pack. when the website had a showed 38 rs voucher as gprs pack how was it converted into some other packs?? for the mistake of the website and its partner aircel i have a 38 rs recharge which was not of my any use. people are making rechagre everyday in this website are being fooled everday.. For the mistake of the rechareitnow.com i have lost 38rs plz address my issue other wise i would got the consumer court of india and file a case and also to the various print and electronic media for the said mistake. jigar dattani [protected]

                  I placed order with above details. transaction was successful, received a mail, but no record found under "My Account" Txn details, and also no amount credited to mobile balance. Money deducted from bank account. I have received conformation mail of recharge but when I talked to customer care of mobile operator they said no recgarge is done on this number. I wrote a complaint to rechargeitnoe.com, they assured the matter wil be resolved within 3 days, but its more than 5 says no action taken even no response from their side.

                      Hi this is with my recent recharge in MTS thru RECHARGE IT NOW Website. For Rs.399 RECHARGE IT NOW website claims 2GB + 0.5GB night usage. But after recharge I got only 2GB. MTS is saying no such 0.5GB offer. MTS is cheating customers like this Who is right MTS or RECHARGE IT NOW? Every time Recharge it now website says one and MTS will say no such offer

After the successful transaction the website showed failed recharge. so i filed a complaint ticket against failed recharge at this website so that i can get refund. At 24th may i got mail from this website of refund confirmation and is its not refunded within 5 days i can put a escalation ticket to the website. But its now 1st of june and still there’s no refund on my bank account. and when i try to put a escalation it shows submission error. I’m fed up of this website and don't know what to do.                                     i had attempted to recharge my dish tv connection for Rs 700 in the month of Feb 2009 through rechargeitnow.com. on 16 Feb on two occasions it gave me a message that the transaction has not been successful. however later i found that on the first attempt the cash was withdrawn form my visa credit card account and on the second attempt it was withdrawn form my icicibank net banking accoiunt. dish tv confirmed that they have received the recharge amount. repeated request for refund have only met deaf ears. the site also does not have any telephone number for contact for talking. the details for my login there are as follows

                                      This is mubin malek From Gujrat (Kalol) i am not satisfied with reliance mobile service. last one month they daily deduct 5 Rs. Daily in my account. i discusses many time to customer care but they always say "your one of BIG FAT application is running on your mobile" i say every-time Close and stop this service.

                                      I complaint 3 -5 time on customer care but they not give me satisfied answer all time they say it is stopped and your deduct balance is carry forward by reliance. Customer care also block my service that i am not able to talk with them. i think that reliance is best service provider i use reliance 5 years. so finally i decision that i port my reliance No. to other service provider. because they provide me good service. but i leave reliance only one reason low and poor customer service providing.

                                        I recharged my Aircel mobile : [protected] for Rs.65/- on 14/04/2013, But i didn't received any recharge to my mobile and the amount is debited from my account. I also logged a complaint using your online form. I only received the mail stating that the refund is on process. Till now i didn't received any email regarding the status. Below i mention the details of recharge

                                        Kindly Refund to my account or Recharge my mobile. Since i am using your site many times to recharging my mobile, One suggestion from my side - If your server is down or you are facing any problem in recharging customer's mobile. You can display a message stating that temporarily the server is down or any other message.

                                        Recharge — Not Recharged

                                        Sir I have recharged my mobile number [protected] from the site "http://www.freecharge.in/"
                                        with Rs. 25. My transaction id is " CCA11CAKO361IG43334640" , transaction got failed but this amount has been deducted from my account but and I have not received the Balance on my number.
                                        Please look into the matter...
