i tried an online recharge for my airtel mobile number [protected] , for Rs 333. the money was deducted from my sbi account through net banking , but my phone did not recharge . the date of this transaction was 16 sep 2012. i have filed a complaint on the contact us option ,the next day , and further the escalation option after the stipulated one week. i have still not recd any recharge from the company nor any communication from their customer execuitves

    I recharged my dish tv vc no [protected] through recharge it now on 9th sept 2012 with an amount of 1000 rs.I did it through sbi internet banking account but to my surprise the amount was deducted and the recharge failed.I recharged for the first time through recharge it now and this happened with me.Thats very bad service through their side...please help me

    till now i didnt get any payment from rechargeitnow.com.i rechrged my dih tv vc no [protected].Order id- D[protected].Thats a completely fake site.they dont even provide any e mail id ...the ticket complaint doesnt submit on their site. I tried it a lot of times...Its been 1 month but till now i didnt get any refund

      rechargeit now — amount deducted from bank but mobile not recharged

      Dear Sir/Mam

      I have recharged my mobile No [protected] online on 23/08/2011 via recharge it Now website of Rs 125.Payment has been deducted from S/B account but my mobile number is not updated with amount.I have lodged the complaint thrice to rechargeit Now.com but no resolution received till date.

      I have recharged the mobile two times on 11th Nov 2011 from rechargitnow.com. The amount has been deducted from the account but hadn't recharged the mobile.
      I have mailed them but no response from their side. Below is details of the trancation.

        I was recharging my mobile number through Recharge it now( username : - [protected]@gmail.com). While Recharge , Online payment was completed and after that .
        Error message"An error has been occurred".

        After that when i checked my bank account , amount has been transferred to your account but no recharge.

                Hi,

                I have made a recharge from the site(http://www.rechargeitnow.com/) for my SUN DIRECT DTH service. But i didn't get my DTH recharged and my account was debited at the spot i clicked the submit button. After the i tried to contact them and there was no contact information provided in their website. Only a complaint form was available and me too registered a complaint. I got response from them as the transaction to the DTH failed and they will transfer the amount to my account. After (15 day's ) i didn't receive any money in my account. These guys are fraud as i contacted them after 8 days and there was no reply from their side. Please help me get back my money and also take relevant actions against this fraud website.

                    but all transaction id debited from account but I am not getting any of recharge to my vedeocon D2H account I.e. recharge is fail

                    I have been using rechargeitnow.com for a while.

                    On 12th December 2010... I tried to recharge my mobile online. But the recharge failed. Following this as i was in desperate need of talktime i tried again & it was unsuccessful again. To my surprise, the money was debited from my bank account twice ( 444, 444 INR). I received 2 emails from Rechargeitnow. com saying that the recharge failed. We will do the transactions manually.

                    The Details of the transactions are:

                    Neither a refund has been given to my credit card account. (I have been checking my online statement thoroughly).
                    Neither i had an option to get in touch with the customer care personal to state the issue.

                    To my surprise i was unable to post any escalation of the issue. as the submit button doesnot work.

                        he money has been deducted from the bank with the details -
                        BIL/[protected]/to icici/RECHARGEITNOW.C on 22/06/2012 Rs.490. But the MTS has not got recharged. I am looking for refund.

                        Recharge It Now — recharge unsuccessful but money is deducted

                        I have recharge my mobile [protected] on 19/11/2010. My transcation was not successful.
                        But money is deducted from my account.
                        Still did not recieved refund on the amount charged. transaction was on 2nd Novemeber and now 22nd Novemeber still the same thing happened.

                        I have done a recharge through www.rechargeitnow.com on 07/11/2010. But the recharge was failed and displayed " Recharge status failure' and also amount got deducted from the account. when I enquired about this to their support, they informed me that i would get back my amount deducted in 2 working days.Even already i have launched a complaint vide No.[protected] dated on23/11/10. But till neither i got money back nor got recharged.
                        So for they have not turned up and also made complaint through their website. I kindly request you to take necessary steps against this concern.

                          I try to recharge my "Videocon" D2H service through "rechargeitnow.com" with an amount of 500. But only the amount gets deducted from credit card and recharge is not successful. Even after two days amount is not refunded to me.

                              Let me know the details for my complaint:

                              If the amount shown is depending on the plans and rechargeitnow.com
                              don't know this. Then I'm not able to understand why rechargeitnow.com is showing the plan on their site? And if they are aware , then why it is giving less talktime and cheating with customers for showing more talktime and pushing customers to recharge through their site.

                              Complaint:
                              recharged my airtel account online through rechargeitnow.com for Rs.100/- . On rechargeitnow.com site , it was showing as talktime of Rs.87/- will get on recharge of Rs.100/- . But when I received the balance , it was only Rs. 86/-. So it was not as per commitment and as the site is showing on the net. They are cheating wit customer.

                              Regarding your query please contact your service provider/operator.The amount which has given to you is depending upon plans & schemes of operators; we are beyond of this operation.

                                I recharged my airtel account online through rechargeitnow.com for Rs.100/- . On rechargeitnow.com site , it was showing as talktime of Rs.87/- will get on recharge of Rs.100/- . But when I received the balance , it was only Rs. 86/-.                                   I am Vinit Kumar from Bangalore. Today I recharge my DOCOMO number [protected] on www.rechargeitnow.com by 500.00. On this website and on DOCOMO website there is mention that on recharging of 500.00 we get 550.00 balance on main account without any valadity restrication. But in real I get only 442.0 balance. Total of Rs 108.00 loss. So how I get the balance which I recharged.
                                  I get one SMS in which it is mention: Recharge Successful. Details- MRP:RS 500.0, TT:442.0, St:55.0, PF:3.0, Available Bal: 446.52. Trac ID: [protected].
                                  I think this is a fraud which is intensely made by rechargeitnow.com.
                                  So I am requesting you please do some action regarding this.
                                  I also send this mail to DOCOMO ([protected]@tatadocomo.com), I think those people take some action regarding this.

                                    hello sir,

                                    i made a recharge for my data card from rechargeitnow.com for Rs 1200. Due to a technical problem at rechargeitnow.com end, the amount got deducted from my bank. However, my data card was never recharged. I logged a complaint with their website. However, i am not getting any response from rechargeitnow.com. The transaction id is 58886629. The order id is R[protected]. They have not yet processed the refund nor have they recharged my data card.
